Please do not waste your fucking energy begging a man to do the bare minimum. If your energy isn't being matched, if your devotion isn't being matched, if what you're investing isn't being matched, you have to leave.
Sahar Rose
So what are signs that someone is your soulmate?
Izzy
Isis, be my matchmaker. I don't give a fuck. Like, my list is gone. I'm surrendering to you, Isis.
Sahar Rose
And the kiss says everything. Yeah, because it's like. The kiss is like. It's pure, just, like, energy.
Izzy
And if you have to talk to someone, if you have to talk to your girls about it, like, so do
Sahar Rose
we only have one soulmate?
Izzy
I think.
Sahar Rose
Let go Trust flow sooner Let go I'm the one I've been waiting for Trust flow sooner Let go Trust flow sooner Let go Trust flow sooner Let go I'm the one I've been waiting for. Welcome back to the Highest Self podcast. My name is Sahar Rose, and on this podcast I love to talk about spirituality, matters of the heart, the sacred feminine. But make it modern, fun, grounded, and relatable so it can actually serve your needs. So, guys, we are going through a relationship renaissance right now. And when I say sh. Crazy, I mean she's crazy. But I know that we are redefining love as we know it. And there are higher levels of juicy orgasmic bliss awaiting us that we have never in the history of time, experienced before, that we are calling forth right now. And it takes the destruction of the old and the manosphere and all these things coming into the collective of, like, oh, yeah, she's fucked.
Izzy
And.
Sahar Rose
And we're stepping into what true sacred union is. And a lot of us are on the Sacred Union timeline that I've been talking about here on this podcast of knowing that we are here for this deepest level of devotional love, like, truly being with someone who brings out your Dharma, your soul's purpose, that helps you become more of your full expression, not less. Because if you haven't noticed, a lot of times women enter into relationships and then all of a sudden, it's the Little Mermaid, the voice is gone. We never hear back from them. And it's like, how can we actually use relationship as a vessel to become even more us, More bold, more juicy, more free. And I feel we're at the very, very beginning. And there are some beautiful examples of this coming to surface. And many of us can feel it to be true in our bones, but we've not yet had this experience. And so I was on Instagram and I found this incredible Queen named Izzy. And you know those Instagrams that you're like, save, save, save. To save, to save, save. It was like, that kind of experience. I was like, all of so resonating, and it was like, with Venusian statues,
Izzy
too, which I was into.
Sahar Rose
And I needed to have her on the podcast. It was a long time in the making, and she's here now. And I personally have so many questions and things to talk about. We were just chatting, and I was like, this conversation is too juicy. The relationship she's in, like, not just goals, but an example of what is possible. And I'm so excited for her to share the code. So she is a sacred union priestess, matchmaker, and really an embodied woman on this path who's walked this walk as well and has so many different jewels to share with us. And before we get started with this episode, I saw that over 50% of you guys are not yet subscribed to the podcast, which, don't worry about it. I'm not offended. But I'd love to keep hanging out. I'm having a good time with you, so just subscribe to it wherever you're listening to this on YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts. It helps me reach more people, reach you with our upcoming episodes and get this message out into the world. So be sure to hit subscribe. And now let's get into the episode. So without further ado, let's welcome Izzy here on the highest health podcast.
Izzy
Thank you for having me. I'm so excited.
Sahar Rose
Thanks for coming all the way from Mexico.
Izzy
Yes.
Sahar Rose
Like a butterfly. You know they fly from Mexico in back.
Izzy
Yes. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Sahar Rose
How did this journey start for you?
Izzy
So I would say that I grew up in a not very healthy relationship environment. Actually, in middle school, my neighbor died. He was 17. I was 14. And after he died, he died of an overdose. My mom started having an affair with his father. And his father left his wife and children and moved into our house. And they were married the whole time that he was living with us for, like, five years. And, like, my mom and the wife would get in fights in front of the house. And it was like this, like, really toxic environment that I grew up in relationally. And of course, I just kept choosing narcissistic men, men who were, like, truly demonically possessed. And that led to, you know, a long history of really toxic, draining relationships, really abusive relationships. Then when I was in grad school, I went there. After grad school. I went through a pretty intense breakup. Like, it wasn't. It wasn't that Toxic. But it was just like a really hardcore breakup. Literal spirits came the night we broke up. I stayed at his house because it was snowing. And a train of spirits actually walked in his bedroom door, like single file. And they each looked over me as I was laying in bed, like totally frozen, like, what the fuck is happening? And it was like a reverse wake. Like they were dead and I was alive, but they were there mourning for me. And when they looked in my face, I was like, it was like the first time I had witnessed unconditional love in someone else's eyes from these spirits. And when I woke up this morning, my, you know, then ex was like, look, let's make this work. Let's get back together. And I just couldn't do it because I had witnessed overnight what unconditional love looked and felt like. And we broke up. And when we broke up, I started making way more money. Like my career started taking off. That's when I started working as a matchmaker. I like doubled my income and then tripled my income. And I was like, there's something here related to being in toxic relationships and being drained and being free and investing in yourself and then seeing that abundance come back to you. So that's kind of what started my journey. And I was like, ah. Like I really, like, I can't, I literally can't afford to go back into toxic relationships. So I'm just going to invest in myself and be obsessed with myself and focus on building my dream life. And I'll be with someone if they can match that energy, if they can match my own self devotion. But otherwise I can't afford the destruction to my energy. I can't afford the literal loss of money that happens when you're with someone who's harvesting your energy. So yeah, that's what started me on my soulmate path. And around that time I started working as a matchmaker really intensely. I had at one time 54 clients whose love lives I was managing. Imagine setting up 54 dates a month. It's insane. And that really just exposed me to the toxicity on both sides for men and women in the dating world. And yeah, everything just blossomed out of that.
Sahar Rose
I mean, so many questions about that, but I think that's a really good reminder for ladies. Is like when you want to text your toxic ex, is it worth the
Izzy
money that you're gonna literally watch the money flush down the toilet every time?
Sahar Rose
Toxic people make you go broke and get ugly.
Izzy
So why, why is it not worth it?
Sahar Rose
Okay, I'm curious. Like Obviously, we know all the toxic things about men. What would they complain about?
Izzy
Women. So men would complain a lot about them going on a date with the woman, and the woman just being very, like, condescending and just like, yeah, whatever. Like, okay, like, who do you work for? Where's your. Where's your apartment? What kind of car do you drive? And I had women as a matchmaker tell me things like, I won't date anyone unless they drive a Lexus, a BMW or a Mercedes. New York ladies would be like, okay, I only date men who live between this street and this street in New York. And it was just like this very obsessive conditioned materialism. And I realized myself, you know, because I, at the time, I was manifesting, you know, a wealthy man. And there's nothing wrong with that. Like, I love money. But I realized that it was coming from a place of not believing that I could manifest that money myself and believing this old conditioning around marriage and relationships of you get married as a woman to secure your safety, to secure your status, to get money, basically, you know, because you as a woman for so many generations, we had no means of creating, cultivating and keeping our own wealth.
Sahar Rose
So what do you say for women who are like, I just get the ick if a guy doesn't make more money than me.
Izzy
I mean, it's just like, it's a very narrow perspective because what a man can provide for you is so much bigger than money. And a lot of men who can bring a lot of money to the table think that that's enough and it's not. And you'll end up in these relationships sometimes where the guy is like, well, I make this much money, blah, blah, blah. But then he's like, emotionally absent. He's not taking care of the kids, he's not engaged. Like, that's a reality that can happen, especially when you're dating. From this mindset and this energy of, like, this old dynamic, this old conditioning of marriage is to ensure my security. Then you often attract a man who is on that same vibration, right? And his vibration is, yeah, I provide security, but that's it. You know, I'm not going to. I'm not going to be the one cleaning up vomit. Like, when our kid gets sick. I'm not going to be the one, like, wiping asses when our kid has, like, explosive diarrhea, like, sorry, I have a toddler. Like, that's the reality of being in a partnership is like, you know, when your kid is vomiting and crying hysterically at 4am it doesn't matter who makes the money in that relationship. It matters who's going to be there in the trenches with you. And like, for me, my daughter had a really difficult labor, ended up having an emergency C section. And then I almost died from an infection afterwards. And then my daughter had open heart surgery at 6 months old. And then just recently, a few months ago, she was in the ICU with septic shock. And in those moments when that person is holding you together, what kind of car they drive, what their wardrobe looks like, how much money they make, all these things don't really matter. When it's like you're in a position where your body is pushed to its breaking point and your soul feels like it's breaking, you need a soulmate to hold you together in those moments. Yes.
Sahar Rose
It's so true. And I think a lot of women think, well, if I'm with a rich man, we'll just hire nannies.
Izzy
Yeah. I have like four nannies.
Sahar Rose
Yeah.
Izzy
Like you're not gonna lie.
Sahar Rose
But it's not enough.
Izzy
No, it's not.
Sahar Rose
You're still at 4am being woken up because you're kidding. And it's you as the mother that's gonna care the most. And so many mothers, they think before, oh, I'm just gonna keep working. My life's gonna remain exactly the same. It's not. It never will. And you have to be okay. It's like someone is with you in the most vulnerable time, near death experience of G. Yeah. And the hardest times of your life of, like, being pushed to your limits. And it's like, if you guys come into it with this contractual, well, I make the money, and so you take care of the kids, that's going to come out. And it's like, almost like I paid someone to be my friend, you know? And I'm like, now I'm going through a hard time and this person has to listen. They're like, well, I'm really just here because I'm getting paid.
Izzy
Yeah.
Sahar Rose
So do you feel that a lot of priestess and empowered women, maybe it's better for them to be with someone that makes equal or even less money than them, because maybe there is a deeper emotional connection or human soul to soul connection. What are your thoughts on that?
Izzy
I don't think it matters, you know, like, if. If your soulmate is like, filthy rich, like, yay. But what matters is that you're in soulmate partnership. And the thing about soulmate love is we decided before we were born, right, like, who we were going to unite with and what the context of that relationship was going to be. Right, like, who was going to come with the money? Who's going to come with this? Like, whatever. And you design that based on what your soul needs to experience, not what your ego wants or what you're conditioned to believe that you need to have. So when I tell women, like, you just have to just like, delete the list, get rid of your list, forget what all the things that you've been conditioned to believe that you want, let go of what your ego is telling you that you need, and just surrender to the divine to bring you divine union. And it's going to be perfect for what you need in that moment.
