A
Our unique chemistry together is very inner child play, whimsical, almost like kids, right? We never had a weird situation, which I think is pretty, pretty unheard of in living with anyone.

welcome back to the Highest Health podcast. My name is Sahar Rose, and on this podcast I love to talk about sp, spirituality, the divine feminine, matters of the heart. But make it modern, fun, grounded and relatable so it can actually serve your needs. So three and a half years ago, I go through this very challenging divorce and do you know what friends do? They help heal a heart they did not break. So this queen who we became like instant besties at the end of 2018. And I just, she had a boyfriend at the time and they were both my very, very. They were both like besties to me and were really there for me in this journey. A year later, her hand broke up and it was her dark night of the soul. And it was really my moment to be there for her. And what started off as like, hey, can I come? Like, just stay with you for a couple weeks turned into a year and a half of us living together and traveling around the world. We lived in Dubai, we lived in bal. We went on so many adventures, highs, lows, and so many of us, we are lonely, we are anxious, depressed. And I really believe the reason why is because we are not meant to live this life alone. We're not meant to, you know, be in these little apartments by ourselves, isolated all the time. And her and I's friendship is such a beautiful testament to two women, especially when you're in a similar, like going through your single chapter together, choosing to just do life together. And honestly, it helped heal my heart, give me so much more of a sense of whimsy and play and joy. It was like a built in wife to do all the things that you would want to do, right? Whether you know, Doing arts projects or watching a movie together, doing skincare, whatever the thing was. And I wanted to bring her on because she's been on the podcast several times before, but we've never talked about really how to find a best friend to do life with, tips and tricks to deepen friendships, how to even, like, approach conversations around traveling together, staying together, even living together. How she overcame what she discovered really actually was a toxic relationship and now is with her sacred union partner. And she has a beautiful new Mayan Oracle deck that just came out. So maybe we're going to be a little spontaneous and she's going to pull some cards with us. And a funny, funny VH1 behind the scenes little tidbit here. She's in the other room right now. I booked the videographer on the wrong day. And so we're doing it like this. And actually it's so much better because you guys don't know this, but when there's a videographer, there's just like a stranger man that's sitting in the room. And so sometimes I'm crying to you guys and there's just like a man who's just like, watching and like, trying not to make eye contact. And so now we get to be extra playful because it's just us. And before we get started with this episode, I saw that over 50% of you guys are not yet subscribed to the podcast, which, don't worry about it. I'm not offended, but I'd love to keep hanging out. I'm having a good time with you, so just subscribe to it wherever you're listening to this on YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts. It helps me reach more people, reach you with our upcoming episodes, and get this message out into the world. So be sure to hit subscribe. And now let's get into the episode.

So, without further ado, let's welcome Christine
B
Olivia here on the Highest Health Podcast. So happy to be back. I love you and love all of the listeners. You guys are amazing. Thanks for tuning in.
A
Yay. Yay. So the reason why we became friends is because you turned your passion into a way of really deepening and making incredible friendships. Can you share with us how we became friends and what you were doing at that time?
B
Yeah, a way of relating, right? So I was sharing cacao, ceremonial cacao with people, and it was what changed my life. It helped me to come into my heart, connect my heart, heal my connection to my inner child, you know, connection to different aspects of myself, my ancestors. And so I just saw this beautiful plant medicine that I knew my ancestors were working with for thousands of years and knew that it was this heart medicine and saw that our society just works with it as chocolate, where we don't. Most people don't even know about the fact that if you have it in its pure essence with cacao, it's. It's heart medicine and so beautiful, and it is like the superfood, but it's also spiritual aid. So that's what I was doing. I was sharing this thing that I was really passionate about. And I remember I was new to the. I was new back in LA. Even though I've lived in LA for the last, like, 15 years in California's home, I've moved all over the place. And Even within those 15 years, it was like, sometimes I'd live in Florida or I'd journey to some part. And I was in Germany, um, right before that came back, and I was like, I have really no friends. Like, everybody. You know, with la, a lot of people are always, like, flowing in and out, and I was making new friends. And so I would just put myself out there and, like, reach out to people that I liked or, you know, was inspired by. And I reached out to Sahar. I saw you on there. My girl, she slid into my DMs, guys.
A
Yeah.
B
Yeah, it was that simple. I was like, hey, I want to share cacao with you. You know, I don't remember what I said, but it was that simple. And then we. We shared cacao and ceremony. And it was, yeah, love at first sight. I mean, it was like soul recognition, though, too, so it was really special. But, yeah, that's how it began.
A
Yeah. I remember you messaged me and you were like, I would love to invite you over for ceremonial cacao. Like a cacao ceremony.
B
Yeah.
A
And I definitely get DMs from a lot of people, but I had never had someone invite me to do something new, something intentional, something conscious. And I feel if you messaged me, hey, I'd love to meet you for a coffee and pick your brain, I would have never responded, you know, or just like, hey, we should hang out sometime. I would not have responded, but because I saw you were doing something unique, something you're passionate about, something I was curious to learn more about. And I feel like this is just a really good tip for everyone for making friends. What is something of your own, Dharma, that you love, that you would love to share? Maybe it's arts and crafts. Maybe it's, you know, going on nature walks and picking leaves. It's something. But I feel giving that person an opportunity to do something that they probably wouldn't do, because in my mind, I'm like, okay, I've always wanted to experience the cacao serums, like, more at the beginning. Right. 2018, when it wasn't as big. And so it was like, even if I never see this person again, it's okay because I'm trying a cacao ceremony. But then it was like, instant. Yeah. Like love at first sight. Like, we totally had, like, giant friendship crushes on each other, which I feel we still do, but it was this instant. And so I want to talk about the next piece of people who feel like I'm awkward or shy or in my head, like, what allowed you to feel comfortable with making so many new friends in this way?
B
It's interesting because I feel like you are so outgoing. You're, you know, what's the word when you're, like, really outgoing?
A
Extroverted.
B
Exactly. You're so extroverted. Right. And I'm actually, like, an introverted extrovert. Like, I can be extroverted, but I'm introverted. But this, actually, this is something I was going to add to what you were just saying. It's just like being yourself and being authentic to who you are. I was just in my authentic, like, you know, this is what excites me. This is what I know is part of my Dharma. And sharing my purpose was. Was that. And so I'm like, I'm going to share it with anybody and everybody. And, you know, a no or a failure. Right. Quote, unquote is just redirection. So if it's not you, you know, then. Then that person isn't for you, then, okay, great, try again. You know, but stay open and be curious.
