Good evening America and happy Tuesday. Welcome to the latest edition of Just the News. No noise. I'm your host John Solomon reporting to you as always from the nation's capital capitol, where today election integrity had another good day. The momentum from last Thursday speech by President Trump continues. Two major developments we're tracking at this hour. Let me get you the first. A little while ago, the United States House of Representatives had a test vote to take the Save America act, the two key provisions, citizenship checks and photo id, and get them into a spending bill that could be passed by a simple majority in the Senate. The test vote succeeded. There are enough votes in the House of Representatives to pass this legislation and get it to the Senate and there's growing confidence that the Senate will be able to pass it as well. This would be a landmark achievement for President Trump and for the Republican Party, which made this a major part of their promise in the 24 election. And while that was going on, well, there was a Democrat that was eating a little bit of crow on election integrity. And if you all remember, on Thursday night, President Trump announced in the speech that more than 278,000 non citizens, I.e. foreigners, were found on some about 18 states voter rolls, 250 of them on four big Democrat states, one of them being New Jersey. Well, New Jersey's Governor Mikey Sherrill came out right after the speech saying, not true. President Trump once again lying on election integrity. Oh, how much cruelty truth has to People who lied today, Mikey Sherrill had to say, Yep, we found 6,600 non citizens on New Jersey's voter rolls and 400 of them voted in a recent election. I want to point that out. 400 foreigners voting in one state in one election would be the largest number known in the history of America. Even with that revelation, Mikey Sheryl had to say it was all Trump's fault. It was all my predecessor's fault, who by the way, was a Democrat as governor. It was a difficult moment. And watching the media that are so aligned with the Democratic Party tonight, they're in chaos. They do not know how to respond. And by the way, the revelations like this, I promise you, are going to keep coming on. All right, in the meantime, let me turn to my amazing co host Amanda Head. She's got some other headlines she's tracking.

Yes, indeed, what's going on today. Let's do this. All right. As we have discussed before, fighting fraud is a systemic issue and an endeavor. But the administration is putting guardrails in place to help ensure that your hard earned taxpayer dollars aren't going into the pockets of scam artists. And earlier today Secretary Robert Kennedy said that the Trump administration is pausing more than $1 billion in Medicaid payments to California and Minnesota.

John Solomon

Listen, CMS is pausing more than $1 billion in federal Medicaid payments to California and to Minnesota because of suspected fraud and non compliance. That includes more than $867 million for California and over $200 million for Minnesota. If those states want that money, they need to provide documentation that these payments are legitimate.

Amanda Head

And staying on the topic of fraud, the FBI has made another high profile arrest. Khalid Ahmed Satari, one of the criminals on the Bureau's most wanted fraudsters list, was arrested overseas for violating the conditions of his pre trial release in 2022. And authorities say that he was allegedly involved in a Medicare fraud scheme that racked up more than half a billion dollars. FBI Director Cash Patel said, quote, the arrest of Khalid Ahmed Satari and return to the US Is the third most wanted fraudster capture from this FBI and our partners in just five weeks, continuing the historic run of success for this new initiative. And that just goes to show that these fraudsters, no matter where you go, the FBI is going to find you. Done.

John Solomon

It's been a good day for election integrity and a bad day for fraudsters overall. You know you touched on something. I know you got a big story coming out tomorrow. I can't wait to read it. But after 9 11, the FBI had to learn, relearn, that it's better to stop a terror attack than solve it after it happens. And they had to learn the art of preemptive intelligence. Right now, the Trump administration is teaching all those people in the entitlement world where all we've lost trillions of dollars, certainly hundreds of billions of dollars, that it's better to stop the fraud and not send it out before it goes out than try to recover and punish people afterwards. Yeah. Most times you can't claw it back. That's what's made the last week. We've had like maybe six or seven episodes of usdad, usda, treasury, irs, irs, Medicare, Medicaid, cms. Yep. It's really impressive that we're saving the money before it's wasted. That that's a mindset change. That could be a big changer for a long time.

