Congressman Brandon Gill
Is it important to be polite?
Smithsonian Representative
Excuse me, sir?
Congressman Brandon Gill
Is it important to be polite?
Smithsonian Representative
Yes, sir.
Congressman Brandon Gill
It's also interesting because the same mass action toolkit that your organization has been promoting references politeness as a defining characteristic of white supremacy culture. Ma', am, are you a white supremacist?
Smithsonian Representative
No, sir.
Matt Tardio
You have a lot of these viral moments. I got to give you credit, you know. Are you polite, ma'?
Congressman Brandon Gill
Am?
Matt Tardio
Yes, I'd like to consider myself polite. Are you a white nationalist? And because I have it right here in your charter, you really can't make it up. I don't know whether to laugh or cry. What was your reaction to that?
Congressman Brandon Gill
You know, I don't know either. But what I will tell you is that we have gone so long letting the left say the most crazy, outlandish thing, saying that you are a white supremacist if you're polite, or that being on time, being objective are evidences of white culture. I mean, these things are genuinely insane and objectively offensive, I think, to a lot of Americans. And I think it's time that we call the left out on this stuff and put them on the spot and make them answer for this. Make them explain to the American people what they really mean whenever they say that being polite is somehow evidence of white supremacy. Supremacy. And that's what we tried to do there. Is Mickey Mouse racist?
Smithsonian Representative
Mickey Mouse is not racist.
Congressman Brandon Gill
It's not racist. According to the Smithsonian Institution, one of your exhibits referenced Mickey Mouse as representing, quote, vestiges of long standing traditions of blackface minstrelsy. Would you describe that as racist?
Smithsonian Representative
No. The historical trajectory of the origins of. Of Mickey Mouse tied directly.
Congressman Brandon Gill
So Mickey Mouse is rooted in racism. Is that your testimony?
Smithsonian Representative
Yes, sir.
Congressman Brandon Gill
It's rooted in minstrelly minstrelsy. And you don't think the blackface minstrelsy is racist?
Smithsonian Representative
It had certain unobvious racial overtones that have been well documented.
Congressman Brandon Gill
Do you think that that's problematic, that Mickey Mouse also has those racial overtones?
Smithsonian Representative
It's not for me to determine what's problematic. It's determined to me, what's accurate?
Congressman Brandon Gill
Is that right? Would you say that the goal of history is to be objective?
Smithsonian Representative
You know, I think that there are many goals of history and certainly as you collect as we do examine evidence,
Congressman Brandon Gill
is objectivity one of the goals of history?
Smithsonian Representative
We strive to be objective and nonpartisan.
Congressman Brandon Gill
That seem a little bit concerning? It certainly does to me. Because as part of this white supremacy document that your organization has put promoted objectivity as a core and defining aspect of white supremacy culture, do you think that it's the goal of the Smithsonian Institution to promote white supremacy culture? Are you promoting a white supremacy culture at the Smithsonian? Am I promoting a white Ma', am, is this a difficult question?
Charlie Kirk
Thank you, Mr.

Welcome to the Republicans white pride rally disguised as a congressional hearing here. One of my colleagues from across the aisle was talking about let's not forget our history as he quoted the history of how his family came in. And I guess he was trying to say they came in the right way. Let me be clear about something. The people that were here are the indigenous folk. And you know who ice been rounding up? They've been rounding up indigenous people. The people that originally came. Not the colonizers, but the original people. So what this is about is whiteness. Everything that this administration has pushed has been about white supremacy.

This is the Charlie Kirk Show.
Charlie Kirk
Buckle up, here we go. All right, welcome, everybody. It's the Charlie Kirk Show. Just July 22, 2026. We are here at the Y Refi Studios in Phoenix, Arizona. Honored to be with you all, from sea to shining sea. And we get off with a bang. Here we have Congressman Brandon Gill, who is one of the biggest, most exciting rising stars in the conservative ranks. And man, did he have a field day yesterday talking about the Smithsonian and white supremacy and all kinds of fun things. Congressman, welcome back to the show. It's great to have you, as always. Can you just tell our audience what this was even about? First of all?
Congressman Brandon Gill
Yeah, thanks for having me. This was about the Smithsonian as an American institution that has been so deeply and thoroughly ideologically captured by the left. For the past several years, the Smithsonian has been pushing left wing exhibits, left wing ideologies. They've infused their entire museum, really, with a form of sort of cultural Marxism that looks at history through the lens of migration and through sexuality and through things that have nothing really seriously or directly to do with history. And that's been a problem. And you can see that practically in exhibits that they put up where they'll show pictures of a man wearing bondage gear, you know, showing off all kinds of sexual fetishes where they will promote, you know, the transgender Guatemalan activist illegal alien who's trying to sway American elections, but then downplay our founding fathers. I mean, this is the kind of stuff that has gotten into this museum. And our goal in Congress is to oversee this institution and ensure that American tax dollars, especially dollars that are funding this, are being well spent and that this institution is actually promoting American interests.
Charlie Kirk
Okay, so that's a great premise and a great setup. And I completely agree with your starting point that this is a captured institution. So any changes to bring balance to it, they act like President Trump and the Trump administration, and you guys in Congress are a bunch of fascists for trying to actually present something that isn't, you know, completely demoralized about the history of America. And that was the tell for me when I saw these clips coming through yesterday. And I have to say, and I want to compliment you on something because it's a very difficult needle to thread. As a congressman, you are a clip machine. The team is telling me that, like, all over social media, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok X, your clips go viral all the time. But I don't perceive any bit of you that's necessarily trying to do that. You don't get excited, you're not being brash, you're not being loud, you're not doing what Jasmine Crockett does and like taking on some Southern accent. You're just being direct with the facts. And I love these clips. So I'm going to play a couple for him and have you react on the other side.
Congressman Brandon Gill
Satu, would you say that the goal of history is to be objective?
Smithsonian Representative
You know, I think that there are many goals of history, and certainly as you collect, as we do, examine evidence, create objectivity.
Congressman Brandon Gill
One of the goals of history, we
Smithsonian Representative
strive to be objective and nonpartisan.
Congressman Brandon Gill
That seem a little bit concerning? It certainly does to me. Because as part of this white supremacy document that your organization has promoted, objectivity is a core and defining aspect of white supremacy culture. Do you think that it's the goal of the Smithsonian Institution to promote white supremacy culture? Are you promoting a white supremacy culture at the Smithsonian?
Smithsonian Representative
Am I promoting a white supremacy ma'?
Congressman Brandon Gill
Am? Is this a difficult question?
Blake
I love this. I'm not normally a big fan of congressional hearings, but you. You really make them something. Congressman Gill. Yeah, so I remember, I recall what a lot of what this hearing was sort of referring to that white supremacy culture document that the Smithsonian had on their website where they say, showing up on time, working hard, all These things are white supremacy. So we're almost two years into the second Trump administration here, so am I correct in understanding this stuff is still all over the place there? Can you lay out for our listeners what is going on at the Smithsonian today? Is this stuff just still embedded?
Congressman Brandon Gill
Yes. Yes, it is. And that's the problem. It's that the people who are running the institution, like Director Hardig, are still there and are still calling many of the shots. The original white supremacy document that the Smithsonian Institution had promoted, they then rescinded at one point and replaced it with another document that said basically the exact same thing. Objectively offensive things like objectivity is evidence of white supremacy, culture, politeness, things like that that are, I think, most Americans would find just beyond absurd. And the point of the questioning there was to kind of highlight that. I mean, for so long, the left got away with labeling anybody as racist or as a white supremacist based on any possible assumptions they could make or any possible groundwork. So saying somebody is polite, for instance, under a left wing worldview, was evidence that they're a white supremacist. So you just ask these leftists just very directly whether that is what they believe. And I think it really exposes and highlights how insane this is. And, you know, to a certain degree, I don't think they even believe some of this stuff whenever they're, of course,
Matt Tardio
they don't confront it.
Charlie Kirk
You called them on it, you said, is it nice to be polite? Is it important? She goes, yes. Well, then why is that so? Are you a white supremacist? The list is obscene. And I remember covering this, and to Blake's point, I thought we were done with this. The fact that I'm hearing now from you that it's still embedded in these institutions shows that how successful their long march has been. We win a landslide victory electorally in November 2024, and this stuff is still embedded. It's so difficult to get this stuff out. Is this the usual.
Blake
Is this another case where technically the Smithsonian is independent and nonpartisan, and so it's been 100% politicized, and it's very difficult to undo. Is there something we can do to fix this besides humiliating these people in Congress?
Congressman Brandon Gill
Yeah. The Smithsonian, it's governed by what is supposed to be kind of a nonpartisan board. There are a few members of Congress on it, some of whom have been very helpful with us in this, in putting together these materials. But Congress does have the power of the purse, and we do give them money every year. So we've got leverage over them there. And there are other ways that we can exert influence on the institution itself. And I think that that begins with exposing some of this rot. I think that obviously Director Hardik should be fired. But this does show that, you know, we like to talk about woke as dead, and that sounds good, but really woke is just kind of dormant right now. This is an ideology that the left is so married to. And you see that in dei, and we've got a DEI hearing in about two hours. But you see the left is so married to DEI and other forms of wokeness that they're not just going to give it up because the law tells them to or because it's unpopular. This is something that we're going to have to keep fighting on.
