Julian Dorey
What's up, everybody? And welcome back to another episode of the Julian Dory podcast. I am Julian Dorey.
Joey Deef
And I'm Joey Deef. How you doing?
Julian Dorey
How you doing? We got a little third wheel in the studio today, by the way, if you want to pop over so we can see you. Joseph Scott Morgan. Get on in there.
Joey Deef
Hey.
Julian Dorey
All right.
Caroline Levitt
He's.
Julian Dorey
He's on there. Good to see you, as always, my friend. So if you've never seen Joseph Scott Morgan, he has been the guy literally on every channel and now on the Internet in recent years as well, over the past, say, 15 years or so, talking about anything, forensics and death investigation as it pertains to any major case. And so, naturally, as you would probably assume, seeing as we are finally getting, like, some public hearings related to the evidence of Charlie Kirk's assassination last year, I brought in Joseph this morning, where we did over three hours just breaking down the facts of the actual shooting and what happened and the investigation and how it was carried out. So, like, all the things that lead up to it and the theories related to that, that's not what that podcast will be on, but we're gonna be putting that out on Monday. It was really good stuff, just going through how Joseph would have done it, what the proper protocols are, what the investigators did right, some things that maybe they did wrong. Questions we gotta get answered. You know, it's a very messy thing, and obviously at the core of it, someone was tragically killed. And, you know, now people fight about it online all the time. So I just want to make sure, like, if we do it, especially since I'm not an expert on that at all, and that hasn't been, like, my lane to really cover that. I want to make sure we're bringing in people like Joseph who can at least, like, give you whatever he interprets as. As the facts of. Of them to be. And you guys at home can decide. So thanks, as always, for coming in. That was Joseph's fourth time on the podcast. One time we did two episodes, so really like fifth time, but we'll be talking again at the end of the year. We got some Zoro Ra stuff to cover. I know you're all over that. We didn't get to that today, so that's definitely going to happen. But, yeah, we're going to talk about some of the early evidence we've seen come out in the Kirk case, including some stuff we were just looking at that we didn't get to this morning with Joseph. So we'll look at that and Then, you know, deep Bill Gates daughter, you know, joining in on the party and. And continuing the Gates line in a.
Joey Deef
Of just creating just innovative tech.
Julian Dorey
Innovative tech biz, just straight up biz. We'll talk about that interesting story right there. That feels like it's going under the radar, but we'll try to bring that up to the surface. And then, of course, you know, the wedding of the century that you just. You can't avert your eyes from wherever you turn. They just keep telling you more about it and, you know, things we didn't want to know. But what's nice is there is some nice symbolism for the current state of affairs in America. Hey, guys, if you're not following me on Spotify, please hit that follow button and leave a five star review. They're both a huge, huge help. Thank you.
Joey Deef
I spent $250 on trash from her wedding.
Julian Dorey
I know, I know.
Joey Deef
10 bags of trash for 10 years.
Julian Dorey
10 bags of trash. Now, what was in the trash?
Joey Deef
Well, it's kind of like when you buy a storage unit. You know, you could buy one, you can open it up and you find the Declaration of Independence or you find, you know, a bunch of, you know, used forks. So I'm gonna open up each one on Stream and see what we get.
Julian Dorey
Oh, so you haven't opened it yet? No, they're like an unboxing waiting.
Joey Deef
I'm gonna keep a few bags for the, you know, I'll see how long they last until the stench starts to overtake the apartment. But those ones I'm gonna hold on
Julian Dorey
to right now, did they ship them to you or did you have to go pick them up?
Joey Deef
I picked them up at Madison.
Julian Dorey
Now, is it the homeless guys outside handling it, or do you get it from the actual employees of Madison Square Garden?
Joey Deef
No, this was actually a college educated woman. She just kind of sees the opportunity. You see a pile of trash, you know, it's from the big thing, and she.
Julian Dorey
Oh, private citizen. Yeah, right outside. Okay, so is it in, like a big black trash bag? Like, you can't see any of the contents within?
Joey Deef
Yeah, no, it's. They kind. They didn't really do any sort. They kind of were just like, hey, you take this trash, you're a problem. Now, I just had to pay up right now.
Julian Dorey
Did you pay cash? I paid cash. You paid cash. Now, what was the. How big of a bag are we talking here?
Joey Deef
We're talking janitor size.
Julian Dorey
Janitor size. So industrial trash bag.
Joey Deef
Industrial trash bag, that's correct.
Julian Dorey
Now, what did it smell like? First whiff.
Joey Deef
Money smelled like money. And that's why I was glad I spent mine on it.
Julian Dorey
Was there any intel that you were able to glean from said individual about what section of this Madison Square literal garden that they invented? More on that later. That this was potentially taken from? Like, are we talking the desserts leftovers or, like, where they did some of the donations to charities that definitely aren't going to help kids and are probably just going to pay salaries for people that are meaningless? Like, what are we talking?
Joey Deef
I heard Taylor Swift's wedding in a trash bag and I said, how much? That's right. Now, I know some people that might have gotten trash bags that were from the locker rooms where they weren't even doing the wedding.
Julian Dorey
Oh, wow.
Joey Deef
But not this guy.
Julian Dorey
So no one. They didn't turn the locker rooms into, like, some highfalutin bathrooms for the wedding.
Joey Deef
Mean, I'm sure people did without permission, but it wasn't. It wasn't like, hey, this way.
Julian Dorey
Yeah, it would be interesting if that. They made that, like the Kia Club, but for shit. Yeah, you know, it's like the exclusive lounge now. I wonder if anyone was doing any fishing. You know, like, John Kiriakou famously talked about how they thought someone fished out Lincoln's shit on April 14, 1865, and then they were later selling it at an auction and he actually bid a couple thousand dollars on it, which you should never admit out loud, but he really did. He lost. And they later found out it was not. Yeah, like, and shit, but it was shit from the 1800s, the later 1800s, which means someone had to actually go fish it out and then preserve it. Do we have any evidence that any of the employees were doing that? Like, I don't know, fishing out shit from any of the celebrities who were there?
Joey Deef
I would have. Matt, listen, they're selling trash. They're selling everything. What's Travis Kelsey's brother's name with the.
Julian Dorey
Jason. Jason.
Joey Deef
They were probably trimming his beard and selling that off.
Julian Dorey
Oh, so they were actually, like, going in there. Now he gets after it. Like, he is pretty drunk. You probably could, like, get a little.
Joey Deef
Yeah, he would. Just had his shirt off, sweating everywhere, probably. So you get to get the sweat. Sweat selling nowadays.
Julian Dorey
You know what I'm really surprised at, though, is given all of your connections over the years and the many things that you've done in and around New York City in very elite circles of which you weren't a part, but you got to witness certain things. Pause. You know, you didn't you didn't think to sneak in there for old time's sake? No, no, no.
Joey Deef
I need. I need my vision and I need my hearing. And when you step into a. A place like that, you're losing both.
Julian Dorey
You're losing both. Yeah, they like zap you with like a microwave weapon.
Joey Deef
Yeah. Her music is like a direct energy weapon.
Julian Dorey
Oh, you went there. Yeah, you went there.
Joey Deef
Great, great poet, great writer, you know, Great writer.
Patrick (Montreal visitor)
Great writer.
Julian Dorey
Great writer for sure. All seriousness, brilliant songwriter.
Joey Deef
Yeah. Who is that guy again? Charlie Charles Manson. Yeah, he was a good writer too.
Julian Dorey
You know, I heard that he had a couple listenable songs. Yeah, I don't know if that was provide. Yeah, it was provocative. I don't know if that came from his soul or if it came from whenever they injected into him via the MK Ultra program. That's possible.
Joey Deef
Yeah, well, you know, you could. There's something to say about Swifties and MK Ultra. There's definitely some sort of parallel we could draw. But yeah, that could be for another episode.
Julian Dorey
That could be for another episode for sure. But since we're on it, you know, let's just finish this off once and for all so we can stop being overly invested in this. But you know, I do find it as a major red flag as someone who has not been married yet and would like to get it right on the first try. When I do, I find it as a major red flag that you have to sign a 40 page prenuptial, I guess like form of prenup and NDA and whatever.
Joey Deef
Yeah.
Julian Dorey
You know, is that, is that ringing any alarm bells for you in the future of the happy couple?
Joey Deef
No, I mean for me it's. It's prenup or nothing.
Julian Dorey
Prenup or nothing.
Joey Deef
And it's going to be a single sentence on a page.
Julian Dorey
What's that?
Joey Deef
You ain't getting nothing.
Caroline Levitt
Okay.
Joey Deef
But when people like this, that don't wear human skin or get. It's a different type of marriage. We can't relate to this sort of marriage.
Julian Dorey
We can't because we're human beings. We can't. I did see, you know, when we talk about like the parody of life, I saw something on Twitter that, you know, you immediately register as, haha, that's a funny parody account. Joke. And you're like, that can't be real. I didn't think to Google it until today, this afternoon when I was talking about what a funny joke this was. But Taylor Swift's PR agent I did check this out, is quite literally named Tree Pain. Of course do we have that tweet on the link? Because whoever this was, I want to give them credit, but this felt like a real symbol of the moment right here with the wedding. But it says, this is from Ed. Ed and Eddington on Twitter at Goblin Underscore Formula. The publicist of the woman gassing the atmosphere with her private jets literally being named Tree Pain has convinced me that we live in a simulation created by a really uncreative person. The one argument I have there is, I think it's quite creative. I personally enjoyed that pun. But that is real. That is her PR agent's name.
Joey Deef
I wonder if she did PR for T Pain.
Julian Dorey
That's. That's the first thing I was thinking. Like, has she ever been to Wisconsin?
Joey Deef
Hi, my name's T Pain. This is my pr Tree Pain.
Julian Dorey
That's right.
Joey Deef
Yeah. It's funny.
Julian Dorey
That's right. Maybe she's the one that came up with those lines. Could be Mansion, Wisconsin.
Deep (possibly a co-host or producer)
Yeah. Yeah. Far.
Julian Dorey
I don't know how much the people in Wisconsin like that, but T Pain, you a legend for that. You've heard me talk about my dad and some of the issues he was having with energy once he got into his 50s. The problem is, as we age, our bodies don't just snap back into shape like they did in our 20s. My dad noticed that he was working out the same amount and eating pretty much the same foods, but the fat around his stomach would just stick around and grow. A lot of people think the classic dad bod comes from just eating worse or drinking more beer. But for a lot of guys, that's not the whole story. As men get older, our bodies reprogram themselves. We naturally start storing more fat and losing muscle faster. And the main reason for this is testosterone. Most men's testosterone levels start dropping as early as their 30s. This is what leads to weight gain. And here's the most frustrating part. The more body fat you gain, the more your body actually converts testosterone into estrogen, which makes it even easier to gain more fat. This creates a really rough cycle for guys over time, but that's why my dad started taking Marsman. Marsman is a natural supplement designed to support healthy testosterone levels, which can help your body burn fat and build more lean muscle. Mars Men doesn't have any weird stimulants or synthetic hormones. Basically just helping you get your body running like it used to. It does this with real natural ingredients like Tonga Ali, zinc, boron, and more that support healthy T levels, weight management, and exercise performance. Everything Marsman does is manufactured in the USA and third party tested as well. Since my dad started using Mars Men, he's noticed that his workouts are better, his recovery is way faster, and some of that pesky belly fat starting to go away. Jace Medical Ad Speaker
I sent you a warning from Jace Medical Even if the war stops, the real shortages won't because of how slow ships move. For most of this war, the US was still receiving oil that set sail months ago. But other parts of the world are already feeling it. Asia, Europe, Africa. That's why prices are rising now, because demand is increasing as supply tightens. But the US is just beginning to experience the real shortage. And even if things stabilize, the ripple effects will last for much, much longer. Oil doesn't just power your car. It powers the systems that make and deliver your medications. And when supply slows, access becomes less predictable. The difference between panic and peace is preparedness with Jace. The Jace case is a doctor prescribed emergency supply of essential medications and prescription antibiotics delivered right to your door. So you're already ready when you need it. Get your Jace case today@jace.com it was interesting though.