Sahar Rose
So I want to hear more about what your concept is around soulmate and how is it different than the twin flames?
Izzy
Yes. Yeah. So I don't really believe in twin flames because I've seen that terminology just be used to kind of like get women trapped in toxic push and pull dynamics or like anxious avoidant dynamics. So I throw that out because I'm like, at the end of the day, if it's not making your life better, it's not worth holding onto as a concept. And I've just seen it be really toxic for people. I believe that all of our souls are born out of the great cosmic womb. And from that womb, we're born around the same time as other souls. And that's our soul family. We kind of like, through our early incarnations, wherever they may be, we get closer and closer with our soul family. And we kind of soul family people
Sahar Rose
born around the same time as you,
Izzy
like, from the great cosmic womb, like as a soul.
Sahar Rose
Okay, okay. So it doesn't mean their actual birthday.
Izzy
No, no, no. Like from, from the womb of the cosmos.
Sahar Rose
So your soul fam that you meet in this lifetime, regardless of age, you were all in the cosmic womb together
Izzy
and I think so. Yeah, I think so. And you start incarnating together and you start clarifying as a group, like as a soul family, like, okay, what are our intentions exploring this multiverse? What are we trying to accomplish and learn and do together? And in those early incarnations, you just naturally form a tighter bond with one person, with one soul, I should say. And that's the soul with whom you have the closest shared soul mission. I think, and I think we think of soul mission very from a human perspective. But our souls have a bigger mission than anything we can do on this planet. Right. It's like a long term soul mission. So that's our soulmate and we can incarnate with them in galactic realms on Earth. I believe in the multiverse, I believe that we are incarnated in many different forms at the same time. And our soulmate is also incarnated in many different forms at the same time. And we're kind of having this cosmic dance together of coming together and creating.
Sahar Rose
So do we only have one soulmate?
Izzy
I think we only have one soulmate, but like I said, we're all incarnated in many forms. Right? I'm pretty sure there's other versions of my soul on Earth at this point based on dreams I've had. So your soulmate can also be incarnated in different bodies as well. And we can also end up in a romantic relationship with someone from our soul family, and that often happens. And those are wonderful relationships as well, and they feel very similar to soulmate relationships.
Sahar Rose
Do you see yourself one day writing books, giving talks, hosting a podcast, having courses, but the moment a camera gets in front of you and it's time for you to speak, you feel like, oh my goddess, I have no idea what I'm doing. Even though you enter flow state when you're in a conversation with your friend, well, if this is you, you have wisdom in your heart to share, but it's just feeling like you're still a little bit of an awkward speaker. Girl, I got you. I've created my method speak with Soul that now 3,000 people have gone through into creating social media brands, book deals, speaking on stages, taking their wisdom out into the world in a big way. So this is my step by step 21 day guided program with everything I know to become an incredible empowered and inspired speaker. Because an inspirational speaker is very different than a motivational speaker. This is not about giving a TED talk that you're going to memorize and rehearse on stage, but rather about connecting. Connecting to your channel, your voice within, and delivering it in a way that comes in a state of flow. Because we all know what it's like to listen to someone who's reading off a teleprompter with all the AI bullshit in the world. We don't need more of that. We need your heart. We need your soul. And so let me help you speak with Soul. So this 21 day course is now available for 50% off. You can find that link in the show notes and I'm so excited to support you in getting your voice brand message out into the world so it can help inspire others. You can find that link in the show notes and let's Start speaking with soul. Are soulmate relationships the people you have children with?
Izzy
I mean, every lifetime is going to be different, right? So, like, there's lifetimes where you choose to incarnate with your soulmate, and you know that you're on a soulmate lifetime because you desire soulmate love. We don't implant ourselves and the universe doesn't implant us with desires that we can't have. Right. So if you desire soulmate love, it's because you're on a soulmate timeline.
Sahar Rose
So some people don't desire it, some people don't.
Izzy
Yeah, I've had lifetimes that I've regressed to where I was not with my soulmate, and I had no desire for it, and I was focused on other things, and it was very calm, very peaceful, very, very productive lifetimes. There's other lifetimes where maybe you and your soulmate are torn apart tragically, because the vibration of our planet for a long time was not suitable to soulmate love. Right. It was too low vibrational. And in this right now. Yeah, no, we're on the bleeding edge of bringing divine union. Right. So on our planet, when the vibration was too low for soulmates to come together, we would try to come together sometimes be violently torn apart and things like that. And in those lifetimes, we could end up having a very pleasant relationship with someone from our soul family. That would be like a safe, nurturing, restorative union. That's one of those relationships where you're like, we're so compatible. It's so nice, it's so easy, but maybe there's a little bit less passion, but it's okay. You know what I mean? So now we're in this moment of time where the vibration is finally lifting high enough on our planet that soulmates can actually come together. And so many people are incarnating, so many of us are having our soulmate awakenings of like, I want this love that's something deeper than I've seen before. I want this love that is cosmic, that's almost hard to describe. Like, it has this galactic sensation to it. It's so much deeper than any relationship that I've ever seen. And so many women are. Are struggling with that feeling and not knowing what it means or why, or if this is just a fantasy, if this is something they can really have.
Sahar Rose
So what are signs that someone is your soulmate?
Izzy
Yeah, kind of a hard question to answer because it's going to be different for everyone. And what I recommend doing is with your guides or with who I call Your cosmic matchmaker. I recommend that you surrender completely your love life to a divine Persona deity that you work with. And you just say, like, isis, be my matchmaker. I don't give a fuck. My list is gone. I'm surrendering to you, Isis, and you're going to be my matchmaker. And you give your love life to them. And you just, like, you guide me. I'll listen to you. And I gave my love life over to Mother Mary. I can share that story. And you will discuss with them what are going to be the signs for me to know. And you don't tell anyone what those signs are, and you don't write them down. They're purely between you and the divine, and you don't share that with anyone. And then when those signs emerge, you know that it has to be organic, right? Because no one else knows, like, what
Sahar Rose
are examples of, like, really hidden signs?
Izzy
So one of mine was a golden apple. That was my sign that I had been given was a golden apple. And it came up. I am. I don't know. I'm a 90s kid. I love Zelda. And my husband got me into playing Zelda. You know, we had already been dating, and the golden apple came up in Zelda. If anyone has played Tears for the Kingdom. And. And another one was Mary Magdalene. Sorry, Was Mother Mary. And maybe a few dates into our relationship, my husband worked at the time for the city of Koyokan as, like, a cultural coordinator. And he was like, oh, I'm putting on. He's like, oh, you're really into Mother Mary, right? Oh, I'm putting on a gallery opening of depictions of the Virgin Mary dating back to the 1500s. Like, do you want to come with me? And then I was like, oh, shit. And then another one of my signs was Mary Magdalene. And then he was like, oh, yeah. My grandmother, my mom, and my sister are all called Magdalena. So, yeah.
Sahar Rose
Okay.
Izzy
Gosh.
Sahar Rose
Okay. I'm thinking, guys, let's think. But we can't tell each other.
Izzy
No, you can't share. You can't share with anyone.
Sahar Rose
Okay, so tell us how your journey of this.
Izzy
So during the pandemic, I was living in Florida. I just knew I needed to change. I asked for a sign from the universe, and I received dreams three nights in a row telling me to move to Mexico. So I called my credit card concierge, and I was like, I know there's a pandemic, but if there's any flights to Mexico where I can bring my cat, can you just get me on that? Flight. So I left that. That was a Monday, and I left on Friday to plan.
Sahar Rose
So you have your apartment?
Izzy
No, I. I ended my lease and I moved back home so that I could. Okay. Because I knew a change was happening. So I moved with my cat to Mexico, just, like, really focused on my healing. Then I. I felt the call to move to Mexico City. And then once I got to Mexico City, once the pandemic had. Had ended, I was like, I feel my soulmate is here. Like, I could. I could feel that my soulmate was in Mexico City. And I went back to Brazil, which is my ancestral homeland. I felt very reconnected with a part of me that I had forgotten. And I just felt really, like, spiritually embraced by my own culture. And I had a reading with an intuitive there, and she told me, look, your ex. Ex is loaded now, and he wants to get back together. He's thinking about you. He just broke up with someone. You've got to get back together with this guy. Like, blah, blah, blah. And I was like, I don't want to get back together with any of my exes. And she was, Donna, Claudia. She was like, no, no, no. Come on. Do you want to have to work the rest of your life like, this man is going to take care of you? And I was like, yeah, like, I do want to work. Like, I. I like my work. And then I was like, well, can you, like, look, like, is there anyone else available for me? And she said, yeah, there's someone in May, but he's not a good match for you. He doesn't have enough money for you. So I was like, okay, May. And then I went out to the beach. It was raining, and I laid face down in the sand, and I told the ocean and I told the land, I'm ready for my soulmate now, and I'm ready to really commit to this path of manifesting my soulmate. And that was in November. And I met my husband on April 27th.
Sahar Rose
If there's one soulmate, then what were they seeing? Why would they not? Like, she just didn't care.
Izzy
She didn't care because, like, for her, she was coming from a perspective of, like, you just have to be with the man who has the most money. So she saw, okay, there's like, this guy. Like, yeah, they're gonna, like. She was like, yeah, like, you guys will, like, you know, be very compatible and work together, blah, blah, blah. But you should really be with this rich guy, right?
Sahar Rose
Because every intuitive is gonna come in with their own.
Izzy
With their own conditioning yeah. So.
Sahar Rose
So how did you guys meet?
Izzy
So the ex did come back around, around New Year's, and he was indeed super wealthy. And I had accidentally matched with him on dating app when I was home for Christmas because I.
Sahar Rose
That's my nightmare.
Izzy
Yeah, it was an accident. It was an accident because when. When I dated him, he was an active addiction, so I didn't recognize him.
Sahar Rose
Oh, wow.
Izzy
And we ended up meeting up to talk and just kind of, like, clear the air, and he asked me to move back and, like, you know, like, be with him and blah, blah, blah. And I. I said no. And it was really hard, and I felt like I had to overco of conditioning to say no. So when I went back to Mexico, I was really. Was honestly, like, mourning that relationship. And I just started. I just really committed to dating. Like, I got on dating apps, I got on Bumble, and I forced myself to treat it very, like, very sacredly, but also, like, very disciplined. Like, I forced myself to go on Bumble every single day. And swipe.
Sahar Rose
How did you not let it lower your vibration?