It is. That's exactly right. All right. Well, with that amount of news on the table, earlier today, we spent some time with the quarterback in the United States House of Representatives for all this election integrity legislation, including the Save America act and other initiatives. He's the guy that oversaw ActBlue. We also asked him, when did you find out that China had accessed 220 million Americans voter files, hacked them, stole them, bought them? You're going to have a big surprise when you hear what he has to say. It's chairman of the House Administration Committee and Congressman from Wisconsin, Brian Stahl. Have a watch what we talked about. All right, folks, we got a perfect way to kick off the show. The two big stories we just talked about both involve our first guest, the chairman of the House Administration Committee and a congressman from my former home state of Wisconsin, Chairman Brian Stiles. Sir, good to have you on the show.

Hey, thanks for having me on again.

John Solomon

All right, two big things happen in just a few hours apart. The House gets to a very important test vote on the Save America act, getting it into a reconciliation bill, getting it up to the Senate, putting new pressure there. And then Mikey Sherrill has to admit that President Trump was right. They did have a large number of noncitizens on New Jersey's voter rolls. Love to get your take on both of those developments today.

Brian Stiles

Well, exciting news. We're making real progress again in the House to put pressure on the Senate to move forward on election integrity. The Senate needs to get the job done. The House has passed Save America Act. It is in the hands of the Senate. Can we find 50 conservative Republican senators who are ready to move the legislation forward? The revelation in New Jersey, I think, is both stunning, but a little bit what we expected. Why do I say that? The underlying federal law that we're working with is broken. So when an individual goes in to get a driver's license, they're automatically given and required by federal law to receive voter registration materials. The problem, of course, occurs in states that provide driver's licenses to illegal immigrants. And what we saw in New Jersey is non citizens receiving voter registration materials. Individuals filled out the forms and then checked the box. No, I do not want to be registered to vote. Why? Because they're not a citizen of the United States of America. And what happened on the tech back end in New Jersey, what appears to be the case is that those people were actually registered to vote. So you got to do two things. You got to, one, verify citizenship when individuals go and register to vote. That is the core concept in the Save America Act. But two, we need to remedy federal law so that individuals are not automatically given voter registration materials when they go and get a driver's license in the event that those individuals are not U.S. citizens. And in particular, those that are declaring themselves not to be US Citizens when they go get a driver's license.

Amanda Head

Sir, I want to ask you about what has changed, possibly on the Senate side. Obviously, with all of these revelations last week. There's an old adage that persistent water can split rocks. I think it's even biblical, too. I don't mean to call members of the Senate rocks, but are they splittable at this point? Did that, did that make a difference?

Brian Stiles

Well, I think the pressure continues to build and the revelation from New Jersey or President Trump's speech in. John, John, you've done great work in this space writ large. People are becoming more aware of. Of the problem that we have in our elections. People are becoming more knowledgeable that there are noncitizens on our voter rolls, that the underlying laws that allow noncitizens to get on the voter rolls need to be reformed. And so it's my hope that the Senate recognizes that and moves this legislation forward. It's essential that we do it. It's critical. It's not only cruel, but people understand that it's common sense type legislation. It's frustrating to a lot of us in the House that have found ways to navigate this through the House in a narrow majority, only to be stymied by our colleagues in the United States Senate. And so hopefully, the pressure builds and hopefully we find a path through for the SAVE act in the United States Senate.

John Solomon

Sir, when I was helping to get some of these documents declassified about China's obtaining of 220 million American voter files, the registration files, I had intelligence chief tell me it's the first time we were hearing about it. We should have known about it a long time ago. You oversee election integrity in the House. Did anyone ever alert you to this large collection of Chinese voter files by the Chinese government?

