Yesterday, the Department of War announced the names of the two American service members who died from a missile attack in Jordan. From Fox News, the Pentagon has identified the soldiers killed in action from Iranian attacks in Jordan as 19 year old Private Isabella Gonzalez and 25 year old First Lieutenant Tyler James Feehan. First Lieutenant Feehan was assigned to 2nd Battalion, 55th Air Defense Artillery Regiment, 32nd Army Air Missile Defense Command, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Private Gonzalez was assigned to 1st Battalion, 57th Air Defense Artillery Regiment, 52nd Air Defense Artillery Brigade, 10th Army Air Missile Defense Command, Ansbach, Germany. President Trump spoke about how America reacts when our service members are killed. Every time Iran kills an American soldier, they will pay for that killing many times over. This directive has been passed on to Secretary of War Pete Hegseth, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Daniel Cain, and every leader in the military. President Donald J. Trump Yesterday marked the ninth straight day of bombing in Iran. And with President Trump's announcement, we can expect to see targets that go deeper into Iran and go further than just the Strait of Hormuz. We will continue to provide updates on what that looks like later this week. We've talked extensively about the National Academy of Sciences and the guide that was put together by the Environmental Law Institute's Climate Judiciary Project, the guide for judges to deal with scientific issues, and the fact that in this guidebook they had installed a lot of highly politically charged material about climate change, including issues that one, were not settled science and two, were very closely tied to active litigation in front of courts. The Wall Street Journal described this this way. A climate manual, bait and switch. We told you recently about the Federal Judicial Center's retraction of its biased chapter on climate science. And now the plot thickens. While the FJC said it ditched the environmentalist portion of the manual for federal judges, the chapter lives on, published by the National Academy of Sciences. Now, this remains a huge issue because the National Academy of Sciences receives taxpayer funding. And with this politically charged guide, they're using taxpayer resources to push a political agenda and one that actually works against American interests in terms of energy, energy dominance, American exceptionalism and so many other issues. Well, on Sunday night, President Trump posted this on Truth Social. The National Academy of Sciences has historically published analytical, scientific manuals expressly for our federal judiciary. Of course, the academy has been run by radical left Democrats who, it turns out, published fraudulent, biased and misleading manuals on climate change. These bogus manuals were used by judges to decide massive, quote, climate change unquote cases and have credited huge losses across our country. These manuals have been totally discredited. Our nation's federal judges deserve facts and science, not political fraud and false science on climate. With this truth, I hereby order federal suspension and debarment officials to review this conduct. Our taxpayers should not be funding climate fraud and judges should never have relied upon it. Thank you for your attention to this matter. This is a huge deal because as we've talked about over the last two years, with President Trump in office, he spent a ton of time uncovering different ways the left has inserted politics into so many government programs. With cases like this, it's especially egregious. Taxpayer dollars were going to push a climate change and climate alarmism agenda that actually hurts American interests. And so with President Trump's action, we can wait and see how this is going to be defunded and removed from circulation. We've been talking a lot about Michigan in the Michigan Senate race, which is acting as a sort of chicken fight proxy war for the larger civil war going on between Democrats, between the Democrat socialists and the EST establishment. Well, there's a race you might not have heard about that has similar, if not even crazier dynamics. And it's the Wisconsin governor's race. First, meet DSA candidate Francesca Hong.

If it is radical to have free childcare in public grocery stores, you know, I would say let's be radical. Let's embrace that because that hasn't been what we've done in the past.

In that clip, you can see she's with Hasan Piker, who we're gonna talk about a little bit more later in this episode. The anti American, anti Israel lunatic who is behind most of these Democrat socialists, AKA Communists. But she's also for every terrible radical DSA idea that we've heard out there, everything from defunding the police to government run grocery stores and the mass expansion of socialism in our country. Now she has been the DSA candidate and she has steadily been rising in the polls. On the other side of that coin, the Establishment has been trying to find a strong candidate to run against her. Enter Sarah Rodriguez, the Lieutenant Governor. She was endorsed by several high profile Democrats. She was thought to be the hero that Wisconsin establishment Democrats needed, but ran into a little bit of a scandal.

As we have continued to dig into our financial reports, it has become clear that there are issues that would be an ongoing distraction, not just for this campaign, but for the primary and for Wisconsin.

Now, with Rodriguez leaving the race, establishment Democrats started panicking. Democrats say Mandela Barnes is down in private internals and that Francesca Hong will not win a general election. That's why Wisconsin Democrats are seeking to bring David Crowley back into the race. Now you may remember Mandela Barnes. He ran for Senate against Ron Johnson just a few years ago, ran a decent campaign and he was previously the Lieutenant Governor. The fact that he can't break through even with all the other establishment candidates dropping was a huge red flag. And it was so bad that they went back to this candidate, David Crowley, who had previously dropped out of the race and endorsed Rodriguez. So again, it's a bit of a snip snap, snip snap from the establishment thinking that if they bring in this David Crowley and over the weekend Governor Evers endorsed him and said, this is our guy, this is our hero. But the reaction of polls and these sort of establishment, you know, media's interpretation of all this was not very good.