Izzy
Yeah, because I saw it as shadow work. So if I'm sitting here on. And I saw it as, like, all of these people, they're just souls looking for connection in some way. And maybe their version of connection is not what I think is sacred or healthy, but they're still working through their thing. Right? Their soul is still there reaching out for connection in some way. And when I would go on these apps, if I would find myself being judgmental, being like, ugh, a loser. He doesn't make enough money. Like, shitty job. Oh, he's fat. Whatever, whatever. These kind of toxic, judgmental thoughts were coming up, I would just pause and be like, whoa, why is that triggering this in me? What am I judging about this person? What am I judging about this self? And I was very intentional about it that way. And when I went on a date, I didn't allow myself to come home and complain about the date because I was like, this person. The only finite resource we have as human beings is our time, and this person is choosing to spend their sacred, limited time with me. However the date went, I need to be grateful for that. And I would come home and I would journal, and I would write down what I liked about this person. And I saw that, like, even though I wasn't getting second dates, because my husband was my first or second second date, I went on, I think even though I wasn't getting second dates and I wasn't excited about any of these men, I was still seeing, like, okay. But, like, he had this and this and this thing that, like, really excited me, and that really lit me up. So it just. I just didn't allow myself to go
Sahar Rose
into an after date. Crash. Crash is so real when you're excited and you have your hopes up, but you're, like, a little scared. And then it doesn't go well. And then it's like, you know, I have one of my besties who's the cancer? It's like, her crash. I mean, for me, I just stopped going on dating app dates because I was just feeling like this is such a waste of my time in this. And I see, like, the emotion. So I think that's a beautiful practice to not let it affect your energy so much.
Izzy
Yeah. And I also just didn't get my hopes up.
Sahar Rose
Yeah.
Izzy
Like, I was like, this is just a date. It's the first date. It's no big deal. I never went on dinner dates. I never went on fancy dates. Like, I would always tell the guy, meet me for a walk around the park. Meet me for a drink somewhere that's, like, super convenient for me, where I can get to in under five minutes. I just had. And I had, like, two different outfits that I would wear on dates. I never did a thing of like, oh, my God, I have to spend so much time getting ready. Had my makeup done in under 15 minutes. Like, I was like, I was ready in 15 minutes. You know what I mean? Like, I didn't put a lot of effort into it. So I think me not putting a lot of effort into it too. Also prevent the crash after dates, because
Sahar Rose
I'm like, whatever, got your hair done?
Izzy
All these things? No. Oh, my God, never. And I would just. I would feel like, hey, I went for a walk with a guy. Okay. Like, it's not that big of a deal.
Sahar Rose
So when you matched with who became your husband, did you feel it was going to be different? What was that like?
Izzy
Yeah. So what happened was I was. I got frustrated with dating, and I sat down with my manifestation list. I had like 87 things on it, and I tore it to pieces and threw it out my window. And I said, I obviously have no idea what kind of person I should be with, because the only thing that all of my former partners have in common is that I chose them. And they were all bad for me. So maybe I'm not the person with the perspective to choose who I need to be in a relationship with. So I threw it out the window, and I was in the midst of a really deep womb healing process, US and Mother Mary mentorship. And I was becoming an initiated Marian priestess. So I gave my love life over to Mother Mary. I'm a professional matchmaker. I've been a professional matchmaker for like eight years. So I said to Mother Mary, you be my matchmaker. I don't want to hire anyone like, you be my matchmaker. And I immediately got the download to lower my age range because I had my age range on bumble set to only men older than me. Because I assumed like, oh, I need to be with someone who's older than me, someone who's more mature, someone who has their life together, blah, blah, blah. And how old were you at this time? I was 28. Yeah. I heard her tell me to lower my age range.
Sahar Rose
And normally 28 year olds don't like younger guys.
Izzy
No.
Sahar Rose
Like I feel like that starts in your mid-30s.
Izzy
Yeah.
Sahar Rose
Because a younger guy is like in his mid or early 20s and you're like, you have nothing to value.
Izzy
Yeah. And I thought that because I was looking for a really serious relationship, I needed to be with a guy who had like this type of career and like blah, blah, blah and. But I was finding that none of those men were emotional, emotionally ready for a relationship and couldn't hold me and like my big energy. So I lowered my age range and I was like, honestly, dating has just been boring. Like it was boring. Like, sorry. Like I didn't have a bad vibe about it, but it was still boring. And I was like, I'm just gonna, like, I'm just gonna have fun now. I'm just gonna match with hotties. I'm gonna flirt with guys, like, whatever. So I saw my husband's profile and I thought he was really hot. Hot. But he had like all of his like modeling pictures.
Sahar Rose
I think it's important.
Izzy
Yeah.
Sahar Rose
They're like, don't go for looks.
Izzy
No.
Sahar Rose
You gotta think they're hot.
Izzy
Yeah. So I, he had all the modeling pictures and I was like, ah. Like this guy, he's younger than me, he's a model, he's gonna. Yeah, he's Mexican. He's gonna be such a douchebag. Like, ah, but he's so hot. He looks fun. Like, whatever. I'm just gonna match him, see what happens. So I matched. He actually super liked me. And we started talking. Like I had some prompts on my profile to open conversations, had things ask me what the last book I read was. So we just immediately got into conversation that was like, what's your favorite time period in History. I think that's what he messaged me. Profile said, I love history. We were vibing, and then he was like, hey, do you. A few days later, he was like, hey, did you want to meet for a drink today? And I practiced something called authentic availability. So I don't believe in playing games and pretending that you're busy when you're not. I believe in having a rich, full life that does not center men, and that does not center dating. But if you are available, then, you know, be available. Like, I will not answer a man's text message if I'm out with my friends. I won't be on my phone when I'm with my friends. Like, I would not do that. But if I was at home alone, then, yeah, of course. So I was like, yeah, sure, I'm free. Like, there was a speakeasy in my building that I lived in at the time in Mexico City. So I was like, just meet me here. We met up. It was fine. Like, it was really hard to hear because there was a dj. And then he was like, I feel like we really can't talk. Should we go somewhere else? And I was like, yeah, let's go to my roof. I have a bottle of wine and half a joint. Like, we can just go up there. And we went up and we drank a bottle of wine and smoked weed, and we just, like, connected so hard. And it felt like it didn't even feel romantic. I wasn't sure if he was interested in me, honestly. It felt like I was hanging out with him. Best friend. Like, we were just, like, giggling, like besties, you know, like one of those, like, nights where you just, like.
Sahar Rose
Oh.
Izzy
Like, I just, like, cut wine with my girlfriends, and we're, like, laughing so hard, and I feel so restored. That's how I felt. I'm gonna be honest with you. We had sex on the first date. Love it. Yeah. Because I just don't believe in rules. Sorry. And that's what felt organic to me. And we had sex, and it was fucking psychedelic. Like, it was the craziest sex I've ever had in my life. I felt like I was in a different world. I felt like I was astral traveling while we were having sex. It was insane. It was the best sex of my life, too. I was like, all right, this guy's definitely gonna ghost me. Because I had this whole thing in my head that, you know, you have to withhold sex or, like, they're gonna abandon you, blah, blah, blah. It's like, if they're gonna, like, if you need to use sex to manipulate a guy to be with you, why would. Why would you want to be with him? So he did not ghost me. He, before he even left, he was like, hey, I really wanna see you again. Are you free I' this weekend? Are you free this Sunday when I get back? I was like, sure. And he ended up camping, being somewhere with no service. But he would hike every single day to where there was a wife, where there was like a little cabin with wifi so that he could text me every day because he said he didn't want me to feel like I was being ghosted by him. So whenever women tell me, like, oh, he's not answering me. Like, I haven't heard from him since our day. Like, maybe he's just really busy. I'm like, if you have time to pee, you have time to send a text message. You know? Like, my husband literally hype hiked a mountain every single day to make sure that I got at least a text message from him every day after our first date to make sure that I felt secure. If a man can't do that for you, he is not going to be cleaning up your vomit when you're pregnant. Like, it's really that simple. If he can't send a text message, what can he do for you?
Sahar Rose
Okay, so many good things here. I love that you shared because I feel this is an important one and something I actually wanted to ask you around, around sex. And we're both sisters of the rose and the womb. And the womb is the holy grail. And I think there is this part of us that's like, wants to go with the flow and follow our bodies and have this experience and so what is your perspective on having sex outside of a commitment?
Izzy
I think to protect your tender heart and your tender womb, I think it's better not to by. You also have to listen to. To your womb. And my womb was telling me to this hot younger guy and I was like, sure, okay, let's do it.
Sahar Rose
And, and look. And I mean, this is, this is the pinnacle of what it can be. It's not always this way, but I would say that having sex with someone can often bring up what was going to happen. Right. If they were only interested in sex, then yes, they are going to post you because that's. That would have happened probably even two months in. You know, I've heard of friends that, that guys were pursuing them for months
Izzy
and then they have sex and then they disappear.
Sahar Rose
And to me, that's crazy. Yeah, I'm like, wait, don't you want
Izzy
to keep psychopath behavior having sex?
Sahar Rose
Yeah, like, and I. I'm.
Izzy
I know it's because they were. They were. There was something within that woman that they wanted to harvest from her. And as soon as they get it, they're like, okay, bye. Like, moving on to the next thing I need to harvest.
Sahar Rose
So when is it the right time to have sex? Like, how can we, if, I know, tune into your womb? Like, for women out there, they're like, I'm really turned on by this person. My body wants to, but I know I'm going to get attach and, you know, feel connected to him.
Izzy
Yeah, I mean, it's tough. Ideally, I would say hold out for commitment. You know, I just interviewed a woman who had gone through my soulmate programs on my podcast, and she held out. She was like, I'm not having sex with you until we are in divine union. Like, we can keep dating, we can keep getting to know each other, but we're not consummating until we have had divine union. And what does that mean?
Sahar Rose
Divine union?
Izzy
Like, lifelong commitment to a path of spiritual growth through your relationship together. And they actually.
Sahar Rose
Well, that'll keep a fuck, by your way.
Izzy
They ended up. He was into it. Like, he was not turned off at all. He was turned on by that. And they ended up having. They dated for months and months and months, and then they finally had a ceremony on the beach committing, like, hey, we want to be divine union partners together. And then that was when they consummated. But. But for me, I was like, hey, let's fuck. You know? Like, I just. I felt it. Like, I felt like. I felt such a companionship and safety with him that I. And I had been celibate for a long time before that, like, this. It wasn't a norm for me to have sex with people outside of a relationship. I had been more or less celibate for, like, three years, and it just felt. It didn't even feel like a decision. It just kind of, like, took over me. As soon as we kissed, I was like, yeah, yeah.