Blake
That's so important, Congressman, that it's just dormant. And it's especially in these places like the Smithsonian, because these people get into these positions, they're like barnacles. And most people aren't thinking about who runs the Smithsonian, but they can just sort of go quiet, wait for the administration to turn over, and then out come the pride flags again. If they win in 28, of course.
Charlie Kirk
And people need to understand the Smithsonian is basically, you need to think of it as an appendage of the academy. These are all academics that run these things. And so if you ever do anything to offend their sensibilities, I could see if you actually made real changes at the Smithsonian. They will all boycott instantly and say, the Smithsonian's been ruined. It's too pro America. It celebrates our history too much. It doesn't talk about, you know, how Thomas Jefferson was a slave owner nearly enough. It's so obscene. All right, hang right there, Congressman. We planned this out this time, so we actually get you for a second. Hang right there. Very exciting that there's a DEI hearing later today. I'm sure those clips are going to be fun. All right, I want to tell you guys about All Family Pharmacy. They have flipped the script on your pharmaceutical needs. The magnificent brand to go Just. We're gonna be watching the d. No, no pressure. I'm kidding. There's a lot of. There's a lot of rich material when it comes to that. But I gotta get to some more of these clips because. And then I do want to hear about this di. Okay, this one. Okay. This is a longer clip, So I apologize. 50 seconds. But it's about Mickey Mouse. Mickey Mouse, a beloved American icon. We can't even enjoy Mickey Mouse anymore. Sop for.
Congressman Brandon Gill
Is Mickey Mouse racist?
Smithsonian Representative
Mickey Mouse is not racist.
Congressman Brandon Gill
It's not racist. According to the Smithsonian Institution, one of your exhibits referenced Mickey Mouse as representing, quote, vestiges of long standing traditions of blackface minstrelsy. Would you describe that as racist?
Smithsonian Representative
No. The historical trajectory of the origins of Mickey Mouse tie directly.
Congressman Brandon Gill
Mickey Mouse is rooted in racism. Is that your testimony?
Smithsonian Representative
Sure.
Congressman Brandon Gill
It's rooted in menstrually minstrelsy. And you don't think the blackface minstrelsy is racist?

Congressman Brandon Gill
Do you think that that's problematic, that Mickey Mouse also has those racial overtones?
Smithsonian Representative
It's not for me to determine what's problematic. It's determined to me what's accurate.
Congressman Brandon Gill
Is that right?
Charlie Kirk
So I hope they have our mics muted because we're just sitting here laughing the whole time. So. So he's a giant racist cartoon. But it's not for me to say he's racist. He's just racist. And you, you pressed her each time she tried to qualify it and sort of lose you in the language. You just kept pressing it. It was brilliant. And I think that's why these clips are so powerful is because you're. You're exposing the absurdity of the academics, the academy and the way that they do this, the way that they undermine it with their little word games. Your reaction, watching yourself back, Congressman?
Congressman Brandon Gill
Well, you know, it's amazing. She'll go down the road of, you know, we don't, you know, I'm not going to make any kind of normative judgment about Mickey Mouse being racist or not. Whenever the entire Smithsonian Institution makes moral judgments about our country and about, you know, all the perceived sins of the white man and the people who have run this country. I mean, that is the Smithsonian Institution. But, you know, it's. Again, it's another example of just how ridiculous this stuff is. I don't even know what it means to say that Mickey Mouse is rooted in blackface minstrelsy. I don't. You know, honestly, I don't even know where they got that from. I think to most normal people, Mickey Mouse is just a cartoon that people like to watch whenever they're five years old and is kind of an iconic American figure. But for them to turn that into. And try to slander kind of an iconic and very wholesome, by the way, part of American culture, I think rubs most people the wrong way. And it just. It does not withstand any scrutiny at all. And I think that that's what I was trying to get there. I mean, if you're going to say Mickey Mouse is rooted in racism, then defend that. Explain to the American people why you think Mickey Mouse is racist. And by the way, I hope that Democrats embrace this stuff, because if they do, we'll continue to win elections every single cycle.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, that's a really good point. And it breaks my heart on some level that they've gone so insane. And I don't even want to play these. Okay, I'll play one. The Crockett stuff is. I don't know how you sit through these hearings with this gal. And I know she's going away, but still, let's just. I don't even. I'll just pick one because I know they're all obscene. Well, this is short, so we'll give her a short one. Seven.
OnDeck Advertiser
Thank you, Mr.
Smithsonian Representative
Chair.
OnDeck Advertiser
Welcome to the Republicans White Pride rally disguised as a congressional hearing.
Charlie Kirk
So, speaking of DEI hearings that you're having, Congressman, I shouldn't lead you down astray like that. I mean, this feels beneath the office. I think as an American that still has respect for office holders, I still say Mr. President, Mr. Vice President. Even when Joe Biden was in office, I called him President Biden. Some people didn't like to do that. This breaks my heart as an American to see how she's so debasing the office that she holds.
Congressman Brandon Gill
Yeah, it really is sad whenever you take a step back from this. I mean, we're holding a hearing on political bias at the Smithsonian Institution. And the best that Jasmine Crockett has to say is that this is somehow a White Pride rally, which is an absolutely bizarre. I mean, if you know what we're saying is that you shouldn't have pictures of men in bondage gear in a history museum. That's open to children. You know, the connection between that viewpoint and White pride is pretty, pretty far away from each other. But, you know, we'll probably get more of that today at the DEI hearing. I mean, at some point, you know, the left genuinely doesn't have anything to respond to. They know that they can't go into a hearing and argue that you should have, you know, extremely sexually explicit material in a children's museum because nobody's going to be on there like normal people are going to be against that. They know that, you know, slandering Mickey Mouse or calling all polite people white supremacists is insane. So they kind of just fall back on Republicans are holding a white pride rally. I mean, it doesn't really have to make any sense, but that's where they go.
Charlie Kirk
So one of the central promises, I think, if you could say this, the spiritual promises, it was around the campaign of President Trump in 2024 was this getting rid of DEI, extracting it from our institutions. So what specifically is you're hearing about today? And give, you know, yourselves in Washington a scorecard of how we're doing so far, two years into this.
Congressman Brandon Gill
Yeah. The hearing today is with the president of the American Bar Association. Now, the American Bar association is relevant because they give. They set accreditation standards for law schools across the country, which means they have a lot of influence over, one, what admissions looks like at law schools, and they've been using that influence to promote dei, and then two, the type of curriculum that law schools promote. And they also, if you're going to be a member of the aba, you have to be a part of a continuing education series. All of those things are infused with leftism, especially with dei. And that's what we're going after. And the reason that we're going after this is I believe that the President has done a phenomenal job of being very clear through executive order, legally saying that dei racial discrimination is illegal in the United States. And they've been going after universities that are still engaging in racial quotas and racial admissions processes. But it goes back to the same concept that these racial quotas and affirmative action in DEI is something that is so ingrained into colleges and universities and into the ABA that they're not just going to change that overnight. It's going to require constant pressure. And what we want to do is we want to expose the aba, But I think that there's legislative solutions that we can propose after this hearing that can reduce the ABA's authority over law schools. And I think that's something we should pursue pretty aggressively as well.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, it's a game of whack a mole. Because what you'll do, what they'll do is they'll change the name of their DEI program. We've seen lots of universities do this and they'll use different words. They're experts at changing the meanings of words. That's one thing we know. Congressman Brandon Gill, thank you, my friend, and congratulations on just making a difference. You're doing, you're doing great work. Please keep it up and we'll talk again soon. Tyler Boyer joins us next. So let's, let's rewind.

Blake
It's always there.
Charlie Kirk
It's whack a mole with these people. You know, evil never sleeps, as they say. So you gotta keep on it. And one of the ways you can do that, very simple way, do exactly what you're already your cell phone, pay your bill every month. But do it with Patriot Mobile. Okay, when you give to Patriot Mobile, guess what happens? The profit that they get, which is great, people should make profit. They then donate that millions and millions of dollars every year to organizations that are fighting for your freedoms and the values that you hold dear. Glenn and Jenny Story are amazing, amazing people. They run a great business. 100% US based customer support, unlimited data plans, international roaming, mobile hotspot, all the things. Access to all three major carriers. Except now you can have two carriers on one phone, which is what I do. So you're never without service. So check them out today. Go to patriotmobile.com charlie patriotmobile.com charlie Please, please, please. If you are still using the old guys, I know there's lots of you out there, please stop and go to patriotmobile.com Charlie or call 972 Patriot. Use promo code Charlie for a free month of service. Patriotmobile.com Charlie okay, so this is great. Throw up this graphic, Tyler. This is the clean sweep graphic that we have. I just sent it to you, the clean sweep graphic. And congratulations to all. I don't know if that's the right one.