Brian Stiles

The revelation by the President United States was the first time I had been fully made aware of this. We do know that foreign countries do not want the United States to have successful secure elections. That is pretty well known. What wasn't known is the details of exactly what actions the Chinese government had taken. And so it's broadly concerning. All the more reason that we need to move forward with election integrity legislation. Not only just the SAVE act, two absolutely critical components of election integrity, but we have to do more than that to make sure that we are securing US Elections for not only the upcoming election, but also the Presidential election which is now just over the two years away.

John Solomon

Amanda Head

Mr. Chairman, we all know how much it matters to voters that members of Congress do not enrich themselves as they are using privilege, using privileged information on Capitol Hill to make to make their wallets fatter. And if you don't believe it, then I watched in real time opinions about Senator Lindsey Graham. A lot of folks who had issues with his support of involvement overseas. I watched their opinions completely reverse when they found out how relatively poor he was at the end of his life compared to how much influence he could have had and made money off of that. So it's obviously something that is very important to voters. You are working on legislation on this, the Stop Insider Trading Act. Talk to us about it.

Brian Stiles

Individuals that come and serve in Congress should be here to serve the American people, not their own self interest. My concern is that there's been a lot of attention played to members of Congress trading stocks. And are they profiting off of any inside information they may garner? The answer to this to me is simple. Put in place a blanket ban that prevents members of Congress from buying stocks of individual companies, in particular those companies that they may have information that they've learned while serving in their job. It's a basic principle. If you want to trade stocks and be a day trader, there's a place for that and it's called Wall Street. You come to Washington, you should be serving the American people. Our legislation, the Stop Insider Trading act, is coming to the floor tomorrow on Wednesday. I'm excited that we have a huge opportunity to pass this and make some of the most transformational ethics reform in the House of Representatives in well over a decade.

John Solomon

Sir, you have worked hard on this. You actually were a witness in another committee's hearings yesterday trying to get this done. Do you have the votes and do you think there are the votes in the Senate to get this done? Because I think it would be enormously popular with the American public.

Brian Stiles

I went and testified at the Rules Committee, which is the procedure that's needed to get this bill to the floor. And it became pretty clear the Democrats don't want to vote and restrict members of Congress from day trading. That's pretty clear. I do think, though, John, that we actually have the votes that are needed to get this very important piece of legislation across the line. Broadly speaking, the American people understand it's common sense. Your member of Congress shouldn't be day trading while they're in office and potentially benefiting themselves with information they garnered while they had their job. What was so incredibly frustrating, but maybe telling, is that the Democrats at the Rules Committee continue to show that they don't support these common sense reforms. But that's exactly where we've gotten to. It's conservatives with common sense principles. Democrats continue to drive forward a crazy radical agenda. Tomorrow, every American will know where their member stands. Do they think the members of Congress should be allowed to day trade or do they think members of Congress should be restricted from buying individual company shares of stock while they're serving in Congress?

Amanda Head

You can tell the ones who are making the money off of it by the ones who are standing against your legislation. Sir, before we let you go, I want to ask you about the wildfire pollution coming down from Canada. A few weeks, few days ago, I woke up here and it was like I hit a wall. This noxious smoke here, I know, it's actually affecting Wisconsin as well. You guys are bumping right up against that Canadian border. Do you support President Trump in his threat to impose more tariffs as a result of this smoke?

Brian Stiles

These wildfires in Canada are having a huge impact from my home state of Wisconsin all the way across to New York City. We got to get a handle on this. It's correct that President Trump needs to draw and focus attention on this. Some of these wildfires are man made. What kind of infrastructure improvements do we need to put in place to prevent the man made wildfires? And how do we put out the naturally occurring wildfires in Canada as well? Do we need to do controlled burns? Do we need to do cut lines? That's the type of work that needs to be done because the pollution that's pouring in from Canada into my home state of Wisconsin, across the Great Lakes in the Northeast is so incredibly unhealthy, in particular for those individuals that have, that have significant health concerns, individuals with asthma, older adults. We got to get our heads wrapped. We got to get our hands wrapped around this. The president made a great move by drawing attention to it. Now we got to get the Canadians to act.