Julian Dorey
The the other symbolism was there were I believe over 30 different cakes offered at the wedding and I remind you this is in Madison Square Garden with the collective net worth in there was quite high. Rented this out on July 3rd of July 4th weekend in New York City in the dead center of the city closing things down for the weekend again. We love optics around here and we love giving advice on optics around here and the optics of this were a little questionable. But then, you know, you have over 30 cakes.
Patrick (Montreal visitor)
Okay.
Julian Dorey
I like a great dessert. You go to a wedding, you want options. Maybe there's cannoli over there. I like that. There's some cookies over there. I like that. A good chocolate bar. Everyone loves a good chocolate bar. Some fondue maybe you throw in an extra whiskey after dinner so you can get after it and go to the bar and have fun and fuck someone you don't remember later. Or you look there at Taylor Swift's wedding and before you get to all that shit, which I'm sure they had, there were 30 different cakes of all these elite people just so they could walk outside and tell the other people who can't come in, let them eat cake.
Joey Deef
Yeah.
Julian Dorey
I mean, good. You know, again, you just. You gotta think people, like, I'm all for love. I'm all for celebrating things. I've never had anything against Taylor Swift. She is a brilliant songwriter and everything and obviously a massive success. Good on her. But, like, you know, you gotta think about where things are and how things look and what you're doing it for. I'm not one to tell you, like, oh, this is exactly how you get married or do whatever. I'm a really simple guy. It won't be up to me. It'll be up to my future wife, I'm sure. But, like, if it were up to me, I'd get married at city hall with a couple witnesses, with a woman I love and go privately on a honeymoon and not tell anyone about it. Like, that's all that matters to me. That said, other people, they want a big wedding, no problem. But, like, when you put it on that much to the point that you have all the famous people coming there sign NDAs to not disclose the things that are going to happen in there when you are literally putting it on in the middle of the biggest city in the world, it's like a. It's like a Streisand effect on things. Just go get married somewhere and like, hopefully people don't invade your privacy. They probably will. But I don't know, it. It just seemed like too much for me. Everyone I've talked to this week, including a lot of people who are enormous Taylor Swift fans, were like, you know, come on. And these are people that in the past, I've never heard them say a bad word. Yeah. About Taylor Swift. And I've actually. There's some things about Taylor Swift in the past that I've heard about her talking offline with people where, like, she's very sweet and very understanding and very normal. And you hope that's true, but optics, Joey Dee, it's not great.
Joey Deef
Not too great.
Julian Dorey
Now, when is the great unboxing happening?
Joey Deef
Well, I'm going to probably do it this weekend. I'll probably go live and open a few bags. Keep a few bags for resale value
Julian Dorey
on Twitch on Twitch Live on Twitch on Twitch. Now. Are you going to bring in Clavicular from Israel to comment on this?
Joey Deef
If he's back in time.
Julian Dorey
If he's back in time.
Deep (possibly a co-host or producer)
Yeah.
Julian Dorey
So not if he's still in Israel.
Joey Deef
Yeah.
Julian Dorey
Okay.
Joey Deef
You know, it's funny you just made me think about this whole thing with msg. It's almost like the running of the bulls. Like, I imagine all of these elites just running, like the migrants through the streets. And then they get them into MSG to have, like one last battle with them for them to watch and enjoy.
Julian Dorey
Well, it makes it easier because those that you know, perish, you don't have to deport them. Cost averted. Yeah, yeah. Joseph Scott Morgan agrees. You know, that's how it is. This is a satirical show.
Joey Deef
We're being facetious.
Julian Dorey
Yes. And we're not being as facetious as Tim Dillon, because, my God, that was the greatest five minute fucking clip I've seen in years. Yeah. Talking about this wedding.
Joey Deef
Totally.
Deep (possibly a co-host or producer)
Shit.
Julian Dorey
I was like. I was eating an avocado and it literally, like, projected out of my mouth. When he started describing the. I don't know if you're allowed to say this on YouTube. He got away with it. But the whole, like, you know, how
Joey Deef
to get us back.
Julian Dorey
How to get us back. I'll put it that way. You can go watch what. What he talked about with it was absolutely incredible. But you know, again, when it's. You know how many times I've typed in Taylor Swift to my Twitter feed?
Joseph Scott Morgan
Never.
Julian Dorey
But every time, even on Twitter, Instagram, you open it up.
Deep (possibly a co-host or producer)
Oh, so.
Julian Dorey
And so was at the wedding. Oh, so, like, is this what we're worried about now?
Joey Deef
Yeah, that's crazy.
Julian Dorey
And now we, you know, jokes on me. I just gave it like 12 minutes.
Joey Deef
Yeah, that was nice. They just got a lot of whatever time.
Julian Dorey
They got their air time. I wish the happy couple. Well, not looking good, but, you know, we'll see. Over under two and a half years, give or take.
Joey Deef
Yeah, I wish them well.
Patrick (Montreal visitor)
They'll do.
Julian Dorey
They'll do all right. Yeah, they'll do all right. So we'll see Joey Deeves garbage live stream later. And you know, I hope. I hope you find what you're looking for.
Joey Deef
Imagine I just find, like, body parts in there.
Julian Dorey
Well, we got the guy right here who can go examine them afterwards. Yeah, yeah. After the Epstein files, you never know these days. You never know.
Joey Deef
No, I'm sure. I'm sure it was all clean fun. They had a good time and probably took over an entire venue.
Julian Dorey
It's fine. Probably very clean. But you heard me talk at the beginning about the ongoing Charlie Kirk, I guess like initial small evidence dump of what we've seen. Now again, there's so I think, Joseph, correct me if I'm wrong here, when they end up doing the trial, it would be televised, correct? Because it's a state case.
Joseph Scott Morgan
Yeah. Okay, Utah does telephones.
Julian Dorey
Okay, so Joseph Scott Morgan's off camera, but he's saying Utah does do televised. So we'll get that. My understanding from other things I've read related to the case is that if and when they do televise things, there will be some stuff that'll be blacked out from the public that only the jury will see. Joseph Scott Morgan nodding again. Two for two. We're doing well. But right now, what we can go off of, and, you know, take that as you will, is a lot of people coming out talking about, say the public videos that, or, excuse me, the surveillance videos that have been released that only the people in the courtroom, including people that were there watching, friends and family and stuff, could see. So deep, can you play that first video from Jack Puzobiek talking about the details, the details allegedly of the new footage that the prosecution released in this hearing that purports to show a much more full timeline from a surveillance level with more HD quality of Tyler Robinson, the alleged killers movements leading up to and including the assassination itself.
Deep (possibly a co-host or producer)
We'll.
Julian Dorey
We'll start here. All right, guys, here's a perfect example right here. So this video we're about to play of Jack Bozobich, we pulled up, it went live like very shortly before we went on air. So we were reacting to it. He is obviously reporting what he saw on the video that was played in court of Tyler Robinson. And right away, when we wrap this episode, deep. And I went and looked at Twitter and there's all kinds of community notes of other people who were in the courtroom claiming that what Jack Bazobia says he saw here as it relates to a trigger pull or things like that, related. Tyler Robinson is not what was on the video. There's community notes about it. I haven't seen the video. I don't know what to believe. But there is a video of the prosecutor saying to the judge earlier in the week that no such video of Tyler Robinson pulling the trigger exists. So I will let you guys decide on this, but this is case A. Why this case is such a mess. Anyway, here it is.
Jack Posobich
Everything's been proven. I think it's, it's. I, I think it's. I think it's proven. It's, I would say beyond probable cause at this point. I think that you. The question for me is, is how do you even get reasonable doubt when there's so much evidence? But the thing that I, I Do just have to say is that I know that, you know, you guys watching on live stream couldn't see the. The last video that was shown. Well, it wasn't edited. It was. It was zoomed in. It was zoomed in from the surveillance video off campus and specifically the part of, you know, the Losey center, the roof. And you see everything. You see everything. He climbs over, he assembles the gun, he runs over to the edge, you know, gets down in a prone position and you see the time, and we all know what time, and it just. It was like so slow. Just watching those seconds, click, click, click. And then you. And then you see him take the shot.
Julian Dorey
Yeah, I tried to do the shot
Jack Posobich
and then immediately runs. And we've seen that video already, but I. I wasn't. I knew we were going to watch that, but I wasn't. I wasn't prepared to see this side of what happened because we've never seen it before and saw the other end of the shot, obviously, but this was. This was a whole other level of just evil. And I got. I got very upset watching it.
Julian Dorey
Okay, let's cut it right there.
Jack Posobich
That's there.
Julian Dorey
So one. One thing I do want to say out front. These are the first couple days of preliminary hearings. Obviously, we haven't even gotten to a trial yet. If it goes to that, we'll see what happens with, you know, whether or not Tyler Robinson follows through with that or pleads guilty or whatever. But, you know, I've tried. I've talked since the beginning, and I know I mentioned it with Joseph this morning on the podcast about the optics around this case and how off they've been from literally everyone involved and how much, maybe a lack of transparency on some of the investigation that perhaps we're now going to get. But, you know, whether it be mistakes like paving over all the place where he was fucking three, two days after the event itself, or open book, shut book kind of case, like, nope, this is what it is. It was definitely only Tyler Robinson alone. We're not. No need to further investigate. You know, we'll just do the trial. Hopefully it's fast and nothing else to see here when it's the biggest political assassination in recent memory. You know, all these things are not a good look. What I don't want to do on any level on either side of it is jump to a conclusion on what exactly happened. And I have to admit, I'm sure a lot of you guys out there can relate to this. It's so hard these days to look at things people say or even evidence presented in anything and know what's real and what's not. And I struggle with the worldview of what everything is and what any institutions we've ever been told are. When you see major stories like the Epstein case break beyond even what we ever thought it was capable of. And when you watch the continued cover up with a literal fuck you in your face that we have seen since then, when you watch us drag ourselves into foreign wars again with no real end in sight, that you know, they keep saying we won, we're over. And then they start again. And you know, these are promises that were that have been made by both parties over the years and apparently repeatedly broken. And you see all these things happen and you see the wealth gap, you see the elites, you see the things where society is literally splitting at the seams and a smaller and smaller group of ultra wealthy seem to have control. And as we referenced a few minutes ago with the Taylor Swift thing, a little bit of a let them eat cake kind of laissez faire attitude. I don't know if that's a proper way to use that term, deep, but you get what I mean. You know, when you see all these things. Yes, it makes you question everything. And I'm going to continue to do that. What I try to do is I try to come up to 30,000ft in the air though, and let things play out. Obviously, sometimes I fail. I'm a human. But I do my best to let the evidence play out, analyze it as I will. When I have an opinion on something, I'll tell you and you know, you guys can decide whether I'm right or wrong and draw from the evidence, whatever you want. So right now, in the limited information that we have, it would appear that it's certainly something of note that we have a more full timeline. What sounds like frame by frame of Tyler Robinson going up onto the building, actually firing a shot, getting off the building with the gun. And maybe there's perhaps some explanation to fill in the very reasonable question marks that have been brought up in the past about how fast he could have gotten off the building when he had the gun in his pants, things like that, that certainly are very much in. In the public's interest to get those answered. Again, that is according to what Jack Bazobi it's reported. But there are other people reporting that there was no showing of a gunshot and apparently the prosecutor said that as well. So just want to reiterate that. That said, we are just hearing from someone who was in There who was a friend of Charlie's, and since the beginning, has said, it's Tyler Robinson, no matter what. And as said, any other questions are irrelevant. He is now the one coming out and telling you this is exactly what the footage showed and all that. So what I'm saying is, I do think, and I don't know the legality here or when and if this is gonna happen, but, like, it will be in the public's interest for us to be able to actually see that footage and draw our own conclusions from it. And I will admit it's like, you know, and Joseph, I'm sure this is where it gets crazy, but your mind sometimes goes to like, well, could they have AI'd some of this to make it conveniently wrap up like a bow? That's not a question I would have asked five years ago. Maybe I should have, but, like, am I crazy to ask that? I don't think so. But I also don't want to live in a world where I never like anything I see. I'm like, well, no, that's. It's definitely the opposite. You know what I mean? It's a tough balance to strike. And in the year 2026, it is the hardest year ever to strike that balance. So when I show you these things, we're reporting on what we're being told, and you guys can decide whether you believe it or not. Is that. How do I deal with that?