Tyler Boyer
So this is, this is our federal races last night. So it's Just kind of. I mean, we'll hit the clean sweep one once it comes up here. But we had a clean sweep of all Turning Point endorsed candidates statewide last night, won their races. I don't know if we can throw that one up. The statewide behind Andy Biggs. Andy Big said his historic night last night really showcasing how the Republican Party can come together in a state in a conservative way. You know, again, that's one of the points that Charlie made. We showed those clips last night pretty regularly that, you know, I see what the issue is.
Charlie Kirk
So they're thinking that he lost in the graphics were wrong. Why don't we start there?
Tyler Boyer
No, it's a clean sweep.
Charlie Kirk
It's a heap one heap.
Tyler Boyer
Heap is up 11,000 votes, I should say, is winning right now. Obviously, there's still more votes to count
Charlie Kirk
in that particular race. That's the confusion.
Smithsonian Representative
Yeah.
Alan Bakari
So let's.
Tyler Boyer
Let's back up so hopefully we can throw up the graphics because we'll be able to explain to the audience if the graphics up. But Andy Biggs led the ticket in historic fashion. He is trending towards 75% of the vote.
Charlie Kirk
That's unbelievable.
Tyler Boyer
Just so you everybody understands, Andy Biggs outperformed incumbent Governor Doug Ducey in 2018 by nearly 5, 6 points.
Charlie Kirk
That's incredible. So, yeah, because he did face a primary.
Blake
Real primary fight, too.
Tyler Boyer
Yeah, in a real primary fight. And. And Doug Duce's primary opponent in 2018 was much weaker, I would argue, than David Schweikker. David Schweiker was kind of historically known in Arizona. This is kind of just between the tea leaves here of the election as one of the most proficient election guys in Arizona history. He won against an incumbent Democrat to get into Congress, a former mayor. Way back in the day, it was a different cd, but that was. So he's been known as a political genius, kind of iconic for a long time. It's been a long fall from grace, obviously, for David Schweiker. And a lot of people last night said he made a terrible, terrible mistake by stepping down, running for a CD1. Because he had the CD1 race. He could have just run for reelection and he would have had all the support in the world. But, you know, sometimes politics gets the better of people. He decided to run. We tried to tell him, like, hey, you know, Andy Biggs is very popular. He's a very popular guy. And again, that was showcased down ballot. Everything else was also showcased. So every person that Turning Point at a statewide level endorsed. That includes Alex Collin for Secretary of State against the former Azgop chair, Gina Swoboda, who had been endorsed by Trump. For other things. Kimberly Yee, who was the top vote getter in 2022 for treasurer. She is running for superintendent. She actually knocked out an incumbent, Tom Horn, who people had some concerns with him predicting school choice. Andy is going to make that a hallmark of his run. Elijah Norton, who's been a longtime backer of Turning Point, state treasurer, former treasurer for the Azgop, and the last one that we were kind of waiting on was Dr. Ralph Heap. So Corporation Commission is part of what sets the rates for the other big utility company in Arizona and the left. We've talked about this a lot on the show. And then there's the, there's aps, which is the other one in Arizona. So Arizona is really just two big utility companies. They set the rates for the other big utility company. They're one of the largest influencers in politics. Yeah. So I cannot state this enough. Arizona Public Service APS influences elections more than any other singular entity in Arizona. And they had their guy. They usually backed the incumbents. It's the safe place to be. The two incumbents were running that were Republicans are together. And Ralph Heap was a Freedom Caucus guy, obviously the dad of Justin Heap. We mentioned this yesterday.
Charlie Kirk
The Maricopa county recorder, who's super conservative,
Tyler Boyer
who's helped clean the voter rolls, do all those things move Arizona in the right direction? He was running and a lot of people were like, ah, there's no way that he has any kind of chance. He was endorsed by Turning Point. He's the only guy that we endorse for Corporation Commission. And it looks like he's on a very clear pathway to be the second winner.
Charlie Kirk
There's two winners. So that was the confusion.
Matt Tardio
There's two.
Tyler Boyer
And so he's on his way. Which means that all of our statewide candidates had a clean sweep. Warren Peterson running for ag, running the incredibly politicized, terrible Chris Mays, who has done nothing but go after Trump, obviously gone after you.
Charlie Kirk
For the audience that maybe isn't aware she, you know, came after Tyler and the alternate elector schemes that stretch multiple states. Right. You go back to 2020, there was a legal question of what was going to happen with the lawsuits, you know, and we didn't know. So they had to do. Do alternate electors in case the lawsuits proved to be. Yeah, again, successful.
Tyler Boyer
The quick. The quick, you know, recap that 2020, you know, they had screwed with elections so much, nobody had any kind of faith following that. If you remember, there was about five or six states that again at 3am serious, from Trump to others, all within thousands of votes. So thousands of votes gave us Joe Biden and you know, Adrian Fontes, who is the Secretary of State that Alex Collins running against here, was at the tip of the spear of that because he was trying to send force, send everybody a mail in ballot during COVID which is illegal. And the court shut him down. So you have three highly, you know, verging on criminalistic, you know, type Democrats that are running in Arizona. You have Katie Hobbs, who's under investigation for corruption today.
Charlie Kirk
Yep.
Tyler Boyer
For pay to play schemes. So she's used her office to profit
Charlie Kirk
her friends, number one.
Tyler Boyer
And she's under investigation by Chris Mays, who's the AG who's who's attacking political opponents, including us, for obvious reasons. She would love for us, she would love for me to be in jail right now so that we couldn't run election against her. You know how insane that is. And then third, you have Adrian Fontes, who's literally one of the most progressive voices for a Secretary of state in America, trying to hijack Maricopa County. He was the Maricopa county recorder, got booted out of office by voters after one election because he did so many things to screw with the elections in Arizona that people naturally organically removed him from office. They put in Stephen Richard, he was not very much better. Now we have Justin Heap. So within four election cycles, we have four different recorders in Maricopa county, but Adrian Fontes is that third. So Arizona now has locked in three conservative warriors to take out those three ultra progressives.
Charlie Kirk
Huge.
Tyler Boyer
And this matters for the rest of America because the way that Arizona goes this election is the way that America likely goes in 2028.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah. And the big, I think reveal last night with all of this is there was an ongoing question. We played these clips last night from Charlie talking about, you know, Andy Biggs is a known conservative. Right. And the prevailing wisdom in the state of Arizona is that you needed to run a moderate in order to coalesce all the different, you know, wings of the Republican Party in this state. Well, guess what? Andy Biggs just had a historic unifying primary victory.
Blake
Exactly.
Charlie Kirk
And that tells you everything to know about where we've come.
Blake
And I think that it's worth emphasizing that because we've seen candidates who get the base very excited, but they can have an edge to them that'll make other people mad and you get a very disputed primary. Whereas Biggs, he gets the base excited and they were excited. And he sweeps the victory by 60 points.
Charlie Kirk
Nobody's upset because he's a gentleman, he's a standup guy. He's been in this state for decades. He's proven to I guess all different factions of the party that he is a man of integrity, that he is a conservative, that he means what he says and he's not braggadocious, he's not brazen, he's not like you said that edge, like he's just a good strong man and people believe him when he says what he's gonna do. So this is a huge turning point, pun intended for the state of Arizona because we've never seen the Republican Party this united around any single candidate. And I think that is a testament to Andy Biggs campaign. That's a testament to Charlie and a testament turning point actions work in this state.
Tyler Boyer
And really that's not just here in Arizona. I mean that is true in Arizona like within the last 40 years. Andy Biggs did something historic yesterday. But this is true across the country. There is not a gubernatorial candidate that had more broad based support. I would argue this election cycle that had a competitive primary against that person in any state. Like you look at deep red states with people, incumbent governors, I mean you have incumbent governors that had real strong primary challenges. We just saw this in South Dakota. Then coming governor basically had a one of the toughest challenges and wasn't even the top vote getter in the primary election. You have numerous examples of this. Andy Biggs is unifying and he's bringing everyone together and we're going to work and march towards November together.
Charlie Kirk
I love that. And if you guys want to get involved, we're going to talk about that. We're going to expand the aperture, talk about some other states as well. But if you want to get involved, we got something called commit 100. And so if you can't, even if you can't be on staff, maybe you should do that though if you want to be on staff. We're still hiring ballot chasers all across the country. But if you want to get involved, there's lots of different ways. I'm going to tell you about that after. Well, Tyler's going to tell you about that after real quick. Hillsdale College we've been talking about at the Odyssey. We want to know, send us an email. By the way, freedom. Charliekirk.com did you see the Odyssey? What did you think? And Blake will excoriate you for having the Odyssey or praise you or praise you.

All right, welcome back, everybody. We are going to do an around the horn on the emergency. Most important races to watch. But first I got to tell you about strong cell. And Tyler's a big fan. He always comes in here and steals it, so he gets to be a part of this beautiful moment. It's a. It's a Cheers to Andy Biggs is what we're going to call this. StrongCell.com it has NADH and if you need energy to keep up with a busy schedule like Tyler is, by the way, he's sick it so it means he's not taking enough strong cell. But I will tell you he's pushing through and I love it because when you get sick, when an election's on, you just got to push through this.
