First off today, a crazy hearing in the Senate yesterday detailing threats against Supreme Court justices and the need for increased funding for their security. First, Justice Amy Coney Barrett described her own experience after the Dobbs leak and threats that came to her and her family a few years ago.

Around the time of the Dobbs leak, my security details sent me home with a bulletproof vest and I carried it into my house, put it into my bedroom, dropped it down on a table and turned around and my 12 year old son was standing in the doorway of my bedroom and he wanted to know what it was and why I had it.

Now, what Justice Barrett is describing there is the increase in protests outside of her home, particularly after the leak of the Dobbs decision from the Supreme Court. This was back during the Biden era, and you might remember the Biden White House was asked if they condone or support protests outside of Justices homes.

These activists posted a map with the home addresses of the Supreme Court justices. Is that the kind of thing this President, President wants to help your side make their point? Look, I think the President's view is that there's a lot of passion, a lot of fear, a lot of sadness.

Again, this was really shocking at the time because as Peter Doocy outlined in that question, there were maps that the paid protest groups had distributed showing Justices homes and people like Amy Coney Barrett had small children living in their homes. And these protesters made a point of, of being outside their houses, making noise, ensuring they had no peace whatsoever. And just about a month after this is when there was an attempted assassination of Justice Brett Kavanaugh at his home. So again, the fact that we're still having these conversations about whether Justices should have Enhanced security with all these threats going on is crazy. But the threats began even before that. You might Remember back in 2020, Chuck Schumer threatened Supreme Court justices on on the steps of the Supreme Court in response to a pro life protest.

People as high ranking as Senator Schumer who were threatening the justices from the steps of the Supreme Court. That kind of reckless language unfortunately is taken seriously by people like Justice Kavanaugh's would be assassin, like the people who are sending threats to the justices.

And as we've been talking about the passing of Lindsey Graham, his role defending Brett Kavanaugh against the character assassination attempts that really ratcheted up the pressure on these outside activist groups as they were trying to destroy the brand's reputations and identities of conservative Supreme Court justices. These things all go together. There's actually a great breakdown of all of this in the deep background substack. A loud, serious attack on the independent judiciary. This is no quiet campaign. It's an open escalating assault on the court and Congress just admitted it. It took a swatting call at Amy Coney Barrett's front door to get there. We've been talking a lot about the Democrat civil war between the quote unquote establishment led by very ineffect and low energy leaders like Chuck Schumer and Hakeem Jeffries and the Democrat Socialists of America. Democrat Socialists of America are releasing an official policy platform this week according to Fox News new DSA policy platforms. Eliminating the U.S. senate, replacing the President and the Supreme Court with an executive and judiciary chosen by and subordinate to Congress. Amnesty for all illegal immigrants, defunding the Department of War. And here's DSA co chair Ashik Sadiq speaking specifically to some of these structural changes the DSA is demanding.

We don't think it's extreme. He says. One thing that we've tried to really illustrate here is Democrat socialists economic agenda isn't really socialism. It's much closer to Communism and seizing the means of production and having government take control of all aspects of life. But outside of the economic vertical, their agenda really is focused on anarchy and destroying the system. And when they talk about things like changing the structure of our government completely from what the founders and the Constitution established, it's easy to see what they're trying to do here. It's quite radical, but it also makes sense when you understand what their larger hope and dream is.

