Oh, that was actually a young lady that works for me. 82 years old. She says I kind of remind her a little bit of Prince and Elvis. So she has the Prince, the Duke and what did she call it? Oh, the King. Well, obviously Elvis is the King, so that's a nice compliment. It's all in the sideburns, you know.

Vinny Mac

Yes. Matt was not your specialty.

Damon

I. I would ask you how you were, but I know how you were. If we're going to be serious here now for a second. So I'll. I'll. Well, first of all, I guess you can tell us how the. I know how your day was. So why don't you tell us why your day was. Well, quite pretty Lousy. And give us a little story.

Vinny Mac

Yeah, I would say my day was lousy and also really uplifting. A friend of mine passed away Thursday, going back, by the way, to second grade when we first moved to a new town. I was in second grade class working on my Hooked on Phonics book, and the guy next to me throws up out of his nose, and I'm like, I love this guy. We became best friends from that moment till now. Anyhow, he married another high school friend, and she sadly passed away. But the services were today. And when I say it was, you know, it was a real bummer. We were pretty upset. I think the whole. My network is pretty close. But the funeral was probably the best funeral I've ever been to in my life. It opened up with the song Sweet Caroline in a Catholic church, and they played that at their wedding. Anyhow, when Sean got up to do the eulogy, you know, I just want

to just be just. So Sean is the husband.

Vinny Mac

Sean, yeah.

Damon

Is your best friend since second grade. Sean is not who we're talking about passing away. His wife, unfortunately, passed away.

Vinny Mac

He married a local girl who we were friends with.

Damon

She was not old by any. She was young, sudden. I don't know how much you want to get into this. I mean, but I think the whole story is kind of eye opening.

Vinny Mac

Very sudden. Got a text a week and a half ago, maybe two weeks ago, that they were in the hospital. I went there a week ago, and she passed. It was a terrible situation, and no one expected it. Sean said it was like a meteor hit his house. And he's got four kids, two grandchildren. We all went to school together. So he married a local girl. So we all knew each other. We grew up together. We spent a lot of time together. At their wedding, Sweet Caroline was the song. So every time I heard that song, I always thought of Caroline. So when they opened it up at the church, playing Sweet Caroline at a Catholic church, I was like, oh, first of all, the first two notes, you lose it. We're all balling. It was great. But when Sean got up to do the eulogy, and he's crazy guy, one of the funniest guys you ever meet in your life. And his whole world's been rocked in a major way. He gave the most incredible eulogy. And I just thought to myself, in many ways, he's the luckiest guy on the planet because he really had a soulmate. I mean, for real, like, people talk about that. You hear couples that are like that. I think my parents had that you know, I don't know if everybody gets to experience that level, like, of real, real, just unequivocal soulmate stuff, but they had that. So what he talked about was very inspiring, you know, so, you know, I came away from that, you know, obviously sad, and we were upset and all that, but you come away from that and you're thinking, man, you got to spend 30 some odd years with your soulmate, a real soulmate, not just in love, not just companion. And the way he described it, he said I was the train tracks and she was the train. And together they just were inseparable from their first date to now. So it's just very sad. No matter how you slice it, there's no way to sugarcoat this type of tragedy except when you see that level of connection and love and accepting that, you know, you kind of walk away from that thinking, wow, that. That was just one of the most special things I've ever seen. And I didn't even know it.

Rick Delgado

Right.

Vinny Mac

I've known show my whole life.

Rick Delgado

Yeah. People don't appreciate sometimes, you know, when you have that, right, when you've experienced that, and all of a sudden something. Something gets taken away, it's like, you know what? I still wouldn't change anything because that was such a great part. It's almost like, like you said, it was a great. It was a great almost celebration of like kind of reminding people, like, look, this is what. This is what the last 30 plus years was like. I wouldn't trade it for anything.