Joey Deef
Yeah. Simulacra and simulation. Yeah, we can't even discern reality anymore. Well, I mean, even when you were speaking with Joseph earlier this morning, he was talking about how, like, people don't really capture the weight of death. You know, you don't get the smell
Julian Dorey
of the blood yet.
Joey Deef
You don't. So people's. You could even use the war. People's perception of war is headlines, talking heads, debates online. They don't feel the explosions. They don't hear the cries of help and death. So what they get is the simulacrum of war, not the reality of it. And we are so far gone from reality that we're now living in the simulacrum of our old reality, wherever the fuck that might be. And so that's why we're having these issues where we're sitting here and we can't discern reality because reality doesn't exist anymore. Yeah, we're living in this hyper simulation where you guys said, today, when's the last time anyone's brought up the Trump assassination?
Julian Dorey
Oh, we forgot it.
Joey Deef
Yeah, because we're. We're moving at hyperspeed.
Deep (possibly a co-host or producer)
Yep.
Julian Dorey
And I think it's also a matter of, like, we were talking, at least off camera, about the chaos of it. We might have gotten into this a little bit on camera as well, but, like, everything happens so fast, and it can then be analyzed from 100 different angles, frame by frame, Every single thing that happens. And anything can look suspicious. And by the way, maybe it is. Maybe it is very suspicious that the guy went up, you know, whatever it was, three minutes after the body was taken out of there and removed the camera and removed the SIM card and handed it to somebody. Like, that's kind of weird. Or it was just a guy who was, like, shell shocked. He's like, oh, there's a camera. I go, so I should take that.
Joey Deef
Yeah, I should make sure I get that. So no one else does. Yeah.
Julian Dorey
Either one could be the explanation. One is extremely bad. One is, like, a normal kind of reaction, and they both have, I don't know, like, a similar probability. And it'll be interesting to see how those blanks are filled in at trial. If they're filled in. Yeah, by. By the prosecution, everything. But, you know, to go beyond what we talked about with Joseph on the podcast this morning, because it's. Again, Joseph was in here to go through, really, the forensics and the details of the evidence on the ground and stuff like that, not all the other noise surrounding this. But obviously, Candace Owens has covered this case a lot and talks about, like, Israeli connections and things like that, and the relationship Charlie had with some of his pro Israeli friends and how he didn't believe in the cause towards the end of his life, which has been verified and things like that. And therefore, that means that they killed him and whatever. I don't know. I will say it's weird. The Hamptons meeting with Ackman is weird. You know, the wife is weird like that.
Deep (possibly a co-host or producer)
It.
Julian Dorey
It just is. And the way that she's reacted publicly in some of her previous history, it's all weird. That can be true at the same time that, like, somebody also, you know, just didn't like him and killed him. Now, the boyfriend did, I guess, partner. The partner, Lance Twigs. Is that his name?
Joseph Scott Morgan
Twigs?
Deep (possibly a co-host or producer)
Yeah.
Jack Posobich
Okay.
Julian Dorey
He gave a deposition in the spring that was. Played some of it at this preliminary hearing where he started to go through, you know, I guess, like, some color commentary on their relationship. And one of the things that he said is that they didn't discuss, like, a. Like a lot of politics, but particularly, I believe, what he. What he said. When I looked at the transcript is like they never discussed Charlie Kirk or questions surrounding that. And then he went with the what has been put out as the narrative that yes, you know, Tyler texted me and said I did this and then confirmed it to him in person and everything. And to play devil's advocate on that, he has received partial immunity here. And if people wanted to, you know, have the suspicious look on it, you could say, well, he's being coached to say that and that's what he has to say to open shut case. It that's possible. It's certainly possible. I don't know. I'm not in the rooms but Ready

disappeared for a little bit right after the case. That was kind of weird. Like there, there are, there are certainly weird things with it and you don't know. Like when someone like this, if in fact Tyler Robinson acted alone and did in fact kill Charlie Kirk, if that is the case, when someone like this breaks and does something so irrational and crazy like that, the key word is irrational. They're not a rational person. They don't process, though. It's a Captain Obvious statement. But they don't process the world like you and I do. They're not in a normal state of mind going, I think it was reported he went in like got a meal and Dairy Queen later. And then after Lance Twigs purports that when he confirmed it with him in person, he said something like Lance said something like Tyler just went about doing chores or something just to keep his mind off it, which to us, that's clearly not normal behavior at all. But this would, in that theory, not be a normal person because he just blew someone away because he didn't like their opinions. You know, that's not something normal people do. So that's another thing where I struggle with it. It's like to put your m. Your. Your mind in the mind of someone who might even, you know, not to put a medical term on it, but have some schizo tendencies. I don't know. It's difficult. It's difficult. And it should be difficult for, for all of you out there because you've never had those thoughts or going to do something like that.
Joey Deef
So that's.
Julian Dorey
That's certainly odd. But Joseph and I spent a lot of time talking about the.30 ought six bullet and how that whole thing works and what the possibilities were there. And we went through some of the. Actually like even some cringe tweets that were put out about that, trying to call it a miracle that it didn't go through later. And Joseph certainly had some words on that. But they did release. We saw this, Steve. They released photos of the bullet in court yesterday afternoon. Do we have that link?
Joey Deef
Yeah, I have it right here.
Julian Dorey
So we can pull that up. Okay. So this includes a ruler just in centimeters, just to give you an idea of like the size. But what you're looking at is, as far as I know, the first publicly released exhibit of the. Joseph, would the proper term be the mushroomed bullet right there. Is that how you describe it?
Joseph Scott Morgan
Yeah, it would be mushroomed. You can see the base the right. The image on your right. You see the base of it is kind of circular.
Julian Dorey
Okay, the base kind of circular.
Patrick (Montreal visitor)
Yeah.
Joseph Scott Morgan
That's where we would determine the caliber of the weapon. But there's no appreciable rifling. You know, we talked about the. I think in our comments today, we talked about the lands and grooves inside of a rifle and those twists that you have. And that leaves the marks on the long axis of the projectiles that's going down the barrel. This is the reason they could not. They could not include or exclude relative to this as far as matching to the weapon ballistically. But they did confirm that it was a.30 06.
Julian Dorey
Got it.
Joseph Scott Morgan
Yep.
Julian Dorey
Okay. So again, it's a start as far as, like us getting some information on this. We're going to need to continue to get a lot of blanks filled in. It was Also cool. I forgot about this. We had Clint Russell, who's been on my podcast, he was on a couple months ago. He, I, I was able to FaceTime him a couple hours into the podcast and then we turned the FaceTime around and he's obviously been knee deep in covering all the details of this case. So he got to raise, I think it was about five different points that were certainly great questions about things that were weird around the investigation of the case and things like that. And then Joseph, after Clint went through all that, Joseph kind of went through each bullet point and things that remain unexplained, some things that maybe are explainable, etc, so I'll let that speak for itself there. But what do we have another, like two, three days of hearings here or is it done right now? It's completely done. So we just finished it today. It was at day five. All right, so this is what we have right now. And then there will be some sort of trial date if it does go to trial in this case. But you know, I want to see that video that Jack Posobia talked about. And again, like, I need to see it as well because, like, Jack Posobich is also a guy that held up the Epstein Binders outside the White House. Like, oh, here we go. Nothing to see after that. And it's like, no offense, but I'm, I'm gonna need, I'm gonna need my own two eyes on that for sure. But we'll continue to watch this and then if there's relevant information to cover, obviously we'll do some more podcasts on it. But this was really today doing that one. That was the first full blown, full blown soiree.
Deep (possibly a co-host or producer)
Yeah.
Julian Dorey
Into it. We've done. Yeah, I think, I think it was right to have you come do it with us, Joseph. So thanks for doing that. All right, now some more optics here. Caroline Levitt. I remember when Karine Jean Pierre was the press secretary for the Biden White House. And I thought, you know, I thought to myself, I'm like, I understand these people are paid liars to some degree in every administration. I wasn't born yesterday, but I'm like, it can't get worse than this. I'm like, this lady comes out here and she doesn't. Karine Jean Pierre didn't even try. I mean, she would just read off. She literally wouldn't even tell you the lie. She'd read off the lie. And then look at you got, uh huh. And you know, then she leaves the White House and writes a book called Middle ground, why I'm not, why I'm leaving the Democrats or something like that. It's like, all right, lady, come on, we get it. And I'm like, you know, the optics, they can't get worse. And I'm not saying they've gotten worse, but we're at a point where it might be as bad. Caroline Levitt is what, 28, 29 years old? 28, bless her little heart. You know, I'm not a judger around here. Love is love. As long as it's legal, you find what you want. But she's married to what, a 62 year old guy?
Joey Deef
Yeah.
Julian Dorey
What's his net worth?
Joey Deef
I'm gonna need a second here.
Julian Dorey
All right, let's. Let's give Joey Deef a second. Find his net worth. It's enough to buy her lip filler for sure. I know that. By the way, to all the girls out there, chill with the lip filler.
Joey Deef
He's sitting around six mil.
Julian Dorey
He said six mil?
Joey Deef
Yeah, that's what it says.
Julian Dorey
I've heard more than that.
Joey Deef
So the Internet says.
Julian Dorey
Yeah, let's. What was his business?
Joey Deef
He's a real estate developer.
Julian Dorey
Yeah. Wealthy real estate guy. How did she meet him again? He was connected directly to somebody, Somebody in that orbit.
Joey Deef
It was during a congressional campaign in New Hampshire.
Julian Dorey
Okay. And she was. What was her involvement in that campaign again? That's what it was. She was running. All right, so she had aspirations. So she didn't win that congressional seat or whatever, but she met her future husband who's more than twice her age. Fine. Okay. You know, you're allowed to do that and everything, but can we play the comments that she made this week in regard to.
Joey Deef
I have this headline here with the quote, I just need. Got to pull a video if that's the case.
Julian Dorey
Okay, yeah, Grab, grab, grab the video right there. You have to have. Again, I'm. I'm not criticizing women who happen to marry into some wealth. I won't criticize women who get into a legal marriage that maybe has, you know, fucking enormous age gap. She's had a couple kids with the guy, you know, seems to love doing the mom thing and all that. But when we. When you are living in a country where, as we have covered a million times on this show, the wealth gap continues to be at historically disproportionate levels where young talent coming out of college has some of the worst optionality that we've had in. In any type of economy, let alone a quote unquote, booming economy in a long Long time. At the very least, when, you know, groceries double in price, it feels like every two years. When the average, when half of Americans, the median American doesn't have more than $500 in emergency funding, when you're printing literal trillionaires now through IPOs and you have a disproportionate number of billionaires who are taking more from a winner take all system. Again, I say this as someone who believes in capitalism but actually recognizes its flaws. Like, you have to read the room. Especially when you are commenting on behalf of a White House administration that got into office claiming to care about the working man and claiming to care about the American dream and the future of this country for the next generations. That is literally what Donald Trump ran on, if I'm oversimplifying it. But that, that is what, that is among the main themes that he ran on when optically those are all the things that you have said and promised. And when you are a woman who has married into wealth with a dude twice your age. Don't make these comments about your generation. I'll let Carolyn Levitt be heard right here.
Caroline Levitt
I'm here right now.
Julian Dorey
Some of these kids, and I call them kids because they're in their 20s and they've never had real jobs and they're complaining things are expensive. Yes, things are expensive. When you don't have a real job. Do you think that's getting traction?
Jack Posobich
Complaining?
Caroline Levitt
Unfortunately, I do. Because this generation, my generation, I hate to say it, Gen Z and those younger than me have been raised with just silver spoons in their mouths, just getting everything handed to them. That's not the values this country was built on. It was built on meritocracy and hard work, pulling up your sleeves, pulling yourself up from your bootstraps and achieving the American dream. And we need to protect it with all we got.
Julian Dorey
Is it laziness?
Caroline Levitt
A little bit.
Julian Dorey
Is it because the professors said, country's corrupt, it's evil, and we just need to shake them down and hand money out?
Caroline Levitt
It's laziness and it's the liberal indoctrination. You bring up a great point about our education system. However, I will say silver lining. So many parents that I talk to across the country are homeschooling, are turning to private education, are turning towards Christian schools across the country because. Because they don't want their children being taught these communist and liberal ideas slammed down their throats. Why President Trump in the White House has advocated so strongly for school choice across the country. We want kids to be taught to love Our country, they should. It is the greatest country in the history of the world.
