Welcome to the Megyn Kelly show, live on Sirius XM channel 111, every weekday at noon East. Hey, everyone, I'm Megyn Kelly. Welcome to the Megyn Kelly show and Happy Friday. We have a lot to get into today, including a bombshell Time magazine piece about foreign influence and social media. This thing has taken the Internet by storm and is behind one of the most viral moments between Vice President J.D. vance and Joe Rogan this week. Basically we have, excuse me, a foreign country trying to interfere in the American body politic. If you go on X, if you go on Instagram, if you go on TikTok, you're being manipulated by Israel. They're not the only ones, but boy, they are the biggest. That seems clear. They're spending tens of millions of dollars to influence how you think. If you have doubts about Israel's presence in America, about. If you're skeptical about just how much influence they should have over American politics and the congressman you elect to serve your home district to worry about your pocketbook, you're an anti Semite. That's the campaign that they are unleashing. They, they cloak it in the, oh, we're just trying to fight anti Semitism lie. That's not it. They're trying to destroy anyone who raises questions about Israeli influence in America over our president or when it comes to this Iran war. It's disgusting. Go worry about your own fucking politics and get out of the United States. Okay. This show has called out the Palestinians for their propaganda campaign from the start. We are not under any delusions about how good Hamas is at propaganda. We get it. We've reported on it extensively. However, there are select few programs and journalists or influencers who will be honest about what Israel is doing. And this is one of them. So they don't get a pass just because they're an ally. Because in many ways they're not behaving like it. Look, they care about themselves. I get it. We're supposed to care about ourselves. We're not supposed to be unleashing influence campaigns against American citizens who have genuine good faith doubts about foreign policy and the direction we're going. That, that is Israel shouldn't be able to manipulate American citizens with all of its money in that way, but that's what it's doing. And they're using a guy who helped get Trump elected in 2016. His name is Brad Parscale. We've told you about him before. This happens to be a guy with whom I've had a very good relationship for many years. That is until I expressed my own doubts about Israel's role in our politics and its influence over our foreign affairs excursions. And then you'll be shocked, shocked to learn I appear to have come within the crosshairs of this man as well. But it's not about me. It's about many, many people on the right who've expressed doubts on this issue. Israel no longer has majority support among the country at all. All independents have turned against them. Virtually all Democrats have turned against them. Virtually all young Republicans have turned against them. And by young, I mean under 50. And now their approval rating in the over 50 crowd is waning. So it's a very large group of Americans who they'd have to target if they really want to turn around sentiment on their behavior. And it's happening. And the galling part is they are using one of our own. They're using an American conservative who helped get Trump elected in 2016, but hasn't spoken to the president in six years. He's out. He's out now to do it. The White House is also now under attack, reportedly from this guy, because he's. That they tried to settle the Iran war. Trump tried in good faith to settle this thing with a memorandum of understanding. And what happened? This guy used his little influencer army to attack the president. Now he's denying it, but it's obvious. And you don't have to believe me on any of this. Believe our vice president. Believe J.D. vance, who went on Joe Rogan and talked all about it based on this in depth Time magazine piece that outed a large part of this operation. We have been telling you about this operation for quite some time. We told you about Brad Pascal. We told you he was getting paid 10 cents of millions. And we told you that there was an Israeli influence operation paying some influencers as much as $7,000 a tweet. They mocked us. Oh, it's not true. Oh, you're paranoid. It's true. It's true. Just Google it. I mean, it's all over the Internet. This isn't some figment of our imagination. We don't do that on this show, unlike so many others out there. So it's just absurd. It's absurd what's going on, and it's deeply immoral. And, you know, I don't want any foreign influence in our body politic. I really don't. I don't want the Palestinians manipulating me, and I don't want the Israelis manipulating me either. And if they're going to use American citizens to do it those American citizens should not only be required to register under the Foreign Agent Registrations act, which this guy, Brad Parscale has done for his almost $50 million a year he's getting from Israel to manipulate you, but they should have to disclose exactly whom they're paying because that's where the system has been falling apart. He's paying tons of influencers to do his dirty work, but he doesn't have to disclose exactly whom. So all these others can say, oh, this is just my genuinely held good faith opinion bullshit. Bull. Let me see your tax returns. Let's see you disclosed that you are being paid Israeli money. Now, we've gotten these milquetoast statements from some of them we're going to talk about today. Like, oh, I've never accepted money from Israel. Right, I know you got it from Brad Parscale, who got it from Israel and possibly from others. Again, they're denying that, but we'll show you the evidence. So this is the situation in which we find ourselves where we now no longer have to worry just about American super PACs with endless money, bottomless pockets who are out there constantly trying to manipulate your opinion, but foreign, foreign influences who have decided that who, whatever American can be bought and paid for are their, quote, best weapons. Against whom? Against. Against us. Against their fellow Americans. So it's a problem. All right, we're going to get to it. Because President Trump himself last night at the White House was lamenting foreign actors trying to influence American politics. He was focused on China, among others issues, talking about how China has been carrying out what the President called the largest compromise of American election data in history. All these foreign actors want to manipulate you at the ballot box. They don't care that you can't pay your gas bill, that, that, that you can't pay your mortgage, that your credit card interest rates are well into the double digits. They only care about themselves and they will do what is necessary to push the American electorate one way or another. And the, and what the President was saying about China was deeply disturbing. I mean, he got hit from a lot of corners for sort of building this thing up. And then it sounded like recycled information. And to some extent that was true, but it wasn't all recycled information. I mean, the pre. It was great, frankly, to hear the President of the United States zero in on China and its constant spying on us and attempted manipulations of American citizens. I mean, the, the foreign influence conversation when it comes to election integrity is a really important conversation. It's just, it's about China, and it's about Israel and it's about so many others. And we just have to be super honest about this. I'm just sick of being manipulated. Disclosures are required. And when it comes to China, because they don't. They don't disclose anything. They just do it surreptitiously, and our spy agencies catch them, and then they report it up the line, and then we do nothing. We do nothing. The president reported that they'd been spying on the Joe Biden campaign, trying to manipulate them, not to mention the Trump campaign, trying to undermine them and everybody. And then, then he reported that our own intelligence agencies kept it from him, kept it from President Trump when he was the sitting president about what had been done to him. Okay, this is all totally unacceptable. And then the mainstream media would tell you it's not a big deal. Who cares? All this is just Trump being his, you know, paranoid self. By the 2020 election, we're. Without actually examining the claims, the extraordinary claims that he's making, why don't we care? I, for one, think we should care. I don't care who it is. I don't care what the foreign country is, you know, friend or foe. We need to, at a minimum, shine some sunlight on it so it stops, or so Americans are aware and they can discount certain messages that just, oh, so happen to reflect so beautifully on said country. Oh, maybe you're being manipulated. You know, I think we've all, for example, gotten to the point where there's a healthy dose of skepticism when you get some number on casualties from the Hamas information of health over there in Gaza. All right? We know not to trust them. Now, when the Israelis say that we've had 60,000 dead in Gaza, tens of thousands of whom are civilians, I believe them because they have an interest in downplaying those numbers, but they've put that number out there. Okay, but we need to get more skeptical beyond that. Well beyond that. And when it comes to China, I think the problem's much bigger. We just have to fight back against them. We have to stop all the spying. We don't appear inclined to actually punish them for what they're doing because we're so dependent on them for things like rare earth minerals, which President Trump is trying to fight in a different way. He's trying to shore up our abilities to mine those so that we're not so dependent on them. But last night was a good first step, you know, sunlight being the best disinfectant again. So joining me today is somebody who has been sounding the alarm on this issue at every turn. So much so that now some people whose names you will recognize are calling for him to be fired as a top Trump advisor. He's a first time guest on this show. His name is Alex Brujewitz and Alex is a political advisor for President Trump. He was one of the key forces in helping attract young people to Trump's successful 2024 campaign. He was also a dear friend of Charlie Kirk's. Our sponsor, the Electronic Payments Coalition, says Washington politicians are always getting in your wallet and that now they're messing with your credit card. They say your credit card and the security it offers are under attack. And that Senators Dick Durbin and Roger Marshall want to change the nation's payment system to benefit corporate megastores like Walmart and Target at the expense of everyday Americans. Credit cards can keep your payments secure and provide rewards that families use to help make everyday purchases more affordable. The Electronic Payments Coalition says the Durbin Marshall mandates would let corporate megastores cut corners on credit card processing, routing transactions over cheaper, untested networks with weaker security and fewer protections. Find out more@guardyourcard.com and consider telling Congress to guard your card. Alex, welcome to the show.
Alex Brujewitz
Megan, what an opening. Thank you for having me.
Megyn Kelly
All right, so where am I going wrong?
Alex Brujewitz
Well, it was quite in depth and I'm looking forward to our conversation around that. And thank you for mentioning President Trump's historic speech last night highlighting the foreign influence in the 2020 election. I think, for starters, all of those, including myself, who had questions and concerns around the 2020 election were vindicated last night by the President's speech. I think we've been vindicated over the years through all of the different pieces of evidence that have come out. I think people like former SIZA head Chris Krebs, who went on television right after the 2020 election and said that the 2020 election was the most secure election in history, should probably be questioned and investigated for why he was so quick to spread those claims. And the President has been very passionate about this since the beginning. A lot of people have told him to move on, but I don't think it's important. I don't think he should move on. I think that the American people deserve to know what takes place in their elections, who's influencing what, what countries are involved. And the information that was released Yesterday about the 220 million voter files being accessed by the CCP, that's quite troubling and every American should be concerned about that. But it's important to note that China isn't the only country that meddles in our elections. And there's different ways that you can meddle. There's ways that you can use social media, accessing voter files, access. And I think that it's very important that we get to the bottom of what took place in 2020 so it never happens again. And this administration seems to be the only administration that cares about tackling foreign influence and securing American elections. And so I think every American should support them. And I also want to note that last night ABC and NBC refused to air the President's primetime address, which was, I don't think that cable television networks like them have ever refused to air a primetime address before. And I'm a believer in a very important quote, Meghan. It's called democracy dies in darkness. And I heard that all day, every day for years and years during the President's first term. And to be honest, I'm a believer in that. I think it's very important to shed light on things that are taking place in our country. And last night, ABC and NBC threatened democracy, in my opinion, by refusing to air the President's speech.