I don't know why each one of these spokespeople look like that. A little bit quirkily gender fluid, but it is important to note this is where the energy is right now on the Democratic side. No one is saying Hakeem Jeffries and Chuck Schumer are gonna lead us to victory because they don't have any ideas. And there's no personalities or characters in that sort of establishment wing to motivate people and to inspire them. And all the energy right now is in that democr socialist wing. Even if what they're talking about is radical and actually not very popular. We've seen race by race, the Democrat socialists aren't winning working class voters. They're winning because of tiny turnout. And nobody from this sort of more moderate establishment wing actually showing up to vote because no one's giving them a reason to. And so until they do, these radicals are going to continue to dominate the Democrat Party and hopefully create opportunities for Republicans to expand their own map. On the issue of data centers, we've talked quite a bit about the fact that a number of groups have pointed to seedlings and signals that suggest there's foreign influence behind the anti data center movement here in the United States. This from Breitbart Exclusive State Armor CEO urges Congress to probe foreign influence campaigns against US AI data centers. We've talked a little bit before about the incentives for this. Why would a foreign government want to attack data centers? Just like how they've attacked fossil fuels and American energy in the United States, it gives other countries a competitive advantage. It's the same thing with what I call the AI space race. If they can get America to destroy data centers, then America won't be able to keep up in AI development and our adversaries will but from Breitbart In a letter sent the morning of July 14 and obtained exclusively by Breitbart News, Lucci asks the Chairman and ranking members of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, Senate Select Committee on Intelligence and House Committee on Ways and Means to investigate what he describes as growing evidence of foreign backed efforts to amplify opposition to data center projects across the United States. This comes just after the New York Times had a very similar thematic investigation. China, Russia and others seek to inflame debate over AI data centers and as we had talked about a couple months ago, a report from American Energy Institute detailed in the Daily Wire, Left wing foreign billionaires fund groups trying to cripple AI infrastructure We've talked here quite a bit that it is very fair to ask questions about data centers in your community, but it's also important to know when you're being manipulated. And as New York has just signed a data center moratorium keeping them from building any AI data centers for a full year, people like John Fetterman are saying China wins A bombshell New report is highlighting how some left wing organizations are trying to tank home values using climate Change New Report A private company called First Street LLC is quietly undermining the home values of everyday Americans. Its climate risk scores come with no regulatory authority, no appeals process and no accountability to homeowners. Now if you've ever used sites like Redfin or Zillow, which I love to just browse on, you may have seen as you're scrolling through there. They've got a lot of different tools that I think are valuable. Things like flood risk, things like for Zillow, Zestimate, the Zillow estimate of your home value. But also tucked in there as you'll see the climate risk explore, Flood Wildfire and other predictive climate risk information for this property on First Street. The Daily Caller wrote about this dynamic this little known climate report card casts a dark cloud over home sales and BlackRock is involved. We've talked quite a bit about BlackRock, the woke asset manager that is helping drive so much of the corporate shift towards the left over the last several years on every issue from climate change to ESG to dei, they've been behind it all and they're very tied to this. Major online real estate platforms such as Zillow, realtor.com, homes.com and Redfin all have featured predictive climate risk scores, according to a July report from the American Energy Institute and Consumers Research first shared with a Daily Caller News foundation. The scores developed by a private company, first street can often directly contrast with the Federal Emergency Management's FEMA official flood maps and determination. By pushing activist driven modeling, first street is denying homeowners any meaningful path to challenge the damage being done to their largest asset. It's no coincidence that Wall street giants like BlackRock, Vanguard and State street hold major stakes in the platforms pushing these scores, giving them yet another lever to impose esg, environmental, social and governance agendas on American families. Now that is from Will Hill, the Executive Director of Consumers Research, highlighting the fact that State street has used this to essentially make climate change a factor in your home value that you have no control over. And also, as we've talked about quite a bit here on 10 minute drill is not actually closely linked to science. For our Waste Wednesday segment today, I want to go back to a hospital in Texas that has been caught with some of the most flagrant waste, fraud and abuse I've seen in recent years. We talked about this a tiny bit in our Monday rundown new A Texas hospital confirms to Fox News it's behind billboards at the U.S. mexico border advertising childbirth services and encouraging expectant mothers to give birth in Texas. The Spanish language billboards directed people to go to havemybabyintexas.com as you look at those billboards and you can see some of them appeared in Mexico encouraging people to go to this Texas hospital for discount birth packages that are not available to their normal patients. This was shocking. It's bizarre that a Texas hospital would be advertising in Mexico for people to come in and have babies that would naturally become American citizens. It is actually birth tourism as we've talked about quite a bit. But the other bombshell part of this is surprise, surprise. The Texas hospital advertising childbirth Services at the US Mexico border is a 340B hospital, meaning our tax dollars are subsidizing this advertising campaign for birth tourism to illegal immigrants. We have focused a lot of our Waste Wednesday segments on this 340B tax exempt hospital system that was set up so that hospitals could give discount drugs and care to lower income patients, but instead is funding all sorts of insane things that have nothing to do with healthcare. We've talked about the fact that Cleveland Clinic is using this money to build NBA practice facilities and give their CEO multimillion dollar salaries. We've talked about the fact that the University of Miami Hospital has rebuilt their lobby, spending millions of dollars putting up beautiful art displays and grand pianos, again subsidized by our tax dollars. But this case out of Texas might be the worst I have seen. Our tax dollars intended to help lower income Americans get discounted health care is actually being used to fund advertising for birth tourism in Mexico. This is a giant warning sign that lawmakers who are considering adding new accountability measures over this program need to act quickly. This from the Washington Reporter. Watchdogs demand 340B oversight after tax exempt Texas hospital caught advertising birth packages in Mexico. As the Washington reporter outlines, the House Ways and Means Committee just passed a bill that would add the kind of oversight that makes this insanity a lot more difficult to come by. And we hope they will move fast because this is wild for our final block of the day. We've got a little bit of a lead in that's important and then a more funny you can't make it up segment. But first thing we wanted to kick off with here is a little bit more about Abdul Al Sayed. We've talked about him quite a bit, but one thing that I think is important to understand about him is on every question he might get and he's getting more and more questions about his own lack of transparency. For example, he has not yet released his tax returns. Every question he gets, there's one common boogeyman that comes up. AIPAC.

When there was a shooting at a Michigan synagogue, his first reaction was to find a justification for it. And so again, it's not a surprise that when he hears footsteps every time, it's aipac, AIPAC support in this race. If you're wondering how somebody this flawed, with terrible policy ideas, weird instincts like the Blue's Clues video, and also so clearly, clearly virulently anti Semitic could be running away with this primary, take a look at who his competition is.

Haley Stevens is kind of a strange person and it's easy to see why somebody like Abdullah Saad, who might be so flawed is running away with this race.