Mountain Cement Ad Speaker
All right?
Julian Dorey
I say, you know, if they misbehave, just make all these young kids join the army.
Jack Posobich
Right?
Julian Dorey
Shape them up. I almost had to send them to Cuba.
Caroline Levitt
Send them to. They'll want to come back real quick.
Jack Posobich
That's a good, good point.
Julian Dorey
They can say hi to the gay Ayatolla. Thank you so much, and welcome back, Caroline. Okay, the comments, by the way, about the education system and a lot being broken there. She's not wrong about that. Even if her solutions may be a little different than mine. Like, she's not wrong about that. We have a lot of problems with the education system in this country for sure. So let's be fair on that. I forgot even about the optics at the end of that. Talking about sending kids to Iran while this administration got us into this war after following apparently the requests of a foreign country of 9 million people that said we had to fucking get into it, where we've lost 13 of our guys and they keep trying to pressure this deal to fall through, which has been a whole nother thing this week, by the way, so that we eventually put fucking boots on the ground there. And you know, she's joking about fudgeing sending people to Iran while she speaks for the White House. Fuck you. That's bullshit. And you've heard me rip Jesse Waters before, Talking about how 13 casualties, who care? Yeah, because it's not your fucking kids, pal. Like, a human life is a human life. And, you know, I got the utmost respect for the men and women in the military, and I think it should go without saying. We, we should all take it pretty seriously that if they're going to go into harm's way to protect us, it be something that the people here actually believe in and that it be a matter of actual, real national security where we are under threat and not just because we want to go kick a hornet's nest that we don't like somewhere. Again, that's not an argument to say Iran's government's good, they fucking suck. I've said that a million times. But like a lot of other things going on here. So, again, not smart to say that on the end, but the, the. The impetus of this conversation that was leading to Jesse Waters asking her about this is, of course, you know, they're talking about the rise of socialism and what in some places may feel like communism and that type of ideology that's happening, whether you see it in the election of Mamdani or the Recent elections in some of the primaries were candidates backed by Mom Donnie or on a similar platform across the country were able to win. And they're just ripping it and poo, pooing and shooing a generation as if, you know, they just don't get it and they're lazy and they're not trying. I just hired a girl, Amanda, shout out to Amanda. She just had the first week on the team, doing a great job, who's a year out of college, major, minor, extremely smart, great grades, works her ass off, doesn't ask for, doesn't expect anything. And when I got her in here for an interview, she, on one platform alone, she had applied for 252 jobs, something like that.
Joey Deef
On indeed.
Julian Dorey
Okay, just indeed. She's been a year out of college, she went to a good school and has been unable to get like the type of job that she wants to get. Many of her friends are in the same boat, with the exception of some of the really high level engineers who have gotten government jobs. To be clear, she is extremely aware, really smart girl, really aware of also like what some of the sacrifices, quote unquote, if that's what you want to call it, Like Gen Z is even making with spending. Like for example, I think she was telling us her generation spends 20% less on, on liquor and alcohol than the previous two generations or something like that. You know, like they're not spending on some of the things that they're being accused of spending on. The prices aren't too high because they're lazy and don't get jobs. The opportunities to get a job are not there nearly as much. And the ones who do get a job are being paid salaries that have not increased with the amount of inflation over the past five years even a little bit. I mean we were talking about it deep, but like I had grocery bills that two years ago were about 170, $580, maybe $185. They're 335 now 340. I'm buying the same shit. I can pull up the receipts of what I bought.
Joey Deef
You feel it week after week. You feel it week after week going like it'll just go up like $10 or $20 over a two week span. And I'm like, how did that. I'm getting the same shit.
Joseph Scott Morgan
Yep.
Julian Dorey
And, and again, stock market just go up. But who are the people who get to really participate in the stock market? The people with a lot of money. So I'm not one of these people that sit, that wants to sit here and be like, let's just be victim mentality. Woe is us, woe is the younger generations. Therefore, you. But you have to look at the root cause of why people check out of the system. This is a term Joey Deef has used that I love, where you. And maybe you can explain Joey Deef, but when you're talking about kids in their 20s, you've said before they've never had a chance to be a part of the system, so they've checked out of something. Am I putting this right, that. That they were never invited into in the first place?
Joey Deef
Yeah. I mean, it's just the idea that, you know, you do all the things that you said that people told you you should do. You know, you went to college. And we're not talking about people who get, you know, a silly degree or whatever, like a real degree, an employable degree. You do the right things, you come out. A lot of these kids, they don't have a 401k, they don't have money in their savings. They don't own anything.
Julian Dorey
Right.
Joey Deef
It's not to say right or wrong, but the system that they bought into, they're not getting any sort of benefit, or at least that they perceive as benefits. So they're going to fall victim to these other options.
Julian Dorey
Yep. Someone comes to them and says, you know what? You're upset. You were told to believe in something. You took all the right steps. It's not working out for you. You're young enough that it can just follow me. You follow that. And then if that person happens to have some ideas that historically don't work in action, maybe you don't know that, but maybe because the other system that you're told works clearly ain't working for you, you're willing to roll the dice and take that shot again. If you want to sit here and just complain about people becoming socialist or whatever, great. That's not gonna do anything. You have to diagnose the problem and try to understand why that's happening and that we've talked about it before, but that's why Mamdani was so effective as a candidate. Forget his ideas and what you think of that. I don't think his ideas work. I think history backs me up on that. But, like, as a sleazy politician, he's talented as hell. And he went out and he spoke to people where they were and asked them what the biggest problem was. And they said, I don't have money in my pocket. And he said, what if I could help with that? That's what people are going to respond to. People want to have the freedom to know that they can pay their bills and they're not sweating all the time to put food on the table. And we have gotten to a point in this country where people are renting out Madison Square Garden for a whole weekend and fucking busing everyone there and selling the Trash for $25 on eBay to fans who clearly have the wrong priorities in mind, including Joey Diefer, apparently. And, you know, at the same time, as we said, the average American has never isn't in the system at all. So that has to get corrected. And I don't care where it comes from. Hopefully it's bipartisan. Hopefully all these scumbags come together. And I go, all right, well, we got to figure this out without, you know, the government sticking their hands and everything. Because we've seen that. I mean, that electrician. That electrician laid out that. Where that goes wrong, I think.
Jack Posobich
Really?
Julian Dorey
Well, yeah, you know, yeah, it's tough, man. It's tough. I'm not sitting here, by the way. I don't want to be misheard and pretend like, ah, these are such easy answers. You know, we're. We're gonna. We're gonna figure out right away, like, there's a lot of hard conversations that have to be had. But, you know, when you look at, like, what fat electrician was talking about in episode 446 that we just put out, you know, he really goes in on Social Security and what the downstream mathematical problems with that are. And he's right. And I know he's right, and a lot of people know he's right. But the problem is you have people with no term limits in Congress and in Senate who, the minute they come out and say, you know what? I support just taking a look at Social Security and starting to figure out this problem, they're gone, they're out of office. You're out. Like, you are going to be voted out in the next election since you don't have term limits. And they're career politicians, they are not incentivized to do that. So let's just look at the ground floor before we even get to, like, solving the problems. Well, the people who are responsible for, like, I don't know, cashing the fucking checks to solve the problems need to be put in a position where they actually can do that. And I'm not. I'm not just picking on Social Security. I'm using that as an example. Cause that's a recent one. But, like, these are These are difficult things. And you could sit there and fucking complain on Fox News and make fun of everyone because you just don't like them and your life's a lot easier. Or working in the White House, you could actually fucking do something about that. I don't know. Food for thought. Fired up about that.
Joey Deef
Get money out of politics.
Julian Dorey
That's right. That's right. Bill Gates daughter, though. Oh, yeah. Bill Gates daughter gets it. Yeah, she.
Joey Deef
She is.
Julian Dorey
She is someone who never checked out of the system.
Joey Deef
No, she. She actually knows how to play the system.
Julian Dorey
She knows how to play the system. In fact, you could argue she is the system. Yeah, she was born into it and had.
Joey Deef
She's.
Julian Dorey
She's the rightful heiress of it. But, you know, God, I just, I, I love it when the, when the Gates families. And then it was. It's just too much fun. Let's. Let's just pull this up.
Joey Deef
Yeah, let's get into it.
Julian Dorey
So what, she 23 years old?
Joey Deef
Yeah, let's confirm that real quick.
Julian Dorey
Something like.
Joey Deef
Something like that. Yeah, let's pure spec.
Julian Dorey
We'll pure spec it. She's 23, 24, 25. Right in there.
Joey Deef
Gen Z.
Julian Dorey
This is a non lazy Gen Z. Listen, Deef.
Joey Deef
Yeah.
Julian Dorey
You and I, we both know our dear friend Matt Fraud. Matt. Matt Cox very well. He always talks about it. He doesn't like lazy fraud. Yeah, he doesn't like lazy fraud. He likes good fraud.
Joey Deef
And I don't like lazy Nepo babies.
Julian Dorey
That's right. I do feel like the intentions here were working hard. It's just the result happened to be not great fraud, which some people might call lazy. So maybe you have to take back the compliment about, you know, her being in Gen Z. And, you know, I kind of feel
Joey Deef
like in a way, and maybe I'm totally missing the mark. This is kind of similar to Drake being like, I wasn't trying to hide my son from the world. I was trying to hide the world from my son.
Julian Dorey
That
Joey Deef
bar, you know what I mean?
Julian Dorey
It's a bar. It's a total. But this is from Bloomberg. Recent investigation right here. Shout out to Bloomberg. Gates airs shopping app claimed sales. It didn't drive. We're gonna explain.
Patrick (Montreal visitor)
Here we go.
Julian Dorey
Scroll down. So fia, an advertising startup co founded by Phoebe Gates. I love how she did a little. She like played on her name. Yeah, that's kind of cute. Daughter of billionaire Microsoft Corp. Co founder Bill Gates. Bills itself as, quote, a personal shopping assistant, unquote, that helps users find the lowest prices on a broad range of clothes. And fashion accessories. You know how it is. You're online, good intention. Good intention. You're trying to shop. You're looking at those shirts. Right? When I'm looking at those shirts on zara. Sometimes the $39.99, but if you find that right fucking code, it's 2999 somewhere in there. Maybe inflation's brought it up now. And now you can get six where you were going to get four.
Joey Deef
And it's the classic elite move. How do I solve a problem that I don't have to deal with?
Julian Dorey
That's exactly right.
Joey Deef
And make money off helping solve that problem?
Julian Dorey
Because this is a problem. It's like. It's a problem. It's a huge problem.
Jack Posobich
It's a problem.
Julian Dorey
Like, you look down from your cliffside estate.
Jack Posobich
Yeah.
Julian Dorey
And you look at all, you know, these plebeians down below who are carrying things up the street carrying their own grocery bags. Maybe we'll talk about that later.
Joey Deef
You're dressed in designer. Like, your loungewear that you're sitting in and watching them is like $2,000.
Julian Dorey
But it's very comfortable.
Joey Deef
Yeah, it's comfortable.
Julian Dorey
It's very comfortable. And so you know what heaven feels like. And you look down on hell and you go, you know, yes, the temperature looks a little hot down there. I know. It's lower in the climate, so technically. Well, maybe it should be hotter down there. I'm not a scientist. Either way, those people, we need to bring them some happiness. Yeah, yeah. They can't afford this $2,000 Gucci fucking shirt. But you know what they can't afford? They can't afford that Zara. That's Zara they can't afford. If we bring the prices down at Zara. Who's the CEO at Zara?
Joey Deef
Probably some. They're from Spain, so it's probably a Spanish guy.
Julian Dorey
All right, well, you know what? The elite, they don't care about the Spanish, all right? They're like, you know what?
Joey Deef
Fuck this guy, Oscar Garcia.
Julian Dorey
So they sit there and they say, whatever your name is, all due respect, you're gonna be the one that has to make a little sacrifice here. And we're gonna make a business on this so that everyone down there can more afford your clothes so they can at least feel, like, a little bit better.