Tyler Boyer
I would be much. I'd be much sicker if I wasn't.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, exactly. Soso strong cellcellular function booster NADH. Dr. Oz came and sat right where Blake is sitting and said that it has the top numbers when it comes to anti aging metrics. So you're gonna want that. NADH powers all the mitochondria in your 30 trillion cells. So if you have brain fog, chronic fatigue, chronic illness, any of those things, check this out. It very well may be the solution to your problems. It has been for me. I love this stuff. Charlie loved this stuff. He used to go around talking about it everywhere. You guys would ask him questions about it. So give it six to eight weeks to work. And I believe that you're going to see a massive improvement in your energy levels with none of those afternoon spikes or anything like that. So every obviously get your sleep, but use this as well. StrongCell.com promo code CHARLIE for 20% off and a 90 day risk free money back guarantee. All right, Tyler, we got to hold the house. That is what the midterms is really all about on some level. I mean, I like our chances in the Senate a little bit better. We can focus on that too. But the House is the real question and with less swing districts, kind of narrows the focus of where we need to be looking at. So where are you looking at right now? We start in Arizona.
Tyler Boyer
Yeah. So there's critical states and Blake's pointed This out numerous times because the laugh started this entire war on redistricting, which started with Gavin Newsom, which is probably going to sink his political career because if the Democrats lose the House this year, I think everyone's going to blame Gavin Newsom permanently, probably forever. It'll go in the history books that Gavin Newsom became kind of the, the patsy for them on this. But once California started redistricting, all these other states are redistricting. So basically eliminated swing districts in every other random state.
Blake
The only swing districts in any state that is not currently itself a hotly like a divided swing state, which Arizona is.
Tyler Boyer
And the reason for that is because in the only thing that the only states are left, that half swing districts are swing states themselves because the voter rolls are so close that there's. There's no way for the right or
Charlie Kirk
the left to gerrymander their way out of it.
Tyler Boyer
Yeah. To, to manipulate their way out of it. So that's left Arizona with two swing districts, which we have an independent redistricting commission.
Matt Tardio
We didn't redistrict.
Tyler Boyer
Nothing changed. But we've had those two districts that are on the verge, which was CD1. Jay Feely won last night.
Charlie Kirk
We like Jay Feely.
Tyler Boyer
Jay's awesome. He'll be on the show probably this week to talk about his race. He is well positioned. He had a really strong night. Everyone kind of agrees that he's a great candidate. And then you have Juan Siskamani in CD6, who's also a great man, great dad, Hispanic heritage, great on the Mexico US Border, great Republican defending the board. He's one of the only Republicans that
Charlie Kirk
is huge race, a border, literally this race. I've just had this feeling that, that the House is going to come down to this race. I don't know why I feel that way, but it really, really could.
Joel Osteen
And that.
Tyler Boyer
And that's kind of how things trended out for 2024 too, if you remember. People are really watching these races. Then you have Iowa, you have Zach Nunn and you have Marionette Miller Meeks who are in their district, their respective districts.
Charlie Kirk
And then do you remember Marionette Miller Meeks barely eking out that the. What Was it like 2020? It was like 10 votes.
Alan Bakari
Yes.
Tyler Boyer
We actually went out. We were one of the only organizations that did a super chase event, did a super Saturday style event for Marionette Miller Meek. She ended up winning by just a handful of votes. And so everything matters in those races. You then have Derek Van Orden in western Wisconsin who the left is running a DSA style candidate that's trying to be masked as this cutesy little young woman.
Charlie Kirk
Derek Vanorden. This was Wisconsin 3.
Tyler Boyer
Wisconsin. That is the race to watch. That is probably in my opinion going to be the determiner. I think that's actually a bellwether race to watch. If we win that, I think we win Congress. If we lose that, I think we lose Congress. You then have other races in other swing states. So Michigan, you have the son of the sheriff Bouchard, who's running to replace John James, who's running for governor. And then you have a race that was watched very closely that we actually participated in last time in CD7 with Tom Barrett who replaced Slotkin who ended up winning. So this was how crazy last election was. Trump wins Michigan, Slotkin wins Senate and Slotkin, Slotkin's the person that follows Slotkin. What do you call that?
Blake
Successor.
Tyler Boyer
Successor, yeah. Successor loses and the Republican wins in CB7.
Charlie Kirk
So Michigan is, Michigan's all over the place.
Tyler Boyer
But Michigan has. It's very interesting because right now if the Democrats nominate DSA supported, social supported EL Said, you have a real opportunity to see. I mean this will be the heart and soul of Michigan this time, which is do you elect a normie Republican, which Michigan was kind of known for many decades, or do you nominate a socialist? A socialist backed candidate. And that is on its way. Wisconsin, we mentioned Derek Van Horton, but you also have a really important governor's race there right now. And the DSA is supporting a candidate named Hong. She's like this little girl, totally dsa. I mean she is full throated out in public, not even trying to hide it. Yeah, socialist. And Tom Tiffany, again, kind of normie guy, very similar to Andy Biggs in races. So they're both Freedom Caucus guys, both kind of normie.
Charlie Kirk
Tom Tiffany's great, awesome guys.
Tyler Boyer
But they're, they're really from their state. They're really representative of their state. And then, and then you have some other races obviously that are across the country. We're focused on New Hampshire. We think that New Hampshire is one of the most underrated Senate races with Sununu, you have a congressional district that's there that was, that's right on the cusp as well with Anthony DiLorenzo who just got endorsed by the President, who's running for the same seat that Caroline ran for. Levitt. Caroline Levitt and New Hampshire.
Charlie Kirk
And then so we got. But that you're talking about New Hampshire. We got to get Sununu, we've got to get. And so That's New Hampshire. Got to get Sununu elected. Az. We got to get Andy Biggs elected. Nevada. We got to protect Joe Lombardo.
Tyler Boyer
Joe Lombardo is running for reelection as really one of the gems of the rga. He won. Remember that flipped that. That seat.
Charlie Kirk
Close.
Tyler Boyer
It was very close last time.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah. Didn't we lose the. We lost the Senate. Adam Laxall.
Tyler Boyer
Adam barely lost and Jill Lombardo barely won. And so this is really important for the future because again, Nevada, Arizona, and Wisconsin are all on the same tracks with Senate races. There's no Senate race this year.
Charlie Kirk
Right.
Tyler Boyer
So you have three governor's races that you hope to win because there is no Senate race.
Charlie Kirk
And there's not. They're not. All these outside groups aren't dumping $100 million into each.
Alan Bakari
Yeah.
Charlie Kirk
So that gives us a better opportunity because Dems have basically unlimited money, which is another conversation for another day. Okay.
Congressman Brandon Gill
Commit.
Charlie Kirk

Terrence Bates
Welcome back to this Real America's Voice news break. I'm Terrence Bates. President Trump set to head to Georgia momentarily after just wrapping up a dignified transfer for four American troops who were killed during the ongoing war in Iran. You can see him here at Dover Air Force Base. He is honoring the lives of Sergeant Michael Emanuel Swinton, Sergeant Angel Rampersad, First Lieutenant Tyler James Freehand, and Private Isabella Gonzalez. Their bodies are now home after having been killed in the ongoing fight there in the Middle East. As I mentioned earlier, though, President Trump will be following that up with a visit to Georgia. That's where our Neal McCabe is standing by as the president set to discuss the Trump accounts and also support some of the candidates there in Georgia. Neil, give us the rundown of what's going on with the president. And as I can tell behind you, the room is already full, everyone waiting for the president's arrival.
Neil McCabe
Yeah, we're here in Marietta, Georgia, at Wheeler High School, which is one of these phenomenal high schools that's produced at least five NBA players, including former Boston Celtic Jaylen Brown. But that's, that's not what you really asked me. The president is going to come here and it's not so much pitching the Trump account, but to put out the word that these Trump accounts exist. People are children are eligible for it and to get that message out that, that this is a program that the president has done to help the children and be part of that sort of economic positivity message as we go into the midterms. But also it wouldn't surprise me if the president not only talked about Rick Jackson, who's the Republican nominee for governor, Mike Collins, who is the nominee for U.S. senate, he'll talk about those guys because this is a state that's been kind of in a weird place since it was credited to Joe Biden in 2020. Mike Collins is a congressman. He will not be here because he will be on Capitol Hill because there's a vote tonight on the Pentagon budget. And one of the things that the Republic Republican leadership has done is they are going to put a special amendment on the Pentagon budget, which will include the House version of the Save America act, which is that election and voter integrity bill that the president has called his number one priority.
Terrence Bates
Terrence yeah, I suspect the president will also talk about election integrity during his remarks there in Georgia. Let's not forget Georgia was ground zero or one of the many ground zeros of concerns about elections. Even the FBI recently went in and took some of the election data from I think it was there in Fulton County. So Georgia is an interesting test case for how the president plans to continue to move forward when it comes to election integrity efforts.