A
So, yeah, that's so huge because it's our fear of rejection that holds us back from trying.
B
Right.
A
Like, you meet someone and you just assume they're so cool. They're probably really busy. They probably have so much going on. Why would they want to hang out with me? And I actually feel like even though you think you're an introvert, you actually connect with so many people through the cacao. But, like, directors and, like, all of these very influential. We were. We went to the Michael Jackson movie last night. It was like a trailer. She's like, oh, that's my friend. And it's like, the trailer. It's like, what? She's like, yeah. And it's because you just authentically share what you love. And so it feels. It doesn't feel graspy for people. It just feels like, oh, I'm. There's. There's no, like, intention. You're trying to be like, I hope we become friends. Right? You're just like, I'm just sharing my dharma.
B
Yeah, yeah. And just be, like, open to connect. But don't ever put anybody else on a pedestal and think anybody else is better than you. Like, you know, it. It doesn't matter what anybody else is doing or, you know, what they're coming, you know, across as. It's like we're all just human. And so just come from that place of, like, playfulness and make it fun. It's like we're connecting on, you know, connect on a soul level. Or, like, imagine her, this. This person that you're wanting to connect with. If there's somebody out there that you want to be a friend with, then imagine her inner child, like, connecting from that place of purity. Because ultimately, we're all still our inner child. Right. We're always connected to the inner child and that expression. So, yeah.
A
So now flash forward. The year after was my wedding, and I invited you to be my bridesmaid. Which, you know, it's funny because people would say, oh, that's, like, moving too fast. But for me, it's like when, you know, you know, and I'm, like, so grateful in that moment of time that you were there, like, it needed to happen, and we just spent so much time together. You were in a relationship, you had a home. The relationship shifted, you were in another one. And then the breakup happens. How. Like, how were you able to ask for support? I feel like a lot of people go through breakups, and they just hide how they feel. They feel like, I need to figure it out on my own. Like, I love that you came to me. You're like, hey, like, can I stay with you? Because I, like, loved to offer that.
C
That.
A
But I feel like a lot of people would be like, I could never ask that.
B
Yeah, I feel like it felt just wild, the timing. Like, it was perfectly timed that we were both single.
C
Right?
B
We were always in relationships. Before that, we were both single. We always had fun. I was just like, I don't want to, you know, go visit my family. I don't want to try to go just throw myself and find a new place or be alone, either. Or be, like, just an Airbnb the whole time. Right. I'm already coming out of a relationship that I felt really lonely in. And I think alone time is good. But it felt really right to Reach out to you. You know, at the time, it just was like, it made sense, you know, you were my best friend, and I was like, why would I want to go and be so far away? Also, like, I wanted girl time. I definitely wanted that, like, sister time. So I just put myself out there, and I think, yeah, again, it's a testament to just being authentic to who you are. And it's like, if she says she doesn't have the time or she. I can't be there, then, then. Then that's okay. I'm gonna be okay still, you know? Yeah. I love that.
A
And I didn't realize it was also what I needed. And I feel like that's the thing when you. When you ask for what you need, it might also be what that other person needed, too. Because I. I guess we're just so used to. In our society, we all live by ourselves or we live with our partners. Right. I had never, you know, in my mind, I would think, oh, I don't want a roommate or something. I'm in my 30s. Why would I want that? But having you there, it made me realize, like, a lot of the, like, you know those, like, lonely, like, moments you go through, especially after a breakup, where you're like, I'm going to be alone, you're crying, you just, like, go into a hole. I realized just you being there, I just wouldn't go there anymore. Right. And I just feel like having another person's body in your place, like, even just hearing you walk to the bathroom, like, hearing you be alive, gave my nervous system a sense of safety because it was like, oh, there's life in this home. Whereas when you're, like, by yourself, like, at first, it's like, oh, my God, Yay, I'm by myself. But, like, after a period of time, it's like, sometimes you're like, wow, like, if I died, like, no one would know for days, like. And that's, like, actually scary thought.
B
And it's really sad, too. And I don't think it's really normal for us to be living in our little boxes all alone. Like, this is very new to our bodies, our nervous system. Like, that's not the way our ancestors lived. We lived in tribe. We lived connected. And I think we. We really need to remember. We need each other. And so that does not mean, okay, that we all have to just, like, jump into something with other people. But I do think that's what we're like also moving towards is like, being more in community and being in tribe. Right? So that's why it feels so good. If feels so good to just know that you're in the other room, that you're there and that we're close by and we have each other and that's what we're supposed to do together. We're supposed to do life together with others, heal together, commune together, grieve together, celebrate together, like live together. So, yeah, it was so good. It was so much fun too. We're going to get into all that too.
A
Do you see yourself one day writing books, giving talks, hosting a podcast, having courses, but the moment a camera gets in front of you and it's time for you to speak, you feel like, oh, my goddess, I have no idea what I'm doing. Even though you enter flow state when you're in a conversation with your friend, well, if this is you, you have wisdom in your heart to share, but it's just feeling like you're still a little bit of an awkward speaker. Girl, I got you. I've created my method, Speak with Soul, that now 3,000 people have gone through into creating social media brands, book deals, speaking on stages, taking their wisdom out into the world in a big way. So this is my step by step 21 day guided program with everything I know to become an incredible empowered and inspired speaker. Because an inspirational speaker is very different than a motivational speaker. This is not about giving a TED Talk that you're going to memorize and rehearse on stage, but rather about connecting to your channel, your voice within, and delivering it in a way that comes in a state of flow. Because we all know what it's like to listen to someone who's reading off a teleprompter with all the AI bullshit in the world. We don't need more of that. We need your heart. We need your soul. And so let me help you speak with Soul. So this 21 day course is now available for 50% off. You can find that link in the show notes and I'm so excited to support you in getting your voice brand message out into the world so it can help you inspire others. You can find that link in the show notes and let's start speaking with soul.
B
Yes.