Megyn Kelly
It's ridiculous. And I think CBS cut away and CNN said they weren't going to air it until they had the ability to fact check it. This is like this babysitting of the commander in chief is so galling. Be a grown up. If you have fact checks that you want to do, you do them afterward. That's how people, presidential fact checks have always worked in journalism, right. They treat President Trump like he's a toddler who, and, and, and all of us like we're toddlers.
Alex Brujewitz
Right?
Megyn Kelly
Like we, if we just hear the information, something terrible has happened to us and we can never get the information out of our head with counter information or evaluate competing claims. We just, we have to be shielded from the words coming out of the President's mouth. Notwithstanding the fact that majority of this country elected this man Trump to be our president and to speak to us directly from time to time. It's galling, as I said.
Alex Brujewitz
Absolutely. And one of the core promises that he campaigned on was securing American elections. And he promised to raise awareness about what took place in 2020. And the NBC and ABC and those networks didn't wait to fact check Chris Krebs claims when he was on television saying that the election was the most secure ever in history. And so they seem to only want to wait to fact check one side of the argument which I think is quite troubling. So perhaps that perhaps they don't want to secure American elections. As the President said yesterday, the only reason that Congress wouldn't want to pass the Save America act would be because they want to cheat. And certain elements in our country want to cheat. Perhaps the mainstream media also falls in that, in that bucket. But I think the American people, they overwhelmingly supported President Trump again, and one of his core messages on the 2024 campaign trail was securing American elections. And I'm confident that the administration is about to do just that.
Megyn Kelly
Well, I think, you know, one of the theories is that the President was doing all of this in order to ramp up support for the Save America act amongst Congress. He doesn't have to ramp it up amongst the American people. They already favor this thing. They favor secure elections and voter ID. Like it's, it's something like an 80 plus percent issue. I actually think it's over 90% of the American public who want to see voter ID universally. And yet you wouldn't know that if you looked at the response to the Save America act in Congress. They treat it like it's not popular, like something, you know, that there's going to be backlash against them if they vote for it. And it makes no sense whatsoever unless, yeah, as you point out, they are in favor of the cheating. They want people who are not citizens to be voting. And that only favors one party. Let me just give you one sound bite from the President last night. Here he is in SOT1 on influence in our elections.
Alex Brujewitz
Over a period of years, Starting during the 2020 election cycle, the People's Republic of China carried out what is believed to be the largest compromise of election data in history, resulting in China's illicit acquisition of 220 million US voter files. That information includes names, addresses, phone numbers, political party preferences, and other sensitive data that would be needed to register to vote and engage in other nefarious activities. Which is exactly what was happening. This data loss presents an unprecedented election security nightmare.
Megyn Kelly
Okay, now you would think the average American would say, I don't want that. I don't want the Chinese accessing my personal information to try to figure out how to manipulate me. But what if you read the papers today, they're all like, the Chinese have had access to our emails and our personal data for a long time. That's the response. Alex, there is not. Nobody's like, thank God somebody's finally calling attention to this.
Alex Brujewitz
Right? And the President's been trying to raise awareness about this for almost six years now. And that's been the response that the that the media has had since the beginning. They don't want to look at what took place. They want to continue to dismiss the concerns of the American people. They say that everyone or anyone who has questions related to the election are conspiracy theorists or threats to democracy. But I truly believe that the threats to democracy are those who refuse to want to get to the bottom of this, refuse to want to secure our elections. The White House keeps hammering home the message that American elections should be decided by Americans. I don't think that's a controversial opinion. I think that is a common sense opinion.
Megyn Kelly
They must want to cheat. Because the point is simply, if you're, if you're against cracking down on the ccp, accessing Americans private information, what would be the reason why? Like that. Why would Democrats be in favor of that? Well, the answer is they're not. It's just once you lift the dress up a little on election integrity, now you're on your way to the SAVE act, which they really oppose. And the reason they oppose it is, was espoused explicitly by Michigan Democratic Senator Elise Slotkin this week. Listen to her. The other thing that we blocked yesterday was the SAVE Act.
J.D. Vance
Right.
Megyn Kelly
Which was literally, Literally allow this administration to rig our democracy so that it would be hard for any Democrat in any state to win any election and disenfranchise all married women in the meantime. By the way, just you have to show your birth certificate at the polls if you have a married name. So there it is. She uses the word rig, but she's basically saying, if we pass the Save America act, we'll never win again. We Democrats will never win again. Because, of course, it would lead to a cleanup of the voting rolls.
Alex Brujewitz
Yeah, I don't think she was supposed to say that part out loud. I think that the Democrat leadership was probably upset with her that she said it. And she doesn't seem to be the strongest candidate. I mean, she's trailing Mike Rogers right now in that Senate race. But I'm grateful that she said it. It's a perfect campaign ad because it's exactly what the Democrats believe. It's also why the Democrats fight us on the census. We don't want to count illegal aliens in the census. And the Democrats think that's an outrage because it helps them with certain seats in California or Illinois or New York. And so their whole game is not a fair game. And I think that they're upset now because the American people are wise to it. They're paying attention to it. And as you mentioned, the Save America act is an 80, 20, maybe 90, 10 issue. And I'm hopeful that the Republican Senate will do the right thing and get it done. We shall see. The administration's pushing hard on it, but slot can give away the game there. They need illegals and certain elements of manipulation to win elections, and we cannot allow that to continue in our country. And that's why I'm very supportive of what President Trump is doing and what he did last night.
Megyn Kelly
Yeah, she's not running against Rogers. They're trying to figure out who's going to run against Rogers. But she's already.
Alex Brujewitz
Oh, I forget.
Megyn Kelly
Seat.
Alex Brujewitz
I bet.
Megyn Kelly
But she's the one. Alex, I don't know if you remember, but when Pete Hegseth was going through his confirmation hearing, she's. She was literally the most annoying person in the room.
Alex Brujewitz
And.
Megyn Kelly
And that room included Maisie Hirono. Okay, That's a tough feat. It's saying something.
Alex Brujewitz
Yeah, exactly.
Megyn Kelly
Right?
Alex Brujewitz
Yeah.
Megyn Kelly
I mean, it's actually kind of impressive. But she was like, I know you've done your genuflection to President Trump. She was speaking down to him like he was a nothing and his three tours of duty were meaningless to her. Or that she was somehow equivalent to him because she'd served in the CIA. Okay, look, fine, you can serve in the CIA. I respect your service. But please don't lecture an actual combat veteran about what it's like to be a member in the active duty military. She was insufferable. So there she is, as you say, saying the quiet part out loud. All right, so let's turn to this Time magazine piece. The Vice President went on with Joe Rogan this week and he called attention to this. And, and here's him doing that in part in Sat 6.
J.D. Vance
I definitely think you have seen this very discreet, extremely well funded campaign to try to derail the negotiation and try to derail the deal. And, you know, there was again, there's this Time article that came out yesterday. A friend sent it to me. It's like, worth reading because it lists a bunch of people who have quite literally been paid by a former Trump campaign person who was himself paid by certain elements within the Israeli government. And those people are attacking me viciously for quite literally trying to accomplish the negotiation objective that the President set for the country. So what is their position?
Alex Brujewitz
Like, they're attacking you How?
J.D. Vance
Oh, it's social media posts. They're leaking to reporters. They're attacking me obsessively saying that we should not be negotiating with Iran. We should just keep the military campaign going indefinitely, and that is their explicit position.
Megyn Kelly
So this is a reference to this Time magazine piece which focuses in on Brad Parscale. And Brad Parscale was in part responsible for getting Trump elected in 2016. He worked for Ivanka. He was promoting her social media through social media, her brands and things like that. And then he got sort of drafted over, if memory serves, into working for the Trump campaign. And he was selling merch, and he. I interviewed him a few times while at Fox, and he talked about how he noticed on the merch sales that Trump was really trending in certain areas that they didn't expect to see as the Trump campaign. And they would then redirect their efforts or send the candidate himself to. To these towns where he would gin up unexpected support in swing states or get sort of the voting couch potatoes off the couch because they could tell that they were motivated, they were buying Trump merch and so on for the first time. And sure enough, Trump won. So he had a hand in that, no question. And he knows what he's doing when it comes to social media manipulation. Then came 2020, and he was helping the Trump campaign then, and it was going less well. And ultimately he got fired from the campaign in 2020, and then he had a personal crisis that made the news. And Brad Parscale has a bit of a unfortunate history. You're probably even too young to remember this, Alex, because you're, you know, you're. You're very young. But the police were called to Brad's home down in Florida. There's videotape of it, and his wife accused him of beating her. She would later recant the allegations, but the police were called to the scene and would report on the bruises that they found on his wife. I'll just read it to you. This is a political article from September of 2020. Timothy Skaggs reported seeing bruises on Candace Parscale's arms, which she said had occurred a few days ago during a physical altercation with her husband. Stephen Smith, a SWAT team member who responded to the residents, said in his report that when I asked how she received the bruising, Candace Parscale stated, brad Parscale and hits her. When asked if he made the markings today, she said no, that it had happened a couple of days ago. But she said today he did forcibly smack her phone out of her hand when she was attempting to call Brad Parscale's father. They report that he lost his job as Trump's campaign manager in July amid questions about his leadership and the failed optics of One of Trump's campaign rallies. They held. They found. They reported to the house in the midst of this because he was having a mental health issue and was threatening suicide. Reportedly, he was ranting, he was pacing. According to Candace, she heard what she thought was a gunshot. She was afraid he had shot himself. She later concluded he had not because he continued to hear. She continued to hear him ranting and pacing through the house. They showed up. They found him wearing only a pair of shorts, wearing and holding what appeared to be a beer being thrown to the ground by police after he agreed to come outside with the gun. There's videotape of part of this. Here it is. Came back out of his office, like, cocked his handgun and went back inside. And so then I saw him. I saw him, like, open the blinds in the front yard, and then he closed him.