Neil McCabe
Yeah. Building that, in 2021, Georgia passed its own election and voter integrity bill. Not as strong as the Save America act, but pretty strong. And though they caught hell in a bottle from that, whereas the National Major League Baseball canceled the All Star game that was going to be held in Atlanta, which meant that Hank Aaron did not get his tribute in Atlanta. Corporations said they were going to stop sending doing business travel in Georgia. Apple said that they were no longer going to film a movie called Emancipation in Georgia. And so they've sort of weathered those storms. But, you know, if you just consider the pressure that was put in Georgia when they tried to clean up their election integrity, what they're going through in Washington is just more than that, thousand times more than that. And I'll say that in 2016, the president won Georgia by 211,000 votes. In 2020, he lost it by 11,797. And then, of course, at 24, he won the state by 115,000.
Tyler Boyer
So what was the problem?
Neil McCabe
How did a guy go from winning by 200,000 votes and then losing by 12,000 votes and then going down to winning by, you know, more than 100,000 votes? I think that there were definitely some problems in Georgia, and this is all part of sort of reclaiming Georgia for not only the Republican Party, but also for Maga turns.
Terrence Bates
Neal McCabe reporting for us there in Georgia as we await the President's arrival. Stay tuned to Real America's Voice for the very latest. We'll have live coverage when the President takes the podium. For now, let's take a quick break and then get you back to your regularly scheduled program. Programming.

Charlie Kirk
All Right. Welcome back. Hour two is underway here at the Charlie Kirk show at the Y Refi Studios in Phoenix, Arizona. We now have a very troubling tale out of the UK And Blake has been all over this, keeping me up to date as details emerge. At first it seemed like it was a random murder.
Blake
I'm not sure. I don't know if I ever thought it was a random murder.
Charlie Kirk
I would agree with you.
Blake
The police tried to suggest it was
Charlie Kirk
a random murder and as details unfolded, you were the one who kept pointing out to me, hey, Andrew, we need to pay attention to the story. It bears striking resemblance, at least in some ways, to what happened to Charlie.
Blake
Exactly.
Charlie Kirk
And so here to help us break that down is a, as a British guy that we love and we have on the show because it is a UK story, Alan Bakari, he's with the foundation for Freedom Online. He's a great guy, great expert at all things digital. So, Alan, welcome back to the Charlie Kirk Show.
Alan Bakari
Hey guys, good to be back on.
Blake
Alum, thanks for joining us. Well, let's just dive right into this. I don't think the story's gotten the attention in the US that it ought to and I think that's partly because your own country's press is determined to not let this get too large. Tell us, tell our viewers who was Ann Whitakem, if I said that right, and what happened to her? What have we learned over the last few days?
Alan Bakari
So Anne Wittecombe has been a fixture of conservative politics in the UK for many decades, since the 1990s, in fact. She wasn't a particularly well known figure in recent years. She wasn't like highly visible as she was perhaps in like the 2000s and 2010s, but she was still regularly on British TV. She would advance conservative positions. She was known for being a staunch, unwavering social conservative. She opposed things like gay marriage and abortion. And because of this, she was often a popular hate figure amongst, you know, liberal UK talking heads, our version of late night comedy shows, that sort of thing. She's not someone you'd be. And, and, and as we, what happened in this story is she was down. She's been murdered. She was murdered by a, by what appears to be a radical communist. We're just now getting more details about this. The suspect, the, the person who's been charged in his political viewpoints, he attacked her at her home. She was alone in, in her home in, in the English countryside. And, and it's interesting has you, as you guys were talking about how the Police initially responded to it. They didn't initially suggest it was politically motivated. They suggested it might have been a robbery gone wrong. And the other thing they didn't do, which is very important, is they did not release the name of the suspect who has now been charged for many, many days. And now it appears like all of his social media has, if he had social media, it's gone like this. It's been scrubbed from the Internet. So it's making it very difficult to find out, you know, for the public to find out information about this individual.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah. So what we now have learned, and correct me if I'm wrong, but this individual obviously went out of his way, traveled some distance to commit this murder. The weird part about it for me is that this first point you made, that she was sort of known as this staunch social conservative against gay marriage, against probably all the trans insanity. Do we have any indication yet that this is what animated her alleged killer here?
Alan Bakari
Well, we certainly know a little bit about him. We know he had strong left wing sympathies. There was a video circulating on social media earlier today and speaking of communist meetup some years ago and you know, various far left literature was discovered at his house.
Blake
Not even that alum I'm looking at. This is the sun, so I know it's a tabloid, maybe they get ahead of themselves. But it says allegedly they had newspaper clippings of Nigel Farage and Reform, like pinned to his wall. Like you're thinking of like the meme from, what is it? The officer, like always. Yeah, it sounds like a lunatic. Basically, like pinning newspaper clippings to the
Charlie Kirk
wall of a guy you don't like list. Yeah, that's, that's terrifying actually because Nigel, as we know is the leader of Reform, which is the, the largest right wing political movement in the uk. So this guy is almost fantasizing about his hit list is what it would seem.
Alan Bakari
It does seem that way. And this goes to like another point that Nigel Farage has made is that he's had to pay for private security. And I believe the UK Home Office only recently offered to give to up his security level because, partly because of this murder, this murder of Anne Whitaker, who was also by the way, a reform spokeswoman. So she was part of Nigel Farage's party. There's been some speculation that Nigel Farah, that this person would have preferred to target Nigel Farage, but, but his security was so good. So was, was too good. So that, you know, Anne Whitakem was sort of an easier target. And look Also, Anne Wilcom is the sort of person you'd only really know about if you're like very plugged in, into politics, which this person certainly was.
Blake
I'm just looking at the details in this case, like in addition to it being depraved, drove a very long distance, clearly was fixated on this person. The murder itself is horrifying. It's now coming out. Bludgeoned her to death 21 times in the head with a hammer. This is a almost 80 year old woman.
Charlie Kirk
She was out of politics.
Joel Osteen
Out of politics.
Blake
Well, she was on tv, but yeah, she was not a member of Parliament for the last 15 years.
Charlie Kirk
Right.
Blake
It just, I'm thinking of like the equivalent, it would be the equivalent of someone in America, Phyllis Schlafly, she died a while ago. But if, you know, when she was in her old age, if someone had driven across the country to break into her home and murder.
Charlie Kirk
It reminds me of the White House correspondents dinner where this guy was in California and he, what, did he take a train and all this other stuff, like goes all the way across country to go and try and shoot up where the President is at in the White House correspondence dinner. I mean, when you see that type of distance traveled, you know that there is a fixation on a particular target. You have to be motivated uniquely for this person.
Alan Bakari
I think that's right. And I think, you know, Anne Whitakem was some of, was one of these people that if you were like a far left, you know, a far left lunatic, she would be one of the people that you'll think of who would come to mind as like a, one of the most, you know, one of the most, most right wing people in the country. Perhaps, you know, Nigel Farish might be more prominent. But if you like a true political obsessive, you know, she's someone you might have known about. And as you said, the distance he traveled clearly points to this being a targeted killing. And what he also said goes to the wider point. Right. This is now a transatlantic international trend of political assassinations. Three assassination attempts on, on the President, including during the campaign, the assassination of Charlie, of course, and so many other incidents of violence that we've been seeing in the United States. You know, attacks on ICE facilities as well, on government buildings. And now it's crossed over to the UK as well, it seems.
Blake
And on top of that, what stands out to me, she's most known as a social conservative. Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but social conservatism isn't that strong in the UK she opposed abortion. But you guys have liberal abortion laws that are not likely to change. Even if reform were to win. You guys are not going to repeal gay marriage. Like, at least in the U.S. social conservatives have won elections recently. But she was an outlier this guy fixated on and just murdered her. I just can't get over how horrible this is. And then the police dragging their feet,
Charlie Kirk
the lack of outrage. The lack of outrage. And I mean, candidly, when we talk about these connections to Charlie's case, you had Tyler Robinson go from southern Utah drive all the way up to Orem. So this is a.
Blake
Almost the exact same distance, I think.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah. It's like both these cases over three hours. Yeah. I mean, which is just very weird actually in the UK it's not like a road trip culture in the uk you end up taking the train. There's a lot of stuff here. And the real offensive part is just the media blackout, the silence. You have to go to social media to see anybody reacting to this in any sort of. Of like with, you know, enough outrage that it deserves. Alan, stay right there. I want to tell you guys about Alliance Defending Freedom. Colorado is at it again. You know, the first state that the Dems really took down that was a red state was Colorado. You could point to maybe California too, but man, they call it the blueprint. A state law forces businesses to refer to some customers with inaccurate pronouns. Okay. Even if using them would violate the business owner's religious beliefs. Beliefs and conscience. That's a violation of free speech. But as Colorado has proved time and time again, it has little concern for the First Amendment. They don't care. They don't care at all. That's they're forcing people to violate their religious conscience. At Alliance Defending Freedom, they're challenging the law on behalf of a Christian bookstore and a sports apparel company. And a court recently ruled against them, but now they're going to be appealing this. ADF are amazing lawyers. They're fighting the good fight. Please support their efforts. Go to joinadf.com Charlie that's joinadf.com Charlie or text Charlie to 83848. We'll be right back.