John Solomon

Sir, before we let you go, you had one of my favorite posts on apps in a long time. We had to protect breadsticks than ballots. I was hungry reading it because it's one of my favorite restaurants. But tell us how you came to this because it's such a telling tweet.

Brian Stiles

Well, I spent time in my senior high school working at Applebee's. And I'll tell you when this came forward and they said you need an identification to be able to go in and get the ever the never ending possible, it just showed how common sense the legislation is to have photo ID to vote. And so you got to go and show your ID to get your never ending possible at the Olive Guard. But you don't have to show up when you vote. In jurisdictions across the country, which tells the American people everything they need to know. In jurisdictions across the country, we're protecting breadsticks more than ballots. That's ridiculous. And it is the Democrats that are driving forward this ridiculous agenda.

John Solomon

I put that bumper. I'd put that sticker on my bumper any day. That was.

Sir, this feels a little bit like a frog in a Boiling pot. I know a lot of us would like to dismiss the Hassan Pikers of the world and the Zoram Mamdani of the world. But we were talking about this yesterday on air. Hasan Piker spoke to a Democrat club at a university. This is not a socialist club. And the crowd was pact. Are we not taking this seriously enough?

Tom Tiffany

I don't know if we are or not, but we better take it seriously because we're seeing it in Wisconsin. And I believe the socialist candidate is going to win the nomination for governor in the state of Wisconsin. And we are going to see if a mainstream state like Wisconsin, one of the states that's a backbone of America, is it going to fall to socialism? I mean it's, that's, it's going to be that question to be answered very simply. And so people should be aware of what's going on. I mean the example you just listed in regards to Piker, the socialist candidate here in Wisconsin raised $7,000 off from going on his show. I mean, she's cozying up to him like he's a good friend. And here's a guy that thinks Mao is a hero, someone who is responsible for millions of deaths, primarily via famine in China decades with a socialist government. I mean, once again, we need to repeat history to every generation so they know what works and what doesn't. And socialism sure doesn't.

John Solomon

Congressman, I want to turn to another issue that you have been a leader on for a long time, election integrity. The President gave a speech. I helped him release some of these documents last week. The media spent days trying to say it's not true, it's nothing there. I was on CBS with Mark Warner, the Senator who said there's no non citizen voting problem big enough to make a difference. And then all of a sudden today, Mikey Sherrill, the Democrat governor, New Jersey says, oh yeah, President Trump was right. We had 6,600 non citizens on our rolls and about 400 of those foreigners actually got to vote in our last election. The disinformation campaign that Democrats imposed to disable the President's arguments and then today's boomerang. I'd like to get your reaction to it.

Tom Tiffany

Could there be any more clear example of why the Save America act should pass? That there be photo ID requirement across the states and in particular a citizenship requirement in all the states. I mean that's the minimum that we should be doing at, at this point. And I hope this example burns through with our Republican senators that they finally get this done over in the Senate. Because it's really important that this happens. And remember, they shout us down all the time. Right, John? They shout us down that, oh, your election deniers or whatever. No, we just want to have honest elections so that the American people have confidence at the end of the day that they can say, we know that it's easy to vote but hard to cheat. And the only way we're going to do that definitively is to pass the Save America act,

Amanda Head

sir. Speaking of disinformation, one of the most heartbreaking situations to come out of all of this and incredible information that John has gotten out there to the American people is the fact that if an illegal immigrant in this country received a ballot, probably didn't know better. It's a blue state, they got a ballot, they thought, well, shoot, I guess I can vote. Then they do vote, they get caught, and now their chances of ever becoming a citizen are over. That's on Democrats.