Alex Brujewitz
And then I heard what I thought was a gunshot. Killer grow, man. Easy. What do you think? I didn't do anything.
Megyn Kelly
I didn't do anything.
Alex Brujewitz
I didn't do anything. Hey, we'll figure it all out, all right?
Megyn Kelly
Don't worry. I didn't do anything.
Alex Brujewitz
I didn't do anything.
Megyn Kelly
So he was, according to the wife, talking about shooting himself, that he drinks and suffers from some sort of ptsd. He was committed to a hospital under Florida's Baker act after this. And so I feel for Brad Parscale. He's had some troubles, and I understand that a lot of people have troubles. These are pretty extraordinary ones. Again, to reiterate that Candace took back her allegations of abuse, notwithstanding what the police reported after speaking with her on site. So Brad Parscale and I always got along. He went on to become a senior executive at Salem Media, which is the company that produces, I think, Hugh Hewitt's podcast. Who else do they do, Alex? Oh, Scott Jennings. Right. His show, Town hall with Katie Pavlich. They own that publication, I believe. Red State. So big and conservative media. And amazingly, like, stunningly to me, I have to say, this is the same guy who now has taken $45 million a year from Israel in order to peddle the Israeli interests into American politics. And if those conflict with the agenda of his former boss, Donald Trump, so be it.
Alex Brujewitz
Yeah. So I want to remark quickly on the incident that took place in 2020. I don't want to get in the mud or make certain personal remarks around him. I believe he went through some personal traumatic experiences during that time. And so the claims of ptsd. I do believe he tragically lost his two children shortly after they were born. And so I can only imagine how difficult that was. And I don't want to excuse any of the behavior that he's been accused of. But I also do want to highlight that I genuinely believe he's become a Christian. He stopped drinking. And as a Christian, I do not hold his past allegations and accusations against him.
Megyn Kelly
However, nor do I, Alex. And I've been defensive of Brad Parscale for 10 years. However, it is a piece of his story and it's relevant because he's had some serious troubles. And honestly, to give such a man $50 million almost to work on behalf of a foreign country is potentially a reckless move. And I think we're seeing the results of that right now in our. In our politics. I really do. I think Brad Parscal, in my opinion, is now working to divide Americans from one another when he should be working to unite us as opposed to helping get the President elected and pursue his agenda the way he did in 2016 and tried to in 2020. He now is. Appears to be undermining the president's agenda with this influence campaign if it, if it doesn't dovetail with what Israel wants to. And we are divided from Israel right now at the moment, we're, you know, picking this war back up with Iran. But Israel's been all over President Trump for the past month as he tries to put this war to bed. So in the same way that Brad Parscale and his influencer campaign wouldn't hesitate to try to destroy you or me or anyone who speaks up against Israel, we're going to get really clear on Brad Parscale's issues, too. Unabashedly and unafraid.
Alex Brujewitz
Well, it certainly is your program. And so, as you've mentioned, this is the largest FARA contract in history, this $50 million contract that has gone to Brad's firm, which is unique given the fact that he has never had prior lobbying experience. And again, he also doesn't have a relationship with President Trump. The Time magazine article I found to be quite damning. And the Wall Street Journal backed up similar statements and ended up so I think the Time magazine piece said he got paid $1.5 million a month. The Wall Street Journal the next day said it's been actually closer to $45 million that he's been paid, which. Which makes it the largest contract for one entity in FARA history. And I've been pretty critical of this contract. I have been probably for the past month, because I have a lot of questions around it. If you read the initial draft contract on Faro's website between his firm, Clock Tower X, and an organization out of Germany called Havis Media Group. It showcases a set of deliverables. And some of those deliverables include language that is reminiscent of the language that he puts in contracts for his influencer marketing campaigns, including the guaranteed of 50 million impressions, thousands and thousands of pieces of content being delivered each month. And I had a lot of questions and concerns around another part of language in there that said he's going to integrate narrative messaging into Salem Media Properties. And so I've been raising awareness about this. I was on Tucker Carlson's podcast, which I had a unique response from certain people online. And I've been raising awareness about this. I've been asking Brad, can you please provide some transparency around what you're actually doing with this money? And Brad has denied that he's been paid to undermine the administration's efforts on social media specifically related to opposing the mou. And he's denied it in the Time article. He denied it on social media. And actually last night he called me. I think he learned that I was coming on your program. And he called me. And again, he denied it to me. We ended up speaking for a substantial period of time and we discussed kind of the ins and outs of the contract. He said that after submitting that initial contract to the nation of Israel, he learned that he actually couldn't deliver those services. He said that he could, can't legally integrate messaging into Salem properties. He said if he were to pay influencers through this, through this Haas Media Group contract, he would need to disclose every single payment made. And he said that through this particular contract with the nation of Israel, he has not paid influencers. So I said, well, Brad, can you understand why people would have questions related to your draft contract? Because there's no other contract out. And he obviously understanding of where I was coming from. And I said, brad, can you please explain to me the services that you're providing? And he said, we are simply only doing SMS text messaging. And so there's, there's certain, there's. There's certain texts that are going out to Americans on behalf of Israel, where they are. They were supposed to be combating anti Semitism, but. And I pushed back on Brad on that. I said, brad, well, I received a text a couple of days ago from your entity that was basically trying to coach Americans into supporting more of a prolonged conflict. So how can, how can you say that only your texts are. Your texts are only going to combat anti Semitism. And we had a Back and forth discussion for about an hour. He holds the position that he does not pay influencers through this contract.
Megyn Kelly
So the Time magazine piece is totally wrong. So he should sue them. I look forward to watching his defamation.
Alex Brujewitz
Totally wrong. Because the Time magazine piece.
Megyn Kelly
Well, no, no, no. If he's right, then the Time magazine piece is right.
Alex Brujewitz
It doesn't actually. It also highlights that Brad has been paid by, and firms of his have been paid by pro Israel, Pro Israel groups and pro Israel influencers have been paid for pro Israel content through Brad's firms, just not necessarily through this contract. And so Brad can't.
Megyn Kelly
So this is what we call splitting hairs.
Alex Brujewitz
So I understand why people are confused. I'm also confused by this. There was one influencer in particular who was identified in the Time magazine piece. His name's Eyel Jacoby and he was identified as one of the influencers who has been compensated by Brad's firm in the past for promoting Israel related issues, according to the Time magazine piece. And so I think there's a lot of transparency questions and concerns that are still lingering. And just because I had a conversation with Brad last night doesn't mean I'm going to pull off of this. I very well aware that there is a heavily funded, coordinated effort online to undermine efforts in the administration. This heavily funded, coordinated effort I've also been tracking for over a year because it's been used to attack voices on social media who were critical of the war. And I think that you are a target of this. Absolutely. I think Tucker was a target of this. Absolutely. And to be honest, I have strongly disagreed with a lot of the things that you have said and that Tucker has said. But I also don't think it's right to have these heavily funded, manipulated campaigns, you know, trying to discredit you or attack you on a regular basis. And so that's why I, you know, I didn't speak out about it for, for the first year and I'm sorry about that. But again, I disagree with a lot of what you've said. But I spoke out about it about a month ago after the vice president appeared on your program and when the vice president came on your program, all of these influencers who I've been tracking as part of this coordinated effort all pushed the same talking points how the vice president's great, but you can't talk to Megan. This is a major mistake. Da, da, da, da. And he kept talking over and over again. And then shortly after that, all these same influencers started attacking the president's mou and so I asked Brad about that and Brad agreed with me and he's an expert on this, that what we're witnessing is not organic. He just says that he is not funding it through his contract with Israel. And he admitted that he's paid folks like Yel ya Kobe, but he said that they haven't been paid for some time. So we're still deeply investigating this. There's certainly money that's floating around and these influencers who are being compensated, I believe they're violating many CFTC laws by not being transparent around their compensation.
Megyn Kelly
When it comes to supplements, there are two things that matter. That it works and that you can trust it. Rather than just tell you about Relief Factor, we often bring you what their real customers have to say. One, Jim said he ran out of Relief Factor twice, and both times his aches, stiffness and pain came right back. Once he restarted it, he says he felt better again. As Jim puts it, quote, you know something's working when you run out of it. They make it easy. To find out if you'll be the next person telling Relief Factor about how much it helps you tackle your daily aches and pain. Three weeks for just $17.76, simply go to relieffactor.com or call 1-800-for relief. You will connect with their friendly local team and they will do everything they can to help. And maybe you'll be sharing your story with them soon, too. The Prime Minister of Israel has explicitly said that, quote, our influencers are their greatest weapon.
Bibi Netanyahu
Yep.