A
Yeah. And humans really are portals and I feel like every person brings you into a different portal. And like our unique chemistry together is very inner child play, whimsical. Like, it's funny because we, I mean, obviously we talk, but we're not like big, like talk, talk, talk, talk, talk. You know, some friends, you guys just talk a lot and then you're kind of exhausted after. And it's a great conversation. But, like, that's just more the dynamic. Like, I. We get together and we're like, we're analyzing life, we're analyzing this. It's very that. And I feel like our connection is this more like, let's do something right. And we both love to dance, and I feel that's why, like. And we'll share more, but, like, we never got into a fight. We never had a weird situation, which I think is pretty unheard of in living with anyone. Like, even the person you're the most in love with, let alone a friend, let alone you're both going through breakups. But, like, well, like, it worked because we always had, like, a North Star. We're like, let's do this karaoke thing, and let's make this craft or let's make this herbal tincture thing. And so it felt like almost like kids, right? Like, you always have an activity or a project, and we were always doing that. And I feel like it also made time intentional because, like, for example, even just yesterday when you were staying with me, we filmed five hilarious reels. And then we went to the bookstore where her new deck came out, and we're, like, shooting. And then we came back and we ate dinner, and then we went to the Michael Jackson movie, and then we went down to deep Michael Jackson, and it feels like slumber party vibes all the time. But also it'll be like, okay, I have to work, or you have to work, and it's totally fine. How do you feel like a listener can have a dynamic that works really well to live with someone?
B
Oh, I think it's what you said about the. The part where, like, keeping it fun and playful, like, not. I feel like being with someone who's so analytical, and you're always like, you. You know, when people are in relationship where they're only processing all the time, it's, like, exhausting. Right. So finding someone where you feel like you can just be. It's not even just about the doing. We do a lot of fun things, but we can just, like, be in our own whatever we're doing and be fine. Yeah. Even if that is just like watching a movie or just hanging out or just, like, chilling, like, we could do whatever.
C
Right.
B
So I think it's that. I think it's part of that. And also knowing what a really important piece to this is, like, knowing what feels good for you, being able to, like, listen to your body and, like, what do you need for me Right. Because I am, I am introverted for sure too. And so I need some times where I'm just needing to be alone.
C
Right.
B
We were talking about this yesterday. It's like, well then I would just be like, hey, I'm going to go rest and just be in my room and just go chill. And that's sometimes what I would need for myself. But it was like the perfect dynamic. But I think if you know that from the get of, like, you can just be yourself. And if you have friends and you can feel like you're not exhausted after that dynamic or that experience with them, like whatever you're doing, you, you can probably live well together. That's one of the, I think the signs for it. What do you think?
A
Yeah, I feel like we both are aware of whatever energy someone's in. So it's like if you're like, you know, you were sick for a while and you're tired and so it's like, I'm not going to be like, you know, certain friends, they get mad if you're not doing something with them. Like they're. We never take anything personally. Like there could be anything that one of us wants to do the other one doesn't want to do. And it's zero percent like, oh, I wish you were guilt tripping or anything. It's like, you are sovereign. Even if you don't want to do anything with me, eat with me, whatever. Like, because there were times, I mean, after a year and a half, there's weeks like when you started your Mayan astrology business. You're working. Right. And so then I'm doing other things. And it's not this like, you know, certain friends, it, they make you almost feel bad about. I think we never do that.
B
Yeah. There's a sense of like love and respect that we respect each other's like, work and also our independence because we're both really independent, actually. But because of the love, it's like, okay, we're independent, but we still always want to like be together when we have our free time. So then we'd like find a way to like flow back into each other's life. But not taking it personally when we need to be alone or we need to do something else. Yeah.
A
Yeah. And I think the way that we find ourselves back to each other is we're often like, we'll, we'll make a plan. We'll be like, oh, I have aloe vera in the fridge. Let's put, we still need to do. Let's put aloe Vera on our faces. Or like, let's watch this movie or something. So then it's like we kind of know, okay, at this time we're gonna. It's like almost setting a date. And I feel like with friends, a lot of times you don't do that anymore. It's sort of like you don't try and you get together and you kind of just sit on the couch and you're scrolling on your phones and you're not really talking. And honestly, we don't do that. Like, even last night we went on this Michael Jackson deep dive, but it's not. You're on your phone, I'm on my phone. Even if it's one of us on our phone, the other one is narrating to the other person. It's this, it's that. And so it's always a shared experience.
B
Yes.
A
Whereas I feel like a lot of people that they're having their own experiences next to each other.
B
No, we're, like, always involving each other with it. Even if it's like we're. I'm talking to my partner or you're talking to a guy. You know, it's like we involve each other in the whole experience, which is fun, too.
A
And I think it's also, like, awareness of what that person can hold. Like, you know, especially being single dating, there's so many ups and downs and this and that. And I mean, you could talk about it forever. And I think some woman can, like, maybe not be mindful of the other person's energy. Of like, imagine I woke up and I just went on for like an hour and a half about some guy. And it's like, okay, that's also your start of the day. So it's like, well, and let's also share because we have, like, our own morning routines that we do too. But I'm always mindful of not to over explain or use you as my therapist and to, you know, I tell you the things, but I'm not like, breaking it down and this and that. And I think a lot of people use their friends as their therapists, and then it feels really heavy.
B
Yeah, yeah. Or trauma dumping. Right? Like you're just dumping all the stuff. No, yeah, I think we do. We do a good job of, like, knowing how each other is feeling. We're, like, tuned into each other. But I think that happens with time. When you have a friend, you can, like, feel into what they're feeling and know how far you can go and also know how to hold the other person when they're going through things when they're triggered or when they're going through. Right. Illness or, or what have you. But like. Yeah. Being able to hold space for that and share in a way that feels like you're not.
C
Yeah.
B
Like giving too much or being too much either. But our routines are, are actually pretty in sync. Like we love getting movement in the morning. Right. Or like breath work, having our drinks, like making our warm drinks. I love it. I love like being, I feel like I'm always the first one to wake up and like, you know, be in the, in the kitchen. And I love that like walking into silence. And then I love, I'm like, I can't wait till my girl gets up because then she's got the music going, then we can dance. So I'm like always waiting for you to get the movement in.
A
Totally. I used to sleep way earlier than I do and wake up way earlier than I do. I'm like, okay, it's 10pm Time for me to start writing my book until 1 in the morning. And you're like always in bed. And so, and it's, and it doesn't matter. It's like we just have our different schedules.
B
Yeah. And that's an important part to talk about too because you don't have to be the same guys. You can be very different. And like opposites also attract in really beautiful ways. And yeah, I'm an early bird, so I'm like, okay, I'm going to bed. It's like nine o'. Clock. I'm like, love you, gotta go. Just bed, you know, and I'm up at like 6. And yeah, you're that, that late night owl, you know, and it, and it works and it flows because we also respect each other. And so, you know, I'm not being super loud in the morning and you're not being super loud at night too. Those little things like having care for each other and, and, and, and knowing the other person is in the room. Because I know there are some people, you know, I'm sure you know, people listening. You've had roommates where they just don't, they don't care and they're not thoughtful about the other person's presence. And I think we're just really thoughtful and we like love each other. That's, it's like platonic wives. I mean, we are really. There's a lot of love here. So. Yeah.