Sahar Rose
Certain people, I think the kiss says everything, because it's like. The kiss is like. It's pure, just, like, energy and. And so intimate. And it's like, if you don't love kissing someone, like, why would you move forward in having sex or even being in relationship with them? And I feel like so much of the relationship advice out there is like, don't be with the person you have chemistry with. Don't follow the sparks. Be with the person who's safe and committed in this. But then it's like we're mentally just forcing ourselves to be with someone so they don't leave. Yeah, but I don't even really like you.
Izzy
It's like choosing. It's like the old paradigm of like you have to choose security over everything else.
Sahar Rose
And they'll say, well, you know, everyone I had chemistry with in the past never worked. Well, obviously never worked. You wouldn't be single right now, you know.
Izzy
So for me, I have an answer to that. And chemistry to me is just soul recognition, right? It's like because you have chemistry with your friends, you have chemistry with sometimes co workers. Like it doesn't have to be sexual or romantic. It's just like sometimes you feel that connection with people and you have great chemistry with your friends. That's just soul recognition. And the reason that those romantic relationships where you had really intense chemistry blew up is because you had karma with those people, right? And most of the times that we have romantic karma with a man as woman, it's not because like, oh, we have to stay in this relationship and work through it. No, it's like your karma with that person is to walk away the moment they start treating you badly and to not keep getting pulled in to their reality distortion field, so to speak. If we meet, like we have karma, right? Like we have chemistry, whatever. But there's nothing wrong with that. It's just like sometimes there's negative karma. And if you're not at the point of emotional and spiritual development to walk away when things start feeling bad, then of course it's going to blow up because the universe is going to force you away from that person.
Sahar Rose
So question on that. You're saying when it gets hard, walk away because it's the karma. But a lot of people say when it's hard, that's when the real relationship begins. How do we know the difference?
Izzy
Yeah, so it's about internal versus external. So like when things got hard for my husband and I, it was because our daughter was having open heart surgery. Like that's not something we created in our relationship. That was an initiation that was coming from the universe, from our spirit guides, from our daughter. When it gets hard and you should walk away is when you're like, like begging for your needs to be met and you feel like you're constantly negotiating with this person to just like do what should be natural in a relationship, right? Like this caught, like this dating coaching mentality of like, oh, you have to learn to communicate with a Man in the way that men understand. Like, you have to, oh, no, no, you can't talk to him that way because that takes you out of your feminine energy. Like, blah, blah, blah. That's like all fucking bullshit. Please, it's such a waste of fucking time. It's a waste of your precious energy. Like you're a fucking priestess in the most important time period in human history. Please do not waste your fucking energy begging a man to do the bare minimum. You know? So when it's coming from within the relationship of just constant, like constant negotiation, constant bickering, constant fighting, blah, blah, blah, like you're just not compatible. I don't have to teach my husband how to love me. Like, he just knows how to love me. It's like it's written into his soul DNA. I don't have to negotiate my needs to be met with him. I never ever have and neither has he. It's just an organic language that we both speak. And when you're in it and you just feel like, God, this is exhausting. This is a constant negotiation. That's when it's not right for you. It's not the right relationship.
Sahar Rose
What if at the beginning it felt like that or the first few years and then it changed?
Izzy
Well, I mean, it depends what changed it. Right. And sometimes it can be like your partner experienced a trauma and now they're disassociating. Right. Something like that. I mean, you have to analyze it on a case to case basis. What caused my partner to shut down?
Sahar Rose
So you would say more. If it's external, then that's something to work through. If it's internal, then. But I think it's always kind of comes from external. Comes into the internal.
Izzy
Yeah, I mean, like if their parent dies and then they completely like start shutting down.
Sahar Rose
Like I'm trying to think, probably the average situation that happens is, is you're very excited about each other. What we would call like the honeymoon phase. Right. And then because the relationship feels safe, you stop prioritizing it so much and you stop getting excited about each other and doing those things. And you kind of over time become like family, you know, those are soul family relationships. Yeah. And I think a lot of relationships, especially during COVID it was like you're. There's no point. You become roommates and you know, and I think also in a lot of experiences, when you sign marriage contracts, something also shifts in the dynamic where it's like there's this heaviness to it and also the sense of like, oh, and, And I Think, you know, when I was married, when we got married, signed the marriage papers, it felt like, okay, like this is done, like my career, like other things just become more important. But then over time, the relationship obviously doesn't feel as like sexy and spicy anymore. So what's your suggestion?
Izzy
Yeah, that's not really what happens in a soulmate relationship. In my experience and in the experience of my clients who have ended up in soulmate relationships, who I've interviewed, when you are in a relationship and you're like, oh, I think this person's my soulmate and let's say you get married and then the spark dies. I can diagnose that as a soul family relationship. It felt like a soulmate relationship because you're soul family. But the spark doesn't stay alive, right. Because it's not a soulmate. So I mean, you have to put an effort in, right. Like any relationship can get boring if you're not putting in an effort. But I say that there's no such thing as the honeymoon phase. It's a honeymoon frequency. And you just choose to keep feeding that frequency and you're going to be in the honeymoon phase forever.
Sahar Rose
How do you do that?
Izzy
You have to prioritize sex.
Sahar Rose
Can you give us some practices to have more like sacred sex where the woman feels revered.
Izzy
When you are dating, when you are not yet in a relationship, you need to be practicing self devotion to an extreme. Like I had a whole room in my apartment that was my self devotion room. It had like a gorgeous makeup table and all my clothes were on, were on like racks and I had like a fur rug and it was just like very Venusian. And like I was just, I was obsessed with myself when I was dating. I was like getting massages every week. I was going, I had a spa in my building. So I was, was like doing spa treatments literally every single day. I was on another level. When you meet someone and they pick up on your frequency of like, oh, this is a woman who practices self devotion. You don't have to express it. It's obvious, right? When you're a woman who is obsessed with themselves in a healthy way, they have to meet that vibration or they're not going to be able to stay in your life because your vibration is going to eject them. So it was, my husband tells me when we met that something that really attracted him to me was how devoted I was to myself and how good I was at taking care of myself. That was something that he immediately clocked and immediately really, really liked about me. And that told him, I'm not someone you can be a fuckboy with. Right? You can't. I'm not someone who's going to tolerate bullshit behavior because I'm completely sovereign and completely whole as my own self. And when that translates into the sexual vibration, it's just pure devotion energy. It's like man on his knees before the altar, giving you the codes of divine union with his tongue. Right? And also when you come into the sexual relationship as well, like desiring mutual devotion, you show that with your body. Like, there's a language of sex that isn't, you know, it's not spoken. It's just like communicated through energy and through movement. You can tell when you're in bed with someone if that person is on the devotion vibration. Right?
Sahar Rose
So true. And it's like, yeah. And I think everyone sexually speaks a different language. And it's like, can you come together and, like, speak the same? And I feel like the soulmate connection is like they're touching your body in the way that you touch your own body in a way you've never shared with anyone. And they're just naturally doing it. And you're like, oh. So they are like, remembering.
Izzy
It is a remembering. It is a remembering, you know, to take it back, take it way back to like the Atlantis or even pre Atlantis. Not to get too out there, but there was a time in human history where it was not hard to meet your soulmate. Where the divine feminine, divine masculine. Yes.
Sahar Rose
Go over there. No. Where was that?
Izzy
The divine feminine, divine masculine energies were at peace. And it was. It was really easy to meet your soulmate. And I've been shown time periods where you would just be incarnated physically close to your soulmate. They might be a part of your village where there was energetic matchmaking happening, where there was astrology being used to connect soulmates. And it wasn't that hard. And it wasn't a whole big thing. It was just natural. And then when Lemuria and Atlantis were destroyed, the grids for divine union were also destroyed on our planet intentionally to lower our vibration and to create kind of like a gender war and this patriarchal oppression of women to be able to access our. So that the Matrix, so to speak, would be able to access our womb energy and harvest that energy. And so we wouldn't be able to share that energy with our beloveds. So it would just go straight into this energy harvesting scheme. Now we're coming out of that, and now we are coming into the time period where our vibration is Healing and lifting up enough to be able to meet our soulmates. But there was a time where it wasn't hard at all.
Sahar Rose
So let's say someone wants to be having this devotional soulmate sex, but it's not how their partner is. Is it something that can be taught?
Izzy
I mean, you can try and sometimes it takes the codes of divine union being activated. So, sorry, where I was going with the Atlantis piece is like, we used to be like priestesses of divine union. You know, like, that used to be like something that was integrated into society. And we had these incredible temples and mystery schools where we would learn sacred sexuality to be able to come into ecstatic, harmonious union with our soulmates, because that fed into the energy grids of Mother Earth and we would be taught that. So when you are with your soulmate, there is a remembering that happens of when you were in these ancient mystery schools, and that lineage continued in India and in Egypt, et cetera, in the Celtic lands. So you start having soul memory resurface. And going back to your question about what are some of the signs that you're with your soulmate, Soul memory resurfacing is a big one where all of a sudden you're starting to remember when you were in these temples studying divine union, studying the art of sexuality, studying the magic of sexuality. And so if you're in a partnership now and you're like, I don't know, it's just we don't speak the same language sexually. It could be that that person's codes of divine union haven't been activ. And I have a free masterclass. It's called Priestess of Divine union. And it's not. I didn't target it only to single women or anything, because I want people to be able to activate those codes even if they're in a relationship. Because it might be that you are with your soulmate and you just need to deepen the awakening of the divine union frequency.
Sahar Rose
And would that be even remembering why divine union is so important? Because I feel for us women, we are more encoded. Like, even the movies we watch, it's all about love. Yeah. And for a lot of men, it's just not important priority. And so would it be like, around them starting to, like, how can you even educate a man on that? Is that are even our role?
Izzy
I don't think so. I mean, I. I don't think it's something you can educate. I think it's just something that awakens, you know, and in my experience, it awakens in the bedroom.
Sahar Rose
So do you have any practices, tools for helping women when they're single to like prepare themselves for this?