You see potentially in the fall some risk around what deciding for voters.

I wonder why it feels like the party is trying to overrule voters and pick the candidates. It's not going very well. And just yesterday Kalshee showed the prediction market odds new all time high. Francesca Hong has a 71% chance to be the Wisconsin Democratic governor nominee. So again, this is very similar to a number of states where the establishment Democrats are trying to beat a better energized, better funded DSA candidate in ways that will very likely hurt them in a general election if they throw everything at Francesca Hong and lose. Late last week there was a debate held in Maine. We talked about this a tiny bit yesterday, but we felt like 10 minute drill listeners and watchers deserved a slightly more fulsome recap. Even though the overall dynamics around this race shifted quite a bit over the weekend and yesterday. First off, we need to just throw out a quick tribute to the hero of this entire debate.

We're grateful that Ashley jumped in this race to bring her singing and songwriting talents to the debate. I think that they're very important to hear. She also raised some very important concerns about pork bellying.

I believe they called it pork bellying by cutting out the pork bellying from all the bills. I'm sure that would save a lot of money as well.

But what was more telling in this debate is just how poorly the more serious people did. For example, Secretary of State Shana Bellows touted this.

And I'm the only one who has run against Susan Collins before.

It's very interesting for her to tout that she ran against Susan Collins before because she lost to her by almost 40.

And what I do know. What I do know is that when I need to know the facts, I will.

When she needs to know, she will. If that doesn't sound like Kamala Harris to you, I don't know what does. But one thing that was nice was there was a lot of praise for the great work of Susan Collins.

Susan Collins does bring back appropriations funding for projects that are important in all communities across the state to bring in,

One of those in there was Jordan Wood, who touted the fact that he worked for Katie Porter, who later became a quote, unquote, household name.

You know, I served as the chief of staff actually while Trump was first in office for Katie Porter, who's become, as was first became a household name.

Jordan, she became a household name for all the wrong reasons. But still fun for you to tout her here. But it also highlighted the extremism of this entire group. For example, their support for this. You just said you're from Medicare for All.

Part of the reason this felt like a Parks and Rec episode is you seem to just have any interesting character walk in off the street and say, I've got a lot of things on my mind and I'm grateful for it. As of right now, there's supposed to be another debate tonight. However, over the weekend, a number of high profile candidates dropped out. Of the race, including, as we talked about before, Shana Bellows. It is looking very clearly like Troy Jackson, a former legislator. He's got some tax problems, he's got some fraud problems. He's got a problem in which he was accused of throwing a water bottle in anger in a meeting and hitting a female, which a little bit of Graham Platner vibes there, but those are not the only Graham Platner vibes. He also feels like he has been handpicked by Graham Platner and and some of the boosters who supported Graham Platner

he has garnered a lot of the support of progressives. As I've said before, if I were Ro Khanna and I continued to endorse terrible people and do dumb things, I might sit out a few plays. But Ro Khanna, with his trademark lack of complete self awareness, hasn't learned any lessons. And I think he's going to do far more harm to Troy Jackson in his candidacy than helping. We have a special segment today called DSA Dress up where we're gonna talk about just how interesting it is that so many of these Democrat socialists love to dress up and wear costumes and take on a new Persona as a part of their political activity. Now, we've talked about these three before.

Now that great leader is responsible for the death of 40 to 80 million people. He is a totalitarian dictator, one of the worst people in the history of the world. But that is who Hasan Piker thinks people should be emulating. And it is a vulnerability to any other Democrat candidates that say stand with Hasan Piker just like the ones that we've highlighted before. But the costumery doesn't end there. Enter Gustavo.

Landlords in New York have been making a 12% return on their investment.

That is Gustavo Gordillo. He is a New York City DSA chair. And that fine tiny narrow mustache I think is a perfect sort of Disney villain look as he's talking about how outrageous it is that landlords in New York make a 12% profit. He presents that to Martha MacCallum as if it's a crime when Martha's reaction here I think is very appropriate. What's fair for the landlord to make if you don't like 12? This goes along with what we were talking about last week about how the Democrat socialists don't believe anyone should have private property and the fact that people that own buildings in New York maintain them and then rent them out to people and try and sort of compete with each other in quality and all the different things landlords can provide as a money making business. They don't want you to make profits off of it. And that's just one of many examples that highlight these Democrat socialists in their costumes are not Democrat socialists, they are communists. The best tweet on this theme in my mind came from Scott Jennings. Serious issues aside, it remains funny to me the amount of costumery required to be a leftist in good standing

The important thing to understand about these Democrats doing Southern accents is they don't actually have a lot of love for the south and they don't have a lot of actual engagement with it. But they see it as a place where if they do a funny voice, they can maybe appeal to the people. But in that AOC talked about rolling up to the south because of how backwards and behind the south is. And I just want to tell her I think that is a great idea. Let the Democrats lean behind New York and California leaders to go down to the south and show them a picture of what it would look like if you follow all their policies and see how that works for Republicans in the midterm elections.