A
Yeah. And it's interesting because as you said that I was thinking of a friend that we have that we love her. It's she's so not easy to live with. And I was just thinking, why? Why is that different? And it's like, I think it. Being aware of how much space you're taking in a home.
B
Yeah.
A
I think some people, like, when they're in a home, kind of are like, their stuff's everywhere, and then they need to change the lights, and then it's this and it's that, and they kind of, like, take control of everything, and then everyone else feels uncomfortable. And I think both of us are naturally pretty similar. Like, we both, like, you know, more dim lights at night and no fluorescent and things like that where we're also pretty fluid. Like, if you have your things on the counter, I'm not freaking out. And some people are very, very OCD with it or very, very messy with it. And I think we both also, like, if there is a mess that's bothering us, we'll just clean it rather than feeling resentful of, like, why did this person not do it?
B
That. Going with the flow. I think you and I do that really well as we're really easygoing and we go with the flow. Exactly. I'm going to clean up if I feel like it's messy or if it's my stuff, and I'm like, oh, I noticed that I had the mess, and I'm going to also move it out the way. But I'm not going to worry if you have your mess out. Then I'll also clean it up if I feel like it's too much. Right. We just help each other out in that way.
A
Totally. Yeah. And I feel our morning routines, we also will take on each other's interests. So I went through my whole, like, singing thing, and then I was like, oh, these vocal warmups are like, I want to do vocal warmups. So in Bali, we were doing our vocal warmups every day, which, by the way, we need to bring back. And then I, like, was super into Bollywood movies and started showing you Bollywood movies and Bollywood music videos, which you had no awareness of. And then you became obsessed with it. And then we were, like, doing our Hita Mandi and our budget Omastani. And.
B
And then you came to an Indian
A
wedding with me and wore my lenga and, like, and you fully just, like, took it in. And I'm like, I want to learn more. I'm, like, telling people about their Mayan astrology. And I went to Guatemala. And I think that's another interesting connection that, you know, I think certain friends, it's like, past life, friendship Christine, you can share. What's your heritage?
B
Guatemala, Mexican American.
A
And so I grew up like, my nanny, who lived with us and really helped raise me, was from Guatemala. And that's why my first language, even before farsing English, was Spanish. And I always just grew up with, like, Guatemalan culture and the weddings and the aro con frijole and, like, all of that. And then. So it was so interesting because it was like, definitely in a past life, we were like these Guatemalan sisters. And I ended up going, going. You did this Mayan womb training in Guatemala, and you told me how impactful it was. And then maybe a year or so later, I went on my own. And then while I was in Guatemala, one of the women there said she recommended a rose dieta for me. So 10 days meditation, working with the rose, and then I just thought of you. And then I asked her, I said, can I actually do it with my friend? And she said, sure, as long as you're both, like, completely in the rose frequency. And you're like, okay, I'm in. And we did this rose dieta together. And it was such a. And that's actually what led to us deciding to leave LA and start traveling. We. We went to Dubai because the rose was bringing forth, through my intuition, all of this love for India. And that's when I started to get really into the Bollywood. And that's when we started watching it. And then we were like, we need to live in the Hiramandi Palace. And then we found it and. And then went on a journey for another year.
B
Yeah.
A
And so if it wasn't for us doing that ceremony together, we definitely would not have had that whole year.
B
I know. Totally. Yeah. Yeah. I think it's that. That being open and, like, connecting with the inner child. It's like when you're kids and your friend tells you about something fun and, you know, you're like, oh, let me go check it out. It's like staying open to these things that you might not have thought about. And so, yeah, that's like, how it brought us, us to doing the rose de eta, which was amazing, which led us to go to Dubai. Then Dubai was ball. It's like it all just was perfectly aligned. It was amazing. It was incredible. And our astrocartography, though, showed us, like, these are the places that we needed to go to. But during that rose dieta is when we knew we had to go to Dubai. And we were both kind of like, why? And then something came up, an event came up that you needed to do. There. And it was like, oh, perfect. Like, see, it was all meant to be. And then we go to Dubai. But Dubai was just a stepping stone to get to Bali because, yeah, Dubai was just not it. And then, wow, so much magic unfolded within Bali. Yeah.
A
And I want to share, like, we've talked about the highs. Like, there were also lows. Like, there were also crazy situations that we got into. For example, we both were sick a lot, especially in Bali. And. And for you, in. In Dubai, you were sick for a really, really long time. And I feel like being sick in another foreign country, it brings up a lot of fear. And, like, in those moments, you really have to be each other's family. Right. And I feel like those moments are what shift you from friends to family. Of, like, with friendships, it's like, okay, you're sick.
B
I hope you feel better.
A
Let me know if you need anything. And with family, it's like, you gotta take care of each other. Like, you're each other's children, you know, because it's so freaking scary. Especially we had lung infections in Dubai from the dust giving us all these ruptures in our lungs that got infected. So at first in Dubai, you got sick, and then you were going to leave and I was going to stay, and then I got sick and I left Dubai even earlier than you did and went to Bali. And then you were there on your own, and then we were both in Bali. Then the other thing that happened were the. The termites. Can you share? Because you were the one who walked into the situation.
B
Oh, my gosh. We had the most beautiful. Just think of the most beautiful home in Bali. It's just. Just so lit. The, you know, beautiful windows and architecture. It's, like, very traditional. So it's this beautiful home. We're like, we love it. We love the. The Balinese culture and the tradition. So we absolutely loved it. And then one day I got home before Sahara, and there were so many termites. Was a swarm of termites all over the house. It came directly from her room, by the way. But that was insane. I don't even know how they. Oh, there was a storm the day before, and so the storm brought them all up, actually, and out. And they came through your window and your room. It was insane. And that would have probably been, like, really.
A
And they were really loud. And it was like.
B
They were really loud.
A
Thousands.
B
It was intense, but I feel like it would have been more intense if, like, we had been alone. I feel like it was kind of, like, funny once we got out of There we were like, oh, my God, that was insane. But we had each other. You know, he's like, you do it together. It was okay.