Izzy
Yeah, I have so many and I have multiple courses about it. And I have a new one coming out that's gonna be about learning to communicate with your soulmate before you even meet them. For me, womb healing is very important for any kind of manifestation, but especially manifesting divine union because there's so much trauma and so much conditioning that's been imposed into our womb spaces as women and all of these layers of ancestral trauma. Right. And marriage for a long time and continues to be in a lot of places. And for a lot of women, a form of domestic servitude. And we were sold into marriage for thousands of years. A lot of women didn't have a choice in who they'd marry. They would literally be sold, traded, like the literal marriage market. So a lot of that conditioning needs to be purged before you can truly receive your divine union awakening. So the most important thing you can do as a woman who wants only love is work with your womb and work on your womb. I did the holy womb chakra material channeled by Sri kaleswar, taught by Dr. Marguerite Rigolioso. But there's lots of different modalities, like whatever resonates with you is fine.
Sahar Rose
Is that like a form of yoni mapping?
Izzy
No, it's. They're mantras that you chant for 101 days to clear the womb chakra. Insanely powerful. I don't think I would have met my husband without them. Oh, okay.
Sahar Rose
I'll have to get that link and put it. Okay, beautiful. So doing womb healing work, and what about energy? Clearing of the womb from former lovers
Izzy
in the lineage that I'm taught in is called theta healing and we call that spiritual divorce where you have to make sure that you're divorced energetically from all your former lovers. Not just here, but in the spiritual realms as well. And I also have that included in all of my love manifestation programs too, because it's absolutely vital.
Sahar Rose
And what about self pleasure for women?
Izzy
Yeah, it's vital. You have to know. So to really meet your soulmate, I think you have to decenter men from your life and I think you have to be so blissed out and happy and self sufficient financially, emotionally and sexually that you're not going to be willing to lower your standards just because you're lonely or just because you're horny. Your self pleasure sessions should be fucking ecstatic. You should buy yourself roses, you should, should get chocolate, you should cover your Body in honey, you should have like, you should be able to make yourself or have multiple orgasms and be squirting and everything. And then if some like fuckboy is like, you know, just trying to give you like mediocre sex and in like exchange for attention, you're going to be like, no, like I can make myself have 10 orgasms in 15 minutes. Like, please fuck off.
Sahar Rose
And I think this is, is the missing link of so much of our trauma comes from just being horny and hooking up with someone.
Izzy
Yeah.
Sahar Rose
If you just knew your own body. Like I'm at this point that I'm like my own self. Pleasure is better than anyone I've ever been with in my entire life.
Izzy
Exactly.
Sahar Rose
Because I am in my body and I know exactly what I want and it's energetic and it's spiritual and I can, you know, release things and it's like a full experience.
Izzy
It's a full ceremony. Yeah. You should really treat it as like you are in a sacred ancient mystery school. And this is part of, this is a part of your initiatory path to manifesting soulmate love. If that's your goal.
Sahar Rose
Do you use your orgasm to manifest or just be in the experience?
Izzy
Oh yeah, I definitely use my orgasm to manifest. It's like most.
Sahar Rose
Don't you find it gets you like out of it? I'm curious your perspective.
Izzy
I set the intention before and then I let it flow.
Sahar Rose
Got it. Because a lot of people will say at the moment of orgasm, thinking about what you're manifesting, I'm like, that feels very disembodied to me. And first of all can make you lose the energy. But also it feels like, yeah. More mental than like going down and descending into the womb.
Izzy
Descending into the underworld too. Right. Because sometimes you're going to like. If I set the intention. Oh, I want to manifest abundance while we have this beautiful sex ceremony session. And I'm descending down into my underworld, into my womb. Underworld. It's also potentially going to bring up stuff that needs to be cleared out of the womb and I order for you to make space for that abundance. Or if you, if you're self pleasuring that soulmate love, whatever it might be. And that's really beautiful too. And that's when you just start like crying or laughing hysterically. And that. Yeah, that for me that's the magic of it.
Sahar Rose
I wouldn't be where I am without that. And it's very, I don't even want to call it sex. It's not even like sexuality. But we know. Because it's something else. Yeah, it's something cathartic, it's something energetic, it's something clearing.
Izzy
And I remember ceremony.
Sahar Rose
It really is. And I remember after my divorce, you know, in these ceremonies with myself, I would purge out so much dense emotion. I would sound them out. It would be these like, like sounds of disgust. Like disgust at all men, Disappointment, pain that I would have never felt comfortable to, you know, really let out in front of someone else. And I was like, thank Goddess I did this practice because that would have been living in me and I would have been manifesting still from that energy. And, and it's like you can't call in your sacred union partner if you still really hate all men, you know?
Izzy
Yeah. Yeah. I will say that my husband has dramatically raised my standard for men. And I do find myself being like, oh my God. I think some of the disgust is okay. Honestly, I think. Or transmuting it from disgust into boundaries and into discernment. So when that disgust come on, I know that a lot of women listening are like, I feel disgust towards men.
Sahar Rose
Like, it's okay.
Izzy
Like we, I mean, most are. We've learned some, really most men, not all, we've learned some fucked up shit in the past few months about things. So I think it's just like take, yeah, take that disgust you feel towards men, work it into some like, self kink play. Some like, shadow kink play.
Sahar Rose
How can you self kink?
Izzy
Yeah, like with your fantasies?
Sahar Rose
Because like for me, if I choke myself, it just doesn't.
Izzy
No, you don't have to do that. It's just like with your fantasies, you know, like build out a fantasy scenario that helps you process whatever this like, disgust or shadow is.
Sahar Rose
What would like a scenario of that look like?
Izzy
Like, maybe if you feel disgust towards men, it's like a dominatrix scenario.
Sahar Rose
Okay.
Izzy
Yeah.
Sahar Rose
So you're doming the man, you're dominating the man. You make him do something disgusting.
Izzy
Yeah, maybe. Okay. Yeah. And you work through that shadow. You work, you. You alchemize it in your womb. And what comes out from that disgust? Like boundaries, sacred rage, discernment. We have been conditioned as women to neglect our discernment and to call it judgment, not. Our discernment as women is insanely powerful. We have stronger discernment than men.
Sahar Rose
So I want to talk about discernment.
Izzy
Yeah.
Sahar Rose
And you said your standards have gotten a lot higher since being with your husband because you can see what's possible.
Izzy
Right?
Sahar Rose
But what is your advice to many women who are Single for long periods of time, and people say maybe your standards are too high.
Izzy
Yes, great question. I love that. Okay, are your standards for materialistic, egoic bullshit too high? Like, oh, he has to be 6 foot 1. He has to make this much money. I only date men who blue eyes, like, okay, that's all ego bullshit. Those aren't standards. Those are limitations that your ego is placing upon you, probably intentionally, to keep you away from your soulmate. Because your ego wants you to always be the victim. Right? Your ego wants you to stay in this mentality of like, oh, I'm so victimized by love and dating. I'm so alone, blah, blah, blah. So those are all ego projections and conditioning from society. So if those things are ridiculously small, like we talked about earlier, like, oh, I only date men who live between this street and this street. Like. Like, let's be serious. What are the odds that your soulmate lives between this street and this street? You know? So, yeah, throw that shit out. Throw. Throw all the materialistic bullshit out. It doesn't matter. But raise your standards for how you expect to be treated. I would not go on a date with a man on a second date with a man if he didn't text me that night to tell me he had an amazing time and asked me out on another date. That was my standard, and I communicated that clearly to the universe. This is my standard. Because my standard, my most important boundary in dating was Clari. Want to be in a situation where I was. Where my energy was being wasted, wondering if a guy liked me. So if he was not being clear, if he did not text me immediately to make sure I got home safe to tell me he had a great time, blah, blah, blah, not interested. If he ghosted me for, like, we had, like, a date plan and he didn't show up, I would not text him and be like, hey, what happened? No, she, like, done. If he kept rescheduling too many times, done. You know, like, I had very, very strict standards.
Sahar Rose
What about people who take a long time to plan a date from the apps?
Izzy
I had a limit on one week. If, like, we're not here to be pen pals, you know, if you can't plan a date within a week and, you know, and it's one thing if they're traveling or whatever, but if they're in town, we're both here. We both live in the same city, and it takes you more than a week to meet me. No.
Sahar Rose
Yeah, I had this guy that I matched with. We were texting and then the conversation ended. I didn't hear from him, and I kind of just forgot about it. I don't hear from him for a week, and then he messages me, and he's like, hey, I was busy with family this week. I would love to. To FaceTime and see if we have chemistry. I was like, but you just disappeared for a week.
Izzy
Yeah.
Sahar Rose
So to me. And also, you're busy with your family. Like, let's be real.
Izzy
It's like, clearly, you got what is something else is going on.
Sahar Rose
You're going through a divorce. I don't know.
Izzy
What does busy with your family mean? Like, you were on a family retreat and your mom took away everyone's phones. Like, that's the only excuse.
Sahar Rose
And it's like, if this is already what you're like. But then my friend's like, we should just go on FaceTime with him. But I'm like, I already know. And also the fact that if your
Izzy
body says no, it's no.
Sahar Rose
Yeah. And also the fact that he says, let's FaceTime to see if we have chemistry. It feels like I'm auditioning for you, but I'm like, hey, I'd love to just get to know you. Let's chat, you know?
Izzy
Yeah. That's something that I also really changed with my mindset around dating, because, like, I'm just getting to know people I don't have to see. Every date that I go on is, like, I'm interviewing them to be my potential husband. Like, we're just seeing if there's a vibe. And maybe the vibe is friendship. Maybe. But maybe. Maybe it's husband material. I don't know. I'm just here to vibe and see what happens and not put so much pressure on it.
Sahar Rose
So do you feel that we instantly know someone as our soulmate?
Izzy
No. I think I realized it pretty fast. And so did my husband. I mean, he asked me to marry him literally, like, within six weeks of us meeting and started designing my engagement ring.
Sahar Rose
And how old was he?
Izzy
He was 25 and I was 28.
Sahar Rose
Did you ever have fears come up of, like, he hasn't gone through his Saturn. He doesn't know himself yet.
Izzy
I was going through my Saturn return. I had an amazing Saturn return. It was like bliss.
Sahar Rose
So you didn't feel like, oh, he's. Well, I guess he's only three years younger than you, but still at that age, did any fears come up around you?
Izzy
Oh, my God. Yeah, of course. Of course fears came up. But I was just like, I just feel so good.
Sahar Rose
And how Many years have you guys been together now?