Tom Tiffany

There's no doubt about it. And I think, Amanda, that extends to you. Look at the 10 million people that came across during the Biden years across our border. You know, many of them would have been easily discouraged if they would have known that if you get caught and you get sent back, you're never going to have a chance to come into America again. The Biden administration never told them that. And of course, Democrats are doing that, as you said, in blue states and blue cities where they're like, yeah, just go ahead and vote. We don't care. I mean, they're jeopardizing someone's opportunity to become a citizen of the United States the right way, if, if they did it the right way. And remember, we're one of the most generous countries in the, on the planet Earth. I mean, we take in about a million people a year legally. So, I mean, there's a real opportunity for people to be able to do it the right way. And Democrats have made it basically a situation where they've defrauded people into thinking that if they do this, there will be no consequences.

John Solomon

Yeah, that's a problem. All right. Another one I want to take on. The Democrats have a lot to say about Jeffrey Epstein. When documents were being produced by the Trump Justice Department, they seem to be more quiet when people who were friends and associates and visitors of Epstein island continue to donate money to the Democrats. Tell us a little bit about the Wisconsin Democratic Party and Reid Hoffman.

Tom Tiffany

Yeah, Nothing to say when that LinkedIn billionaire Reid Hoffman, who's been dumping millions of dollars into Wisconsin's races for years. In fact, even after it was revealed that publicly that Reid Hoffman had been a buddy of Jeffrey Epstein, including even sending ice cream. I think it was ice cream for the girls to Jeff. Jeffrey Epstein, the Democrat Party of Wisconsin still took that money. I'm waiting for all the candidates. That money. When are they going to say that? Because I can tell you I voted to put out all the information in regards to Jeffrey Epstein and that is happening at this point. But yeah, they just keep taking the money, even if it's dirty from Reid Hoffman.

Amanda Head

Sarah, I want to ask you about the priorities of voters as you are crisscrossing Wisconsin. And I'm sure they are bringing up things like affordability, the Save America Act, Iran, the list goes on and on. What are you hearing is the most pressing for them and is it solvable before midterms?

Tom Tiffany

Yeah, affordability, accountability are the two main things. But they're also, I'm hearing from a lot of people, they're very scared of this socialism thing because they're hearing that the leading candidate in Wisconsin wants to abolish prisons and abolish the police, that their platform includes getting rid of the United States Senate and the presidency, that they want to have Wisconsin be a sanctuary state. I mean, it is truly crazy. And people are wondering what the heck is going on with our state. And so that's one of the primary questions we're answering. But the other stuff is affordability and accountability. On the accountability front, they want to see all of state government audited. It's one of my number one applause lines when I talk about this. They've seen what's happened in Minnesota. Industrial scale fraud to the tune of $9 billion in counting. They want to make sure it's not happening in Wisconsin. It is and we're going to get rid of it when I become the next governor. And then the other thing is affordability. And I got to tell you, it starts with owning a home. And that is getting rid of the 400 year property tax increase and stop rubber stamping utility rate increases that have cost us over $2 billion during the last seven or eight years. We have to get control of costs in Wisconsin and the next governor can do that.

John Solomon

So important, so very important.

It's hard to tell because most Democrats who are concerned about the rise of socialism and far leftism in the party aren't courageous enough to call it out. But you know what's happening. Republicans are doing it for them. One of them doing that a great job in the state of New York is former New York assemblyman and now congressional candidate Mike lepetri. Mike, great to have you on the show.

All right, so you've got the king of democratic socialism in the Big Apple, Mayor Mandani. You've got a whole bunch of new candidates trying to mimic him and his success in New York City. And it feels like Democrats, traditional Democrats, are starting to squirm and feel uncomfortable about this. Tell us how that's playing out in New York.

Mike Lepetri

Well, you're seeing Democrats throughout, not only in New York, but throughout the nation really cave to the far left. These are individuals who have now hijacked the Democratic Party and they try to cast themselves as something that they're frankly not. They're trying to come off as saying, no, we are for democracy, we want to help the people. No, no, no, no. The truth be told is that they want to control the people and they control it through parroting this type of propaganda that seeks control, blaming others, the victim mentality, making sure we can promote policies that have others pay for your reckless spending. I mean, you see case in point with the mayor of New York who tried to come out saying, look, I balanced the budget. Look, I balanced the budget. False. What ended up happening was all New York State taxpayers had to pay for New York City's problematic and failed spending and budgeting. And that's exactly what happened. And again and again and again, you'll see this where they try to completely deceive the people through these headlines that ultimately don't actually have the substance behind it. And it's up to Republicans to communicate the message of not only who they are as two faced liars, but more importantly, who Republicans are that are actually fighting for the working class, fighting for the people who work hard, who play by the rules. Those are the foundations of America. And that's ultimately what makes us a great country and why we succeed.