A
Yeah, it was really interesting because, I mean, Mayan teachings teach about how everything is a sign, right? And then the termites, it's often like, look at your foundation. And at that time in Bali, this was our. What ended up being our last month there. This was when we went to Paranon from Ubud. And, you know, Bali has its own consciousness. And I feel like we went there, we needed to do our healing and deep diving and kind of stepping away from our lives and decentering men and focusing on our love. And definitely, you know, because especially when you're in a city, you always feel like, oh, I should be dating. I should be this. And it just. It wasn't working for either of us. And so I feel like in Bali, we were just in this, like, inner child reality. But I think that was maybe three or so months into it, that the termites were kind of one of the big chips of like, okay, time to go. You know, time to go now into. Into your lives. And it was scary because I personally was never planning to leave Bali. I was like, I'm going to stay here forever. Never going back to society. Goodbye, everybody. And it was really scary to see all, like, termites are so freaking creepy. And they had all come in from, like, under my door. And it was like, literally the entire floor was just covered. Thousands and thousands. And they're in your stuff. It's like, it feels like a scary movie. And from there, we moved into another place. And then I think we were sick for, like a month. We had the.
B
I don't remember. See, it's funny, I look back on it and I'm like, it was so much fun. I forget how many times I died and was reborn. Like, it was initiation after initiation.
A
Yeah, we were eating the garlics every day. Do you remember? My bedtime routine was eating. I made garlic with vinegar and honey, and I would just eat as many as I possibly could. I do remember, like, just the things you would do to survive.
C
And.
A
Yeah, I remember another time we were at a restaurant and it was taking a really. They said it was going to take like, an hour for our food to come. So we were like, okay, we're not going to stay here. You're like, I have food at home. I'm going to go home. I was like, okay, I'm going to take a bike and meet you there. Oh, yeah, my phone died because I put my phone in the sand to take videos of us and my phone died.
B
Time ever, by the way. Before that, like, Dan, we had the best day ever.
A
She leaves and I can't charge my phone and so I have no way of getting back. It's night and I'm like, what the hell am I gonna do? Like, she. I was like, she's probably gonna go to sleep and not even notice that I'm back at all tomorrow. But then it was like, moments of that just knowing, like, if I was completely alone in the country, I would have been really, really, really scared. But knowing, like, even if worse comes to worse, I'll like, somehow figure out a way to like, walk back and knock on the door and like, something ended up being these Balinese people helped me, but I just feel having a friend, like, life can be challenging. And I think sometimes when you're single, you're like, oh, these are the things I have to deal with now. Like in London, my place got broken into and it was really freaking scary. And I feel like things like that having someone there with you just makes it less scary.
B
Yeah. Also, I love the fact that, like, we're both really independent, but we know when to ask for, like, support and help and like, know how to reach out. And I think that's really important because so many people are. Think they need to be so independent and do it alone. Right. But it's like, no, we, we really need each other. It's just a. Such a testament to how beautiful it is when we reach out and, and do things together and live together. It's like the sweetest thing.
A
And so just shifting gears a little bit to people who might be in a toxic relationship or have left a toxic relationship. What are some signs?
B
What are some signs? I mean, your intuition is going to be telling you from the get that there's something that is off and wrong and. And some of the signs are feeling like you're stepping on eggshells. You know, a big thing for me is authenticity. And so I had to learn what that really, truly means. And even in that relationship, I was feeling I was being authentic. And I would show up authentically in many different ways, but I needed to learn like, a deeper layer of that. And my authentic expression annoyed the out of that person. Right. Like, there's something about me I don't think they, they liked innately. And so it has nothing to do with me though, you know, that they, if they don't like that. But. But yeah, in that relationship, it was, it was me really needing to come into understanding. Like, my authentic expression is beautiful. And who I am is, is, Is beautiful. And if you're not feeling like you can truly be your authentic self in your relationship, that's a huge red flag if you feel like you're walking on eggshells. And that's how I felt in the beginning. I felt like I had, like, worked through it in a way. But if it shows up in the beginning, I think it's like you really need to be aware of it. Because I thought I had worked through it a lot in the relationship. But still, you know, I definitely was not able to be my full self. Right. Like, there was a complete glow up after the relationship because there was a dimming that happened during the relationship. Regardless of. There can be a lot of medicine in there too. I feel it was so meant to be. And I think that is for the Maya we believe, like, everything is, is. Is meant to be. And it works out perfectly for us. Even the challenges and the hardships. And with my sign being a three ash pooh, the energy that I carry, I learned how to shine even more so after the fact. So going through that darkness and that, you know, hardship, it was like after the fact, I glowed so much and really understood what it means to. To be the light, to carry the light forward. Right. And to be that sun. Because I'm the sun. I'm meant to, like, I'm meant to shine. So it again, I feel like it's. It's such a crazy experience. The whole thing was wild to think about, but it was all meant to be, you know, at the end of it all. And you saw the good and the bad. You saw all of it. So you know what I mean?
A
Well, it's interesting because I feel like a lot of times women, when we're in relationships, we don't share the ugly. So I didn't know, like, also this person because I became friends with him too.
B
Like, we were all. I know in the beginning of the relationship I would share with you. I would kind of go to all my girlfriends because I knew something was wrong. He would win every. Everybody over.
A
Yeah, I guess the way that I saw it was you. I felt you wanted us to be friends with him. Right. You brought him in, and then when he was around, he would just dominate the conversation. And then I remembered being like, I just want to hang out with you without him. Because it almost became all about just him. But then it's like, it's hard because when you're in it and you're living with someone. What are you going to say? Hey, she wants to hang out with me and not you? Like, he would have been pissed. And you saw this video of yourself that he was, I guess, trying to help you record something. And just the way that he was speaking with you and you were seeing your energy body. Can you share? Because I think that can relate to a lot of women looking back.
B
Oh, my God. That's a really good example to see how you show up on camera with someone. Yeah, I sent it to you because I was like, do you see what I mean? Can you, like, you could see the example of what it looks like when someone is. Doesn't like your expression. Like, if you make any mistakes in, like, their criticism, the way that their. Their expression, the way they're looking at you, their. Their body language, but also how they speak to you, the tone and everything. I was able to, like, dissect it after the fact because I wasn't in the relationship anymore. And so that's why I sent it to you, because I was like, can you see it as well? And. And what I saw was me just, like, shrinking back, me getting quieter, you know, and really needing to be. I was like, getting in the head, getting stuck. Like, can I say this? Should I say this? Oh, that doesn't sound good. So, like, that inner criticism was becoming louder because he was so critical of me. Yeah.