Vinny Mac

It's. You nailed it completely. Because that's exactly how I felt. And a lot of people felt that way. But knowing him as well as I do, it's like, you probably have buddies from high school, maybe people that you know. I've been friends with him obviously since second grade, so we're brothers. But I never. I always saw them together and they were yin and yang, but I never knew, like, at that level.

Rick Delgado

Yeah, because guys, we don't talk about that stuff.

Vinny Mac

Yeah, right.

Rick Delgado

We just talk about sports and hot chicks that we see and stupid stuff like that.

Vinny Mac

We're complete cement heads with that stuff.

Rick Delgado

Right.

Vinny Mac

But when you hear it, and especially as they get a little older in life, you just feel like, wow, you're the luckiest guy.

Rick Delgado

Yeah.

Vinny Mac

So, you know, that was the last two days. And, you know, it's. It's good to be back, though, and get back into the routine and doing stuff. So. Shout out to Sean, you were amazing today, bro. And. And Caroline thinking about you.

Damon

Yeah, I'll tell You. When Vin was telling me this story over the last couple weeks, as it was unfortunately developing and not going in a good way, just. It just reminds you to just enjoy and live your life every day. Because, I mean, yeah, things can change very quickly. Obviously, they can change in an instant, but they can also change very quickly from what looks like normalcy, unfortunately, in this case, to death in. In a almost unbelievably short time from just thinking, oh, geez, you know, Sutton's. I don't really feel great. Let me go into two weeks later. It's just crazy.

Vinny Mac

Tragic.

Vinny Mac

It was. I've been living my life a certain way since I'm 40, and the way I've been living my life, and sometimes it's difficult for people to be around me because of it, but I live in the moment, and I try to be positive about everything because I see no reason not to smile, not to have a positive outlook. And also, I don't want to be a day ahead or a day behind. I just want to be present. It's hard to do, but I've been living my life that way. And, you know, I'm not one of those people that spent my whole life saving for retirement. I'm one of those people that spent my whole life spending every moment with my daughter and family and making sure I did the things because I never wanted to look back. Even when my dad passed, I remember consciously thinking from the time he was maybe 75 or 80 on, go see dad today. Go see dad today. I don't want to be one of those guys that he passes and be like, I should have spent more time with my dad. So when he passed, of course, sad and all those things, but I felt content. Like I wasn't as upset of. Maybe as upset as maybe my siblings were. Not that they didn't spend time with them or anything, but I just felt content that I left it all on the table, and that's how I lead my life. And Sean's very much the same way. If you guys met him, he's crazy. He's. He's one of the craziest guys I've ever met in my life. Probably one of the funniest guys I've ever met in my life. But what he said today, man, just. It earned him a gold medal. He was absolutely. He brought us all up.

Well, please pass our condolences along to your friend and tell him that we're thinking about him. And I'm sure this whole audience, as they Hear this story. Tonight will be as well. And they'll need the support over, you know, it's kind of once they get past this and then you try to return to life, that sometimes that's the hardest part, you know?

Vinny Mac

Yeah. I think there'll be a bit of a delayed reaction because, you know, when you're with someone at that level, you get through the pain, you get through the days, you get through the funeral, you get through the various things you have to do, and then a month later, you're alone.

Oh, yeah. That's why it nails you.

Vinny Mac

And. Yeah. So we do an outing once a year. All the six of my buddies all know each other since second grade. We go to Sean's house out east in New York and we hang out for four or five days, and he told us we're doing it. You're coming out, we're going first week of August. They're like, okay.

Wow, that's quick.

Vinny Mac

Yeah. The fact that he felt like still doing it, that's awesome. He just said, guys, I need you and I need to do it. So we're all going to do it. It's going to be great. I'll have some good stories from.

Rick Delgado

Yeah, I mean, he needs it, right.

But Netflix Home Run Derby has lowest rating in years and we were actually watching it for a minute there. Paul Boy of Breitbart. This year's Home Run Derby broadcast on Netflix reportedly recorded the lowest rating in recent years. The MLB annual event reportedly drew a paltry 5.3 million viewers on Netflix making it the lowest total since 2000.