Megyn Kelly
And there's no question that the Israeli government is depending on, quote, our influencers to change American sentiment. It's interesting that Brad Parscale called you because Brad Parscale has my number and we've been in touch via text and otherwise for years. And in fact, the last contact we had was in September, right after Charlie died, when he reached out to me. And this is right around, I believe, when he signed his deal with Israel to go do Israel's bidding in American politics and he wanted to catch up. And it didn't happen. And shortly thereafter, it was September 16th. I aired on this program in the wake of Charlie's death the fact that because there were questions about whether Israel could possibly have had anything to do with Charlie's death. And I wasn't weighing in on that, but I was weighing in on something that was immediately being debated, which is whether Charlie was drifting from the pro Israeli cause. And I did have information on that because Charlie and I had spoken on August 6th. So now we're September 16th, he's been killed six days earlier. And I played part of our interview in that show. And this is right after Brad had just reached out to me. And what happened? Some of those influencers immediately started attacking me. Suddenly. Suddenly I was other ized simply because I wanted to set the record straight on where Charlie was. And I knew all of that not from some secret gleaning of Charlie's mind, but because he was on camera with me saying it. And I felt I owed it to him to replay for the audience what he actually felt, because it was right there in his own words. And. And from that point forward, this same cabal has been literally trying to destroy me in this show. And they have failed. They have utterly failed.
Alex Brujewitz
That is not a figment of your imagination. I want to make that clear. You have absolutely been the target of a well coordinated online digital campaign, and that is not particularly fun. And I think that a lot of these people, they also don't have the president's best interests at mind and or at heart. And I think a lot of their attacks on you have maybe even pushed you away from the president more. But those attacks aren't coming from our apparatus or our operation.
Megyn Kelly
Oh, no.
Alex Brujewitz
I know that there's been calls on me to disavow people like you or Tucker. And I told Tucker to his face where I disagree with him, because I have personal relationships with people. If I have a personal relationship with someone, I'm not going to take to social media and call them out online. I said the same thing about Laura Loomer on Tucker's podcast. And then Laura Loomer decided to attack me. And I anticipate that she'll attack me over me appearing on you. And so I'm probably not going to say that again about Loomer. And lesson learned. But, you know, I still like her. I think that she has a role to play in our movement. But. But I have that. I have that philosophy where if I know someone in person, I'm not going to attack them on social media. And so you have been the target of one of these attacks. Tucker's been the target of these attacks. And I want to echo that. Charlie. I met Charlie when I was 17, growing up in rural Wisconsin. He was growing up in the Chicago suburbs. And I ended up starting a Turning Point USA chapter on my high school campus. And I got a. Charlie sent me a box of buttons that said big government sucks, and he sent me a bunch of mini constitutions. And to be honest, I was a little too lazy. To really dive deep in it. But it was really at the infancy of what Charlie was doing with Turning Point usa. And so I've known Charlie for a long time, and I've attended events with Charlie where the Prime Minister of Israel's son spoke at the Museum of the Bible in 2018 and 2019. Charlie used to be a major defender of the. The pro Israel cause. And I wouldn't say that Charlie became anti Israel, but I believe that Charlie had his finger on the pulse of the MAGA movement perhaps better than anybody. And he really understood where young people were going, perhaps better than anybody. And he was picking up on the concerns that young people had with Israeli influence in our political system, and he was raising awareness about it. And I actually had dinner with Charlie four days before he was assassinated. And one of the topics of dinner actually happened to be around foreign influence. And we were actually talking with a Korean woman who was like, upset because America doesn't care about everyday Korean issues. And Charlie kind of riffed. He's like, well, that's because Korea doesn't have a lobby. And I was like, oh, that's a fascinating point. And he's like, Israel, for example, has a great and effective lobby, and Korea should potentially, if they're concerned about that, why don't you emulate that? And so Charlie understood the strength of the Israeli lobby, but he also understood that they were becoming a bit more unpopular with young people in our country for certain reasons. And I don't believe it's. I don't believe Charlie was anti Semitic. I don't believe that Charlie had any hate in his heart for Israel, but he saw where it was going. I consider myself an ally of Israel. I support. I've supported their country for as long as I've been in politics, and I still support their country today. I just don't support certain actions of their government. And one of the actions that I don't support is the attempts to influence American discourse online and through, you know, even text messaging Americans. And so I shared that with Brad. I don't particularly like far contracts. I don't take any foreign money. I think that foreign money should be out of politics permanently. And I'm aware that Israel has been trying to run influencer campaigns on social media since at least June of 2025, because somebody connected to the Israeli government personally texted me, the president's social media guy, asking if I would help them do a social network strategy related to Iran. And I said, with all due respect, I can't get involved with this one Because I don't do foreign work. And so they didn't hire me.
Megyn Kelly
And it was. And correct me if I'm wrong, but it was three months after that that Brad Parscale signed his deal with the Israelis, giving him $45 million a year, according to the Wall Street Journal.
Alex Brujewitz
Correct, Correct. But also around that time, a group called Project Esther came out and they were paying influencers northwards of $7,000 per post.
Megyn Kelly
No, no, no. I was universally mocked for saying that on this show, this same group was out there mocking me at every turn, saying I made that up out of whole cloth. You're telling me Project Esther was real?
Alex Brujewitz
It's real. And I wouldn't be shocked if some form of it is still alive today and that was not run through Brad's firm. So there.
Megyn Kelly
Yeah, no, they're separate.
Alex Brujewitz
That's separate. And so I would not be shocked if that program is still running in some capacity or other programs. The Wall Street Journal said that Israel has designated hundreds of millions of dollars to help shape American public opinion related to the war and related to improving their image in the United States with.
Megyn Kelly
And just to be clear, just so the audience understands, when we were talking about American public opinion, if you are a conservative who is over the age of 50, we mean you. That's who we're talking about. They have lost everyone else. The last group that supports Israel in America are conservatives over 50. And the support among that group is waning, too. They've lost some. Now it's down. What is it, maybe 70, 30 issue with that group. I'll have to go back and check the latest polls, but that's who they're now targeting, that you are the target. And so if you've received positive messages about Israel or, you know, attacking, it could be me, it could be Tucker, it could be any, whatever. There is a high likelihood that Israel, its influencers or its paid advocates are behind these attempts to manipulate your opinion, because they can't lose you. They can't lose you.
Alex Brujewitz
You're right. And I think that's. I think that's terrible. I'm an ally of Israel. I want to see America have a great and strong relationship with Israel for many years to come. I don't want to see us having issues. I think America needs more allies, not less allies. And as you mentioned earlier, in certain times they don't behave like allies, which is unfortunate. But I actually spoke at the Jerusalem Post conference at the beginning of June with that same exact message. I said, you know, I'm appalled by the Rise of anti Semitic attacks as an ally of Israel. You know, I'm troubled by the reports that Republicans under the age of 30 have really broken from the nation of Israel. And I actually said the reason why isn't because of podcasters like you, Megan, or Tucker. And yes, you guys can be quite critical and, you know, aggressive, but I don't think you guys are the reason necessarily that people are moving away. I think some of their biggest advocates in America are do more harm for them than good. I think the influencer operation that they have engaged in, where all of these people move as a unit and attack anyone who's remotely critical of the nation of Israel as anti Semitic, has done them a tremendous disservice. I think mouthpieces like Mark Levin, who is not particularly an appealing salesperson to young men in America, when he opens his mouth as an advocate and champion of Israel, does he hurt the cause or help the cause? I think he hurts the cause. Same with people like Ted Cruz. I specifically referenced Ted Cruz in my speech at the Jerusalem Post conference. I said, when people like Ted Cruz do a podcast interview with the Christian Broadcasting Network and he says, quote, for quote, the words the term Christ is king is anti Semitic, is that going to make people more aligned with the cause of Israel or against it? Of course against it. And so I think they have terrible spokespeople from Mark Levin to Ted Cruz to their ridiculous influencer network that is undoubtedly compensated in some capacity, whether it's from their country of Israel directly or through their allies in the United States. I think their entire PR strategy has been a total disaster. And, you know, they probably wish I was able to engage with them in some sort of PR campaign when they tried to hire me in June of 2025. But again, I don't do foreign work. And let's just say if I were to do foreign work, I would have done the exact opposite of what they've done.
Megyn Kelly
Yeah, I know it's unfortunate because, I mean, I personally, I started getting it when I wouldn't defend Defriend Tucker. I mean, it was a very strange thing. Like you say, you don't defriend your friends over politics. Same, same, never. And so I can say that, you know, if Israel was pulling the strings behind the pylon that this show suffered, it was because of our refusal to defriend somebody. Because this is all long before the Iran war, right? Long before. So it was very strange and not
Alex Brujewitz
to cut you off.
Megyn Kelly
And honestly, very, very dirty and disgusting. It's like, how can a Foreign government try to insert itself in trying. Because that was about Tucker trying to ruin an American podcaster. And then I believe I was shrapnel around that as opposed to the direct target of the. The principal ire. But that would come my way, too. And I didn't support the Iran war. I do want to say this. In the Time magazine piece, a senior Israeli official told Time, quote, we're pissed at Brad Parscale. He was supposed to make things better. We've paid him lots of money. But what did he do with it? Things have only gotten worse to the point that you just made that this campaign, while it was very annoying, is very annoying, was utterly ineffective.
Alex Brujewitz
Yeah, that's a ringing endorsement of the services rendered. And perhaps they will move in a different direction now that the American people are kind of wise to what's taking place. Or perhaps not, but Brad is a drop in the bucket to the Greater Israel influence operation that takes place every year and every day in the. America. In America. And you're exactly right. The campaign online started around when you probably played that Charlie Kirk clip and also your refusal to denounce Tucker. And they did the same thing on the American vice president. They. They demanded that the vice president distance himself from Tucker Carlson, even though they're completely separate human beings. And they also targeted Tucker's son. They demanded that Buckley be fired from the White House. And to President Trump's credit, despite Tucker being one of the president's most vocal critics and oftentimes saying things that were very low brow, the president never fired Tucker's son. Buckley left the White House on his.