A
And I feel like what sometimes people do and, you know, I don't know if we want to use the label narcissistic, but it's like, they'll make you feel like they're smarter than you. They know better. They're helping you. They want to make sure you don't get it wrong. And that's their form of control. Because now they have power over you. Yeah.
B
Yeah, absolutely. I don't.
A
And I think it takes a long time to get out of. Because you think this person loves me. Right. They're trying to help me, so why would they? Like, they're the closest person in my life. And plus, you're so chemically attached to them that the thought of leaving them and you guys were in your own world together. Right. And I feel like it even took a moment to. For you to get out of that world, to kind of like, come out and be friends with people again. And I think that's just kind of what happens a lot of times in relationships unless we're really mindful of it. It's like we go into these worlds with someone and then no one really knows what's going on. Behind the scenes, and we don't even know it's wrong because we're living it.
B
Yeah. Yeah, absolutely. But it's. It's so crazy, too, because you can be in it and know, like, you need support, you need help, and this might not be good for you, but you might still need to learn something through it. Like, I don't regret any of it because I learned so much about myself. I feel more powerful, more beautiful, more magical, more in love with myself and. And in the most loving relationship I could ever be in. So, like, I wouldn't change anything because it got me to where I'm at now. So it can be like, sometimes you need to, like, just learn through it. So don't feel like, oh, my God, I don't know. Do I need to do something right this. This second? But, yeah, like, tune into yourself. Listen to the signs. But it. It was definitely meant to be for me. And, like, so much came through because of that relationship and dynamic as well.
C
It's.
B
It's really fascinating and interesting and hard. Yeah, it was hard.
A
And actually thinking about it now, I don't think if we hadn't left for Dubai, you guys probably would have kept connecting for at least a while longer. And you literally needed to, like, leave the country for you guys to, like, completely finally go, no contact, which led to eventually you creating the space that led to your sacred union partner.
B
Yeah, I think it helps to cut. It definitely helped me to cut ties. Right. It was a part of my journey. I have eat in my chart, too, which is the traveler. You have it as well. That's why when we travel, it's, like, such a profound experience. We commune with the lands we're meant to travel and, like, be indeed these different sites and different parts of the world. We receive so much, and so we also need to be in that place of giving back to the lands as well when we go. And being in that reciprocal relationship. But me, for me to travel, it was an initiation and. And like, a cutting of cords. And so it was like cutting the threads. I actually love this practice of when you're flying. Have I told you about this? When I fly in a plane, I imagine, like, any cords I have with someone else that I don't want to continue anymore. You feel them, like, breaking as you lift off. And there's so much magic that can happen when you're in the sky. I literally. It's a crazy, magical thing that's happened that. The fact that we can fly. Right. So so much magic can happen in that Space, but, like, releasing those cords and those attachments. But yeah, that really supported me in, like, really making a very clean, clean, clean break. And then going into being open to. To dating more. But yeah, what a crazy thing, though, the whole experience in Dubai. Like, I thought I would go on dates and stuff. I went on zero dates.
A
Guys, we know everyone, actually, I hear from. Because my cousin said that and our friend Nadine. No one's going on dates in Dubai.
B
No, no.
A
Unless, I don't know, you're a little something, something. You know, it's just. It's crazy there. Not the best dating scene.
B
Do not go. Like, I don't recommend it at all, to be honest, to go to Dubai. I don't think anybody needs to be going to Dubai, period. Now. There's nothing really out there for anybody. I don't. I don't think. Even if it's in your astro photography, I'm like, I guess maybe for a stepping stone, you can use it as a layover, because nothing happened there except for getting very sick. But the food was good. There was really good restaurants. We ate and. Well, I was like, I don't know.
A
Yeah. And I think it's. It was like a fantasy, right? Like, there's these beautiful restaurants and spas and this and that, and you're, like, lured in by the facade and the aesthetics, and you come in and you're like, wait, all these cute coffee shops you saw on Instagram are just. Just inside malls. Like, everything is inside of a mall. Like, this doesn't even hit. And there were no trees. And we would. We found, like, one tree. Yeah. We would, like, go to that tree and, like, hug it in the public. And we would just hold. We were just like, we need Gaia. But it was almost like we needed to go to that extreme of that kind of a city to be like, you know what? We want to live in the jungle. And then the place that we moved to in Ubud was in the monkey forest. We had monkeys in front of our house every single day.
B
And it was appreciated even more.
A
Exactly. It. It really did.
C
And.
A
And it's also. It's like we all have different sides to ourself, right? And it's like, do I want to be more in my, like, posh city self? Do I want to be in my wild self? And I think that's what travel does. It allows you to play with these different archetypes and then. And then find yourself again. And so what inner child healing and healing techniques did you use to move from that kind of relationship that really like, like not just chipped at your self worth. And I will say as your friend, and I've told you this before, you have become so much funnier now. Like, yeah, you weren't funny before, and now you're like, almost not as close to me. You're like, oh, you know, and it's
B
like, you can meet me here.
A
Like, you're coming up with ideas and you aren't afraid of being ugly. You know, like, I think before we would make our videos, but probably in your head from that is like, oh, I'm gonna look dumb, right? And now you're like, you're not afraid of being ugly, which is like what humor is.
B
I just don't care what think anymore.
A
Right.
B
But that's, that's because of that relationship. Like, I had someone who cared, I felt was crit critical of me so often that I care too much and now I don't give a. So that's the best part of it all. But the inner child healing, that happened naturally, I think. You know, again, going with your best friend to a place with that intention of like, yeah, going to a place intentionally to connect with the land, you know, to do the healing work, to. To reconnect to yourself and also be playful and knowing. You know, Bali is that place where you do healing work at, you know, all the sound healing, all the beautiful different practices and gatherings. And it's a very ceremonial place. So you knew that was intentional. So then you can just be yourself and like frolic. Like, our backyard was like an oasis. So just even being outside was just heaven on earth. So just able to be ourselves and just rest and relax and realign and recuperate and. And be ourselves fully, truly. So it was so healing on so many different levels. But all that play, I feel like that was a. Such a big piece. Like, people take healing so seriously sometimes, and I don't think we need to do that as much as we. As we do, because it's. It's gonna happen. Like, we think we. I feel like we need to heal from this idea that we need healing. Okay, so that's a huge piece. And like, we are human beings as well as that beautiful soul. We're meant to be playful, like, like enjoy this life and be grateful for this life. And so I think a big piece is gratitude as well. Feeling into gratitude and like playfulness.