Wow. When the event saw 5.2 million spectators per the New York Post was also a drop from last year's event in which American League MVP runner up Cal Riley reigned supreme. That drew 5.7 million viewers on ESPN. The event also drew criticism from viewers for its presentation and the inclusion of Will Ferrell with one fan calling it one of the worst Home Run Derby broadcasts I have ever watched. You know we, we put it on for a minute. You couldn't even get into it. It was just awful. And the kid from the Cardinals actually you know he pulled it out but. And didn't they. They announced was the winner and the tournament wasn't even over yet.

It really was very. It was very sus, so to speak.

And meanwhile you don't have the star power. You don't have the Aaron Judge. You don't have the short. The Ohtani. Yeah.

Terrible. So that, that, that's a big. I think that's a big to do. But you know Netflix has got to be saying where we get ourselves into. They probably paid bookoo dollars to for lousy broadcast and well. Jalen Brunson addresses invitation to the White House. This is Ernesto Gover of Yard Barker. The New York Knicks finally five decade drought to win their third NBA championship. Yay. Led by Jalen Brunson. Mike Brown's team took down the San Antonio spurs to win their first title since 1973. Wish they would have kept it that way. Also earning the right to visit the White House. Like all champions, Knicks owner James Dolan, a good friend of Donald Trump, already claimed that the team had accepted the invitation. However, that night might not be the case, as Brunson just confirmed. They haven't even had that discussion yet. Accordingly, that's something that we actually haven't discussed as a team, brunson told Variety. And so obviously people are making assumptions, saying everything, but together we haven't discussed it yet. And so we'll cross our bridge when we get to it. Notably by going the Knicks will become the first NBA team to visit the White House during Donald Trump's presidency. Stephen Curry and the Golden State warriors opted not to visit the White House during Trump's first term. I remember they went when Obama was there. I did see them go then. Teams from the other major sports tournaments have also been in attendance. Of course, Brunson didn't want to get into the details or share his own views on politics or the administration. That's his right, and it wasn't relevant to the discussion. That said, it was interesting to see him pretty much deny that James Dolan said shortly after winning the championship that they were going to visit the White House. So we shall see. This will play out like every other soap opera with these, these sports ass laws that don't want to go to the White House. I think it's the most insane thing. I don't give a darn about politics. You win a championship, you have your parade, you have your party. Part of your obligation is paying your respects to the White House. That's my feeling.

Well, the White House is paying respects to the Knicks, you know, and they're paying respects to the country by going, Jalen Brunson, all these guys, first of all, they should have no say, period.

I, I think they're going to go. And that's because, because we've seen President Trump on the Court with these guys already. I think they know him. And I think he was just trying to tamp that down, keep that stuff out of the news because they don't want to talk about politics.