We just got a great video of Anne Whitake, who was heinously murdered. We're getting it loaded asap. Oh, I think it's ready to go. It's her talking, fittingly enough, about the importance of freedom of speech and not getting triggered or upset by it.
Charlie Kirk
Clip 12 now, only two sorts of
Joel Osteen
people oppose free speech and they are
Charlie Kirk
at opposite ends of the scale, snowflakes and totalitarian.
Joel Osteen
Nobody has the right to live their
Charlie Kirk
lives being protected from offence or from
Joel Osteen
insult or from hurt feelings. It is an occupational hazard of living in society. And if you really can't take it, become a hermit.
Blake
I think that was that literally in the Oxford Union there, the same place Charlie would have been speaking.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, she stood right there.
Smithsonian Representative
Where?
Charlie Kirk
Charlie Stone.
Blake
There's a dark irony to that there, of course, because she says occupational hazard is you might hear things. But now in Britain, the occupational hazard is she spoke bravely for unpopular views that she believed in. And this guy. Throw up that photo of him holding the candy again. Jack would be having a field day with this. It's. He's got that smile. He's probably one of those guys who would say, kindness is everything. Have you ever tried not being a crappy person?
Charlie Kirk
Love is love.
Blake
And it sounds like he went and committed a depraved murder against freedom of speech.
Charlie Kirk
I just can't get over that woman, too. She, by the way, I just love her. I have to say. I just love her. She is.
Blake
Every time.
Charlie Kirk
I would have loved her. I describe myself as an Anglophile, actually. I mean, I can't stand England nowadays, but. But I love the British culture and I love the. The history of England that spread it all across the world. Big fan of it. They are the. The absolute best building blocks for a civilization.
Blake
It makes me so Sad.
Charlie Kirk
She is an inheritor of that.
Blake
Britain had women like that and you can see her and she makes such a great argument. She can present herself so well and they chose something radically different. So I want to, I want to take this Zoom out alum. I feel like this is just the latest horrific crime that has a political valence to it in Britain. We already had that murder of that young man who was stabbed to death and Henry Novak and all of this. What's the overall situation? You guys have a new Prime Minister, Andy Burnham. Are we, Are we still. Are we hopefully trending towards positive changes in Britain? My understanding, you can correct me if I'm wrong, is that Burnham is not going to correct the trajectory of Keir Starmer's fallen government.
Alan Bakari
No, I don't think he will. And he's already u turned on some of his proposals. He wanted to raise the tax, tax free income cap and then he backed down on that, probably because of pressure from permanent bureaucrats at the Treasury. And, you know, he said he's going to scrap a digital ID scheme. He's not really going to scrap it, he's going to rename it. I don't, I think he's going to be very limited in what he can do. I'll tell you what concerns me. This, this murder happened to a Reform spokeswoman, a Conservative, before. You know, while Reform is not even in government, there's no right wing party in government right now. It's the left wing Labour Party. I worry what might happen if Reform actually does win the next election, how violent the response will be. We saw how the election of Donald Trump kicked off a wave of violence in the US with the attacks on, on on ice facilities, on Tesla, on the firebombings of Tesla stores, all of these things. It's, it's interesting. We're already seeing violence again directed against Reform officials, reformer spokespeople, when they're not even in government. So there's probably going to be at least two or three more years of Labour government in the uk. And I wonder how this will escalate if Reform maintains its leads in the is leading the polls and, and wins the next election.
Blake
And I know you guys live tragically in a totalitarian nation, the Brits. Is there any, anything that these lawmakers or these prospective reform in government people could appeal to, to defend themselves? Can you get a gun if there is a chance someone will break into your home and try to kill you with a hammer?
Charlie Kirk
Can they obscure their address or something? I mean, it's obscene that this guy found her too, by the way.
Alan Bakari
Yeah, it's pretty difficult to buy a gun even for self defense in Britain. Farage obviously has security but there are so many other people in reform and on the right to like lower down the ranks and won't have that level of protection. Maybe they should now. It might be, it might be a good idea, but there's the level, the response to the killing as well is what's disturbing. So many people were celebrating it on social media. There was a very muted response in the press as well, partly because of that delay in the police case confirming whether or not who the suspect was initially and what his potential political motivations might have been or not. Not confirming even initially that it was a, that it was a premeditated murder. And this, this meant that there was a series of days that went by when you know, the picture wasn't exactly clear and that that sort of gave the media and gave left and common data the space to just ignore the story or just have a muted response to it. And especially with the trend of violent attacks continuing in the U.S. we saw that ICE, that attack on the ICE facility in New York just a few days ago. You can see this trend continuing. Unfortunately.
Blake
I'm looking now. I just searched, I basically just searched Whitacom on X and I'm finding there's freaks on blue sky. Heather Herbert is going back to sleep. I don't know if that's her name but she says some, it's a link to the murder and she says some good news for once. I hope it was an extremely painful death. There's, there is something wrong with the left. There's something very wrong with the left in the UK And Alam, we're grateful you came on. We so many Americans, we care about the fate of our mother country, the country that birthed so many of the liberties we value in America. But we can tell that the clock is ticking towards midnight to save this country because there's a lot of very bad people doing very bad things and we don't have that many people like Anne Witticom.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, Alan, thanks for joining us. We appreciate the insight here and yeah, we pray for safety of everybody in the UK and in the US we have the same problem. Alan, talk to you soon. We are going to have Matt Tardeo come on. There was a whole dust up controversy revolving around Charlie's case that we want to shed some light on. And Matt Tardeo is a former special forces sniper who's got some great intel for us. We'll be right back.

Terrence Bates
Welcome back to this Real America's Voice News break. I'm Terrence Bates. Instead of a midnight train, President Trump is on a midday flight to Georgia. That's where our Neil McCabe is this afternoon, getting ready for the President's arrival.
Charlie Kirk
Neil, we're what?
Terrence Bates
T minus about an hour and a half from the President's arrival. That's the expectation.
Neil McCabe
Yeah, that's right. He's scheduled for 3pm but obviously, you know, things happen along the way and the president obviously could be pulled away not only for developments in Iran, but maybe meeting with families, maybe when he lands, meeting with politicians here in Georgia privately. And also the Pentagon vote. The Pentagon budget is being voted in the House tonight and Republican leadership is attaching the House past six America act to that bill so they can send it on to the Senate.
Terrence Bates
Talk about the expectation in terms of these sorts of issues he's going to address there before this House that looks like it's a jam packed house in Marietta, Georgia.
Neil McCabe
Yeah, it's packed out here and it's a carnival like atmosphere here, Terrence. It's really hopping and so people are excited. This is part of the president's tour that they're generally calling Powering the American Dream. So the centerpiece of this address will be the Trump accounts for, you know, children and of course, newborns born 25, 26, 27 will have $1,000 seeded in their Trump account which accrue tax free for those kids to sort of grow up vested in the American economy.
Smithsonian Representative
Economy.
Neil McCabe
But also the president is here to sort of plant the flag in the post. BRIAN kemp, Georgia and Georgia is now emerging after all that sort of hullabaloo when, you know, 2020 and Brian Kemp and the Republican leadership here not really supporting his efforts to challenge the 2020 elections. And of course, as you know, in the last few months the government has actually seized Fulton county ballots to dig into what happened here in 2020.
Terrence Bates
Absolutely. It's going to be interesting to hear from the president and you can, of course, watch his remarks live right here on Real America's Voice. Neil, thanks so much for being here.
Charlie Kirk
The truth, the whole truth, another nothing
Armstrong and Getty Producer
but the truth, the CHARLIE Kirk show.
Charlie Kirk
All right, welcome back, everybody. We've got a great guest in store for you in just a moment. First, I want to tell you about Noble Gold investments. Noble Gold, we just had Colin here yesterday. I'm told a lot of you reached out and I'm really glad to hear that because if you are thinking about precious metals, you're thinking about how to fight inflation, all that stuff. You got to check it out because we do have inflation and there is a de dollarization movement going on and it could make sense for you to have a portion of your portfolio so hedging against those things in precious metals. And Colin and the team are the right people to do that with. I'M telling you, there's a lot of shysters in this space. Colin is not one of them. He does business the right way and we love that about him. So Noble Gold Investments is a place you can go check them out and looking for the the URL here, I have to be honest. Noblegoldinvestments.com Kirk I want to make sure I got that right. Noble. Goldinvestments.com Kirk they also can help you if you need an ira. All those things. Silver is one of the things that they specialize in as well. So don't forget about silver. Silver is actually up more over the last year than gold and it's used in all these high tech things like electric vehicles, defense systems, AI infrastructure. The data centers require a lot of silver, so demand is skyrocketing. So check it out. Noblegoldinvestments.com Kirk tell them the Charlie Kirk show sent you and they're going to hook you up. That is their promise to us and to you. All right, without further ado, I want to bring in a guy I'm just getting to know and I'm really impressed by him and is he's a former Army Ranger sniper. He's an explosives expert. His name is Matt Tardio. He is also the host of Speak the Truth podcast. So he goes into a lot of the detail we're about to go into now on his show. So please check it out. Matt, welcome to the show. It's great to have you.