A
Yeah, I, I absolutely. I'm on the same page as you with that because I feel before I thought, oh, I need to do, you know, Emdr and this and that, all of these different things. And I think they obviously help because anything that helps you process helps. But that process could also be you taking a walk. But sometimes the other side of it is sometimes you need to not process. Sometimes you need to just, like, become the version of you you always want to be, whether it is more playful or being more artistic or whimsical or you're interfering or whatever. And it's like, to make believe, like, to actually just start, like, improv acting as that new version of you. And I feel like we naturally would do that. Like, we would just, like, dress up in random things or just put, like, sarongs on our heads and spin around and, like, literally act like how we would when were kids. And I think that was the most healing thing, because then it's like, who cares what happened? Because, look, like, we kept being like, thank God for our Scorpio exes, because look at our lives now. We're, like, here living our best lives in Bali and doing these things. And it's like, I don't think any amount of processing would have made me actually genuinely become grateful than living a better of life.
B
Oh, yeah, absolutely. I want to add something to this because I know I. I really. The biggest piece is, like, playfulness, I feel. I really think we need to stop taking everything so, so seriously when it comes to our healing work and all of this and diagnosing ourselves and everything. Another aspect I came into during this process and with you, I felt that. That. That love and that safety and being in Bali in that beautiful place that is like, again, it's in our astrocatography as well. It is a place that resonates with both lights there. Yeah. So I would look at where you guys have that for yourselves with your astrocatography and, like, astro.com. so look at that. But I came into my masculine in a big way as well. Right. Like, the book had been published. I knew this course needed to come through me, and I stepped up. And it was really hard to get that course done for some reason. Like, what a experience. It was such an initiation in itself because it was a very, very extensive course. There was so much that I was putting within this because I was giving people everything that I had ever learned. All the tools, all the things, all the different practices that got me to where I was so, you know, including, like, my own wisdom. But even, like, eft tapping and, like, chakra healing and like, even going into curandera work with, you know, just so much things. It was just like, like everything in there. And it was a lot for me. And that was really hard. But I. I did it and I got it done. And that was a really big thing for me. That was really supportive and coming into alignment because I'm very feminine, you know, in that flow. And it was like, it was coming into horogamy. It was coming into that divine union within by really stepping up in my masculine for myself and taking care of myself, showing myself that I could take care of me, which then led me. Me releasing that course was such a big deal. Like, I can't stress it enough, and it was beautiful. That was roots to radiance. And then after that, I opened myself to finally being able to do the thing that I was really passionate about, and that was diving deeper into sharing about the calendar I had already written about. I had already written the deck. The deck was already done. So I already had that understanding. But I wasn't quite ready to hold space for people one on one with doing my Mayan cosmology readings. Right. I opened up to that, and that changed, like, everything. So I wanted. I want to share that piece because that was a big piece for me. Yeah.
A
And I, you know, I'm so Capricorn, so I always am. Like, any business advice you need, let me know. You should this, you should that. And I remember telling you, I was like, you need to just deep dive on these Mayan astrology readings. Like, this is so unique. I've never seen anyone else do this before. This is your dharma. This is your skill set. Said, like, focus on this. And I feel like sometimes we are so multi passionate and we all have all these different things. And, like, having someone else be like this. I see you shine on this. And then you went from, you know, in that relationship like you were. You were supported, but you were supporting him, then he was supporting you. And then not having an income. Right. And that's like the scariest place to be for a woman of being broken up with. And I don't have an income and I don't have a place to go. And it's like, this is what friends are for, to like, hold each other in that. And it actually, I'm remembering right now, it was the medicine when I sat with the Wachuma in May of 2024, that you were, I think, had. Had just happened.
B
Right.
A
And I think that you were staying with me. And the medicine told me it was like, tell Christine that she can stay with you as long as she needs. She is your sister. And it was Such a clear voice. And then I shared that with you and that was such an exhale for you of like, you know, on the back of your mind, you're probably. Before thinking, okay, I've kind of been here for a month, I should probably go. What's my next step? Oh, my God, the money. That this. It's so many things. And just like, like when the medicines voice told me that, I knew it to be the truth. And I'm so grateful for that. And to. You know, I think a lot of women, I don't know, for some reason they are competitive with each other. Whereas for me, I'm like, anything I know about business or courses or whatever, like, I will tell you because I want you succeed because your success. Yes, genuinely is my success.
B
Yeah, absolutely. Yeah. I had gone to the bottom again. That was another. Yeah. Dark night of the soul. And I, like, had nothing. Right. It was like losing everything. So understanding. I always got by. Like, I'm always. I know I'm always taken care of. It's so. It's so beautiful. And it's like I was always able to take care of myself to some extent. But rent in LA is very expensive, so the idea of needing to get my own place and everything, I was like, oh, my God, I don't know if I do that yet. But anyway, it was like getting to the. Getting to the end there with like savings and everything because, you know, going through a breakup and all that, it's just like, it was a lot. And yeah, at that end, ending that relationship, he was more taking care of me. Right. So getting to Bali, it was like, I need to also provide for myself. That course was such a beautiful thing. And it was like, okay, this is my exchange, right? This is something that I'll be able to receive. And. And it didn't go well at all, by the way. Way. Right. At all. Like, I did not. I did not have any success. Like, people did not sign up for it. And I think that was a time also to the testament to the times, like, I guess courses are, you know, was not the thing and is not the thing. But yeah. Then after that, doing the, the hard work, even though that didn't succeed, that was a failure, so to speak. After that, it was still the thing I needed to do for myself. And then I showed myself, oh, I can take care of me. And it was like by sharing the thing that I'm the most passionate about and that people also need at this time is also perfectly, like, laid out. It's wild how everything Works out so perfectly, though, because now it's like I'm. I'm thriving, right? Yeah.
A
And that shows. It's like, I think we're so quick to judge friends and people based on a chapter.
B
Right.
A
You went through a chapter of. Of darkness where you weren't sure, and true friends are there even in those chapters. And now you're in this chapter where you are making money and you have this partner and you have this new deck that came out and all these things, and it's like. And friends are truly there through both of it. And I feel like in our society, we're so quick to be like, oh, that person's broke. Oh, that person's not doing as well as me. Oh, that person's this. And no, even the richest people on Earth, even Michael Jackson, you know, is kind of go through periods of ebbs and flow. He went bankrupt. He was billionaire bankrupt, extreme, you know, and so it's like, I think we're just so quick to judge people based on, like, are they going to bring me up? Rather than this is just a person on their journey.