So many good things are happening that we really don't get a chance to talk about as often as I think we'd like to because there's so much other news, you know, Iran and so on and so forth. But if you recall back in the Doge days, a lot of things were started that are continuing now. And Scott Besant has been a key part of that. We know what is going on with all the fraud stuff. I'm going to talk about that a little later in the show. But Scott Bessett and the Treasury Department have been cracking down on payments to dead people, payments to illegals, payments going out of the treasury for things. And when you start adding these up, and this isn't the first time we've seen an announcement where the announcement is, the Treasury Department has blocked nearly $100 million in taxpayer money going to dead people. So they started a payment verification process. You just got to Prove you're alive and you have a bank account. I mean, this is pretty logical stuff. But when you think about all the payments that go up from our government and the logic behind any payment going to anyone, anyone, if you have a company, you're making payments, you have a. You're a bank and you're making interest payments to someone. These things are checked. They're checks and balances. Our government, they don't do any of it. Well, the Trump administration has put checks and balances in, and we're seeing results. It's been a little over a year now. We're seeing results with $100 million here, $100 million there. There's like 2 billion, 2.7 billion monies that go out on a regular basis. So this isn't a huge impact to it, but it's a piece. All of these things add up. 100 million here, 100 million there, 100 million here. So we're seeing that on a regular basis from the Treasury Department. I think this is the third or fourth time Scott Bessant has this. In this case, it happens to do with dead people. I wonder who's cashing these checks. You know, money just doesn't go out and get not cashed. Someone's got to be cashing these checks on top of it. But when you look at our taxes, you look at how the government operates, we see the fraud, the Somali stuff, we see all of these things. You see all the things that Elon Musk did with Doge. Just add all those up and it's not a ridiculous thing to think we can make a real difference in the deficit, frankly, if we really watched all of these things. And here's a piece of it. So I thought it was worth noting. And I'm a firm believer that we're going to be seeing this stuff, unfortunately, and sadly, on a regular basis because it goes on so rampantly. But it's worth noting and it's worth understanding that our Treasury Department, particularly Scott Bessant, they are working to stop this stuff, and we haven't seen that in a long time. We saw the opposite of that with the Biden administration, who put people in charge that had no right or reason to even be running these departments. Buttigieg. Buttigieg Bootleg. They put people in that had no right to be in those areas. Scott is one of those perfect placements. I'm a huge fan of this guy.

Every time he's on Combating the Left and talking about stuff, he is nails He's a lot like jd. JD Says it pretty sharp. Scott says it even sharper. Sharper. But it's these kinds of things that I'm looking for as a taxpayer to make sure that our monies are watched very closely. So here, kudos to him. And I thought it was worth noting, every time this happens, I want to note this.

Yeah, you got to add it to the pile. We do it all the time. Because, you know, Damon seems to think if it doesn't have a T in front of it, it's not going to make a difference. But all of these numbers, and we've talked about this a lot, where, where the, the health insurance stuff, they're. They're finding billions. They're finding billions out of Minnesota, billions out of California. All this stuff adds up. And I keep, I keep hoping that one day we'll be able to go see Damon. We got to the T number, unfortunately, we might get to the T number. That's the bad part.

Of all that fraud.

I'm all for all of it, but when do, when do we start? We should be worried about our elected officials carrying about our money. And the fraud. They're the biggest committers of the damn fraud.

And so that's the problem. They're the ones who've made billions go like, oh, it's only billions. So, I mean, we don't, we don't have to worry about that. Because when you're, when you're, when your deficit's a trillion dollars every hundred days, billions is like, well, what are we even talking about? We're going, We're. Our deficit's a trillion dollars every hundred days. We just crossed 39 and a half trillion dollars.

Vinny Mac

Yeah, it's a huge number. And it's going to be really.

We found a billion.

Vinny Mac

Well, it's bigger than that, though. Think about, think about this, put this in context. And I think what Delgado is saying is correct. When we add them all up. Yeah, maybe we'll get to a T. But here's the bigger picture. They're putting processes in place to stop this stuff. It's not just, we found it and then we're just going to take that money back. We put a process in place so it doesn't happen anymore.

Right, until, Until Trump's up.

Well, maybe right until Trump's out, but at least they're putting a process in to protect this country.

As a leader of the Treasury Department, he's saying, I'm putting a process in. No money's going out.

Again, this is what I talked about in the first word. They want us focused on the inches and feet instead of the miles and the long game. We're focused on what Scott Besson is doing, and it may be great and we should all be for it, but when do we focus on what we're actually doing with the elected officials and the budgets and the continuing resolutions and all of.