Megyn Kelly
I don't think the president would ever do that. And so I would never think the president would do that.
Alex Brujewitz
Right. Because the president isn't weak, he isn't thin skinned. Sometimes he might send a message on true social targeting some folks, and they might not like it, but it's part of the process and it's part of the game.
Megyn Kelly
It's part. And politics isn't beanbag. You know, it's. I get it that you can't obsess over President Trump's tweets, but I do want to say this. Wait, let me just tell you one thing. We pulled it via Gallup in February. Among adults age 55 and older, 49% sympathize more with the Israelis, 31% with the Palestinians. The first time since 2005 that less than half of older Americans have said their sympathies are with the Israelis. The 18 point lead for the Israelis also represents the Narrowest gap in sympathies ever recorded for this age group. So that's across all age 55 and older. 49% sympathize with the Israeli, 31% with the Palestinians. And then the numbers are a little better for the Israelis when you zero in on older conservatives. Go ahead.
Alex Brujewitz
Part of, well, part of Israel's PR strategy, it seems, is that if you say those poll numbers out loud, they'll say that you're paid for by Qatar. And you know, I find actually one of the most entertaining things I found about kind of that influencer Israel paid operation is they've all been freaking out the last couple of days, like, how dare you accuse us of being compensated by Israel when there is substantially more evidence of paid for Israeli influence operations online. When they've spent the last two years calling everybody who's been remotely critical of Israel as a paid operative of COVID
Megyn Kelly
It's very funny to me. So I'll see that about myself sometimes too. Like, I've literally never taken a dollar from any foreign entity at all. Nothing, not one dollar of advertising on this show. And the only one who ever saw it to buy into the show was on my tour and those were Israeli representatives, which is fine that they're allowed to try. We said no. But, like, I don't know anybody in Qatar. I don't take you foreign money. I have my genuinely held opinions. We barely even do a ton of foreign policy on this show. It's such a weird knee jerk response to be like, you're bought and paid for by foreign influence. Go ahead. Who, who exactly who paid me in what form? Like, honestly, if I had the time, I'd be suing all of these losers. And I'll tell you what, it's just a matter of time before somebody sues Brad Parscale and, or Yao Jacoby and starts getting to the bottom of exactly who's paying whom for what, what exactly those contracts allow requirements or have produced. I mean, this is so easy, like one round of discovery in a litigation and we will know it all. So they really better tread carefully because a lot of these tweets are defamatory, absolute falsehoods meant to disparage you. And sooner or later they're going to cross the wrong person. And you mark my words, there will be a litigation and, and we will see it all, perhaps.
Alex Brujewitz
And maybe that's ultimately what, what is needed to be done for the sake of transparency. I encourage Brad to, to update the American people and be as transparent as possible with, with the deliverables that he's offering for this contract. Because the only contract that is out there is the contract that I repeatedly pointed to that shows the language about integration into Salem Media Properties. And when I highlight that, that's not me accusing everyone at Salem of being compensated. And I think there's great people at Salem. I think people like Larry o' Connor is fantastic and he's been a great supporter, Larry Elder, of the president, you know.
Megyn Kelly
Oh, and o' Connor too.
Alex Brujewitz
Yeah. You know, Larry Elder has been quite critical of the president's mou, which I found that to be a little bit surprising. But I'm not accusing everyone of Salem Media of being compensated, but a lot of Salem media personnel, I love Larry Elliott, including Josh Hammer, who has a podcast. I can't imagine he makes a lot of money doing that podcast because he gets like 2,000.
Megyn Kelly
It's literally he gets like hundreds of listeners. He has absolutely no
Alex Brujewitz
full time content creators who, who to target you and target the vice president, who. They do it. They post all day, every day. It's their full time job. And to be honest, it's also my full time job. I have a pretty cool full time job. I get paid to tweet and I get paid to help run Twitter accounts that are supportive of the president, United States. If I told my mom 12 years ago that, mom, I'm going to become a professional tweeter for a living, she would have probably told me, alex, you're an idiot. You're not doing that. But I ended up kind of paving a way.
Megyn Kelly
And that's how you saw it. That is how you saw it. I have to say, those of us who have been at the center of this campaign and who cares what's happening? To me, it's really more about Trump and the vice president now because this operation has turned on them. Anybody who's been at the center of this storm has felt it. And I acknowledge it publicly because I know my audience sees it when they go to comment on a social media post of ours and, and then they see all these nasty, you know, the same comments from accounts that have two followers. You know, it's, it's so obvious, but it's unpleasant. They don't, I'm sure they're like, what's this about? So I want them to know what's being done, that this is a calculated effort. But it's. When you turn, you know, on, on the government, it's a different story. When you try to undermine the president's agenda, it's a different story. But you saw it even though it wasn't happening to you because you were in this business. And so I would say from my perspective, it's very validating to see somebody not at the center of the storm say, wait, I see the pattern.
Alex Brujewitz
Not only am I in this business, I invented this business. I was the, you know, the game of being a professional tweeter was invented by people like Charlie Kirk and myself 11 years ago.
Megyn Kelly
Yeah.
Alex Brujewitz
And so, you know, the coordinated influencer operations are quite easy for us to spot. And so. And also a lot of these influencers who I know have been compensated for other projects that they've never disclosed. And they act like it's the biggest scandal in the world to accuse them of getting paid for posts. I mean, it's so ridiculous to me. And so I think, you know, to be honest, I think that this beast has kind of gotten out of hand. The influencer marketing efforts in politics have totally gotten out of hand. Did you know in politics, it's the only industry in America that you don't have to disclose if you were paid for a post in. If you get paid to promote a bikini, you have to say paid ad. If you get paid to promote gambling markets, it says paid partnership. If you get paid to tank or attempt to tank a specific piece of congressional legislation, you don't have to say anything. And what has happened. There used to be. Megan, there used to be an organic element of this. My focus was on identifying values aligned political candidates and partnering them with social media influencers who believe the same things that they believe in. If you look at my FEC reports, which I try to be as transparent as possible about what clients I work with. It's no secret that I get paid to support President Donald J. Trump online. I support the president regardless and ultimately got hired by his team to help run social media efforts. So that's not a secret. But we work with a lot of Republican candidates and politicians across the country to help amplify their voices on social media. That has been my business since day one. That's not a secret. However, this industry has been totally hijacked by special interest groups who use them to shill against certain policies of the administration or certain congressional legislation, and also by foreign entities and foreign nations. And so I think it's been there used to be this organic element to the right wing social media sphere. And also, I want to just say it's not only a right wing problem, the left wing also has their cabal of influencers, but their cabal of influencers are subsidized in large part by some of their donors. You know, there's a organization on the left called Midas Touch. And I actually think that they do a good job for the left at social media content. But Alex Soros wrote them a substantial check, $55 million check into Midas Touch.
Megyn Kelly
Wow.
Alex Brujewitz
And so the left, the left's online
Megyn Kelly
army, just, just for the record, that is another thing we've never accepted. We have never taken donations from any partisan. This company's owned entirely by me, 100% by me. I've never taken money from anybody to run it, build it, grow it, et cetera. It is all about for better or for worse. And that's, That's a commitment I've made to my audience from the start and I've lived up to that. And it's for you. But. But too many have. Yeah, too many have. And then, I mean, like, even on the right, there are some well known names who would love to have influence over a show like this or other shows that are like this. And as soon as you take that money, man, you, you've compromised yourself, definitely. There are certain subjects you can't cover honestly and full throatedly, and it's very dangerous. I've told the audience, if you want to figure out, you know, what biases I have or where I might be compromised, you should look at my advertisers. I'm not gonna do a hit piece on Cozy Earth. It's true. I will not. So if you have a real problem
Alex Brujewitz
with those, purchase Cozy Earth.
Megyn Kelly
In fact, I genuinely would. They're amazing.
Alex Brujewitz
What do they make?

Alex Brujewitz
All right, I'll be hitting you up for your discount code after the after the interview, but good for you. I'm not taking money from outsiders, but a lot of these content creators kind of circle back to the present. Does this weave? So we're weaving back to what I was talking about a couple minutes ago. There's a lot of these content creators who make Content full time, all day, every day, and they get no reach. And I think a great example of this is this kid, Misfit Patriot. I don't even know if he's a kid. I think he's, you know, probably 20 years older than I am. But Misfit Patriot, all he does every day is he sits in his basement and he makes a podcast on Rumble like it's a thousand viewers. And oftentimes his, oftentimes his commentary focuses around Israel or focuses around anti you or anti Tucker. I'm very curious how this guy makes a living because he's certainly not making it off of his Rumble viewership. And he clearly is subsidized in some way, shape or form because he tweets so often. Iyal Yacobi, another one. There's no way that this guy tweets 100 times a day. If he has a full time job. Maybe he has a job somewhere. Does he have somebody else running his account? So there's all of these people who almost get no reach, but they have the ability to tweet all day, every day. So in, in, in my business, in my, in my experience, I assume that there's someone subsidizing in some way, shape or form that content. And so what I'm going to be doing, I think this is kind of the final straw for me, this Israeli operation. I've been actually working with Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna around cracking down on transparency disclosures related to foreign influence. But I think we need it more broadly. I think that there needs to be influencer disclosures for all types of online campaigns. I don't think that politics should be, you know, I don't think that the political industry should have a different set of rules than people who promote bikinis or gambling or sports betting or Cozy Earth. Right. I think that if you are compensated for posts related to politics, there should absolutely be disclosure laws required. And so I'll be working with Congresswoman Anapolina Luna and potentially the CFTC on strengthening, strengthening those disclosure laws. I think that to have the Republican Party would be better served if Republican influencers went back to more of an organic feel rather than being compensated and subsidized by special interest groups and potentially foreign countries. And so what you're seeing online all day, every day is not particularly organic. And I think that needs to change.
