Yesterday, at a conference on the resurgence of political terrorism, Secretary of State Marco Rubio made a major speech about the trend that we are seeing in the rise in far left extremist terrorism.

Multiple assassination attempts on a sitting president and the murder of the greatest conservative activist of a generation, a man who happened also to be a husband and the father of two young children shot and killed while speaking to a crowd of students. This is a distinctive and unique evil. It has always been driven by a hatred above all else, a hatred for civilization itself.

One point that Secretary Rubio made is this has also partially been facilitated by people closely aligned with government because there have been extremist actions, extremist protests, extremist riots, and groups that were excused because of their political alignment.

Here in my country, so many people in positions of power have repeatedly dismissed acts of violence and even terrorism as legitimate forms of political expression, so long as they served a left wing cause.

The purpose of this speech was to highlight the fact that far left extremist violence is no longer just a domestic issue. He made the connection between far left extremist groups around the world and terror activities that have been tied to far left ideology. While it's often been dismissed in media as not as significant as far right or fascist extremism, things like that, the point that Secretary Rubio wanted to make was it is, and it is the kind of violence that has sparked around the world, but we're seeing with even more potency here in the United States. It was a very valuable speech. I recommend everyone give it a listen. But I also think it highlights the type of leadership that Secretary Rubio is showcasing right now. As there's more and more conversation about the future of the country, the future of the Republican Party, 2028 and so

now that Graham Platner has officially stepped out of the main Senate race, there's been a lot of interesting discussion about how Democrats have handled this. Some of them have tried to distance themselves from him. Some of them had said, we made a mistake in believing this guy. We should have seen the signs. Some have even kind of dug in a Little bit in a strange way and tried to justify it. One person who did the latter was all White Beach Club's member and Rhode Island Senator Sheldon Whitehouse.

Do you think you were too quick to dismiss Fifield's allegations? I think it's important when you're looking at allegations to, and I've done this as a prosecutor for years to evaluate things like whether there is corroboration. And with respect to the first allegation, there was none. Whether there's motive to mislead or fabricate.

That's pretty shocking from somebody who's a part of the believe all women party. Even after everything we know about Graham Platner, the fact that now we know he raped a woman validates everything that Lindsey said. But Sheldon can't see past his own political biases about Lindsey and about anything affiliated with the Koch network and things like that. But it's also important to note that while Sheldon Whitehouse here is trying to make a justification for not believing her when it was Brett Kavanaugh being grilled, he went so far as to do this.