Joey Deef
And he's like, listen, we make these in Indonesian sweatshop anyway, so if you tell me all I gotta do is cut them five bucks off. We're still making 500% profit on this thing. Let's do it.
Julian Dorey
No, maybe you just go in there and the average person working in there is, you know, 25, 30 years old. You go to the floor, shift manager, this Oscar guy, you know, he flies in there in his private jet, walks down into this fucking sweatshop and he goes, hey, listen, cut some costs around I was seeing a lot of 30 year olds, they're past their prime outside. Bunch of nine year olds playing soccer ball. Playing soccer with a little piece of leather. We need that kind of grit. You get that in here, they cost half price. Now we make 30% more even if we're giving that 20% discount due to Bill Gates.
Deep (possibly a co-host or producer)
That's it.
Julian Dorey
You're like, guys, that's it.
Joey Deef
Grow up. Enough playing games. You're nine years old. Get on the assembly line, get a
Julian Dorey
job, get a job. Get a job, you lazy fuck.
Joey Deef
Don't you want. Don't you want to have stock? Don't you want to have stake in the system? That's right, get the fuck in the factory. We got kids in Brooklyn who don't want to work. You guys are sitting here playing soccer.
Julian Dorey
That's right, that's right, soccer. You're not the next fucking pele. You're not messy. All right, get in here, get those hands a moving. You're gonna make about 40 cents an hour. It'll be worth it.
Joey Deef
And after six months of work, you're gonna be able to purchase your first penny stock and you're gonna get to
Julian Dorey
see what dividends really look airtime International.
Joey Deef
That's right.
Julian Dorey
Can't go wrong. All right. Right now, John. Right now. If you know, you know. But Phoebe here did want to help the plebeians out, as we said. So the way it works is download the FIA tool onto a web browser, use it while shopping, and voila. The so called extension can quickly find discount codes for products. Businesses like these, known in industry parlance as affiliate marketing programs, typically collect a commission from retailers that make the resulting sale. But according to Ben Adelman, an independent researcher and consultant who studies affiliate marketing as well as Capital One Shopping, which makes a competing browser extension, FIA is claiming credit for online sales. It didn't actually drive. Oh no, Phoebe, no. In violation of many digital platforms policies, fraud is usually a violation. Bloomberg tested. Oh, they went in and did it themselves.
Joey Deef
Investigation.
Julian Dorey
I hope they screen recorded. They definitely did. Bloomberg tested the FIA mobile browser extension across more than five 50 websites and found that during the checkout process, FIA opened a background tab without user interaction and injected kind of like her father does its own referral. Its own referral code that overrode legitimate referrals from other publishers. These findings were consistent with Capital One Shopping and Edelman's independent testing and code review. She's deep in the code. Her dad's good at code. Zit tech testing involved using the extension like a regular shopper and observing how it communicates with other sites and its own servers. The most fundamental requirement in affiliate marketing is that commission is only paid if a user clicks. This makes sense.
Joey Deef
Yep.
Julian Dorey
Like if the user is using your link, you get credit. If they're not, you don't. It's easy, said Edelman, who has spent decades exposing what he says are deceptive practices in digital advertising. Edelman spoke to Bloomberg after reviewing Fiasc code, which is public, and testing how the extension interacts with retailers, websites and affiliate networks. At Bloomberg's request, the rules don't allow fake clicks, simulated clicks, imaginary clicks, or hypothetical clicks. Only a real click will do. Capital One Shopping, a discount shopping tool previously known as Wikibuy that was bought by Capital One Financial Corp. In 2018, highlighted similar foundings from its own testing. Let's go down right here. So they showed that FIA's extension silently opening a background tab linking the retailer's website with its own affiliate code to ensure its content cookie was set. So they're using those cookie things we always hear about in the background to basically like, leech off of someone else's work and get the credit.
Deep (possibly a co-host or producer)
Yeah.
Julian Dorey
Now listen, if we go down beef this, this is what's. What's really important here. Keep going.
Jace Medical Ad Speaker

Julian Dorey
There's a By the way if you guys want to go see this article, definitely archive is and check it out, like they explain right there. Yeah, there's a lot more details into them, nailing exactly like the iterations of everyone, obviously, who tried it, these different houses that they explained who tried it independently, and how it was all proven over and over again to be the case. But what's really, really important is that and, and I don't want to get lost here. Some great people could get hurt by this. So we have to be careful about how we, how we phrase this and, you know, put this story on to the lexicon because I, I, I know a lot of these people could lose their entire livelihoods over this, but. FIA was launched by Phoebe Gates, 23. There it is. And Sophia Kiani. In 2025, the company has raised a total of $43.5 million. Nice, Fred. You know, it's nice that Bill Gates made her go out and raise her own. I just need two Fitty, right?
Joey Deef
I just need two fitty. And we got a motion picture.
Julian Dorey
That's it.
Joey Deef
Come on.
Julian Dorey
That's it. Come on, dog, break me off. But like he said, you know what he said to his daughter? You're going to go out there and pull yourself up by the bootstraps and you're going to go find your own investment seed capital and take your own risk. And I will definitely not connect you with a bunch of people I know. Anyway. The $43.5 million came from investors including Notable Capital, Kleiner Perkins, Khosla Ventures, and a raft of celebrities like Sydney Sweeney, Khloe Kardashian, and Hailey Bieber. Former Meta Platforms Inc. Chief Operating Officer Sheryl fucking Sandberg is also an investor. She's literally, like, been the number two most important person known at Facebook forever. Again, say Phoebe here went out and tried to find her own people, and God damn it, she landed on some of the best.
Joey Deef
She stepped in shit.
Julian Dorey
She stepped in great shit. Golden shit.
Joey Deef
Golden shit.
Julian Dorey
Golden shit it. FIA's app has been downloaded more than 1.2 million times. I'm sure none of those times were in, like, Bangladesh or India and some bot farms that they would never. This is, this is, this is a clean standing. Yeah, pure spec there. But I'm sure they would never, ever do that. And no one in the comments section right now could.
Joey Deef
They're doing legitimate business.
Julian Dorey
It's, it's, it's, it's legit biz. So that was in the past 12 months 1.2 million times. And is built as personal Shopping assistant lets you compare prices and find secondhand versions of fashion items. Oh, so secondhand too. This is something Phoebe would totally buy. It also trawls the web for discount codes that could be applied at checkout. FIA may earn a commission if a shopper uses its browser extension in a way that leads to a sale. For example, by using to apply a discount code. But Bloomberg's testing found that Fia's browser extension takes credit for a sale even if no action is taken by the user. To do so, FIA utilizes the coffee the cookie stuffing tactic. That sounds so delicious.
Joey Deef
Cookie stuffing.
Julian Dorey
I'm getting fucking hungry thinking about it. Silently adding a tracking code to the retailer's web address. Now, I want to be clear. FIO was reached for comment. It's somewhere in this article. And they immediately turned off the system and said it was a mistake. Totally explainable. Absolutely. We're not trying to do this. And you know, I'm sure there's no investigation necessary there. For sure.
Joey Deef
Read the. Read this one.
Julian Dorey
Oh, there's more. Plus, there's more. Billy Mays here for.
Jack Posobich
This is good.
Julian Dorey
This is not the first time FIA has faced troubling allegations. Last year, security researchers found that Fia was logging users web browsing history, including snapshots showing the content of pages visited. According to a Fortune report. This included sensitive data such as bank statements and private email accounts, which were transmitted back to Fia's servers. That I'm sure, sure. I am sure guys like Peter Thiel have no use for this whatsoever. Right?
Joseph Scott Morgan
They.
Julian Dorey
They don't have any interest in what we do, where we're going, our privacy, where our money is. That is all online. And, you know, it's just fair dissed out in the universe and everything that, you know, maybe at the click of a button could all be gone. They don't. There's. There's nothing here that screams like recent nothing that ever.
Joey Deef
I don't know.
Julian Dorey
I don't hear that in any of this, Steve.
Joey Deef
I just love the next line. FIA said at the time that it logged webpage content to, quote, understand if the site was a shopping. We just had to get your bank info.
Julian Dorey
That's right.
Joey Deef
Because we think you might like this site. That's why we did it.
Jack Posobich
Yes.
Julian Dorey
We want to know how much you're able to spend with us. That's it. That's all we want to know. And how we can get that out of your bank account into our Gates Trust trust fund.
Deep (possibly a co-host or producer)
Right.
Joey Deef
Yeah. That's just great biz, man.
Julian Dorey
Which, by the way, little side note, Here, just for a sec before we close this loop. Did you see the video? I'm, I hate to say it, but guy I like a lot. Bryce Harper, the Philly star on Fanduel.
Deep (possibly a co-host or producer)
No.
Julian Dorey
Okay, so to Philadelphia Inquirer. This is a little sidebar this week. The Philadelphia Inquirer ran a report this week about a guy named Terry. They released his last name too. I can't remember his last name. Who lost $1.5 million and all of his life savings over a few years with Fanduel basically making in game prop bets over and over and over again and is now in gambling addiction therapy and everything. And the reason that they ran this report is because. And this is actually relevant to something we did on the show recently with Louis Ruggerio, but Ruggerio, Ruggiero, my dyslexia right there is killing me.
Joey Deef
Ruggerio.
Julian Dorey
Ruggerio. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Loses, man. But anyway, so basically, Bryce Harper, as a Fanduel partner, was asked to record a Thanksgiving Day video for Terry, who was lit by the loyalty program at Fanduel when Terry was listed as a VIP of the company where Bryce. Can we pull up the Bryce video?
Joey Deef
Yeah, let me see if I can
Julian Dorey
get where Bryce gives him a personalized message and you know, says he hopes he has a Thanksgiving, mentioned some names of people in his family and says thank you for being a fan dual partner. And then the loyalty person can follow up on it and say, hey, was really glad to do that for you. By the way, we got X, Y and Z gambling offers for you this evening. Now if you listened to, to episode 431 with Lewis, I. Yeah, can we play this real fast and then, and then I'll make that point. Yeah.
Joey Deef
Hey, Terry.
Patrick (Montreal visitor)
What's up, brother?
Jack Posobich
Hey, man.
Julian Dorey
Your host, Brittany from Fanduel wanted to make sure your Thanksgiving was extra special. So I just want to jump on here and wish you and your family a wonderful Thanksgiving. Tell I said hello. I appreciate all the support through the years and I just hope you have a great day. Enjoy it and that we'll see you soon.
Deep (possibly a co-host or producer)
Bye.
Julian Dorey
Okay, so, you know, it's like, it's like a little cameo video where he's clearly reading a script down there. All right, thanks. Yeah. Okay.
Joey Deef
It sounds like he just like woke up from a nap. Like, he woke up from a nap. Like, and they're like, oh, 50 grand.
Deep (possibly a co-host or producer)
Just record.