John Solomon

Yeah.

Amanda Head

So in your experience, as you were talking to constituents and potential voters of yours, are you coming across people who are maybe historically Democrats, but looking at that side of their party, they don't recognize it. And therefore they're open to a different type of message constantly.

Mike Lepetri

And on top of it, they're actually more frustrated with the two faced side of my opponent included, who wish to say one thing and then does another time and time again, whether it's voting for the largest Tax cut in history Since World War II, my opponent voted against it. Whether it's for voter ID, my opponent voted. Voted against it. Whether it's keeping boys out of girls sports, my opponent voted against it. So time and time and time again, you're seeing it where Democrat voters are saying, we're getting played here. And the Republican Party is the party of honesty, transparency, and more importantly, accountability, which is the crux of our nation. And that's what people are looking for in a government. They want authentic, honest leaders. They're going to be there for them, not themselves.

John Solomon

Yeah. So important. All right, so what is the key right now for voters? They need to decide. You know, some of these Democrat socialists, they have suave personalities, they have coolness, they got crazy tattoos. All right, how do you get them to focus on what socialism does to America, how it's failed in every part of the world that has been tried and where do we go next to make young people understand that whatever they were sold by their teachers is a con game?

Mike Lepetri

It's not just about showing them why they fail. It's also showing why we Republicans succeed. Why are we, the nation, across the world that everyone turns to, for not only our safety, for prosperity? Why is it that people from all across the world flock to come to America to try to come to this country? Why is it that we are the ones who are able to develop businesses? Why is it that we hear story after story after story where your grandfather, your, your mother, your father came to this country with a dollar in their pocket, was able to make it and live the, quote, American dream. That is our dream, and that is the policies that the Republican Party has always communicated and espoused. Decade after decade after decade, we have made it for the individual who works hard to succeed. And we make sure to stifle and stop the government that wishes to control you. So what I always want to say to the people is, if you're looking to build your wealth to get rich, if you're looking to grow your freedom, if you're looking to build your families and live how you want, the Republican Party is your destination. If you want that control, if you want victim mentality, if you want to be concerned about the safety in your community, then the Democratic Party is your answer. Answer. And those people that wish to cast themselves something, they're not, then we. It's up to us as Republicans to expose just that. And we are pushing on the principles of accountability, responsibility, affordability, housing for the next generation, creating families to make it easier to have a Family for the next generation. And you're seeing the polling, specifically that 18 to 29. You're seeing polling showing approximately 62% of 18 to 29 year olds find socialism favorable. Why? Is because they're demonizing success. We have to make sure to champion those who are successful. We have to look to those who've created so much and are helping us propel to the next generation. And I'm seeing that time and time again. Once you actually showcase that and actually celebrate success rather than demonize it, people flock to the Republican Party because we're showing them exactly what can be for not just these people, right, the vague these people mindset, but for you. What you can achieve, you can do it. And we're going to be there to help out. I always say it's important for government to act as the umpire, where we just make sure to call balls and strikes and let the people play. But Democrats want to be the manager. They choose who actually plays in the game, who actually goes up to bat. And that's wrong. It shouldn't be where the government actually picks and choose winners and losers. Government should let, let the people play and let those who work the hardest, who make the best decisions, those who actually are making the sacrifices, they get rewarded. And we make sure of that time and time again. So I'm looking forward to seeing that message carry forward, especially as the next generation who can go toe to toe with many of these on the left who are trying to indoctrinate the youth. We have to push forward this critical thinking mindset not just now, but also those, those who are right now in middle school, elementary school, high school, pushing forward critical thinking, not just teaching towards a test, but really encouraging and fostering and challenging their intellect to make sure they're ready as adults to be the next generation that carries the torch forward.