Izzy
I've been together for four years. We've been through a lot in four years. I feel like it's been way longer just because of all of the things that we've been through.
Sahar Rose
So what do you say when women say, say it takes a man to be at least 40 to be mature enough to really want a committed relationship?
Izzy
Like if that were true, then why are there so many single 40 year old fuckboys dating 25 year olds, right? Like it just a man has to be able like truly what it is is like I don't think a man is a man truly until he meets his priestess and then when he is able to get on his knees and surrender to her her embodiment of the divine feminine and he meets the divine feminine probably for the first time in his life, that's when he becomes a man. And it's not about age, it's about capacity to be able to meet the divine feminine. Like that which can be fucking terrifying for men, can bring up a lot of shadow, right? Like they hold, they carry a lot of guilt in their bodies around patriarchy. Many men have been, you know, sexually abused. Many men have been circumstances circumcised. Like men are carrying a lot of shit inside too. And a lot of men are just fucking terrified to be blasted open by the divine feminine. So I don't care how old he is, I don't care how much money he makes, I don't care what he looks like as long as you're attracted to him. It's like, can he allow himself to receive the divine feminine through you is really the only question that matters. And then can he fuck those codes of divine union into your soul and into the grids of planet planet Earth and the money doesn't matter. Like when I met my husband, he was still in graduate school and I was like, I really don't want to care that much about money because as a matchmaker I was seeing so many women like completely limit themselves by having these financial requirements. And I was like, I make enough money to support myself and to support a family. I don't need to rely on a man for money. And that's very freeing. And that means I get to choose. I'm not in a position where I have, have to choose someone who makes X amount of money or has like this kind of benefits at work. Because I can take care of everything myself. Like I manifest my, my womb prints money, you know, like it doesn't matter. So I just needed someone who could, like, feed their masculine power into my womb, and we can, like, print money together. And when I met my husband, he was in graduate school, he was younger than me, and I think we'd been together for like four to six weeks. And I was like, you know what? Like, I really want to start a coaching business. Like, I need help with my matchmaking, but business, can you quit your job and come work in my business? Because he was a videographer and photographer and, like, artist and like, blah, blah. Like, he had. He had the skills I needed for my business, and I trained him up in matchmaking, and we alchemized the concept for my business together, and we launched it, and within a few months, we were having $20,000 months together. So the money was. It just didn't matter. Because when you bring. When you know how to manifest money, money, and you bring those energies together, like, you literally just start printing money.
Sahar Rose
I love this story so much. I hope women really listen to this, because I see so many women thinking a man is a ticket to money, to the lifestyle. And as someone who also has made her own money, I never date. You know, my ex's father was a billionaire, and I think he says similar thing. Not my ex husband before that. And then also my ex sign was very work relationship. We both worked. We both created very successful businesses side by side. But it was like, I feel soul fam relationship for sure. And I'm at this point that I'm like, I will only be with my soulmate and someone who makes me even brighter and more fully expressed because I know. Yes, exactly. I will be a channel for even greater abundance. And how beautiful that you chose that. And then together, you're making $20,000 months, which so many women would sacrifice not being with their soulmate, thinking that's the only way for them to have money. Which, by the way, guys, when it's someone else's money, they're not here handing it to you.
Izzy
No.
Sahar Rose
You know, I just most recently made the biggest business deal of my entire life, a brand deal. And I was thinking, no man would have ever given me a check of this much money ever, even a billionaire. And I'm like, and I made that today from my fucking Dharma.
Izzy
You made it yourself?
Sahar Rose
Exactly. And I'm like, and then when there's
Izzy
a man on his knees, just like pouring his adoration into your womb, your money just keeps expanding too.
Sahar Rose
Exactly. And I can't wait for that day. But even right. Even right now, I'm like, this is the level of frequency. Frequency that I'm on and I will only be. And I'm so grateful for my initiation of really learning to be on my own because I totally had the same mindset of, oh my God, I'm only going to date a rich guy. You know, And I think a lot of times when we get hurt, our default goes to. They're all the same. Yeah, they're all going to fuck you over. You might as well get with the richest one.
Izzy
Yeah.
Sahar Rose
And I see with a lot of my friends, they go through a heartbreak and they're like, I'm only going to date billionaires, you know, but you still want love.
Izzy
Yeah.
Sahar Rose
And nothing can compare to that feeling. It's like almost like I think of, okay, let's say I had a billion freaking dollars. I could buy whatever bag or it's still all made in China, by the way. Anyways, I'm not even excited to go on the date. I go on a vacation. I don't even like the person I'm with. Like, the most fun part of life is love. And you are negating yourself from that experience.
Izzy
It is dangerous to rely on a man for money. It is dangerous and it puts you, you know, this whole trad wife movement that's kind of like warped its way into like the divine feminine, a movement somehow. It's like you're putting yourself in a dangerous situation, even if it is your soulmate. Because God forbid, you know, knock on wood, what happens if they pass away? What happens if they have been doing some sketchy deals and they go to prison? Like this shit happens to women every day.
Sahar Rose
Oh, I have a friend who, she got bankrupt because he didn't tell her and he, he made up this whole business and was using her money and now he's in jail and she's having to pay off his debt.
Izzy
Yes. Love con revenge. Has anyone seen that show on Netflix? It's about that. You have to be in a position where you do not need a man. Like we were talking about. You don't need a man sexually, you don't need a man financially. And I'm not saying like, oh, you have to. Like if you're, if you're broke right now, but also craving soulmate love. Like, no, I'm not saying like, you need to stop dating and like get your finances together. Although I think that would be great. Yeah, I mean that would be really. That would be a good idea.
Sahar Rose
You will shift your entire track.
Izzy
It does. Yeah. So when you're, when you're totally self sovereign and like, you just like I can manifest money. I don't need a man to give that to me. It opens up dating in a different way.
Sahar Rose
People say, oh, that's toxic feminine to say, I don't need a man when you genuinely don't need a man, but you want a man that's so fudgeing
Izzy
hot for the man, for the man.
Sahar Rose
Of like, oh, she just wants me and she doesn't need. Yeah, like that is sexy. That's like chemistry that sparks.
Izzy
No, it's like sexy.
Sahar Rose
You're purely there for the enjoyment.
Izzy
You're purely there because you.
Sahar Rose
Most the of the relational problems come from money.
Izzy
Yeah.
Sahar Rose
And so if you come in with your own, you're not always anxious around, is he going to give me an allowance? Is he going to this? And I feel like women are constantly like trying to get a little bit more. And like, you know, the whole sprinkle, sprinkle. And like you're taught. And it's like do. Like it's all of these games. Oh, one. One of them was walk in front of the atm. Like go on a date at the shopping mall and walk in front of the atm and at that moment you're still. Heel breaks. Like, have a heel that's already broken, but make sure it breaks in front of the ATM and be like, oh my God, I need new shoes, Will you get me some? And it's like this whole plan that you have, it's like, do you know how easy it is to make enough
Izzy
money to just make sure. Buy shoes? Yeah. And then like, you buy your own shoes and you don't have to ask anyone or like beg or anything.
Sahar Rose
Someone you're attracted.
Izzy
You don't have to be a damsel in distress. Like, what if you're the. What if? Like, you know when I was getting in my head and I was like, oh my God, this guy's younger than me, like he's still in grad school, blah, blah, blah. Like, aren't I supposed to be with like a guy who's older and makes this much money? And I was like, no. Like, I'm a hot rich bitch and I deserve a hot younger man who's fucking obsessed with me, period. And that's it. And then, yeah, now that's what Madonna
Sahar Rose
and share onto something.
Izzy
No.
Sahar Rose
And it's like, that's how it manifests through. You have it manifested Anyway, but I'm noticing a trend and ultimately it's what makes you feel most lit up. And for some woman they love a daddy, someone telling them what to do. Do Maybe that lights them up the most. And it's like you have, but it
Izzy
lights up your inner. Your wounded inner child who's still looking for a father.
Sahar Rose
Okay, so what do you think of daddy energy then? You think it's all coming from that? Yeah, because a lot of girls want a man like they, they like a man to tell them what to do.
Izzy
No, it's your wounded inner child who is looking for direction because and, and direction, discipline and containment, because that's what a child needs. But the problem is when you're in that relationship and then eventually your inner child heals, not going to be attracted to that man telling you what to do anymore. You're looking for the priest to your priestess. Like, you are a high priestess. They are the high priest of your relationship. You are not looking for a hierarchy and the daddy energy. When my husband is taking care of the baby and getting shit done around the house, he just built us a whole bunny run so my daughter can have bunnies. And he's outside and he's sweaty and he's doing stuff with his hands that's hot. But he's not telling me what to do. He's not giving me an alarm allowance. I never asked my husband, like, if I. I never asked my husband for permission to do anything.
Sahar Rose
And that is so huge because also I think a distinction is masculinity is not just money. In fact, the things that make a lot of money in our society are quite heady things that are not embodied. Right. And so a lot of these, like, very rich tech people are so disembodied, are so freaking weird when you get to know the shit they're into. And most of them want to be domed. Cause completely.
Izzy
Yeah, yeah. These men, because they want to be forced back into their bodies.
Sahar Rose
Exactly. And so I've heard from a lot of women that I know who have dated these very successful kind of guys. And they're like, this girl told me she was like, I had to wear a new costume for him every single day and do this role playing and do this and do that. And she realized, she's like, but he never wants to be with me.
Izzy
Yeah.
Sahar Rose
And so, like, is whatever money, whatever dinner, sushi you go to once a week worth someone that doesn't want to be with you? You.
Izzy
No.
Sahar Rose
And I think these are important conversations because it's like we get on different corners of the Internet and they'll say, oh, well, a guy without a money is a dusty. And, you know, we all listen to no scrubs and bills of bills, and there's so much in that. And, like, I understand the energy that that's coming from, but I do feel the net. The new paradigm is what you're speaking of. Of, like, the feminine truly rising and the feminine being. Like. Like, for me, I never have to time to cook. Like, it's just I could if I really wanted to. It's just not a huge priority to me because I'd rather be podcasting and traveling and all these things. So I love a man who can cook. That, for me, is so freaking hot.
Izzy
That's provider energy, too.
Sahar Rose
It is, right? And then my friend's like, oh, well, that's like, you're looking for a wife. I'm like, no. Like, I feel like it's really hot. And. And I also like men who can put up wallpaper.
Izzy
Yeah.