B
Yeah. I think everybody thinks, too, that, like, oh, if you have a book out, then you're rich. Right. Like, everything is in here. That does not mean that you got a lot of money because you have a book out. And also going through a breakup right around the book coming out. It was just crazy. Crazy dying times. Yeah.
A
So Mayan astrology has been the thing that has really supported you. Can you share with us a little bit about what it is?
B
Yeah. So it's more than astrology. It's cosmology, too. Right. So there's this understanding that everything is woven together. Time, space, the human nature and cosmos. So when you understand your Mayan tree of life or your mind, astrology, cosmology, then you understand who you are on a soul level. You understand what gifts come to you more easily. Right. What challenges you're going to face and how you can, you know, move throughout this dimensional plane in a good way. You understand you're connected to the web of life, and you understand your soul's purpose like it is written. And it's not just in the stars in the cosmos, but they were observing the cosmic patterns as well as the earthly patterns to create the cholki, which is the count of days. And so it is a living system. It wasn't a monument or a monolith cliff. Right. So a lot of people actually get the Mayan calendar confused with that sun, this sun stone that is actually Mexica. That's an ancient monument. We don't have one of those for the Maya, it was instead put into many different things, like the architecture or glyphs. They were in codices, in the oral traditions, again worked with through the fire. Right.
A
This is very complex. Please simplify for us.
B
So
A
what does cosmology mean, different than astrology?
B
Cosmology is an understanding of who you are on a soul level and how you can move throughout the dimensional plane in a good way, walk this path in a good way, live a good life and thrive. It is not just the sun. How did the sun or how do the stars impact the personality? It is the earthly energetics as well and how that impacts too. That's why all of us, if you have a Mayan sign, you have a Mayan animal and a guardian that walks with you on the path that reflects you to you.
A
Okay, so this is different than the Mayan galactic calendar. Please share that.
B
Oh, absolutely, yeah. The galactic calendar was made by Jose Arugulas, which he just appropriated the calendar and he used some of the Maya system and then put together some of the Chinese and the Vedic. So he just made up a new thing. So it's very like whimsical and fun. But that is an ancient wisdom or technology. And so the reason why I talked about the monument and the monolith or like the calendar not being that is because it's a living system, it's alive. And so this is the next iteration of that. This is how we can come into connection with the wisdom of the Maya through the sacred count of days. So when you work with the calendar. Yes. You can pull a card. That's a beautiful way to use it if you want to of just intuit and work with your intuition and you can see what the actual energy of the day is. Right. So for instance, today is seven bots. So this is a little book here that goes into the history of the calendar. That's very informative. And then it goes into the different energies of the day. So you will know, okay, today's seven bots. You can look up the number seven box and see what, what that means for you today. 7. 7 represents ending. Bots represents creation. So it's like, what are we needing to let die? What do we need to let end and release and be done with so that we can come into this next iteration of ourselves? What are we wanting to create for ourselves, for our lives? Bring into into this world? What do we want to bring into and create for ourselves? Bots is the weaver it's the monkey and it's the most creative of all the no walls. So it's very fun. So today, have some fun with your creativity. You know, as well, I love that.
A
How can people look up their Mayan
B
cosmology, mayancosmology.com and they can see what. There's a free reading there. You can get a free mini reading. And also you can see what the energy is every day too. So you can see the energy there as well.
A
And just so people can see how truly accurate this is, because it. It really is. Is the most. Can you share what mine is? Because the listeners will kind of know my personality and can you share what my mind is so they can see?
B
Yeah. What's your number again? I know you're Kanil, obviously.
A
13.
B
Oh, my God.
C
Yeah.
B
So 13. Kanil, 13 is that connection to the ancestors, connection to spirit, to the divine. It is the highest number of all the numbers in the cycle. So it's a very powerful number. And it's that connection to the unseen and the magic as well. And it's that representation of wholeness, very whole. And then Kanil is abundance. Okay? Abundance is the rabbit. And it's such a favorable energy. Like this is very favorable and beautiful. It's the golden one, the one that shines, right? You guys can see that she's here to shine and to show up and to support others. And it's sacred. So. So the. The corn is what it represents as well. And to the Maya, the corn is sacred and it is abundance, right? It is like gold. So you are the golden one and you have hummingbird within your chart. So Michael Jackson is the hummingbird. Obviously he has the power of the voice, but Sahar has it in her physical. So that's why she has the power of the voice. Right? Impactful speaker. This is the person who is the communicator here to communicate big things that are going to impact people in a big way. So, you know, it represents wins and changes as well. And just like the wind can be like soft and sweet, it can also be like a hurricane too. It just has the power of the voice. So knowing, like, you have so much impact with your words. So that's a little bit about your energy. And it's obviously very, very accurate.
A
Super accurate. Guys, you've got to go on my end. Cosmology.com it really breaks it down in such a great way. And it has all. It has like the animal of your birth and the, like, time period that you were in, like all of these different things. It's such a comprehensive reading, and it just kind of like helps ground this and helps it make sense.
B
Yeah. And if you want a full reading, then you can, you know, message me on Instagram to dive deeply into it. But I feel like with the deck, you can get a really good understanding. If you go to Mayan cosmology, you get the mini reading. You understand, okay, this is my animal, this is my energy. This is what I was born with. Then you can dive in deeper with the deck where that's going to go in. In more depth. Right? Yeah.
A
Beautiful. And as I was shuffling it yesterday, I realized I'm like, this looks like psychedelics, like the ways that the colors merge together. So we will link this new deck as well in the show notes. Well, thank you so much, Christine, for being on for all of the years of friendship and humor and dance. I'm so grateful I got to share you with the highest level podcast listeners. I hope, hope this conversation inspires people to go out there, ask someone, come over for a cacao ceremony, be your authentic self, go on a journey, open up with your vulnerabilities, stay together, travel together, maybe live together, support each other with your dharmas. It just shows. It's like each person really is such a portal. And I'm so grateful for the portal you've been and the portal that you have created here on the podcast and today.
B
Oh, thank you. I love you. See you in another room. The other room.

And the things friends can offer us is something that no partner, even no parent, no child can. It's just a very, very unique friendship because it's completely elective. You're not there from attachment bonds or anything. It's like you're just choosing. And there's so much magic to that, so much love to that. And so I hope this episode inspired you to really be to. To find those friendships, take those friendships, build, cultivate those friendships because they are grown, not just found and I hope the Mayan cosmology helps you deepen into your own awareness as well.