Julian Dorey
Oh, okay, got it. But I, I, I want to reiterate a couple points here. They're really important. I, I do believe in free markets. And free will and choice and stuff like that. I. I think things even that I don't think are positive in many cases. I don't want to speak for everything right now, but a lot of things should be legal and that, you know, people do have to have a level of free will and stuff. And I think, you know, you want to go gamble at a casino and do stuff like that and go to the blackjack tables or go to slot machines, it's not my cup of tea to go to those machines and do that. I'm never going to do that. But, like, if you want to do that, you're free to do that. It doesn't make those businesses not seedy in certain ways with, you know, ways that they can also prey upon people. What I do think has gone way too far is the idea that people just have the ability to gamble on anything sitting in their pocket at all times, such that if they have a predilection to that kind of behavior, they can be preyed upon like a drug addict. And Lewis explained that because, you know, he was a massive gambling addict and it was preyed upon. He talks about these loyalty programs and about FanDuel and DraftKings and these people that would come to him and encourage him to play. More to the point that he was gambling away all of his life savings and screwing over his family and stuff. And so, yes, people, you know, people also have problems and there's a level of responsibility there. I'm not saying, like, it's. There's not blame all around here, but I had before we brought Louis in a few weeks before I thought about this some more. I try, I try to be very, very careful with what brands we bring on the show. Doesn't mean I always get it right. But like, I've always. I mean, deep does the vets with me, like, we turn down stuff if I'm like, no, no, no, like, like even if there's a question on it. But one thing in the past that I'd done some ads for was like DraftKings and prize picks, to be specific. And they were simple ads like, oh, you want to bet on if Saquon Barkley is going to have more touchdowns or whatever, or if you want to bet on the five, whatever parlay shit I never thought about. And it's like, I'd have the app right there. It's never been my cup of tea. The companies sponsored us. I could play $5 right here and be like, oh, look, I won or lost. I don't feel anything. With it. It's not something I do long term or anything like that. Or sit there and make fucking 40 bets. That's just not what I get off on. So I didn't think of it too much as like, oh, this is a big deal. And then I started to look at this issue more, especially like in the winter and spring, and I, I caught up the company we work with on brands and I said, no more gambling ads, no more. And it's not because I think gambling should all be illegal or anything like that, but I don't think that it is something that, especially for people who may have a predilection to that, that should be promoted widespread to the point that people who may be listening to my show hear me, who doesn't have a predilection into that, say, yeah, go play this app. And then they do it. And you have someone like Terry turn up that way. It's just not something I want to be a part of. And so you have now seen such a widespread mass legalization of everything gambling that happens to the point that, you know, you can go bet on Poly Market and all these companies and everything. And to the point that the literal athletes in sports are being paid partners for the companies that gamble on their games that they're supposed to not have any involvement with whatsoever. Like those gray line, those black and white lines have become so gray that they're a different color altogether. And like, love Bryce Harper as a player. Everything, he's a Philly guy, everything I've known about him in the past, like, people love him, really good dude. But like, I hope he does address this and I, I, I, I hope we don't see any more like this. And stuff like these loyalty programs should probably be shut down. It's wrong. It preys upon people, especially people who may have that kind of addiction and that is just cringe all the way and shout out to the Philadelphia Inquirer doing a great report on the whole thing and, and to the guy Terry, who I guess came forward and talked about this a little bit, hopefully that gets some people's attention. But, but yeah, it's just, I don't know, there's like, there's things, especially in my business, there's things that can happen really fast sometimes and you don't think about it all the way. And I think that's something I hadn't thought of all the way. And you know, that's why when I had Lewis in, we talked about this as well in the podcast and I explained that why we don't do those ads anymore. And, you know, I. I just. I think. I. I think, unfortunately, things have. Have gone a little too far right there. So that's kind of what that is. But closing the loop on Ms. Phoebe right here, essentially, you know, innocent before proven guilty, as they say in the courts of law. Joey Deef. We got to be fair.
Joey Deef
Yes.
Julian Dorey
Is America. God damn it. And Phoebe Gates. Maybe, maybe, maybe it was all just an honest mistake. There was one rogue cookie.
Deep (possibly a co-host or producer)
Yeah.
Julian Dorey
And the cookie turned into the cookie monster and just started devouring all these links.
Joey Deef
And I'm sure the engineer.
Joseph Scott Morgan
It wasn't her.
Joey Deef
It was the engineer.
Julian Dorey
Engineer.
Joey Deef
They wrote that off with his head.
Julian Dorey
He's probably from Ukraine. Send him back.
Joey Deef
Get him out.
Julian Dorey
Right? Get him out.
Joey Deef
Get him out.
Julian Dorey
He's the engineer. And I'm sure there's a great explanation. I'm sure there will be no reason for the government to investigate it. I. I know they won't. There's. There's been no crime here and. And there's no special treatment or anything, but. Yeah, you know. Yeah, we got to make sure.
Patrick (Montreal visitor)
What was it?
Julian Dorey
Khloe Kardashian doesn't. Doesn't lose her bag.
Joey Deef
She'll be all right.
Julian Dorey
Will she be all right?
Joey Deef
No. They're gonna really pay the consequences on this one.
Julian Dorey
They're gonna pay it, but, you know, you just love it when the Gates family injects their ideas into society, and it just provides a great benefit for everybody.
Joey Deef
Yeah, they do good biz.
Julian Dorey
They do. They. They do great.
Joey Deef
They always outshine the competition, too.
Julian Dorey
They do outshine the competition. Now, you know, can we pull up that grocery lady video? You gotta love some influencers in the wild. Okay. The influencers in the wild always get me because I'm gonna show you a little bit of this video. I'm not gonna show you much of it.
Joey Deef
All right.
Julian Dorey
I. I don't want to pain you. Joey Deep's gonna, like, skip through portions of it, but again, the optics. Joseph D. Philippus, if you are ever feeling dumb, like, if you're just. And. And we all have those days where you're like, my God, I have just done some things that are today, and I just feel stupid. If you are ever having a down day like that, I want you to watch this video, and I want you to remember that there is a person out there. As in. What the is this chick's name? Catherine Ebbs, Public Information, who decided to film this video. Recorded herself doing it. Said all the things she said. Watched the whole Thing back then, edited it down to the highlights. What if that's what you want to call them, watched it again, looked at it and said, yeah, this is a great idea to post. That's really gonna resonate with people. So this lady, Catherine Ebbs, was forced to go on a vacation, I think she said, like, in the mountains or some shit, which I'm very sorry for her plight. I know that's not usually, like, the T shirt she's wearing right there, it says Montauk on it, which is up in the Hamptons region of the world. You know, obviously, I'm very sorry that she had to go out to the mountains. That's. That's really difficult. And no. No upstanding woman should ever be. Be forced to do that. But what no upstanding woman, especially, should never be forced to do is go to a grocery store.
Joey Deef
I agree.
Julian Dorey
Right. Like, they like the idea that you would have to go and pick up the food that you and your family are going to have to eat and carry those bags and put them in your car. It's offensive to me to. To quote Catherine, and she definitely never said this, but I feel like she thought this. That's what the Mexicans do. That's not what Catherine does. Yeah, well, Catherine, that's actually what all normal people do. I don't want to put words in your mouth or anything, but roll some of the state right here.
Deep (possibly a co-host or producer)
Let's.
Julian Dorey
Let's get the beginning, then we'll skip to the middle, and then I want to skip to the end. So we are in this teeny, tiny little town and hopefully get all of our groceries for the next four days. Four days. Hopefully the little laughs killed.
Patrick (Montreal visitor)
This is so.
Caroline Levitt
Small town vibes.
Julian Dorey
Small town vibes. Look at the floor. Rubber. I have a feeling this is not gonna be good news. It's not gonna be great. They don't even have a car. They don't even have a car. Oh, my God.
Deep (possibly a co-host or producer)
Simulation.
Jace Medical Ad Speaker
Here we go.
Julian Dorey
Oh, look, they're playing with the doors. Do you need a melon? Can't have a watermelon like that. Not up to standard. You think she's on a mushroom? Their fruit. I think. I think you're right. All their fruit looks bad. All their fruit looks bad. Can you pause that real quick?
Deep (possibly a co-host or producer)
I'm not.
Julian Dorey
Where do you get your fruit, lady? I mean, I. Oh, you. You know what?
Joey Deef
Where's that arrow horn? Like the.
Julian Dorey
Oh, yeah. Arawan.
Joey Deef
Yeah. Arrowhorn or erewhon?
Julian Dorey
You mean I actually got one right? A pronunciation right, that you got Wrong. That's a first.
Joey Deef
Yeah, it's like Chinese or silent.
Julian Dorey
Yeah, Erawan.
Joey Deef
That's where, like, the Haley Bieber smoothie, I'm pouring walk heart in my hair smoothie.
Julian Dorey
Now, where does Erawan get their fruit?
Joey Deef
Probably, like. I mean, it's California. Probably in Mexico, if I had to guess.
Julian Dorey
Somewhere where they're not. Where the Arowanese are not picking at themselves.
Joey Deef
Yeah, exactly.
Julian Dorey
So I'm just gonna give another word of advice here. If you don't even know where it fucking comes from, lady, which chances are you do not. I don't think you get the comment on what's good and what's bad.
Joey Deef
I hate this.
Julian Dorey
I'm just saying. Now skip to, like, the middle deep. Yeah, we'll give it. We'll give it about 10 seconds in the middle. Just for the vibes. A little more, a little more. I feel like I'm in a simulation right now. Oh, she said. But she already said that she got goldfish. I'm sure our K loves that. All right, a little bit of meat. I'm seeing ribeye. She's seeing ribeye.
Caroline Levitt
Strip.
Mountain Cement Ad Speaker
Strip.
Julian Dorey
Go with the strip. Go with the strip. This is crazy. How's it crazy? You got bread? Any normal eggs? What is it? She's not even looking in the eggs. All right, now cut to the end by the car. I can't. I can't do this part anymore. Right there, definitely. Okay, she's made it into the car. Started raining.
Deep (possibly a co-host or producer)
Jesus.
Caroline Levitt
What.
Julian Dorey
What is happening to us? What is happening? We just shopped. I literally was like, what is going on right now? All I know is we gotta go. We didn't get ice. Oh, my God. That's like when the Titanic crash. Look at that face. I gotta go in there. I gotta go shop. No, she's gotta go shop local. You can't have a grocery store like that again. We just forget it. Pretend we forgot it. Okay, that's good enough. Thief. You know, send the asteroid. That's where I'm at. Just sent. Just send the asteroid.
Joey Deef
That video just made me gay.
Julian Dorey
Like, if it takes me with them.
Joey Deef
Yeah.
Julian Dorey
A small price to pay.
Joey Deef
Yeah, it's fine.
Julian Dorey
It's fine.
Joey Deef
Shop local.
Julian Dorey
Shop local.
Joey Deef
Shopping local.
Julian Dorey
It's just. And, you know, God forbid they had to drive the car there. She's like, we're putting it in cars.
Joey Deef
I just like that. I just like. Like something a tiny bit abnormal, which probably not even abnormal. It's just immediately we're in a simulation.
Julian Dorey
Yeah, yeah. Now she would be.
Joey Deef
She'd be Fun.
Julian Dorey
As someone who's definitely in the high class of society, she's not someone that Carolyn Levitt would consider late crazy.
Joey Deef
No, she's out there working.
Julian Dorey
She's out there working, doing her thing.
Joey Deef
Yeah.
Julian Dorey
I also do want to talk about the. The evolutionary aspects of this. Don't know who this lady's husband is, but chances are he has some money. That's appears to be what it is. That's what you picked. That's when, hey, maybe that's. Maybe that's, you know, it's the best thing money could buy. That's all right. Yeah, I feel like. I feel like that she's making her
Joey Deef
own money off tiki talkie.
Julian Dorey
She making her own money off the tiki dock. Doing something, but just saying, God, that sucked so much.
Joey Deef
It really sucked. So much.
Julian Dorey
It did.
Joey Deef
We gotta take away people's phones. We need more shame back in the world. Just a little bit.
Julian Dorey
I think we do need a little bit of shame.
Joey Deef
Just a tiny bit.
Julian Dorey
I think a little bit of social shame to adhere to some generally accepted norms and principles of a functioning society would not be a bad thing.
Joey Deef
Yeah, like, it doesn't even have to be, like, mean or violent. It's just.
Deep (possibly a co-host or producer)
It's.
Joey Deef
It's as simple as her or her friend as they're walking in, just be
Julian Dorey
like, hey, you know, you don't got it. You don't gotta record, let's just go get the groceries.
Joey Deef
And then her being like, oh, you're right. I'm so silly. Like, it's that easy.
Julian Dorey
Yeah. Maybe a little harsher than that, but I'm with you.
Joey Deef
Yeah, no, maybe a good, like, backhand.
Julian Dorey
Yeah. From. From another female.
Joey Deef
No, that's from the husband.
Julian Dorey
When he comes up, he's like.
Joey Deef
He's like, ah, God, I told you. I'm tired of.
Julian Dorey
No, but that's a joke.
Joey Deef
Yeah, we're joking. Just a little. Just a little bit of shame. Of like, hey, get a grip. That's all. Just someone hitting her with a. Hey, get a grip. Get a grip, Get a grip.
Julian Dorey
That's right. You know, just make sure she. There's like, eye contact so it really reaches upstairs.
Joey Deef
Like, you could still make content. We're not just like, the whole, like, I'm gonna go grow. Like, we don't got to do that. Enough, enough, enough, enough. Do a book club.
Julian Dorey
A book club would be good to a book club. And it has to be stuff that's not just like, you know, smut.
Joey Deef
Like smut.
Julian Dorey
Yeah, yeah.