Sahar Rose
And, like, do these, like, things, because to me, the masculine is in the body. Right. But oftentimes, those are not the careers that we look to as, like, super off. When I, in college dated this very, very rich family, the guy would not do anything himself because he was used to paying someone.
Izzy
Yeah.
Sahar Rose
So it's like, oh, it's your birthday. He's going to pay his driver to go get you something. Oh, it's just this. And, like, even when we would travel together, I mean, I don't think he listens to this podcast, but he wouldn't want to leave the hotel. And I'm such an adventurer, you know, I want to. Like, we were in Thailand, I remember, and I was like, oh, my God, there's like a floating island here. And we got to see this. And he refused to leave the hotel. And eventually I was like, I'm just going to go on my own. He's like, you can't go by yourself. And so it was like, I'm in this new country, supposed to be this trip we're taking, but I can only do what he wants to do. Eventually, I got him to come, and it was like a mom dragging the son by the ears. He did not want to be there. He was tired. He was this, he was that. After he had a great time. And I'm just like, this is so not the energy I want to be in.
Izzy
That's the ex. Like, yeah, see, but he was.
Sahar Rose
Was rich, you know?
Izzy
You know, I. My husband. I remember thinking about this before I met my husband. I was like, I hate running errands. I hate organizing a house. I have adhd. I cannot remember to pay bills or anything. If I could be with a man and I made the money and he took care of everything. I would be so happy. But I also, like, when my husband and I met, like, the fusion of our energies together created so much abundance for me and my business and then led to him discovering his passion. And he went to school for guitar luthery and he hand makes guitars and he has a whole woodworking studio and he has a wood imports business and he runs my matchmaking business. And like, there's months where my husband now makes more money than I do. You know, I feel like there's kind of this mentality where women are looking for a man who's already the complete package. Like, he's already completed everything. And it's like, well, that takes a lot of the fun out of being in a relationship. It doesn't even make sense and it doesn't exist because I'm not a complete package. Like, my journey isn't finished. So why would I want. Why would I be expecting to meet a man who is already complete in like all of these ways himself?
Sahar Rose
This is so real. And again, I see it after like friends who've gone through very big heartbreaks and they're like, I'm not going to sacrifice on anything again. He has to be the full package emotionally there, financially there, everything there. Because I lowered my standard and it didn't work out.
Izzy
But you lowered your, your standard for character.
Sahar Rose
Yes, yes. And like, also, maybe it was just a karmic lesson you needed to learn to prepare you. It's not like a failed relationship. It was a learning. And I love what you're saying around your partner came in with the videography and the photography which fed into your business, which allowed your business. And I feel that's a dharmic relationship where it has a north star. It's like something you can create together. Like, for me, I love making music. And so someone that I can make music with is like so freaking cool. Because it's like, you know, I could make music, I work with different producers and things like that, but it's just like, to me, it's like the most creative and fun energy I can be in. And like to be able to share that with someone and then like have this thing that we made together is.
Izzy
It's like infused with soulmate energy.
Sahar Rose
It's so beautiful.
Izzy
My husband actually makes a lot of the music for my meditation tracks and stuff. Yeah.
Sahar Rose
And then it's like sometimes you. You needed to be on this part of your journey and they do. And then you come together and it's this third Thing that's created.
Izzy
Yes.
Sahar Rose
Whereas I think a lot of us are like, no, he needs to have everything figured out, and then I'm going to depend on him. And we're, like, trying to go back to this old model that, like, over time we've seen. It doesn't work like, so many women. If it worked, everyone on the Real Housewives should be very happy.
Izzy
Yeah.
Sahar Rose
You know, and they're definitely not. And then the karmic relationships I feel are those relationships that, you know, clarity, clear, the energy. I'm curious, though, do you feel in your relationship and soulmate relationships, there is still karma?
Izzy
That's a good question. The karma that I've discovered and what I have found is your soulmate in your life, in lifetime after lifetime, is going to be your soulmate. You're not going to have a lifetime where, like, you're your soulmate's mom. Right.
Sahar Rose
Because so it's your same soulmate in every lifetime.
Izzy
Yeah.
Sahar Rose
And you're always in a romantic partnership.
Izzy
Yeah.
Sahar Rose
Interesting.
Izzy
Like, wouldn't it be weird if your soulmate was born as, like, your sister or something?
Sahar Rose
You know, I always felt, well, I think we were a soul fan, but I always felt my existence like he was my brother.
Izzy
Soul fam for sure. Yeah. The karma that I have found has never been like, oh, my God, he accused me witchcraft and got me burned at the stake, and he's my soulmate. Like, no, like, it's not. It's not like that. That's some karma. That's the karmic relationship. The karma I have found is that we have had terrible lifetimes of being taken apart, of suffering horribly because of external circumstances, of not being able to come together. And that karma was really heavy in the beginning of our relationship. I had a lot of anxiety actually come forward of, like, oh, my God, like, we're going to be separated again. Like, I can't. I can't let myself fall that deep, deeply in love because I'm going to end up losing this person. So that took me, I would say, like, two years in our relationship to really work through, and I had a lot of past life stuff come up around that.
Sahar Rose
Did you guys ever have an anxious avoidant dance that, like, never pulled away?
Izzy
Never ever.
Sahar Rose
What are your thoughts when that happens?
Izzy
Yeah, I just.
Sahar Rose
Because they say in the twin flame journey, that's, like, the whole thing.
Izzy
I think we're at the point in our development as women and I as a species where we just can't tolerate that. We can't put all these labels of like, oh, he's my twin flame. Oh, it's anxious avoidance. Like, I'm not here to teach a man that it's safe to love. You know, like, and if he, if he doesn't know that he's. He's not my soulmate. Like, it's just that simple. I always say, I don't care if Jesus Christ comes down from the, from the sky and tells you this man is your soulmate, but he's treating you like shit or he's ignoring your calls or whatever. He's making you exhausted. It's not your person. The soulmate that you're contracted to be with in this lifetime is the person who is going to be awakened at the same time as you into divine union, who's going to be there to be in devotion with you.
Sahar Rose
So what if that person maybe doesn't know how you feel? Like, do you tell them, like, I think we're soul.
Izzy
Like, no, I think it's not necessary to be like, hey, okay, let's say,
Sahar Rose
like, let's give an example. Like, you go on a date with someone and you're feeling this person could be my soulmate. But maybe they're just treating it like you guys are dating. You guys are maybe not talking so much. Like, how do you shift that dynamic?
Izzy
You can, you can't. Yeah, you, I mean, you just show up authentically as yourself and you feel like you're entered. It's just like the most important thing for women to learn in, in business, in romantic relationships, in friendship, is like, if your energy isn't being matched, if your devotion isn't being matched, if what you're investing isn't being matched and you have to leave, period. Because your energy is so sacred and so precious that you literally have the coding of the divine feminine inside of you. You literally have the coding to create new worlds. And that's why you're here, to create a new world, to create the new earth. Right? And soulmate love is just a part of that mission. Soulmate love isn't the whole mission. It's just an aspect of it. So you cannot waste your sacred, precious energy that's meant to be used to create millions of dollars and your dream, reality, reality on a man who's not showing up with the same energy on a friend who's not showing up with the same energy on a job that's not appreciating you.
Sahar Rose
Absolutely. I think the reciprocity is so important. Otherwise we end up in this, like, limerence.
Izzy
Right.
Sahar Rose
Of like, he's My soulmate. But he doesn't know it yet and he's not accepting me.
Izzy
And that's just not real miserable.
Sahar Rose
It's so hard to be. You know what I think like part of us likes it.
Izzy
Yeah.
Sahar Rose
Of. Because then it's like all this love we get to project on someone and it never becomes real. Like I remember I had a crazy limit and crush on someone I never met right after I got divorced because it was like all this emotion I didn't know how to deal with. Right. Yeah. And so it was like I could like feel love, but it was like never needed to be like acted on. And I feel like when women are like, I keep attracting emotion available people, which was me. It was because I wasn't ready, you know. And so it was like always someone when I was traveling that we're not in the same country, we're never going to see each other again, you know, And I was like, oh, it's too bad I don't live there. And it's like. But I think, think my soul knew. I'm not really ready for this to move forward because I still need to be in the incubation of healing that I'm going to choose someone that it can't progress with. Because then I get to have the kind of like the dopamine hit of having a crush without the, you know,
Izzy
trauma of relationship for me, like the condition or the program, I should say that I really had to unweave was I was choosing drama romantically because I believed that was my only way to connect with other women. Because I, you know, like, you grow up and like you're like a teenager,
Sahar Rose
they're a woman you were choosing.
Izzy
Yes. Because like you tell them the stories. Yes. Because like when you're like a teenager, like all of your friendships kind of like, you know, get built off of like gossip and like sharing boy trauma. And then you bond because you're going through a horrible breakup and like they take care of you and blah, blah, blah. So I, I had an unconscious belief that my only way to connect with other women was through shared trauma and drama around relationships. And then once I realized that that everything changed.
Sahar Rose
Okay. This is so real because so like a year and a half ago I was living in Bali with my bestie Christine. And I'm such a storyteller. I'm always, and I have lots of friends and I'm always filling them in. I'm always voice owning with them. I have a Brazilian soul, as you feel. And so something happened with some guy and it was kind of a funny story. And I'm sending a voice note to, like, my third friend telling the story. And my friend was like, I. She's like, I just saw it so clearly. But it's like, almost like you manifest these crazy situations, so. So you have these stories to tell after. And I'm like, damn, that's so true, you know, because it almost gave me this. I don't know, Entertainment.
Izzy
Yeah.
Sahar Rose
I would say, I think there is something around when a woman is in, like, a happy, secure, healthy relationship, she feels less relatable because everyone else is struggling. And then it's kind of like, people also can, like, distrust that of, like, no, there must be some shit going on in your relationship that you're not saying.
Izzy
Right.
Sahar Rose
And so it's almost like. Then we try to, like, put ourselves down to fit in. And so I do think, you know, I had a friend that she was 40. She just turned 40, and she realized she was dating nothing, working. She's like, I'm gonna stop telling anyone about the dates.
Izzy
I go, yes, please. Yes.
Sahar Rose
Okay. And so she stopped, and she's like. Because she's like, first of all, I'm so done with telling them about someone. Next time I see them, I have to now tell the story why it didn't work.
Izzy
Yeah.