Megyn Kelly
You mentioned something that sparked it in my mind. But you are now in the crosshairs because Representative Randy Fine, who's to say he's pro Israel, would be the understatement of the year seems to be his main concern. Kind of interesting for the voters of Florida, but he is now calling for, reportedly calling for Trump to fire you because you've been calling attention to this issue. Then Mark Levin just weighed in saying he agreed with that. So it was actually kind of interesting because he denied it. Well, he sort of denied it. Randy Fine, when confronted by somebody, said, I don't even know about that publication. I don't know anything about that publication. He didn't say, I don't want Alex Brucewicz fired. Which is what? If you said to me, mk, are you lobbying the administration to have Alex Brucewicz fired? I'd say, no, absolutely not. What do you mean? I've never lobbied for them to fire anybody. He was like, well, was. It wasn't even on the record. Whatever that was, whatever is published in that publication, I've never heard of, was not even on the record. Okay, that's, that's not what a truth teller sounds like. And then we had Mark Levin weigh in and say, Randy Fine's right. There's a lot of low life bottom feeders who need to be kicked out of the conservative movement in advance of the midterms. So, you know, lending credibility to the report, which Randy Fine had sort of tried to deny.
Alex Brujewitz
Right.
Megyn Kelly
So now they want you fired from the Trump administration for the work that you do because of this issue. This is so galling. Yet another one, yet another legitimate conservative fighter who's been critical to the efforts of this administration to win, to get ahead. And honestly, I would put Tucker in that same boat. I mean, to some extent, I'm there. Many of these others, they want you gone because you're calling attention and you're an Israel supporter. And I have been an Israel supporter even in my whole year of, you know, growing apart from them. I've said repeatedly that overall, I support them. They want you fired because of this issue. So do you think Trump will listen?
Alex Brujewitz
You know, I'd be absolutely shocked. I was, you know, this actually. So Randy Fine is denying it, but this all started because Tucker Carlson referred to him with some negative comments. When I appeared on Tucker's show, and I simply said that I do not agree with statements that Randy Fine has made. I said that he has tweeted some ugly things, which he absolutely has, and that he does not speak for the administration and he does. I do not share his beliefs. And he was outraged by that. He took to X. He called me a Jew hater. And I also want to say that I actually defended Randy, in that interview, I said that he has a better personality than Ted Cruz. And for whatever reason, he didn't say, thank you, Alex, for saying I have a better personality than Ted Cruz. He said that Alex is.
Megyn Kelly
He wasn't softened like I. Yeah, it's so vile. What a vile thing to say, right?
Alex Brujewitz
I said, I defended the guy, and Ted Cruz or Tucker was shocked that I said, I think he has a better personality than Ted Cruz. And I said, I genuinely believe that to this day, even with the fact that he's trying to get me fired, I believe that Randy has a better personality, but for whatever reason, that wasn't good enough for him. And so he started texting me things after he tweeted that I was a Jew hater. And he started referring to the present in past texts as my former boss. And I was like, that's interesting. You know, good luck with all of that, Randy. But he absolutely was calling the White House. He absolutely was trying to get me fired. And he's been doing that for almost two weeks. But last week, I was in the Oval Office with the President having a nice conversation. And I think it's disgusting that if he's. Because he has a disagreement with something I said on social media, that he's threatening to tank the Republican agenda. And I've heard from dozens and dozens of Congress members saying, alex, we're with you. You know, just keep. Hold the line. Randy's being ridiculous, which. Which he absolutely is. He claims to be a defender of our values and the Trump agenda, but because he doesn't like me, he's threatening to tank every House rule. He's threatening to vote against the Save America. I think that's very inappropriate. I don't think. I think he's the report.
Megyn Kelly
Just so the audience knows what we're talking about. There's a publication called Notice, and they reported that not only does he want you fired, but. No. They reported that he's told the White House officials that he plans to vote against every rule that comes across the House floor until Trump removes you. That and he was the sole Republican to vote against the rule laying out how the House will proceed on certain bills this week.
Bibi Netanyahu
They.
Megyn Kelly
Yeah, and then they refer to how this started. TMZ confronted Representative Fine about this notice report about you, and here's what he said.
J.D. Vance
You're strong arming Trump.
Megyn Kelly
No, you are.
J.D. Vance
It sounds like you're saying, I'm not voting for Save America or for anything until Alex Brunowicz is out of the Oval Office.
Megyn Kelly
He's one of Trump's top advisers.
Alex Brujewitz
Well, that's obviously not true. I voted for the Save America act yesterday. Did you see me quoted in the report? Now look, I have real concerns about, about anti Semitic adjacent people inside our party.
J.D. Vance
Are you going to be holding out on voting for things that President Trump would ideally want until Alex Brunowicz is
Megyn Kelly
out of the Oval Office or stops advising Trump?
Alex Brujewitz
I have never voted against a priority of the President and I don't plan to start there. It is good times. I'm having to be asked. I'm having a lot of fun with this and I also love having TMZ in Washington D.C. i think they are a absolute value add to political discourse.
Megyn Kelly
They're great. And Jacob, other than not knowing how to pronounce your last name. But it is, it's a tricky last name.
Alex Brujewitz
They totally butchered my last name and not once, but twice. But I forgive them. I wish Randy would just be honest and with it, he absolutely has been trying to get me fired thus far to.
Megyn Kelly
Right. Why hide from it?
Alex Brujewitz
Yeah, why hide from it? That's exactly it. I mean he. But look, I don't hate Randy Fine. I disagree with what he says, you know, and I would, you know, would rather have somebody like Randy Fine in that seat. It's a deep Republican seat than a Democrat. But I think he really needs to become more of a someone that wants to help the Republican Party. And some of the statements that he says on social media certainly doesn't do that especially it pushes people away. President Trump had a historic coalition in 2024. President Trump won Muslims in Dearborn, Michigan. He won Jews, a historic percentage of Jews in New York. We had young people, we had crypto bros. We had a historic gain actually with young women that nobody wants to talk about. We had a historic coalition that was put together. And I don't believe when Randy Fine makes certain comments about Muslim Americans that it is helpful to keeping our coalition together. It's not, especially in states like Michigan. And so his, what he says is not a representative of what the President believes. And so I do disagree with a lot of what Randy says, but that does not mean I hate him. It does not mean I'm a Jew hater. And I think it's very inappropriate.
Megyn Kelly
That won't save you. Sorry to tell you, having been at this for a year. It won't save you. I, you know, I loved Ben Shapiro. I loved him as a friend. I really considered him a dear friend. And they like the crew that makes Israel like the North Star. They don't give a shit if you say nice things about them, if you have genuinely kind and warm emotions toward them, if you defend them when others attack them, if you try to broker peace between them and their adversaries, they don't care. They will crap on you just as soon as look at you. If they think there's daylight between you and Israel, or if you're willing even just to be critical at times of Israel, that ship has sailed for you now, Alex, I'm sorry to break it to you.
Alex Brujewitz
That's okay. I've grown up in this. In this space. I've been in the Twitter wars, if you will, since I was 18. So I also grew up playing video games. Video game culture has helped me tremendously for politics. People ask me, like, what does that mean? Well, I'll give you a little secret. You know, when Alex was 15 and 16 years old, I would sit in my basement playing video games with my friends. And part of video game culture is when you're being competitive, you think of the most heinous things to say to one another. And you talk crap to each other for about eight hours every day after school. And then mom tells you to get off of Xbox and you go to sleep, but you spend eight hours talking crap to each other. And then when you're done playing, you say, amazing time, great game. You know, we'll be on again tomorrow. And so for me on X, I have that same exact mindset when I log on X. It's kind of like a video game for me. When people say nasty things to me in comments, I understand that it's part of the game. And I used to be much nastier personally on social media. That was kind of ultimately what ended up getting me on the President's radar. I was very good at getting under the President's adversary skins, people like Adam Kinzinger. I would make fun of Adam Kinzinger's stature and potential homosexuality. But I don't do things like that anymore because I'm a lot more professional. But, you know, I love the game. I love the game of being a troll on social media. And so when I get trolled in a good faith troll, I appreciate it. I'm less. I'm less. I'm less of a fan of the organized, coordinated, heavily funded, manipulated trolling than I am of a good faith.
Megyn Kelly
Especially from a foreign country. Especially for a foreign. From a foreign country.
Alex Brujewitz
Exactly.
Megyn Kelly
I mean, I do want to. There's a couple of things I want to get to.
Alex Brujewitz
Please.
Megyn Kelly
This is Netanyahu. And this Is Bibi Netanyahu explicitly on record in September, September 27, 2025 at the Social Media Summit in New York City?
Bibi Netanyahu
SAP4 how do we fight back our influences? I think you should also talk to them if you have a chance to that that community. They're very important. And secondly, we're going to have to use the tools of battle. You know, the weapons change over time and the most important purchase that is going on right now is class. Tick, tock, tick tock. Number one, number one. And I hope it goes through because it's, it can be consequential. And the other one, what's the other one that's most important? X. X, Very good. And you know, so we have to talk to Elon. He's not an enemy, he's a friend. We should talk to him now. If we can get those two things, we get a lot and I could go on on other things. But that's not the point right now. We have to fight the fight.