You'll remember that is a blown up image of Brett Kavanaugh's high school calendar, which where he kept details about social engagements he was having with friends. And Sheldon Whitehouse spent so much time in that hearing trying to parse words and slang in this calendar to try and suggest this was the smoking gun that showed that Brett Kavanaugh did the terrible things he was accused of that had no evidence, no corroboration. And also a lot of people who were familiar with everyone involved in this saying there's no way that it happened. He did that with the calendar, he did it with the yearbook. He made a mockery of the entire process because he wanted to try and sink Brett K. Kavanaugh. And now for him to be so dismissive of Lindsey Fifield is just shocking and jarring. But to her credit, Lindsey Fifield, who, as we've said is a good friend of mine, said this. I've never taken a dime from AIPAC or Coke. I shouldn't need to say that my LinkedIn is public. I haven't worked in politics since the beginning of 2023 when I was a digital marketing director for Nikki Haley. After having a miscarriage, I made the difficult but correct decision to prioritize My family, we live a simple, beautiful life. While I've received overwhelming support from across the political spectrum since June 4, I was horrified by the dismissive comments made by people like Senator Whitehous and Jodi Cantor who believed the Platner campaign's lie that I was a quote, political operative, unquote, one of many, many lies they've been caught in. Senator Whitehouse, you rushed to publicly condemn me without bothering to get the facts right. Back in June you had over a month to reflect on that mistake. But instead of apologizing or even admitting you were wrong, you chose to double down. How truly pathetic. For anyone who's followed Sheldon Whitehouse, this isn't surprising at all. He has always shown that he has no actual principles and is a giant dirtbag. But it is a problem for D Democrats because with Dick Durbin retiring from the Senate, Sheldon Whitehouse moves up in seniority in the all powerful Senate Judiciary Committee. So we can expect to see even more high profile exhibits of Sheldon Whitehouse being a complete political hack. One dynamic we've been talking about quite a bit is with the Democrat socialists, the ways that they are actually much closer to communism. And one area that Zoran himself has exhibited that is in the various ways he's talked about government seizing property, seizing the means of production, taking control over industries and things like that. And one theme that he's brought up quite a bit in that lane is housing. He's talked before about how they would use government power to take housing away from certain landlords. When necessary. We will take aggressive legal action to remove negligent owners and property managers. Yesterday he held an event to talk more about his plans for housing in New York. Now one thing that's important to note is even as he's taken action to freeze rents, rents are at all time highs in New York. And so a lot of the heavy handed government action he's taking isn't actually helping things. But there's a larger risk of as government takes more control, prices continuing to go up while the quality continues to go down. Enter this very interesting housing rights advocate. Our city is turning the corner on tenant power. When we organize, we win results. Now let me just highlight the entire ensemble of this woman. Not only does she have this great bucket hat that looks like the homeless lady from Home Alone 2, but she's got a neck gaiter on around her neck for protection. But in addition to that she's got an N95. This lady is ready to live day to day in New York. But what's more Important is what she said there, which is evictions are violence. The Mamdani administration is emboldening us so that we no longer tolerate the violence of evictions. Evictions as a matter of business as usual. Important to note that when they talk about eviction as violence, you might remember that during the pandemic there was an eviction freeze which meant that nobody could be evicted from their housing because of the pandemic. This put landlords in a terrible spot. How would they get paid? So people stopped paying rent, use their rent money to do things like buy boats. There's all sorts of crazy stories all over the place and landlords couldn't do anything about it. And so for landlords whose primary income came from the housing that they owned, they were in a huge pickle. And so when government plays a huge heavy handed role here, it creates major imbalance and problems. The other point here that's worth noting is Zoron would like the government to take over more and more housing. The problem for that, for real people, is you'll still see prices go up, but the quality will go down because there's no incentive for any of these people to improve the quality of the housing they offer to compete against other units because the government is backing it. So again, Zoron trying to put government in a position of ownership and seizing housing as much as possible and seizing control from private owners is the kind of communism warning signs we are talking about. It has been a wild week of news here. Here are just a few highlights of stories you might have missed. Trump formally notified Congress of the resumption of military activities against Iran on July 10. Under the war Powers Resolution. Dems say the war is illegal and the President cannot restart the 60 day clock for military action. Along with resuming those military operations, President Trump is also resuming our naval blockade in hopes of driving quick action here. The peace deal in the MoU clearly did not hold up because as President Trump has said numerous times, Iran would never keep their side of the deal. So we will see what this looks like over the next few weeks. New DSA policy platforms. Eliminating the U.S. senate, replacing the President and the Supreme Court with an executive and judiciary chosen by and subordinate to Congress. Amnesty for all illegal immigrants. Defunding the Department of War. And here's DSA co Chair Ashik Sadiq speaking specifically to some of these structural changes the DSA is demanding.

We don't think it's extreme. He says. One thing that we've tried to really illustrate here is Democrat socialists economic agenda isn't really socialism. It's much closer to communism and seizing the means of production and having government take control of all aspects of life. But outside of the economic vertical, their agenda really is focused on anarchy.

The fact that we're still having these conversations about whether justices should have enhanced security with all these threats going on is crazy. But the threats began even before that. You might Remember back in 2020, Chuck Schumer threatened Supreme Court justices on the steps of the Supreme Court in response to a pro life protest.

I want to tell you Gorsuch, I want to tell you Kavanaugh, you have released the whirlwind and you will pay the price. One of the great disappointments been one of their biggest proponents supporters was regulation in California that created the conditions that allowed him to take the risk to become the multi billionaire maybe trillionaire that he's become.

Consider the absurdity of suggesting that California regulations made all of Elon's success possible. It's so important to note that Elon had success in spite of California's incredibly insane regulatory environment that is driving a record number of companies out of the state. But just for good measure, here's a look at Elon's wealth growth before he left California. And then that area on the right is when Tesla headquarters moved from California to Texas. You see a little bit of a jumping off there. Another member of the Platner consulting team getting a lot of attention, Daniel Morath from the New York Post. Graham Platner strategist who recruited disgraced Senate candidate, also an accused sext. You're telling me this guy was up to weird stuff? I said none of this will or should stop him from becoming a U.S. senator. So again you've got Morris Katz who tried to cover up Graham Platner's abuse, even offered to pay advisors to be quoted about what they knew about Graham Platner's past now being called out by the dsa. But you've also got Daniel Moraf, the recruiter who went and found Graham Platner, who we've now found is a multiple time accused sex pest. Now this may mean major fallout for other people fight agency is connected to like Abdul Al Sayed.