All right, well, let's do our Iran update because of course, We've just entered 11 straight nights of bombing. US strikes continue on Iran. The Pentagon announced earlier today that a fourth U.S. soldier believed to have been killed during the attack on the air base in Jordan. Days after the US Central Command had listed that service member as missing. They're now confirming that he has passed. Unfortunately, Sergeant Angel Rambersad, 28, of Ozone Park, New York, is believed to have been killed in action on July 17 during that attack, the idiom attack on the Salty Air base in Jordan. The incident is under investigation. CENTCOM previously announced that the soldier was missing following the attack. Soldier status was updated to a duty status, whereabouts unknown and believed to be deceased. According to the spokesperson from. From CENTCOM. The Pentagon also identified the two other soldiers which we mentioned last night. Sergeant Tyler James Feehan, 25, of Hawaii and Private Isabella Gonzalez, 19, of Texas. Another service member was killed in a separate incident in Iraq. Total number of service members killed in the Iran conflict right now stands at 18. The member that died in Iraq, the fourth one, I believe, they were removing munitions and something went wrong and that's how he lost his life. So unfortunately that happened. And also big news coming out of the Middle east as well, as the president met with the Lebanese president today in D.C. which has been one of those things where now it seems like they're making a move. The president is making a move to isolate one of the main terror factions of Iran, and that is the Hezbollah, which is located in the southern part of Lebanon and continues to attack Israel. So now I feel like if they can surround that and cut them off, maybe you've got some. You box out Iran's influence a little bit more from that area and we'll start to see some better things happening in the Middle East.

Here's what I love about what Trump has been doing. Three of our servicemen are killed because Iran went and shot these drones. And whatever they did Trump responded hugely as a result of that, in many ways. When's the last time you saw a President of the United States? You know, we've seen bombings in barracks. We've seen lots of way more casualties than this in that part of the world, and nothing's been done. A Tomahawk missile. Missile goes across from some ship, you know, 10,000 miles away, and it hits something. Trump goes in and just bombs the hell out of him. I love that he's protecting our soldiers. It's a great message, not only to send to the enemy, but to our soldiers as well. I got you back.

Yeah. And especially with General Kaine and Pete Hegseth, the Secretary of War, speaking on Capitol Hill today, telling the Senate Appropriations Committees, you know, what they've been doing, and basically that Iran started this war 47 years ago.

And we've always kind of taken some, at least I have taken big opposition to his position that somehow they were good and they were not. They were a disaster. Now, what he did to get them done, the business side, cut the red tape, stuff like that, okay. But the product he got and what they did, they were a disaster. I think now most people have come around to that, at least most conservatives have come around to that position, I think it's fair to say so. Let me tell you about his new appointee. As the Deputy Surgeon General and a senior Coast Guard public health official, Erica Schwartz helped lead the federal COVID 19 vaccine rollout and had a track record of issuing and supporting the vaccine mandates for military and civilian personnel. She was labeled the queen of mandating vaccines for enforcing compliance with little room for exemptions. The heavy handed pandemic measures when it came to testing and response implementation. She oversaw nationwide drive through COVID testing sites using PCR tests, which many conservatives have criticized as part of an overhyped or manipulated public health response that fueled lockdowns, fear and overreach. Her nomination represents a betrayal of Make America Healthy Again principles. Instead of breaking from the prior CDC Fauci era orthodoxy on vaccines, MRNA safety and public health mandates, she is reinstalling. He is reinstalling, meaning President Trump now, someone embedded in the system that we all fought against, especially after years of highlighting COVID policy failures, injuries and loss of trust. Her background here and what she did during COVID is now emblematic of the institutional failures rather than finding solutions. This is your new Trump nominee to head the cdc and the question is why?