Amanda Head

All right, let me ask you before we let you go, I would never besmirch the good reputation of the DSA party and accuse them of knowing history, but they clearly don't understand the importance of the Senate. And one of their great ideas is to abolish the Senate. You're about thinking thoughts.

John Solomon

Yeah.

Mike Lepetri

I mean, this is people who want to abolish the Constitution, frankly, if they could, they want to start from the ground up. These are people that again, once they infiltrate and gain power, this is the steps that they take. They do it slowly. Remember, communism is going to come to United States with a smile. It's going to be whether you as the, the viewer right now, whether you allow it to happen or you show up to the polls and you vote Republican. If you sit on the sidelines, they win. If you do nothing, they win. But if you come out to vote, you bring your friends, your family, your community. That's how we succeed. Nobody wins alone. And we as a country can do it together. We can win this November and we can make sure protect the majority so that none of these radical, crazy ideas ever go forward. And the ideas of common sense will always prevail.

John Solomon

So important, such an important argument to win. And it starts with education, which I think this election is going to be about. John Solomon

We love it. So I was out a couple of weeks ago, was at the UFC 250 fight. It was a really warm night. And halfway through the fight, as exciting as it was, I felt like I was getting a little brain foggy and not my normal zippy self. Grabbed a glass of water. That helped a little bit, but if I had my native hydrate, that's what I would have had right away. What part of that experience is when your body's telling you you're probably dehydrated?

Joe Getty

Well, you know, a lot of people think that when they're dehydrated, they think I'm thirsty. That's when I'm dehydrated. But the thirst signals, they happen long before that. The early morning signs, you know, is, is what a lot of people experience. Their afternoon fatigue, low energy, poor focus, the headaches, the, the tight muscles, the leg cramps that so many people experience. Diet, a lot of people just chalk this up to getting older, you know, but the truth is it's many cases, it's. It's an issue of hydration. And you talked about it. This is the summertime, right? This is the perfect storm for us to be dehydrated. There's more sweating, we're spending more time outdoors, there's often more travel. People don't realize how much fluid they're losing. And by the time they're actually thirsty, they're way behind.

Amanda Head

Right.

Joe Getty

Another thing to consider is when we're over 50, our thirst signals become less reliable. So we don't quite make that connection, which is why it's so important that we really properly hydrate ourselves. And it's more than just drinking water. I think that's really important to know.

John Solomon

I think a lot of people think about water as the key ingredient to rehydrating. But in fact, particularly at the cellular level, it seems like amino acids tell us some of the things that native hydrate has that makes it so effective in making sure that your thirst is quenched all the way down to those tiny little cells.

Joe Getty

Yeah, it's such a good point because most. I used to think this before I learned about this stuff, but like hydration is not just drinking water, as you said it be at the cellular level. Meaning we need electrolytes, we need sodium, we need potassium and magnesium. Those are, as I say, the hydration managers. And they move water into the cells where we need them. And it doesn't matter who you are, without them, water alone is not going to get the job done. So when we sweat, we lose water and we lose electrolytes, and we need to, we need to really replace both. So what we consider essential for not just absorbing with the electricity, I mean, electrolytes, we also recommend amino acids, right? So you mentioned that nine essential amino acids are a native hydrate. And that's going to help further support getting the fluid absorption and retention at the cellular level. There's some interesting studies that came out of the military showing that those amino acids help get those, I mean, those electrolytes into your cells. And that's something you're not going to find in the typical electrolyte formula you're seeing, you know, at the shelf that you're seeing at the local CVS or something like that.