Sahar Rose
And like, let's just see. And then finally, it was like, through a friend that she had. They were kind of friends, and I don't know, something happened, happen, and they're in this beautiful relationship. They have, like, a publishing company together, and it's like, for sure, soulmates. And so, like, I. I mean, I've never actually followed this, but I told myself once that, like, I'm gonna wait until five dates to tell someone, but. But the thing is, I guess I'm like, I think it's my own. Maybe it's not even a distrust, but it's like, to my best friends, I'm just curious their perspectives, Right. I value their opinions. And so I'm like, okay, what do you think about this? What do you think about that? But I do think in a way, it's like, time will just tell.
Izzy
Yeah. Yeah. That's still kind of like, almost trying to control it too, you know? And you really just have to surrender to be able to manifest soulmate love. Like, Isis is your girl, right? Like, you talk to her about it. You know, Talk to your friends about it. Because also, like, well, actually, I realized
Sahar Rose
this is Hathor here. You can tell from the shape, and Hawthor is who I have tattooed on me who I've devoted myself to in this. And Hot. Hathor is the deity of making music.
Izzy
Yeah. And marriage, too, right?
Sahar Rose
Yeah. And fertility. She's the fertility goddess. Marriage is more Isis.
Izzy
Yeah. Children is more boring. That's your matchmaker. And if you have to talk to someone, if you have to talk to your girls about it, like, those are your girls.
Sahar Rose
Now I'm like, maybe it's the person I was just telling you about.
Izzy
Those are your girls, you know, your spirit team you can talk to about it.
Sahar Rose
Yeah.
Izzy
And I think that also protects it, too, because you want to, like, not the people are, like, intentionally sending bad vibes or, like, to be superstitious or anything. But, like, the early stages of love are so precious and so gentle and, like, kind of fragile. So I like to really cover it in, like, protective energy.
Sahar Rose
I always say, like, the early stages of love, it's like this little butterfly that was just born, and it's so vulnerable. And I think both of you are, like, so excited and so scared because it's like, wait, is this happening?
Izzy
Or am I going to have, like, the worst heartbreak ever?
Sahar Rose
Yeah. It's like an airplane. It's like it's taking off. It's taking off. Is this really taking off? And it's like. And then you hit these different things of, like. It's like they actually say the best feeling known to humans, the number one best feeling, is when you are in love with someone and you realize they're in love with you back. Yeah, like that.
Izzy
It's like, I feel like that every day. I really do, because I feel like. And that's what I mean about the honeymoon frequency, not the honeymoon phase. It's like every day I feel like I have deeper understanding of how much my husband loves me. And every day I'm like, whoa. Like, he loves me, you know, like he really loves me. And I think being a woman where we have all of this conditioning and all of this baggage and all of this, like, personal and ancestral trauma can be hard for us to open, to trust that. And I feel like every day I open a little bit more to trust it. And I had an experience the other day where I was taking a shower, and I just all of a sudden felt like I could see myself the way my husband sees me. And it was fucking mind blowing. And I got out of the shower and I. I was like, you love me. Like you really love me. Like you love me, like, on a different level, you know, that's the unconditional love that I had been craving my whole life. And it's. It's easy, it's safe, there's always change in relationship.
Sahar Rose
And so what is your. I know we've been talking forever, but because you said you were feeling into how much he loves you and that made you feel so safe and seeing the way that he loves you. What is your opinion when they say a man must always, always love the woman more than she loves him?
Izzy
I think that comes back to a hierarchy that we're trying to get away from. In the new paradigm of love, we don't have to constantly be making every relationship into a hierarchy and are trying to impose that. That's kind of like this very. I don't know, it's kind of like love is still colonized in that sense. And we're trying to create a love that exists outside of this patriarchal paradigm where everything, everything is competitive. Like, everything is measured. I just think, like, disengage from, from those thought forms. You know what I mean? Like, to be like, that's not helpful. That's not the kind of paradigm that I'm creating. I'm creating something that's like its own energetic, like movement. I don't know how to describe it. I see it very visually, but, you know, it's like, it's just something that's completely different. And that's another reason why I tell women who are on the soulmate path, like, stop. Stop talking about your dating to your friends. Stop getting people's advice. Because you're creating something so specific, right? You're trying to create soulmate love. And the vast majority of people are still running on all of this old programming that they're going to then bring forward to you. And then you'll be like, wait, what does this mean? What does that mean? You're going to get confused. Focus on the vibration of what you're creating every single day. If you're manifesting soulmate love at least once a day, you need to be going into a meditative state and calling on the soul, soulmate energy, calling on the divine union codes and feel what that feels like in your body. And that's what's going to guide you. You don't need anyone else's advice. You don't need to get feedback from everyone. Like, no, you need to get. Go within and feel that and let that guide you.
Sahar Rose
Yeah. Beautifully said. And I feel that he loves you more than you love him. Thing is, coming from this place of we're all afraid, you know, and men and women just love differently. And I feel the man who really you feel like he loves you more probably is just expressing his love, because I think so many of us women are used to being the ones who express and start the hard conversations and, like, keep the ball rolling.
Izzy
And then we get jaded and we pull back.
Sahar Rose
Exactly. And then we're kind of like, waiting for someone to fall in love with us, you know? So I love that so much. Oh, my God. So much good wisdom here. So where can people connect with you, follow you on Instagram and learn more?
Izzy
I'm on Instagram at Izzy Living. I post pretty much every day about divine union and masculine and feminine energies. I have a membership called Just Worship Me, which is about going through the process as a woman of deprogramming from all of the patriarchal conditioning that makes us believe we're not worthy of worship and being able to worship ourselves and worship our beloved and receive genuine worship from our beloved, from the universe and from money. My main Soulmate manifestation program is called called Soulmate Alchemy, and I also have a free Divine union activation that anyone can watch. It was filmed at a sacred Neolithic site in Wales. It's very powerful.
Sahar Rose

And, you know, I'm actually going to shift this and that, and this is just such a more powerful way to use our energy. And this conversation can be such a beautiful catalyst of that. Highest Self Podcast® – Episode 663, July 7, 2026
Host: Sahara Rose
Guest: Izzy Living (Sacred Union Priestess, Matchmaker, Embodied Feminine Guide)
This episode unpacks the real path to finding your soulmate, deconstructing societal myths, materialistic standards, and old paradigm dating advice. Sahara Rose and Izzy Living dive deep into energetics, soul contracts, self-devotion, practical boundaries, and why redefining partnership is essential for the modern empowered woman.
"I just kept choosing narcissistic men, men who were, like, truly demonically possessed… really toxic, draining relationships, really abusive relationships." (03:50 – Izzy)
"...literally can't afford to go back into toxic relationships. So I'm just going to invest in myself and be obsessed with myself... I'll be with someone if they can match that energy." (06:50 – Izzy)
"I realized...I was manifesting, you know, a wealthy man. And there's nothing wrong with that...But I realized that it was coming from a place of not believing that I could manifest that money myself." (07:31 – Izzy)
Rooting Standards in Soul, Not Ego
Instead of outward requirements, guide your boundaries by how you’re treated and the devotion received.
Men’s Complaints About Dating Women
Men often feel “interviewed” or judged for their material status; Izzy calls out the lack of emotional depth this brings to relationships.
"When it's like you're in a position where your body is pushed to its breaking point and your soul feels like it's breaking, you need a soulmate to hold you together in those moments." (09:15 – Izzy)
"If it's not making your life better, it's not worth holding onto as a concept." (12:56 – Izzy)
"We decided before we were born, right, who we were going to unite with and what the context of that relationship was going to be." (11:55 – Izzy)
"I recommend that you surrender completely your love life to a divine Persona… and you just say, like, 'Isis, be my matchmaker. I don't give a fuck. My list is gone. I'm surrendering to you, Isis.'" (19:03 – Izzy)
"The most important thing you can do as a woman who wants only love is work with your womb and work on your womb… all of these layers of ancestral trauma [must] be purged.” (48:02 – Izzy)
Energetic Divorce from Past Lovers
Clear out spiritual ties (“Theta Healing” and mantra practices are recommended; see [49:35]).
Self-Pleasure, Devotion & Sovereignty
"Your self pleasure sessions should be fucking ecstatic. You should buy yourself roses, you should, get chocolate… make yourself have multiple orgasms… so you’re not willing to lower your standards just because you’re lonely or just because you’re horny." (49:56 – Izzy)
"If your energy isn't being matched, if your devotion isn't being matched... you have to leave." (76:18 – Izzy)
"Chemistry is just soul recognition." (36:50 – Izzy)
When to Have Sex
Ideally, after commitment—but always honor your body and womb. For some, waiting until “divine union” (commitment ritual) is key; for others, trust organic flow.
Devotional Sexuality
Sacred sex is a remembering of lifetimes of union mystery school teachings; it’s not transactional or based on rules.
"When you know how to manifest… you bring those energies together, like, you literally just start printing money." (61:53 – Izzy)
“Early stages of love are so precious and so gentle and, like, kind of fragile... cover it in protective energy.” (81:45 – Izzy)
Self-Kink for Transmuting Disgust or Resentment
Transform emotions like disgust toward men into boundaries or explored through conscious fantasy (shadow work).
Raise Standards for Behavior, Not Ego Criteria
Reject limiting lists; embrace high standards for clarity, presence, and devotion.
"Please do not waste your fucking energy begging a man to do the bare minimum."
(00:00 & 75:54 – Izzy)
"When you are with your soulmate, there is a remembering that happens of when you were in these ancient mystery schools..."
(45:53 – Izzy)
"The only finite resource we have as human beings is our time, and this person is choosing to spend their sacred, limited time with me."
(24:44 – Izzy)
On Reciprocity
"If your energy isn't being matched...you have to leave."
(76:18 – Izzy)
"I don't care how old he is, I don't care how much money he makes...Can he allow himself to receive the divine feminine through you is really the only question that matters."
(59:21 – Izzy)
On Self-Sourcing Everything
"You have to be so blissed out and happy and self-sufficient… that you’re not willing to lower your standards just because you’re lonely or horny."
(49:56 – Izzy)
This episode is a clarion call to women: radically honor your standards, trust your deep inner knowing, and stand unapologetically in your self-sourced energetic sovereignty. Partnership comes not when you “complete the list,” but when you become so self-devoted and fulfilled that only a true soulmate can meet you where you are.
"You're a fucking priestess in the most important time period in human history – don’t waste your energy on the bare minimum." (75:54 – Izzy)