I've made that very clear. The first take host acknowledges part of the business and it's something he's experienced several times at espn. But this one is different due to his personal connection to Clark. The only thing that I can definitely say to you is that there's nobody that's going to be let go that was more of a friend and a brother to me than Ryan Clark, he said. Smith praised Clark's ability to debate, saying he always left their conversations better than he was before. He's that conscientious, he's that thoughtful, he's that sincere, he's that real, he's that authentic. Smith also admitted he had to hold back from unloading on criticism directed at Clark, saying anyone talking down on him doesn't know him. Sass said he also wish he would have could have been in enough of an influential or powerful position to save Clark from getting sacked, but apparently that's not the case. He even pulled up a chart of all the recent layoffs hitting his employer, saying the days of ESPN hiring as many people as possible are long gone. Ultimately, Smith and Clark will undoubtedly land on his. He'll undoubtedly land on his feet, and any other outlaw will be lucky to scoop him up. As TMZ Sports reported, Clark and ESPN decided it was best he did not finish Monday's episode of NFL Live. A report was published about his impending layoff. Well, I don't know if you talked about this. You probably did. And I've been just annoyed by this since Thursday night's speech the President gave. And I've been annoyed about it, cuz it's a travesty what happened that night. It's a sign of the utter hostility and hate that the entire media complex has, and of course the left, et cetera, et cetera, have with the president to not air the President's speech. The president makes a choice, if something's worthy to speak to the American citizens about, and he has a kind of an inferred obligation because the networks are supposed to serve the public interest and therefore always air the presidential speeches when they declare the President needs to make a primetime address. It's standard operating procedure unless it comes to Donald Trump. So today, Buddy Carter, who's a representative from Georgia, has asked the FCC to look into abc, NBC and CBS broadcast networks because they declined to cover it, or they cut away and see if there's any action that they can take. Now, I know we've talked about this and I'm sure a lot of people have talked about this issue and a lot of us who support Trump were generally annoyed that they didn't air it. But this is a big. Now, whether you agree with his something to say or not, hey, I've seen Obama make speeches and lie through his tape teeth. I've seen Biden make speeches and lie through his teeth.

And there were speeches in prime time by the president, by Fauci, too, that all the networks ran, even though there was information out there that contradicted all of. Of it. And here's our president coming out with information about election integrity. He had material things to talk about. But put all that aside. Let's just say he decided to talk gibberish for an hour. It doesn't matter. The President of the United States, he's addressing the American people. The networks have an obligation, inferred or not, to air it. It's not selective. So what happens when Democrats in office and Kamala Harris, God forbid, gets in office? Are we not going to air her speech if she's President United States? You have to respect the office. We don't like her, we don't respect her, but you have to respect the office. She might have something to say that deals with our lives. That's why they air it. But the media and everyone else around him have made it a point to single out Donald Trump as this caricature that the left have created to hate and therefore don't air the speech about election integrity. By the way, just the subject matter itself should require them to air it. This is the one thing that we all know as conservatives and as Trump supporters, we know they stole the elections. We know they cheated. Rudy Giuliani lost everything, and he turned out to be right. So did. What's the female lawyer. Lawyer that. That got really? Powell, Sidney Powell. She might have been right about everything. And then you go back to Covid. How many people were right? McCullough. This is countless doctors and scientists that were correct about COVID So who are they to decide that Trump is coming on and talking about something that's not worthy or factual? I mean, after what we've been through,

any president has a duty and a directive to go on and talk to the American people about threats to the country, threats to anything having to do with their lives in our elections. The idea that his speech was somehow only beneficial to one. Threats to the country and the president talking about it benefit all citizens. It doesn't matter what side of the aisle you're on. I mean, for CBS to start airing it and then Pull away, as we talked about the following morning, is even. I don't know, in some ways, it's not any better than if they just didn't air any of it like the other ones did.

He's talking about China. He's talking about. He's talking about a shadow government in our own government. He's talking about the CIA basically saying they massaged the presidential daily briefings, that this woman at the FBI was saying, I'm running a shadow government. And CBS thinks, yeah, you know, let's just pull off of this. This is not droning on about the new Trump Tower he wants to build in Tehran or something. I mean, it was like, what are you, what are you doing?

Yeah. And meanwhile, the first thing they'll say, well, he said this without any evidence. Evidence. No, he's. He's speaking because he does have the evidence. They brought out the evidence. He talked about it. And they, they even said his speech was gone over by the intel agencies to make sure he didn't. Nothing in there was outside the lines. And they said, surprisingly, he stuck right to the script.