Joey Deef
Like, you guys should get together and Read Crime and Punishment.
Julian Dorey
Yes, I do. You know, yeah, Dostoevsky, if I pronounce that right. But yes, you should totally read that. Read Meditations by Marcus Aurelius. You know, things that'll really humble the soul. I don't know, something.
Joey Deef
Read Virginia Woolf.
Julian Dorey
Yeah, do that, do that. I mean, John Grisham never killed anybody. Yeah, something, something to stimulate the mind. Because this, whatever that that is, that
Joey Deef
is like what I imagine if a golden retriever could use a cell phone.
Julian Dorey
Yes. Except golden retrievers are nice and be around. Yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm trying, I'm trying to think of an animal that's not. But yes, yeah, I think that's fair to say. So send the asteroid and I'll go with it. Yeah, it's. Listen, if that's the cost, that's the cost, that's biz. But Alessi Alaman did release a documentary on our dear friend Howard Lutnick. Finally, I think that's out, right? We'll check it. But if it's not, it's coming out and in it you are going to see a little appearance of yours truly. So when Alessi came back into town, for those who don't know, Alessi has worked with me for a very long time and he actually moved up to New Jersey for me when I was still living in my parents house. He came up here and got a place and just bet on me, which is cool and fucking amazing. So shout out to Alessi and his wife, who probably wants to remain nameless, so I'll keep her out of it, but shout out to both of them for moving up here. And you know, now he is down in Florida and works with me every single day from down there. But he came up in May for a week to stay here and we could all do some biz and have some good team bonding sessions. And we did for sure. But. But when he first got here, it was a Sunday morning when he arrived at around 11am and yours truly was a little hungover. But like all normal people, when they land in New Jersey and are stationed directly next to the biggest city in the world, Alessi requested to immediately take a trip to Jeffrey Epstein's mansion, which, you know, obviously on the demented tour of New York that is stopped by number one. So that's what we did. And unbeknownst to me, when we got there, I've never done this before, but he gave me some mics and said, julian, you're going to be interviewing some people on the street. So yours truly did a Little man on the street. So let's. Let's do a lay of the land. And before I say this, I do want to say we were stationed across the street using our free speech, using publicly available information to take a look at Jeffrey Epstein's house. And it is publicly available information that has been online for a very long time. We checked this. Can you read what Google told us about this, actually, as to who Jeffrey Epstein's neighbor was? Let's, let's just read what Google had. So we don't, you know.
Joey Deef
Yeah, it just said that do, do, do, do, do, do, do.
Julian Dorey
That's what it said.
Joey Deef
Yeah. It started with do, do, do, do, do, do, do.
Patrick (Montreal visitor)
Yes.
Julian Dorey
It was thinking.
Joey Deef
It pretty much said yes to this. We could discuss the property a public official owns when it's documented in public,
Julian Dorey
widely reported and of course. And it. And we also had a search that directly referenced the address of one Howard Lutnick.
Joey Deef
Correct. Yep. Literally lists it. Yep.
Julian Dorey
I'm just checking the boxes here. I don't want any legal problems.
Deep (possibly a co-host or producer)
Yep.
Julian Dorey
But it has been long since reported. And Howard Letnick himself, in an interview publicly, at least one interview, but in an interview publicly on the New York Post podcast, whatever the that was called last summer, where he famously lied about his whole affiliation with Jeffrey Epstein. Howard Lutnick did confirm that he was the neighbor of Jeffrey Epstein and described it as in the six to eight steps it gets. It takes to get from his house to mine, which actually, correction having upon further review, Alessi and I were eyeballing it out and it's. It's closer to 20 steps. So he was a little farther step to step, but wall to wall, they were neighbors. It's been widely reported. So Jeffrey Epstein's mansion on 71st street right next to it is Howard Lutnick, the current Commerce Secretary and Epstein friend, but Commerce Secretary of the United States of America, who is still not resigned and still not been fired. Is there. So let's, let's just play the beginning of this. Set the scene right once we. We walked there and took a look. Let's just start a film. This is Epstein right here. The Herbert Strauss house. That is Letnick looking at this building. You know what happened there. A little preview. Current Commerce Secretary of the United States lives at number 11 right there as well. Currently the Commerce Secretary of the United States who's in the Cabinet lives at number 11 right there. You don't really know what happened there. They don't like people talking about it. I can't say I know enough about the situation to comment. Yes, I think so, because I live in a co op and I know, certainly know everything my neighbor is doing. Where are we at right now? All right, so we are at 9 East 71st Street. It's Jeffrey Epstein's house. There it is. We missed this, but we just had an elite ball knower walk by. Mike wasn't on bags right there. And some guy walked by right here with his wife. And like, as he was walking, stop right here, pretty sunglasses, and just kept going. He's like, that's Epstein.
Patrick (Montreal visitor)
That's excellent.
Julian Dorey
But I always point out my very good friend, as you well know, he's almost like family to me at this point. Howard Lutnick, he lives right there at number 11. Obviously, I'm a longtime president of the Howard Lutnick Fan club. I view him as a morally brilliant, decent, kind, loving individual, which is to say you, Howard Lutnick, he's a piece of shit. But he lived right there and knew nothing about Jeffrey Epstein. Never saw him. In the 14 years that they actually lived right next to each other from 2005 to 2019, you don't think neighbors
Joey Deef
would ever introduce each other? You don't think neighbors would ever introduce each other? You never had a neighbor you've never
Julian Dorey
spoken to that lives right next to you? You know, I don't like neighbors. I avoid them like cruise ships. But this is. You can see the outline right here. Just to get an idea of how big the house is. So this is Epstein right here, the Herbert Strauss house. That is Letnick. And it's weight. Look at how much wider Epstein's house is, how much extra space it has. Has back here. That's just dark land mass that Epstein doesn't have. It goes all the way back to the other block, or not the other block, but halfway the other block. And then when you look at the height of the house. Yeah, the height of Epstein's house versus Lutnick. All right, do you want to go to some of the guys? Some of the guys we got to. I know you were picking a couple spots you like deep. But there were about. People would walk by and I would just be standing there and Alessi would. Would go up to each one because he's done. Unless he's done a lot of man on the street stuff in the past. So I don't know why he was telling me to do it. Throwing me in the fire right here. It's a little bit different, but it was fun. And so he would just go up to people and Say, oh, do you want to be interviewed about, you know, being in front of Epstein's house? And some people knew that they were in front of it. Other people were like, oh, that's it. But there was also one guy in there who, like, very much knew where he was. But. But which one? You want to start with these.
Joey Deef
The. The Scott.
Julian Dorey
Okay, let's do that. So this was a Scottish guy in town. Here we go. All right, so we're here with an elite ball knower, Johnny. I watched as he was coming up to the house. Knew exactly what we were looking at with Epstein. So, Johnny, have you ever been here before?
Deep (possibly a co-host or producer)
No, I've been to New York a few times, but the last time I was here was way before this kind of scandal arose. So I didn't have a lot of things. Things I wanted to see in New York, but this was one of them.
Julian Dorey
You Scottish?
Deep (possibly a co-host or producer)
Yes. How did you know?
Julian Dorey
I can hear the accent. Strong and good, my man. So as far as the case goes, this is obviously something you do follow and track. What do you think about the fact that no one in America has been put on trial or brought to justice for this?
Deep (possibly a co-host or producer)
I think it's a disgrace, to be honest. I mean, we see it a lot in the UK because of the Prince Andrew thing and stuff, that connection. So it's quite. Quite publicized in the uk, So I don't know what it's like over here. Not so much, but, yeah, I mean, it seems to have went quiet.
Julian Dorey
Almost like they wanted it to, right?
Deep (possibly a co-host or producer)
Oh, you'd say so, yeah.
Joseph Scott Morgan
Yeah.
Julian Dorey
So Prince Andrew was arrested a couple months ago. I haven't heard anything about that since. Do we know if that's. This was in the quarter. I haven't tracked it, actually. I gotta look into that some more.
Deep (possibly a co-host or producer)
Well, I don't know. I think it went quiet as well, so it seems like it was just settled out of court, So I don't know.
Julian Dorey
Now, are you familiar with our great Secretary of Commerce, Howard Lutnick?
Deep (possibly a co-host or producer)
No, I'm sorry, I have no idea about US Politics.
Joseph Scott Morgan
I have no clue.
Julian Dorey
Good for you. You're not missing anything, but Howard Lutnick is currently in the Presidential cabinet, which is like, kind of a big deal around here. And back in 1999, he bought number 11, which is that house right there, from a trust owned by one Jeffrey Epstein and Les Wexner, and then moved into that house in 2005 and claims he's now had to admit some lies to it, but claims that he knew nothing about what Jeffrey Epstein did. In here. And despite the fact that he lives. I don't know, Johnny. About 20 steps away. Door to door says that never saw anything suspicious. Didn't spend any time with Jeffrey Epstein. Do you think that that might not be a reasonable claim given the proximity of their living quarters?
Deep (possibly a co-host or producer)
I think I find that hard to believe. It's a pretty quiet street. You think you would know your neighbor, right? Yeah. Especially a kind of high profile billionaire.
Julian Dorey
Yeah, they're both billionaires.
Deep (possibly a co-host or producer)
Well, yeah. So I find that quite strange.
Julian Dorey
Quite strange. Is it everything you thought it'd be, standing outside this kind of demonic realm?
Deep (possibly a co-host or producer)
I thought there would be more. I mean, I kind of thought it'd still be a bit of a crime scene, to be honest. I thought it'd be taped up or something. But yeah, no.
Julian Dorey
Well, what happened is some guy bought it. I don't know, some Goldman Sachs jerk off. And he said that they were doing a physical and spiritual remodeling of the inside. They were like gonna wash away all the demons and rebuild every room. And it would appear with the scaffolding to go on now, and you can see through the windows a little bit that it might be done. So perhaps it's a nicer place.
Deep (possibly a co-host or producer)
Yeah, Well, I hope they gave it a deep clean. That's all I can see.
Julian Dorey
On that note, Johnny, welcome to America. One, one more. This guy. So we're, We're. We had done a bunch of them. There were a couple people who, like, really?
Deep (possibly a co-host or producer)
There were.
Julian Dorey
Most people were like, I'd rather not do that. We're like, all right, no problem. Thank you so much. And they went away. And then there was really one guy who, like, really? And I'll obviously keep his identity out of this. I don't remember his name, actually. But one guy, like, really started yelling at us like, oh, oh. So you believe Epstein was a part of this whole thing? And, like. And like, was involved with these elites and they were all like, raping kids. And I was like, well, I'm not saying every single one was, but I'm. I'm saying that, yes, there was certainly some sort of pedophile ring going on here. He's like, oh, you. He started calling us scumbags and everything. And he was with two of his friends and they were like looking at us like, oh, sorry. He gets real emotional about this. One of them actually stayed back with us against his wishes and just talk with me on the side off camera. Really nice guy, but he's like, yeah, my buddy gets a little. It's a little wired up about this. But that was like. It just made me think because, like, I don't do any of this man on the street stuff. But when he. Because if he was. He was addressing all that stuff to Alessi, because Alessi was the one asking. And I was sitting there, and right as this began, I will admit my head, like, I. I was like, tense like this, like, oh, is this guy gonna throw punches or something? So when you see these people doing. I know we've seen some videos where sometimes altercations happen, for sure, but, like, especially if you're covering a topic that someone's gonna find some sort of disagreement with, you know, and it's not just, like, at some political rally where everyone's kind of crazy. You never know. Like, that made me really think about that. You never know, like, some of the other people that you don't see on camera that these people run into, so shout out to the people out there doing men on the street, because, I don't know. That was like. Yeah, I. I thought. I thought we were gonna go. Yeah, I really, really did. Like, he kept going. And Alessi's, like, the sweetest guy ever. He's like, oh, my God. No, no, I'm. I'm not. I'm not saying you have to agree with everything or something like that. We just wanted to see if you want to talk on camera. You totally don't have to. And the guy was just. Was like, getting.
Caroline Levitt
Getting.