Matt Tardio
Thanks for having me.
Charlie Kirk
So just as a starting point here, and then we're going to get into the meat of this, we're going to be talking about some of this evidence and we're going to be talking about what Rob o' Neill has said publicly. He is a SEAL Team Six that was involved in the shooting of Osama bin Laden. So you know, we have a lot of respect for his service to our country. We're not attacking that, but he's basically raising issues or questions he has about Charlie's assassination as a starting point. Establish your background, your cv. Why should we listen to you as an expert on these things?
Matt Tardio
So I did, you know, I spent about 16 years in the military before I was medically retired. Started off my career in the infantry, was Ranger qualified, was a sniper section leader in the infantry and then went to Special Forces selection and became a United States Army Green beret. I got SF sniper qualified while I was there. Have roughly 4 years of combat in total underneath my belt. Missions against Al Qaeda, isis, the Taliban, Al Qaeda in Iraq, you know, things like that. Seeing places like East Africa, Middle east and Ukraine before people even knew where it existed.
Charlie Kirk
So you've got a, you've got a pretty impressive resume there. And you understand ballistics, you understand explosives. So I'm going to play this clip. There's actually two clips because he's done it twice. It's gone on Newsmax and he said the following. SOP 14. It's not like I'm out there saying
Matt Tardio
big lie or conspiracy or someone did it.
Charlie Kirk
I'm just saying this thing looked shady off the bat. I mean, just, I've killed people closer
Matt Tardio
than I saw the camera and I've never seen a shirt move like that.
Charlie Kirk
That looks like an explosion to me. I'm a Seal Team 6 sniper. I'm asking a lot of questions no
Joel Osteen
one wants to answer.
Charlie Kirk
Okay, so that was a couple months ago. The clip gets dredged up on social media as if it was breaking news, but it was actually a couple months old, so he got asked about it again on Newsmax. This was just yesterday. SOP 15. I don't think Charlie Kirk got shot
Matt Tardio
the way they're saying.
Tyler Boyer
That's all.
Charlie Kirk
As a sniper with a bunch of kills up close and Jack having. I don't do the research on this either, but Zach has, Jack has zero.
Matt Tardio
So let me be the man in the room.
Charlie Kirk
For a sniper second, it looked off.
Joel Osteen
It looked off.
Charlie Kirk
It seems like a cover up.
Neil McCabe
That's it.
Matt Tardio
I'm not saying who did it. I don't mean if their guy did it.
Charlie Kirk
As a sniper, someone with kills.
Tyler Boyer
I saw that happen.
Alan Bakari
Wow.
Congressman Brandon Gill
That looked off.
Charlie Kirk
I don't like rewatching it. I knew Charlie Kirk. This isn't fun for me, but I'm not going to just see something and have a bunch of people with no
Matt Tardio
experience really killing people tell me that I'm wrong. I'm not wrong,
Charlie Kirk
Matt. Is he wrong?
Matt Tardio
Yep. He's wrong.
Tyler Boyer
Wrong.
Matt Tardio
Yeah. And you know, I understand where he's coming from. When I first saw it as well, I, I had originally thought the shot ended up coming from behind, and then I immediately ended up withdrawing my statement within a couple hours. Based on everything that's coming out. I have any experience in shooting people that, that's not an excuse for saying that. I've, I've haven't seen anybody's shirt come up like that most of the time. That's not exactly what you're paying attention to when you're, when you're in the middle of business. But yes, he is. He is. Dead wrong in, in all of those statements that he's making. Minus that, you know, it, it. Once you understand terminal ballistics, you start to understand what actually ended up happening after that. And you know, going through military sniper courses, you, you, you get a lot on internal and external ballistics. What, what the projectile is doing inside of the rifle once it leaves, leaves the rifle and it's flying through the air. But once it ends up going over and impacting your intended target, that's where things start to get a little bit of wonky. And there is not a lot of information that's out there on it, but there is also a lot of information out there if you know where to look specifically when it goes down to these types of rifle cartridges and what ended up happens when they impact flesh.
Blake
So Matt, let's dive into that because a lot of the weird theories, they've kind of taken two, I'd say the core strands, people essentially claiming the bullet, the 30 odd six round would not be capable. It would have to leave an exit wound. And so therefore the wound that killed Charlie could not come from that.
Tyler Boyer
That.
Blake
And then also people again, they're fixating on T shirts and how it moves to suggest, yeah, exploding microphones would do this. So I guess that's what your post on X that we saw dove into. Can you dissect some of the, the science, the unfortunate grizzly science here of why we can be confident that it was a bullet acting away a bullet would that caused this all to happen?
Matt Tardio
Yeah, so we can go ahead and get rid of the exploding microphone theory right off the bat. That got revived by a man by the, goes by the name of John Bray. Thoroughly debunked him. People are welcome to go to my X profile and take a look at work at the, at the end of the day, even half a gram of patent, the amount of patent that's in there in a shaped charge explosives work equally right. They're basically omnidirectional when they end up going off. And that little half gram of Patton ends up exploding into a gaseous space of about 400 cubic inches instantaneously at over 8,000 meters a second. That means that little plastic microphone underneath the shirt would have instantly been gone long before anything ended up reaching his neck. It had blown a hole in his shirt easily the size of that microphone. And there'd be clear signs, clear signs of some damage to his tissue so that within itself didn't happen. All right, we can, we can just start off there. A shape charge is not a Magical charge. It's been around since the late 1800s. Right. And it's, it's been studied ever since. All right. It's used in RPGs, it's used in lots of different things in the defense industry. If there was a way to focus all the explosive energy into a single whole, you know, jet that, that doesn't have any sort of opposite and equal reaction.
Alan Bakari
Right.
Matt Tardio
Newton's laws of physics that we're talking about here, please let me know. And, and also allow the people in the fields of physics to know that as well because you are introducing a fourth dimension. So. Yeah. And when we start talking about the actual projectile itself, okay. The one that we believe he used, it hasn't came out wholly in the court of law yet. So this is speculation, but it's, it's, it's well based speculation. Based on the photographs that ended up getting shared in his pre trial, those most certainly appear to be Remington 150 grain Corlock ammunition. That particular projectile for the 3006 has been around since the late 1930s.
Joel Osteen
All right.
Matt Tardio
It doesn't use modern day bonding techniques. It's got a soft lead point and it's got a thin copper jacket that wraps, wraps around it. The reason you have to have that thin copper jacket is because that lead would basically be disintegrated if you're just, you know, shooting it at the barrel, at the velocities that we shoot these things at. That thin copper jacket also helps create a seal. And it's actually, you know, if you were to take that projectile and measure it, it's actually slightly larger than the bore of the barrel. So it gets squeezed down that barrel and it slightly deforms it. And as it's being squeezed on that barrel and it slightly deforms it, you know, you, you, you have an issue that goes into the actual overall balance of the projectile itself. These elongated projectiles are very front heavy as opposed to back heavy. And no matter how, how much we'd like to, we can't perfectly balance these things out. So with the improper balance along with it being squeezed out the barrel, you end up getting what's called yaw. That happens when this projectile is flying through the air. That yaw causes it not to spin in a tight spiral like a football, but kind of to slightly wobble at the nose. And depending on where that wobbles out when it ends up impacting the target, that creates, you know, different effects in terminal ballistics. Now this projectile itself is designed to essentially mushroom out, is the term people like to, you know, bring up, it's designed to mushroom out at soft point. The reason they do that is so that they expand and it creates more drag. You know, soldiers whine a lot about the 556, the green tip, the, you know, armor penetrating rounds that we have that were standard for the military for a very long time. Just zipping right through, guys. I've shot people with them and just watched them fall down and get right back up. The reason is, is because you're just punching holes in them, right? It's essentially taking an ice pick and going in. There's no energy transfer. So the reason you have these is because that they create much more energy transfer by opening up and biting into more meat. That projectile itself that we just saw those pictures of that's up on the screen ends up opening up the moment it comes into contact.
Charlie Kirk
Back up, please.