John Solomon

All right, so I'm also a big fan of Native Path and building collagen into your body and getting it. Keeping it up to a nice therapeutic level. Well, it's an art. It's an art. Yeah. And most people hear sodium, they get scared of that. So I do want to address that. But sodium is actually, actually super critical for hydration and nerve signaling and muscle function. It's important for fluid balance. You know, sodium in and of itself is not a problem to our health issues. It's. It's like the sodium in processed foods, that's such an issue. But when you have it in a good, balanced electrolyte formula, but that's when you can get the benefits of sodium. So how does it taste? Good. Through a year of testing, we went back and forth and said, no to this, no to this, yes to this. And we're getting closer. So it was really through testing over and over again with our product development team and our manufacturers that we found, like, what tastes so good? So speaking of Democrats, I want to move on to this one of Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett, outgoing Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett talking about the reasons that people were rooting for Argentina or Spain in the World Cup. Check it out. The World Cup. The World cup that captured the imaginations of the entire world when they saw all of these people of color that was playing for all these teams. And ultimately, if you recall the last two teams, it was Argentina and Spain. And it seemed like the vast majority of the world was rooting for Argentina or actually against Argentina.

And why was that? Just give me an explanation. If you could guess, if you'll just let them finish the answer.

Spain had the best team. Maybe that's why they were rooting for them.

If the President's right, I'll tell you. She did one had to do a 180 today. Then today she threw her Democratic predecessor under the bus. Like it's his fault.

You know, I always felt like it was important that everybody have access to the same things that I felt like education shouldn't be a privilege, it's a right. Medicine is a not a privilege, it's a right. Now you're openly a socialist.

Yeah, I'm a democratic socialist.

Amanda Head

Oh, so many issues here, John. But I wish they would take the D off because I feel like good old Blue Dog Democrats are getting a bad name even having the word next to socialist. Because there's not. There's. To me, there's no such thing thing as a democratic socialist. It's just a socialist.

John Solomon

Listen, you saw, a few years ago, Minnesota had some division in its parties. You're going to see this happen. I actually think what happened to the Conservative Party in Great Britain where they broke off and I got the Reform Party, which is now bigger than the Conservative Party. I think that's the danger the Democrats have. They could have a civil war or a divorce. And then the more energetic wing with the crazies go one way and the other party goes the other way, which would be a great news for Republicans.

Amanda Head

Republicans.

John Solomon

So I think they're rooting right now. Republicans are rooting to keep the Democrats in front of the socialists. I think they like that. One, two. Democrat socialists or socialist Democrats? He did it two ways. He said, I'm a Democrat, Socialist Democrat. Okay, there you go.

Amanda Head

You moonlight as a historian, and I say that because you have such an encyclopedic memory and you've been doing this for a while. Has there ever been a presidential administration who has worked to bolster a faction of the opposite party to try to. To weaken them?

John Solomon

Oh, sure. I mean, Nixon tried to do that with McGovern in 72. I mean, they're definitely. This is a really an organic movement. I don't think this is. And I think that the Democrats, when Obama unleashed this, because this really starts 12 years ago, I think I said, then watch what you wish for. And I think that wishing moment is here. They have to own what they started, and they've lost control of the messaging on this.

Amanda Head

I had a friend when I was little who used. He had an ant farm, you remember

John Solomon

the old school ant farms.

Amanda Head

And he would take toothpicks and he would push the ants towards each other at the top so that they would fight. And I know you say it's organic, but I really also feel like there's something that's pushing these people together to make them fight.

Tom Tiffany

Yeah.

John Solomon

Well, listen, Trump's glad that. And the whole Republican Party is glad to get the debate going, but the incubation of the socialism, it's all on the Democrats. They brought it on themselves.

Amanda Head

And it was pretty. It was pretty obvious that it was ultimately heading this direction because, I mean, for my generation, we started seeing it in Obama. We started seeing those policies moving in that direction. Yeah. When did you start seeing it?

John Solomon

Obama years. I think you're right. I think you're 100% right. The Obama years will be very consequential, but maybe not the way we thought when he was elected as the first black president.

Amanda Head