Megyn Kelly
That's September 2025. And that is reportedly when Brad Parscale signed this deal with Israel, which Time magazine reports as follows. They say Trump's aides expected his memorandum of understanding to be celebrated by his supporters. Instead, online influencers in Trump's Maga movement were excoriating. And on social media, many of the posts appeared almost simultaneously, with similarities in language and tone. Tracing tweets by prominent members of the online right, the official came to believe there was an unlikely figure at the center of all this criticism, and that's Brad Parscale. Last September, the global ad agency Havas hired Parscale's firm, Clocktower X to conduct a digital campaign on behalf of of the State of Israel, according to the Foreign Agents Registration act filings reviewed by TIME. Under that agreement, Pascal's operation would produce 100 original pieces of content each month, with at least 80% aimed at Gen Z audiences across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and podcasts. In the services agreement draft, you spoke to this earlier. He also pledged to amplify the campaign across social media and through integration of narratives into Salem media. He tells you that he wasn't able to do that at Salem and aligned distribution channels. Pascal vowed the effort would produce at least 50 million digital impressions per month, as well as influence how AI tools such as OpenAI's ChatGPT and Claude and so on would characterize Israel in the war. Publicly, the campaign was framed as an effort to combat rising antisemitism online. An Israeli Foreign Ministry official familiar with the arrangement says there was Another strategic aim, preventing young conservatives from turning against Israel. How the messaging operation works, they report. Three people familiar describe an operation run through a network of interconnected firms overseen by Pascal or other firms he owns or created, such as Campaign Nucleus and Influenceable, in which he now has a minority stake. Through private group chats, they say conservative influencers receive suggested language for posts on social media sites such as x Instagram and TikTok. They were then compensated based on the impressions and engagement their content generated. It remains unclear how much Parscale's office outfits paid creators as part of the Israel campaign. So I mean, whatever he told you and he. And I'll read his statement because we reached out to him and this Yael Yakovi, literally nobody knows who you are, Yal. But in any event, we reached out for a statement and they may be denying it, but I mean this is explicit.
Alex Brujewitz
He denied it strongly to me, but I think he has a lot of. I think he needs to answer a lot of questions, not just to me, but to the American people.
Megyn Kelly
I look forward to his lawsuit. If somebody printed this about me, that I actually was unleashing a foreign country's influence campaign in this, I would sue their asses so fast it would make your head spin. So fast. And honestly, like, if Brad Parscale, if what they wrote about you is untrue, you should sue Time magazine right now. We will cover it fully and you can come on this show and you can tell us all about how they disparaged you again. He knew you were coming on this program last night. He knows me. He's got my text number. He didn't call me. Why do you think that is, Alice?
Alex Brujewitz
I think you.
Megyn Kelly
Why do you think. Do you think it has anything to do with my legal background or my intolerance or for fucking bullshit?
Alex Brujewitz
Well, I actually encouraged him to go on your program. And I think you're actually the one who made Brad Parscale famous in the first place.
Megyn Kelly
I think I did.
Alex Brujewitz
Ultimately, Meghan, if he is in fact doing that, perhaps you're the reason why. That there's an Israel influencer campaign that's taking place in America.
Megyn Kelly
Might be right.
Alex Brujewitz
All roads lead back to Meghan. But look, I have a lot of concern.
Megyn Kelly
No, let's hope that's not true.
Alex Brujewitz
I'm kidding. But I have a lot of concerns and questions still around what Brad is doing specifically with that money. And I don't think that the reporter at Time magazine would have lied. Eric Cordalessa. I think he's a left leaning guy. But I also don't think he's a dishonest person necessarily. He's interviewed the President for multiple cover stories and he seems to be well sourced in the administration. And he spoke to senior U.S. intelligence officials for that piece as well. So I'm not on here saying that I think Brad Parscale is innocent and doing anything wrong. I'm just repeating that he denied it to me. He said that he's focusing on text messages. But you played the Bibi clip earlier. It is evident that Bibi acted on those comments and those remarks that the battlefield is now on X and on TikTok. There has been a major influx of coordinated pro Israel content by American content creators. Who's paying them? That is the great mystery. But it's absolutely happening. And so I think it's important to at least call out that this paid operation is taking place. I also want to, for the record, state that Israel is not the only country doing this. A lot of countries participate in these types of campaigns and activities. I'm against them all and I call them all out.
Megyn Kelly
It's just the numbers. Just correct me if I'm wrong, Alex, but our information is. It's just the amount. Like there was one. Gosh, I pulled it here. I have so much information on this. So I'm just swimming in a sea of info.
Alex Brujewitz
You've done your research.
Megyn Kelly
There was one that's paying another company, I always do, 60 grand a month, which is a pretty good nut, but it pales in comparison to what the Israelis are paying. Hold on a second. I'm gonna find it. Page six, standby. Lots of info. Here it is. Yeah, it's that the Israeli government. No, no, sorry. Saudi Arabia pays Ballard, which is another group, one of the most connected firms In Trump's Washington, 60,000 bucks a month. So that's 60 grand. The wall Street Journal reported that as it was reporting that Brad Parscale got $40 million in lobbying from the Israelis. Yeah, that Saudi Arabia pays one of the most connected firms in Washington 60 grand a month, which, I mean, Brad Parscale's getting millions, millions a month. It just pales.
Alex Brujewitz
It's no doubt Brad's contract with Israel is a record setting contract. It is the largest far contract for one entity in history, almost by a few multiples. So it's quite substantial, it's quite large. And there's great mystery around specifically how he's allocating that cash. What he told me was it's strictly on text messages. I have actually encouraged him to come on your program and have a conversation with you about it. Maybe he will. Probably he won't. But I told him he should have a conversation with you and at least open up the American people. But, but, but he should.
Megyn Kelly
Because unlike, unlike him, I have always been very good to Brad Parscale. I truly have always been very good to him and I've been an admirer of his. But there is no question that he is meddling now in American elections on behalf of Israel. He's disclosed it. It's undoubtable. I mean, it's all there, black and white in writing from him. And perhaps he's behind all the influencers targeting Tucker. J.D. vance, the Trump administration on this MOU, not to mention yours truly. I guess there's a chance he's not. But it's all certainly very coincidental that Netanyahu made his intentions clear. They reached out to you, you rejected them. Brad gets hired that very same month of September. That's the same month that some of these folks started attacking me for playing those Charlie soundbites. It's never let up thereafter. And this same network that, that comments universally in the same words on any issue that touches Israel is the same group of people that's been ripping all those individuals I just named.
Alex Brujewitz
Right?
Megyn Kelly
Here's J.D. vance with a little bit more on Joe Rogan in Sat.7.
J.D. Vance
And like, I should be clear, you know, like, I don't actually mind, I don't mind that the, you know, let's say certain elements of the Israeli government want to criticize the deal or have disagreements about the deal. I don't even mind an effort to try to influence, you know, foreign governments try to influence the United States all the time. You know, Israel does it, other countries do it. It's just sort of the nature of the beast. What bothers me is actually when Americans allow, meaning American leadership allows that influence to affect their judgment and to affect what they are advocating for. That's what really bothers me. People are always going to try to influence the United States of America, whether they're allies of ours or whether they're enemies of, of ours. But again, when I open up the pages of Time magazine and I see that there's a literal foreign influence campaign being funded to tank the very deal that I was pursuing. And, oh, by the way, many of the people who were receiving that money were actually attacking me in completely dishonest ways, you know, my response to that is, well, go to hell. I'm going to do what I have to do for the American people. I represent Americans first and that's the way that I've tried to do this job.
Megyn Kelly
Right on. I mean, he couldn't said it better myself. Your thoughts on that?
Alex Brujewitz
I think the Vice President is an incredibly effective messenger. I think he's spot on with his comments related to that. I think it's quite troubling if politicians are changing the way that they vote or their beliefs based on what they see on social media because of how manipulated social media has become. And I've actually had meetings with the Republican Study Committee and other large organizations in Congress telling them to be very careful about overreacting to pressure campaigns online. If you see certain influencers tweeting about certain issues, you can assume that there's funding behind it. If a random influencer who has never tweeted about, say a farm bill before is very learned in the ins and outs of a text related to a farm bill, you can probably assume that that is coming from a place that is inorganic. And so I think that a lot of these social media campaigns have been successful in the past. I'm sure foreign countries have been successful in the past at using these types of tactics. But I'm raising awareness about it now because I think it's gone too far. And we cannot allow people, specifically people in power, to be swayed by manipulated talking points on social media. I don't want to see it change the way people, people vote. I don't want to see a change the way people talk about issues because there's a lot of powerful people who are very focused on what's happening on X and it's quite easy to manipulate public perception on that platform. And so I'm very grateful that the Vice President raised awareness about it on the biggest podcast in the world. And I think it was a very important discussion and I think there'll be continuing discussions around these types of influence campaigns over the course of the next couple of months.
Megyn Kelly
Me too. You mark my words, there will be a lawsuit at some point by someone and all of it will come out. We'll know all of it. They can't keep it a secret. It's just there's too many ways of tracing it. You get these people under oath at a deposition and it's a totally different ball game. And that'll be great. Cuz we should know, we should absolutely know who's engaging in this campaign of harassment, defamation and destruction, attempted destruction of including of the Vice President of the United States in particular. But the President himself has come under this, not to mention others. So Alex I think you're doing the Lord's work. And I've been a fan long before you were speaking out about this, as you know. And I really appreciate your friendship with Charlie and some of the stories you've told me behind the scenes. Seems like you two were close and shared a lot as you were up and coming with no followers and built both of your empires brick by brick. I admire you. It's all the best.
Alex Brujewitz
Likewise. Take care.