Matt Tardio
Yeah, yeah, bring that up. There we go. So here we can see that, that copper jacket that is opened up. Now with the study that was done back in the 1960s of over 5,000 casualties from World War II and from Korea, they ended up determining that yaw ends up being the most distinguishing factor in terminal ballistics overall. And within. Within just three inches. All right, within just three inches of flesh. And this is using full metal jacket rounds, not ones that mushroom out and create more drag. Within just three inches of flesh, it can actually tumble up to 90 degrees. So you have that very thin copper jacket as it's mushrooming out and then it's just going to rip apart. And we're also talking about lead here. Lead is a very soft metal. In general, when it's just room temperature, it's soft. You can pick away at it with your thumbnail. When you shoot that thing down a barrel, it starts superheating it from the friction of the barrel. And as it's flying through the air, all the friction from the air also gets that round really nice and warm. It gets really hot. Once things start to heat up, they start to become a little bit more malleable, particularly lead and brass and copper. So when that stuff ends up hitting all right, it's. It's not hitting with the full strength as it would if you were just sitting there tapping. At room temperature, it's actually a little bit more malleable, all of that and ends up creating that jacketed yaw that goes that, that energy dissipation that ended up taking place that full stop within the neck. 100% is proven within this one photograph right here of how that went down,
Charlie Kirk
I just want to say to the audience, I'm sorry that we're talking about this candidly. We talked about it a lot during the preliminary hearing. It's an unfortunate thing that we have to do because there are. And again, I'm not trying to disrespect, respect Rob o' Neill's service. I have a great respect for his service to the country. But this becomes fuel that is then taken and they run with it. And next thing you know, Erica Kirk's being accused of something heinous. Okay? So we have to deal with the actual science and the facts, and we have to have responsible people like Matt who know this inside and out and are experts on this topic, shed light on it and debunk this stuff as it comes up. It's like whack a mole.
Blake
We have to emphasize this. The goal of a lot of people pushing this is they want Tyler Robinson to get off because they have all of this out there in the miasma and someone will get on the jury and be unconvincable.
Charlie Kirk
Exactly. And that's what we've seen. It's a cult like fanaticism. Okay, real quick, I want to tell you about Good Ranchers. July is grilling month, so check out Good Ranchers this month. All right, welcome back, everybody. I want to tell you about Alliance Defending Freedom. I just did, but it bears repeating. Colorado basically is a lawless state. They don't care about your First Amendment rights. They don't care about your religious conscience. No, they're. They're at it again. They are trying to take on a bookstore, a Christian bookstore and a sports apparel company. And guess what? A court ruled against them. So they're making them use pronouns, even if using those pronouns violates their conscience. Okay? That's their First Amendment right. Colorado doesn't care. So they have been sued. A court agreed with them. But at Alliance Defending Freedom, they're challenging the law on behalf of a Christian bookstore and a sports apparel company. They have appealed with ADF's help. They have appealed this. And what happens in Colorado doesn't stay in Colorado or California or New York. No, it spreads. And they will do this in other places if ADF doesn't Step in into the gap here and fight for them. So they are appealing and they're making sure that Colorado doesn't get away with this attempt to skirt the First Amendment. So please support what ADF is doing, okay? ADF are the front lines and the legal forces fight against these people. Okay, so go to joinadf. Joinadf.com Charlie. That's joinadf.com Charlie. And you get your gift doubled today.

Matt Tardio, former Army Ranger sniper, four years of combat experience and explosives expert who has. I'm so grateful to voices like yours, Matt, because you have stepped into the breach when you didn't have to. Nobody made you do this. I didn't even know you at all. I reached out when I saw your analysis on bullet yaw and things like this, explaining the ballistics behind this and the science behind it.
Smithsonian Representative
It.
Charlie Kirk
But you have done a brave thing, and I just want to thank you for that genuinely. And I think it's so critically important. We've got this B roll from a guy named Valhalla, I guess, who's. You're aware of who this person is? I'm not. He's trying to emulate, I guess, the angle, the trajectory, the caliber of round with a pig. Why don't you explain what we're about to see and what you actually think the takeaways are from. From this.
Matt Tardio
Yeah. So I actually had a phone call with. His name's Nate. So I actually had a phone call with Nate the other day and talked to him specifically about this. Nate's. Nate's stance on this, contrary to how everybody likes to spin it, is he actually does think that there is a chance that it could have stopped in the neck, particularly after doing this. Now, this animal itself has been gutted.
Smithsonian Representative
All right?
Matt Tardio
It has been gutted. Prior to it, it was freshly killed, but it has been gutted within neck. It's missing a lot of fluids. Okay. That end up going in there. And it's also missing a lot of. How do you want to say, internal parts that would have normally been in there when he ended up shooting it. The one big takeaway that he ended up saying actually, in my opinion, goes to validate the paperwork that I actually ended up publishing, which shows within the first four inches. And you're going to hear this out of Nate's mouth. You know, at some point, this video, if you guys go watch it, within those first four inches, it actually ends up dissipating most of the energy within it. Now that's without the fluid and fluid dynamics is actually one of the most important things that goes into internal ballistics or excuse me, terminal ballistics. When I end up striking the target. Now the one thing that Rob o' Neill had stated was he didn't understand how Charlie's shirt could have puffed up like that. And I believe his exact statement was the vapor trail could have possibly caused the shirt to puff up. But the clip that I ended up sending to you earlier with the timestamp does in fact show the, the air displacement from that projectile flying through the air. When it ends up striking that pig's neck, you will see it poof all over the grass over behind the pig.
Charlie Kirk
Alright, so I guess our team actually stripped out some of the audio so we could react to it live. So I don't know if we can put this up, but it's the B roll here and I think they added a slow mo. So this is him up on a, on some sort of lift and he's shooting down with the 30:06. I think he's trying to emulate the angle that would have been at the LOSI center down into the amphitheater and he's shooting the pig. And so you're, you're drawing our eyes specifically to the moving, the rustling of the grass. And what is, repeat again, what, what is your takeaway from that as a terminal ballistics expert?
Matt Tardio
So, all right, so when you start talking about, you know, sniping long range shooters, they've all seen this phenomenon. And for you guys that haven't seen this, this, it's something that's called spotting trace. It's not a phenomenon. We know it's happened. The bullets cutting through the air, right, is displacing air as it's flying through the air. As it's doing that, it's pushing it out of the way, okay? Air can actually compress, okay. And it can compress to a point to where it actually can start fires, believe it or not. And so as that bullet's cutting through the air, that's what it's doing and it's pushing and it's moving it. When you're getting shot at, those bullets are flying pretty close to your body. You, you can feel them going past you, the air, you know, being moved. And so what you're witnessing is that projectile goes and it Impacts that neck is that air is still moving, you know, and being pushed by that projectile up until the point of impact. Once it does. So it's still in motion.
Charlie Kirk
Right.
Matt Tardio
Again, we're, we're arguing with laws of physics, or they are. Okay, that that projectile still in motion. So is that air. It just doesn't magically stop when the projectile ends up impacting its intended target. So that error then goes and it hits and it flows almost like water around that neck. And, and what ends up happening, believe it or not, that air can actually compress as it's going around because it's hit, it's hit a certain object and it's allowing it to flow around and that air will actually continue to compress until it comes out the other side when it dissipates. And that's actually what happened with Charlie Kirk shirt.
Charlie Kirk
So, yeah, the. Again, I hate even. We're not going to obviously show any of those images, but that seems to be their central critique. So. So we know that air compresses, by the way. Anybody who's flown on an airplane knows that as like an object's moving forward, it pushes the air out. That's what creates the pressure underneath the wings that gives a plane its lift. Right? Yeah. So we know that air moves. It's not this invisible thing. It actually has mass. I wanted to go back to this write up and by the way, Matt did a phenomenal write up. I just want to give one small graphic warning at the end. You're proving it's a gunshot wound and there is a frame. And I just, I want to say, so if you look up this report, the science is excellent and it is a refutation of a bunch of this stuff that's floating around. So I just wanted to give a, if anybody looks that up, I just want to fair warning and I understand why you did it, Matt.
Blake
It has an image of Charlie being
Charlie Kirk
shot, but just a still frame of it to prove, prove that visually. It looks like exactly what you're describing here. And I understand why you did it. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Matt Tardio
It's hydrostatic shock. It's what, it's what's extrapolated in ballistics gel, which people like to point to. And I can tell you that ballistics gel is not equal to human flesh. And I think that's the next important thing that we've got to address is it's just not equal.
Charlie Kirk
Okay, go there. Yeah, but yeah, fair enough.
Matt Tardio
That's why it's there.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, yeah.
Matt Tardio
Ballistics gel isn't equal. Yeah.
Charlie Kirk
Okay.
Matt Tardio
I mean, we're a little short on time. It's going to take a hot minute to be able to get that out. But 120. I'll say this. Yeah, go ahead.
Charlie Kirk
No, you. You go. Go for it, Matt. The floor is yours.
Tyler Boyer
All right.
Matt Tardio
So 124 grain 9 millimeter hydro shock ammunition penetrates roughly 12 to 15 inches of ballistics gel. The.30 06 corock ammunition goes through about 16 to 17 inches of ballistics gel. One individual I saw that got shot in the face with that 9 millimeter round. Okay, and again, it's 12 to 15 inches versus 16 to 17 inches. Inches. Okay, A penetration of ballistics gel stopped within this guy's skull. All right? It didn't exit his face. It went into his cheekbone and then it stopped within his head. And roughly estimating, you know, just a couple inches of worth of penetration out of that. So 12 inches of ballistics, y'.
Smithsonian Representative
All.
Matt Tardio
A couple inches of human flesh.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah. They're not. They're not the same. Matt Tardio. Please check out his stuff. He's doing great work and he's a brave fighter. For truth Speak the Truth is his show. Thank you so much, Matt, and thank you to the audience for bearing with us as we correct the record. It's important.