This is a president who won, not only the Electoral College, won the popular vote in this country, you know, as the, as the dsa, the Democrat Socialists of America's platform is out there now. I just heard this clip the other day of the. This seemingly mentally challenged person who talks for them saying, wow, we don't really need a Senate and we don't really need a Supreme Court, and we don't really need the Electoral College anyways. You know, this is, this is their spokesperson. This is a president who actually won the Electoral College and won the popular vote in this country. Yeah, well, elected by the people, people.

That's, that's 100% true. And also to Delgado's point, he, he, he doesn't have to have that backup. It's good he has that backup. Like, we want that, right? Oh, yeah, but he didn't need it. The, the networks have an obligation to serve the public interest. And the President, United States talking about anything serves the public interest when they feel it's important enough to have a primetime speech to address the country, period. Everything else is window dressing. He can elect to talk about anything he wants. Any president can. The fact that they shut it down. You know, we all suspected and believed there was cheating. We all suspected there's a deep state. We all suspected there is possibly a shadow government. We all watched what happened with COVID what happened with Trump, with Russiagate, with all this Stuff. Now, the media just proved to all of us. Us. They're in on it.

And they're in on it so strongly that the major networks, except for CBS for a little bit, didn't air it. It's a travesty. Now you hear all the left wingers, and I'm getting beat up on Facebook. Be nice of you to jump in on somebody's battles. Boy, I appreciate that, but. Because I'm bringing these issues up and they're like, well, you know, he's talking about election fraud and it's not true. The liberals, of course, but it is true. True. I'm saying what the liberals are saying.

You know what it is? They don't believe it's true because they haven't been told it's true. They keep it. The mainstream media, the ones that they take in as oxygen on the left, keep telling them that, well, you know, just because Trump said it, there's no evidence that's to them. That's all they need. They don't need to go beyond that point. Here's the headline. They drink it up. They bathe themselves in it, gargle with it, and then that's what they spit back out at you, Vin.

It's 100% true. And the battles that are going on now are. Well, that's just probably. They're airing it because they know it's not true and it's. But the reality is, and I talked to my liberal friends about this, I happened to see a bunch of them with the last two days of the things that I've been doing. Everybody came into town, and the reality is they've been wrong about everything.

People say, well, give me an example. All right, the P tapes, Russiagate, Covid, a ballot showing up at 4 in the morning. Biden getting more votes than any president in history. It's not plausible. You know, you can go on and on and on trying to save money, stop fraud, all of these things he's doing. He's done a demonstrable amount of stuff, but they still ask that question, what's he done?

We all understand why the Electoral College is there, why the Senate is there. These people want mobocracy. That's what they want. They want all of the. They want New York, Louisiana, and every blue hellhole that has 8 million people there to decide everything.

They don't want any court standing in their way. They don't want any other state. They don't care about Montana, South Dakota. They don't care about the. We want to pick all the winners for all of this stuff in New York, in la, in Chicago, and we don't want anybody standing in our way. We don't need Senate. We don't need a Supreme Court court. We don't need this. And that's. And this is, you know, this is what the young people today, unfortunately, too many of them go, huh? Yeah, yeah. What do we need to send it for?

Democrat Senator, I should say Democrat New Jersey governor says thousands of non citizens, that's code for illegal aliens.

Yeah, she announced that earlier today in the afternoon that thousands of non citizens were registered to vote in her state and some had cast ballots in past elections. Sheryl said that the serious, it's a serious software issue, actually. And of course she takes no blame for this. When New Jerseyans applied for a driver's license or identification at the mvc, they were asked if they wanted to register to vote. In the case of this error, some individuals indicated that they weren't citizens and weren't eligible to vote, but the software registered them anyway.

Yeah, the software acted on its own and said, you know what, we don't care. We're going to register you to vote anyway. Of course, in the same message, she admitted people that her state voted improperly properly. And then of course, she turned her attack to President Trump, describing what he says are spreading lies about the legitimacy of what's going on when it comes to American elections. Of course, cuz it's always Trump's fault. And you shouldn't point out the fraud that's going on when it comes to elections.