Julian Dorey
You know, he's one of those fake scumbag tough guys. Getting in his face like this. I don't know. I think he. I think he was worried about the implications for the implications. Yeah. I'll just leave it at that. But either way, this guy shows up to the house with his girlfriend and is taking pictures right up in front of it like this, walking out into the street, getting angles and going like, oh. And so Alessi's like, we gotta get this guy. And he was awesome, dude. He was from Canada. And his girlfriend's like. She had. She had a Canadian French accent, and she was like, you have to. You have to do the interview or something like that. And he's like, okay. And he pretended like, to play dumb, like, I don't know, where are we standing? But it turned out he had just come to New York for the first time ever, had landed, I think, at jfk, and had Ubered directly to Jeffrey Epstein's house. It was first on his list, just like Alessia Alaman.
Mountain Cement Ad Speaker
So here.
Julian Dorey
Here was that part right here.
Deep (possibly a co-host or producer)
What's your name?
Patrick (Montreal visitor)
Patrick.
Julian Dorey
Patrick, I'm Julian. Nice to meet you, man. So we see outside of here, looking at this building, you know what happened there?
Patrick (Montreal visitor)
What happened there? I don't really know what happened there.
Julian Dorey
You don't really know what happened there? They don't like people talking about it.
Patrick (Montreal visitor)
What happened there? I don't really know.
Julian Dorey
So there was a man named Jeffrey Epstein who lived there. Unprecedented, perturbed for many, many years, abusing a lot of people.
Patrick (Montreal visitor)
That's very unfortunate. I hope those people are okay today. And where is he now, actually?
Julian Dorey
Well, they say he's dead.
Patrick (Montreal visitor)
Who said he's dead?
Julian Dorey
The government.
Patrick (Montreal visitor)
Well, do you trust the government?
Caroline Levitt
No.
Patrick (Montreal visitor)
Well, nice.
Caroline Levitt
Nice.
Patrick (Montreal visitor)
I don't really know what to say, but. Well, is he really dead?
Julian Dorey
I have my doubts.
Patrick (Montreal visitor)
What do you think about it? Let me know. What's your theory about it?
Julian Dorey
I recently did an investigation with Discovery Channel where they rebuilt his cell. And I will say that was. I always thought he was murdered, but I did think he was dead. And after we did that, it's kind of a long story, but I have doubts about whether or not he's dead because there were parts even just in the cell that were not on the prison schematic, where someone could have been exfiltrated out of the prison without people knowing.
Patrick (Montreal visitor)
Yeah, that would make a lot of sense, but didn't. The wall files got relayed recently, some of them. What happened to the, the person who were in the files?
Julian Dorey
Not a goddamn thing.
Patrick (Montreal visitor)
Nice. I mean, land of freedom, isn't it?
Julian Dorey
A lot of freedom. Where are you from, Patrick?
Patrick (Montreal visitor)
We actually drove from Montreal. We just arrived now.
Deep (possibly a co-host or producer)
That's right.
Patrick (Montreal visitor)
But yeah, we come from Montreal, Quebec.
Julian Dorey
First time in New York?
Patrick (Montreal visitor)
Yes, first time in New York.
Julian Dorey
Oh, coming right to the important spot.
Deep (possibly a co-host or producer)
I feel you there.
Patrick (Montreal visitor)
Yeah, I mean, I'm checking in in like three hours, so we had a lot of free time.
Julian Dorey
Well, make sure they're not tracking you on the phone. You know, it gets a little. It beeps real red around here.
Patrick (Montreal visitor)
I mean, I heard Palantir moved to here, right?
Julian Dorey
Hitting them all. Elite ball knower. I just want to put that out there. Patrick is an elite ball knower.
Patrick (Montreal visitor)
So did they move here recently?
Julian Dorey
I, I actually don't know nothing about that. I gotta look into it.
Patrick (Montreal visitor)
But yeah, I mean, I, I. You said you did an interview with Discovery, right?
Julian Dorey
Yeah, it was a documentary thing. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Patrick (Montreal visitor)
So I hope you'll also look into it. If you, if you can.
Julian Dorey
We'll be, we look into Palantir on our channel, on YouTube.
Patrick (Montreal visitor)
For sure.
Julian Dorey
So we'll keep doing that. But when you say move here, do you mean like they move headquarters to New York?
Patrick (Montreal visitor)
I know they moved the helicopters. I mean, they made tweet about it that they were moving to the U.S. i don't, I don't know if it's here in New York, but I know
Julian Dorey
they're in the U.S. right?
Patrick (Montreal visitor)
Yeah.
Julian Dorey
I mean, they're everywhere. They're listening to us right now. And the drones up there, the birds aren't real in the United States. I don't know if you know that. Leave New York.
Mountain Cement Ad Speaker
They're still.
Patrick (Montreal visitor)
I mean, you're talking about the cameras in pigeon eyes.
Julian Dorey
Oh, yeah, dude. Those pigeons, when they're like crip walking and stuff, that's. They're robots.
Mountain Cement Ad Speaker
Yeah.
Patrick (Montreal visitor)
Yeah. Well, I mean that kids were all. Aren't we?
Julian Dorey
Yeah.
Deep (possibly a co-host or producer)
Sometimes.
Julian Dorey
Sometimes I try not to look at it darkly, but it's hard not to.
Patrick (Montreal visitor)
I agree. Well, guess what? Screwed.
Julian Dorey
Let's go right there. So there were a few more in there. Unless he's going to have some of the highlights in his video. But, you know, we talked to. I don't know which ones made the video, but we talked to people from all walks of life, obviously, different countries as well. And of the people we talked to, some who knew more about the case, some who knew just basics about the case. The themes were really the same, obviously. Like Patrick there looks into things very deeply. So he's asking a lot of questions that maybe some others weren't asking. But like, people are just looking at this with common sense going, why is there. Why is this just getting shoved under the rug? Why is this still here? Why. Why was this ever a thing? Why are these questions not getting answered? Why are people in power just openly still in power who were a part of this? I don't know. Give it a thought. Get back to me. Right.
Joey Deef
Yeah.
Julian Dorey

Date: July 11, 2026
Host: Julian Dorey, with co-host Joey Deef
Notable Guests: Joseph Scott Morgan (forensics expert), Deep, Caroline Levitt, Patrick (Montreal visitor)
This episode weaves through headline-grabbing topics: the ongoing investigation and public reactions to Charlie Kirk’s assassination, the bizarre resale of Taylor Swift’s wedding trash by Joey Deef, scrutiny of Bill Gates' daughter’s tech company for alleged fraud, and pointed social commentary on American class, privilege, and generational divides, including a viral influencer grocery-shopping video. Throughout, the tone is satirical, skeptical, and sometimes sharply critical of the elite and political figures.
[00:01-02:17; 17:20-36:48]
Forensics Deep Dive: Joseph Scott Morgan (death investigator) discussed, in a separate recording soon to be published, the methodology and procedural evaluation of the Kirk case—forensic facts, evidence-handling, and law enforcement protocols.
Latest Evidence: They discuss the release and contradictory interpretations of new surveillance footage allegedly showing accused killer Tyler Robinson:
"You see everything. He climbs over, assembles the gun, he runs over to the edge, ... gets down... And then you see him take the shot."
(Jack Posobich, 20:37)
"It is so hard these days to look at things people say or even evidence presented in anything and know what’s real and what’s not."
(Julian, 24:17)
Culture of Conspiracy & Confusion:
"We can’t even discern reality anymore. ... we’re now living in the simulacrum of our old reality, wherever the fuck that might be."
(Joey, 26:44)
Broader Skepticism: Julian expresses caution about conclusions, skepticism about AI/video manipulation, and frustration at institutional opacity.
Other Theories: Brief discussion of alternative motives (including claims of Israeli involvement) and oddities in the behavior of key figures (surviving spouse, witnesses).
Technical Details:
Memorable Quote:
"...it will be in the public’s interest for us to be able to actually see that footage and draw our own conclusions from it. ... I’m gonna need my own two eyes on that for sure."
(Julian Dorey, 36:20)
[02:57-16:41, 51:42-52:01]
Societal Symbolism: Julian critiques the wedding’s optics: Madison Square Garden rented out, over 30 cakes, NDAs, and prenuptial agreements as a microcosm of elite “let them eat cake” detachment.
Humor & Satire:
"I heard Taylor Swift's wedding in a trash bag and I said, how much?"
(Joey, 04:49)
Discussion of Fame/Materiality:
The willingness of the public to purchase celebrity refuse is lampooned; original jokes about reselling Jason Kelce's beard trimmings and references to Lincoln’s historical “auctioned” remains.
Cultural Reflection:
The insatiable public appetite for celebrity content is compared to deeper divides in society—Julian cautions against “parody of life.”
Memorable Quote:
"It just seemed like too much for me. Everyone I’ve talked to this week, including a lot of people who are enormous Taylor Swift fans, were like, you know, come on."
(Julian, 13:26)
[51:42-66:06]
FIA App Investigation:
Bloomberg revealed that Phoebe Gates’ (Bill Gates’ daughter) “personal shopping assistant” browser extension, FIA, fraudulently claimed affiliate credit for sales it didn’t drive—using “cookie stuffing.”
"How do I solve a problem that I don't have to deal with?"
(54:20)
Elite Privilege Satire:
The show's hosts lampoon nepo-babies, the insulation of the ultra-rich, and the hypocrisy of “bootstrap” rhetoric when vast capital and connections underlie every success.
"You're going to go out there and pull yourself up by the bootstraps and you're going to find your own investment seed capital…”
(Julian, 62:12)
Security & Privacy Issues:
FIA also reportedly logged browsing histories, including private bank statements and emails.
"We just had to get your bank info... Because we think you might like this site."
(65:37)
[38:11-50:08]
Context:
Caroline Levitt, press secretary for the Trump White House, sparked controversy by blaming young Americans’ lack of economic progress on their supposed laziness and “silver spoon” upbringing—ignoring broader structural challenges:
"This generation, my generation, I hate to say it, Gen Z and those younger than me have been raised with just silver spoons in their mouths, just getting everything handed to them..."
(41:41)
Generational Frustration:
Julian gives a personal example of a new hire who submitted 252 job applications in one year with little result, despite credentials.
"Kids in their 20s… never had a chance to be a part of the system, so they've checked out of something they were never invited into in the first place."
(47:39)
Memorable Moment:
The biting segment ends with a critique of media personalities dismissing the economic pain of others and a call to get “money out of politics.”
[74:39-83:40]
Viral Influencer Clip:
The hosts dissect and roast a grocery-store “struggle” video by Catherine Ebbs, skewering out-of-touch influencers disconnected from working-class reality.
"If you're ever having a down day... remember that there is a person out there... who decided to film this video, recorded herself doing it... watched it again, looked at it and said, 'yeah, this is a great idea to post.'"
(75:02)
Class Parody and Social Shame:
Segments merge humor with cultural criticism, ending with mock-concern for the Kardashian investment losses and calls for a return to basic societal “shame.”
[83:28-end]
Field Reporting:
Julian and podcast team visit Jeffrey Epstein's former NYC mansion, interviewing passersby (including international tourists) about elite impunity, the Epstein scandal, and proximity of U.S. Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick's home.
"I think it's a disgrace, to be honest... we see it a lot in the UK because of the Prince Andrew thing... but, yeah, I mean, it seems to have went quiet."
(90:57)
Public Sentiment:
Common themes among interviewees: disbelief at lack of accountability, institutional secrecy, and skepticism about Epstein’s death.
"Nice. I mean, land of freedom, isn't it?"
(98:07)
Direct Energy Weapon Joke/Swift Satire ([06:42]):
"Her music is like a direct energy weapon." — Joey Deef
On Social Disconnection & Simulation ([26:44]):
"...we're now living in the simulacrum of our old reality..." — Joey Deef
On Bryce Harper and Gambling Addiction ([66:06-73:33]): Julian draws a line on gambling ads after learning about a FanDuel VIP who lost $1.5M, decrying how loyalty programs and sponsored athletes fuel predatory practices.
This episode exemplifies the “PURE SPEC” ethos: blending irreverence with critical inquiry, skewering the American power structure, mass culture, and their intersection—from a major political assassination shrouded by contradictory narratives, to the excesses of celebrity and tech nepo-babies, to daily reminders of class disconnection in viral content. It leaves listeners with more questions—about evidence, reality, and values—than easy answers, and does so with sharp, memorable wit.