Megyn Kelly
Okay. A couple of things. He had to run because he's actually got some important meetings today, but it's actually interesting what he was saying about Epstein and Israel. The followers of this show know it's only our detractors who like to pretend that I've been some knee jerk, like, backer of the President. I don't mean Alex. I mean, like, people online who are like, she. She betrayed Trump. It's like, I'm sorry to tell you, but I. I've challenged Trump or been on the opposite side or wrong side of Trump many, many times over the past 10, 11 years. Just ask him. Just Google it. You know, I've. I'm just not in the tank for anybody. And if you listen to the show, you know that. That doesn't come as news to you. He's been mad at me many, many times, including since we launched this program. He wasn't talking to me for first couple of years. Then we kind of made up at a Charlie Kirk event. Then I interviewed him. He got mad because I gave him a hard time. Even though I'd been totally defensive of Trump on the law fair, I did give him a hard time for once. He got the subpoena, not turning over those documents, some of them at Mar a Lago. Then he wouldn't speak to me again. Then we got sort of back in good graces. It's the nature of my job. You know, I am a journalist. That is my first and best and highest calling. And I do commentary as well. Political commentary, as you know, and all of that can be annoying to a sitting politician because I'm not a political operative. You know, I was watching Hannity last night after the President's remarks. He is a political operative. Hannity is there to persuade you to back Trump, period. Okay, I get it. People, I think, know that. They don't think he's, you know, a straight news journalist, like a Bret Bear. That's fine. There's nothing wrong with doing that. It's just not my job. It's not what. It's not the business I am in. So we're gonna cross wires every once in a while, whether it's President Trump, President Vance, President Rubio, President Biden, President Obama. I'm here for the truth. That's what I'm here for. And when I veer into opinion, I'm going to tell you what my actual opinion is, even if it upsets Republicans or people in the administration. My audience knows this. Okay, I want to read to you Brad Parscale's statements, because we did reach out to him, and here's what he said to our show. Okay, well, here's what he said in the Time magazine. Right? I think this is. In the Time magazine piece. He says, quote, claims that I attacked the Memorandum of Understanding or the administration are false. I welcome professional journalists who examine the facts instead of drawing conclusions from speculation or manufactured connections. Everything I created and did is publicly disclosed through the FARA Foreign Agent Registration act process. There isn't a single shred of evidence that I acted against the administration. Again, there isn't a shred of evidence that I did it. The effort began nearly three years ago, this effort because I saw a rise in Jewish hatred, not because of any government agenda. My goal has always been to strengthen relationships, not damage them. Okay. I mean, he only anchored under the Foreign Agent Registration act last year, so I'm not sure what he's admitting to doing three years ago, but that's not necessarily a great admission. He also sent us a post by the Israeli Foreign Ministry on X that reads as follows. Following Time magazine's defamatory article regarding Israel's digital public diplomacy, the Israeli Minister of Foreign affairs wishes to clarify the following points. All of our activities are transparent and are conducted in strict compliance with U.S. law. We hide nothing and we obfuscate nothing. We certainly do not interfere in any US Foreign or domestic policy. That is very. I mean, that's literally laughable. We certainly do not interfere in any US Foreign or domestic policy. I mean, we know. We know that Lindsey Graham was meeting with the Israelis and coordinating on how to convince Trump to get into this war. Lindsey Graham admitted that, like what this is, these are what we call lies. But, okay, back to them. The ministry lawfully contracted with an experienced digital agency to combat the dissemination of hatred against Jews and Israel and to strengthen support for the strategic alliance between the US And Israel. Claims to the contrary, like those raised in Time magazine, are malicious attempts to harm Israel's good name. Oh, well, then I look forward to your lawsuit. Are you, too? Israel too? No. They sometimes threaten to do this, but you can't you can't defame a country. That's not a thing. So there you have it. Parscale also denied that any Salem hosts have been paid by Israel for their opinions. We already covered that. This is to Time magazine. He said, my contract with Israel does not influence Salem hosts or independent influencers. And then he also said the claim that I'm coordinated in an effort to prolong the war is completely false. The only people manufacturing a conflict between Trump, Israel and me are anonymous officials using background quotes to make me the boogeyman. Great. Well, you wait, because that influence operation and all those sad little influencers will be outed because there are things like tax returns and so on, all of which is discoverable. And, you know, it's. It's basically just gonna take them crossing the wrong person one too many times, you know, for that person to do something about this, to actually just fight back. There's this guy, Yao Yakobi, who we mentioned a few times. I have no idea who this is, but he's apparently one of these alleged influencers, and here's what he writes. We reached out. The story was planted by Bruzowitz, the Time magazine1, to undermine legitimate criticism of the MOU, which quite literally failed because Iran is a fundamentalist regime that is actively trying to murder our president, vice president, and the rest of the cabinet. As I've told Alex repeatedly, I have never received a dime from the Israeli American or any government. Government. Okay. Nor was I paid to ask basic questions about the MoU. On the other hand, Alex has a long history of not disclosing paid posts and receiving huge sums of money from corporate PACs. But Alex doesn't dispute that Alex is taking issue with the receipt of foreign money funding these campaigns. That's what he's objecting to. You heard him own that he's done that and that he's disclosed that stuff in his returns. This is an example of the kind of dishonest squirrelliness you would expect from these influencers. I have never received a dime from the Israeli American or any government, nor was I paid to ask basic questions about the mou. Okay, what Time reports is that they. Yeah, you heard it. That they're in these private chat groups with Parscale or his groups and that the messaging is then suggested. And if they want to tweet that and can generate a certain. If you read the whole Time magazine piece, it lays it out, a certain number of likes or supporting comments, etc. They get paid more. So it's not sure it's not getting paid to ask basic questions about the MoU. I'm sure the chat group said something like, the MoU sucks. Go get him. You're not asking basic questions. And you could definitely say honestly that that is not a dime from the Israeli or American government. Right. It's a dime from Brad Parscale, who wouldn't have said dime if he hadn't received his 45 million from Israel. I mean, like, we're not idiots. It's whatever. Okay, so I bring all of this to you so that you'll know when you see the next attack on J.D. vance, because that's really who this is about. They don't want him becoming the Republican nominee. You will understand that he is at the apex of this group of people who have been attacked now for the better part of a year. And I believe a lot of the attacks against Tucker and to some extent yours truly are because of our relationship with J.D. vance. That the support, our support for him has to be undermined because now we're alleged anti Semites and they'll be casting J.D. vance as an anti Semite in order to keep him from capturing the Republican nomination, trying to hobble him as he heads into midterm season, which brings on 2028. Like all of this to some large extent is about him. And look, every. All of us are in this business and it's disgusting, toxic, awful, dishonest. So we gotta take our slings and arrows, but we don't have to take it silently. There's nothing wrong with pointing out to you what's happening. So you know as well. And we help create a more sophisticated consumer who is better able to fight back, even mentally or emotionally, on your own part, against these operations. How dare they try to manipulate you with disinformation. How dare they try to manipulate their fellow Americans with propaganda being pushed by a foreign government. Again, I objected to it when it was the Palestinians. I object to it when it's the Israelis. I object to it when it's the Chinese. They can all go to hell, as our vice president. So aptly put. Okay, so a little food for thought as we head into the weekend. Looking forward to receiving your comments from my actual audience@meganaganekelly.com that's how you can email me. Have a great, great weekend and we will see you back here on Monday. Thanks for listening to the Megyn Kelly Show. No bs, no agenda, and no fear.

The Megyn Kelly Show | SiriusXM | Ep. 1362
Date: July 17, 2026
Guests: Alex Bruesewitz (Trump political advisor)
This hard-hitting episode examines growing concerns over foreign influence campaigns in American politics—focusing most sharply on Israel's multi-million dollar efforts to sway public opinion via social media using American influencers, and the recently reported roles played by former Trump advisor Brad Parscale. Megyn Kelly and her guest, Alex Bruesewitz, delve into revelations from a recent Time magazine piece, highlight direct and indirect funding flows, discuss the manipulation of online discourse, and critique opaque practices that muddy the waters of political debate—even within the MAGA movement. The episode examines the risks these campaigns pose to democracy, the necessity for greater transparency and regulation, and the personal/professional repercussions faced by those who call out such influence. The tone is direct, combative, and urgent, wrapped in Kelly's signature "no BS, no agenda, no fear" style.
“If you go on X, if you go on Instagram, if you go on TikTok, you're being manipulated by Israel... they are unleashing a campaign to destroy anyone who raises questions about Israeli influence in America over our president... It's disgusting. Go worry about your own fucking politics and get out of the United States.”
—Megyn Kelly [02:05]
“They should have to disclose exactly whom they're paying because that's where the system has been falling apart... all these others can say, 'oh, this is just my genuinely held good faith opinion’—bullshit. Let me see your tax returns.”
—Megyn Kelly [08:30]
“There is a heavily funded, coordinated effort online to undermine efforts in the administration.... This is not organic... If you see certain influencers tweeting about certain issues, you can assume that there's funding behind it.”
—Alex Bruesewitz [39:46], [93:22]
“If they think there's daylight between you and Israel, or if you're willing even just to be critical at times of Israel, that ship has sailed for you now, Alex, I'm sorry to break it to you.”
—Megyn Kelly [79:43]
“Politics is the only industry in America that you don't have to disclose if you were paid for a post... If you get paid to promote a bikini, you have to say paid ad... If you get paid to promote gambling markets, it says paid partnership. If you get paid to tank a congressional bill, you don't have to say anything.”
—Alex Bruesewitz [61:35]
On Foreign Influence, Social Media, and FARA Loopholes
On Attacks Against Podcasters and Critics
On the Influence Campaign’s Effectiveness and Backfire
The podcast delivers a compelling inside look at the machinery of foreign influence—especially as it plays out in right-wing digital spheres. Kelly and Bruesewitz have no patience for denial or half-measures: the costs to democracy, transparency, and trust are emphasized throughout. Both advocate for systemic reforms and expose the personal risks and pressures faced by anyone who “breaks rank.” Ultimately, the hosts call for sunlight and accountability—through either new laws or litigation. The bottom line: whether the manipulator is an ally or an adversary, influence without transparency is a threat to American self-determination.