Yeah, and a computer glitch. I think Trump talked about computer glitches.

Yeah, right. I thought we were told that we have the most secure elections anywhere. Yeah, but in New Jersey that wouldn't be the case.

So you've got that going on in New Jersey. I'm sure we'll hear more about other states coming down the pike. I don't know if you saw this earlier, Damon, up on the Hill as Smithsonian's museum director stood up for the stupidness of the Smithsonian Anthea Hartig, the director of Smithsonian's National Museum of American History, spoke up for the museum's work earlier today, saying it's governed by standards of scholarship, accuracy, independence and nonpartisanship. And she said that the museum does not take sides in political debates. I beg to differ. I'll call shenanigans on that. Brandon Gill had something to say about that. Well, RFK has just yanked Medicaid funds to the states of California and Minnesota, which totals about a billion dollars, by the way. And he has said, look, we're not sending money out the door until we have confidence that they are being spent lawfully and appropriately. This, by the way, is what normal people do when they run anything. Government, private sector, nonprofits, anything. If you are a normal person. I use the word normal because to allow and enable this and just let it keep going on is not normal. We've accepted it or let it go or overlooked it. Thinking it's normal. It's not normal. So what do you do when it's not normal? You just turn off the spigots.

Yeah. Well, more has come out about this now. Claude Lemieux son told cops NHL legend relapsed into sex addiction. They did say he died from an addiction, but now we're finding out a little bit more. TMZ staff. Of course. Who else would bring you this? Claude Lemieux's son told police the NHL legend have relapsed into sex addiction before taking his own life, revealing his family. Notice his behavior Spiraling. In the year leading up to his death, Brendan Lemieux reportedly discussed his father's struggles with Palm Beach County Sheriff's office investigators on May 28, shortly after finding Claude dead at the family's business in Lake Park, Florida, according to a California Post report. The outlet reviewed police body cam footage in which Brendan allegedly said his mother, Deborah, discovered Claude was no longer sober, explaining his father's primary issue was sex addiction, not alcohol, though he reportedly said he didn't know if his father had picked up drinking again, too. He told investigators Claude had been sober for more than a decade, but the family began noticing changes in his behavior and said the situation was recently spiraling completely, with Claude lashing out and treating people poorly. According to Brendan, Deborah confronted Claude at around 10:30 on May 27, and he confessed to relapsing before she told him to leave their home. Hours later, Brendan noticed his father's location had changed to a family business and drove there to check on him, ultimately finding him dead inside the building. And the New York Post was the first to report this news. So sad to see Claude Lemieux just couldn't overcome his.

All right, well, I forgot this. I don't know if you saw this. We talked about this. This story about a week or so ago where, you know, President Biden was suing the DOJ to block the release of these audio tapes from the biographer interviews.

Well, we've got. We've got a decision. A decision coming down the pike from today. An appeals court denies former President Biden's bid to block the release of those tapes with the biographer for now. The federal appeals court claimed on Monday night denying the bid from the former President Joe Biden to keep the Justice Department from giving a conservative think tank redacted transcripts and audio recordings he had with his biographer roughly a decade ago, but stayed with the opinion. But stayed the opinion until August 3, to allow time for further appeals. In a 2:1 decision, a three judge panel at the U.S. court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit rejected Biden's attempt to stop the Heritage foundation from getting their hands on that material. And we can't wait until they win because we want to hear it too. Judges. The two judges said an unsigned opinion. We concluded that Biden had not shown likelihood that the requested materials must be withheld from disclosure, they wrote because the requested materials would bear upon understanding of the special counsel's investigation and blah, blah, blah. Here is, here is a, here is a piece of what we could be listening for once once these things are released. I believe this was released already, but check this out. Here is President Biden or former President Biden not being able to recall when his son died, when President Trump won an election. Just in a small little snippet here, cut number six.
